It's a shame that the video freezes at some points towards the end for a few seconds,
it destroys the fluidness of the motion and is a bit annoying... 
From what I've read in various articles, the actual fake Osama video locks up in places. According to eekdog2005, commenting circa September 15, 2007 on that Yahoo video page, "Notice: video locks up when osama brings up current events, just as the real fake does." So apparently that was intentional by the maker of this video, as subtle and satiric commentary on the fakeness of the actual fake video, i.e., by reproducing the freezes when Osama mentions current events. In the Yahoo video, Osama even makes a self-reference about his mentioning current events as the lock-ups occur, reinforcing the point.
