Whats The Point Of Citizenship Anymore?

https://townhall.com/columnists/derekhunter/2018/11/01/whats-the-point-of-citizenship-anymore-n2533707

Quote
I want everyone with something to offer to come here, legally, and become an American. Democrats want anyone to come here, as long as they?re likely to vote for Democrats.

If Democrats regain power next week, what it means to be an American will be diluted even further. We just have to decide if we want to be a nation where it's more advantageous to be here illegally than to be a citizen. Because thats whats really on the ballot Tuesday.

To my fellow Dems: Yes, vote -- but vote Republican! Bob Just: 'Party loyalty' has become a dangerous decision  (It is imperative to stop the leftist Marxist, Socialist Democrats, or they will finalize the destruction of America on behalf of the elite globalists. YOU DON'T GIVE POWER TO INSANE PEOPLE WHO ENDORSE VIOLENCE AGAINST THEIR FELLOW COUNTRYMEN. VOTE REPUBLICAN TO SAVE YOUR COUNTRY. YOUR LAST CHANCE, AMERICA!)

Beto Responds To Undercover Veritas Video; Insists Campaign "Above Board"
by Tyler Durden
Fri, 11/02/2018

Rep. Beto O'Rourke responded to allegations by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) that O'Rourke staffers have been illegally funneling campaign funds to help transport Honduran nationals traveling in the Central American caravan headed towards the southern US border.

In Friday comments, Cruz cited an undercover sting by Project Veritas in which O'Rourke campaign staffers Dominic Chacon and AnaPaula Themann appear to admit to facilitating helping transport migrants to airports and bus stations.

    Cruz referred to the video while campaigning in Fort Worth, telling a crowd of about 300 that "a video broke this morning of his campaign staffers taking campaign money and apparently using it to give it to people coming here illegally." -Dallas Morning News

O'Rourke responded, telling the Dallas Morning News "We're looking at this, but anyone who is trying to politicize this is trying to win an election base on fear. I want to make sure that we're focused on the issues that matters most to Texas."

"I am comfortable that the campaign is above board, that everything is being reported to the FEC and I'm going to also make sure that I understand that's going on, but from everything I've heard, that's the sum of it," added O'Rourke.

James O'Keefe of Project Veritas challenged O'Rourke on Friday to "make the records public."

An intern for Democratic Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum has been arrested and charged with battery after she threw chocolate milk on a group of College Republicans tabling on campus.

The far-left student activist who had the profanity-laced meltdown, Shelby Shoup, is listed as an intern for the Andrew Gillum for Florida Governor Campaign on LinkedIn and a member of FSU Students for Justice in Palestine. Gillum's campaign did not return a Fox News request for comment.
...
?You are supporting Nazis,? Shoup said in the video posted online. ?Do you understand that??
Another student snapped back at the girl wearing a communist pin: ?And you are supporting communism??
She replied: ?Yeah, I f***ing am.?

TOMORROW - NOVEMBER 6th

Early Voter Turnout Surges As Republicans
Hold Lead In Battleground States

Tyler Durden - Mon, 11/05/2018

As voters prepare to head to the polls and the number of Americans casting early ballots surges, election analysts will likely focus on one question: Will the Democratic "blue wave" be powerful enough to reverse the early leads wracked up by Republicans in seven out of eight key battleground states? So far, enthusiasm levels among both Democrats and Republicans have climbed to historic levels, complicating the efforts of forecasters and throwing the forecasting orthodoxy - the notion that Republicans will pick up Senate seats while Democrats wrest back control of the House - into doubt with the polls set to open across the US in 24 hours.

According to Bloomberg, some 34 million people have already voted in the 2018 midterms, and, in at least 28 states and the District of Columbia, early voter tallies have already surpassed their totals from the 2014 midterms.

In Texas alone, where Ted Cruz is defending his seat from Democratic challenger Beto O'Rourke, more than 4.5 million people have already voted. That momentum has apparently carried over from the record turnout during primaries and special elections this year. "People are engaged and voting in this election," said University of Florida professor Michael McDonald.

But in what may be an ominous sign for the left, while Democrats are boasting a narrow lead over Republicans nationally, Republicans are leading in the key swing states, including Arizona and Florida. Still, this comes with an important caveat: Early voting data can only show who voted, not for whom they voted.

There are other notable orthodoxies that may or may not hold:

Midterm elections tend to have two notable trends: the incumbent president?s party almost always loses seats, and Republicans tend to turn out more than Democrats. This year, those two forces collide. "It?s a real open question as to what ultimately that enthusiasm gap turns out to be," said Kathryn Pearson, a professor at the University of Minnesota.

At the center of this issue is an important question: Are these new voters who haven't turned out in past elections? Or simply people shifting the timing of their vote? There are some signs that the former scenario might be closer to reality.

According to Bloomberg, analysts will be looking at places like suburban Minnesota as bellwethers for Republican prospects:

Two good signs for Democrats: Women are voting at a much higher level than men in early voting, according to The Hill?s Reid Wilson, and turnout among voters aged 18-29 (who historically don?t vote at nearly the level of older voters) is way up in swing states - more than 400% in Georgia and Texas and more than 700% in Tennessee.

In Nevada, political sage Jon Ralston says he thinks Democrats have banked enough of an early vote edge (23,000 votes statewide) that Senate challenger Jacky Rosen has an edge on Republican incumbent Dean Heller. In the Texas Senate race, both candidates - Republican incumbent Ted Cruz and Democratic Representative Beto O?Rourke - say the high turnout will benefit their campaigns.

"We?re getting general confirmation where we can get data that the polls are correct that we have some very close Senate and gubernatorial races out there. The early vote looks very close," McDonald said. "Maybe in Florida things are a bit closer than what the polls suggest,? including in the governor?s race where Democrat Andrew Gillum has had a slim but persistent lead in the polls over Republican Ron DeSantis.

How then to read the tea leaves? "I would go with the high turnout model at this point, I think that?s a safe assumption," McDonald said. "We are not seeing a 2014 election, we?re seeing a cross between a midterm and a presidential election."

The uncertainty among the professional forecasting class, which is still stinging from their embarrassingly wrong predictions in the 2016 presidential vote and the Brexit vote, 538's Nate Silver said that, while his models project Democrats have a 80% chance of retaking the House, in reality, the odds may be closer to 50-50.

"The range of outcomes in the House is really wide," he explained. "Our range, which covers 80 percent of outcomes goes from, on the low end, about 15 Democratic pickups, all the way to low to mid 50s, 52 or 53."

"Most of those are under 23, which is how many seats they would need to win to take the House," he said."

"But no one should be surprised if they only win 19 seats and no one should be surprised if they win 51 seats," Silver added. "Those are both extremely possible, based on how accurate polls are in the real world."

For what it's worth, Wall Street and the business community, which typically lean Republican, is hedging its bets and contributing more dollars to Democrats this year, giving $85 million to Dems, compared with $76 million to the GOP this year, as of Oct. 17, in what is projected to be the most expensive midterm election in US history, with some $5 billion expected to be spent in total.

In Georgia, a chance to rebuke white nationalism.
By Michelle Goldberg
Oct. 29, 2018

Opinion Columnist

For a few hours on Saturday morning, I felt good about America.
It was at a smallish rally in the Atlanta suburb of Riverdale, listening to Democratic politicians including Senator Kamala Harris and Georgia?s Stacey Abrams, who could become the first African-American female governor in American history.
...
When the rally was over I checked the news. Reports of the killings at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh were coming in. The social media posts of the man arrested in the shootings echoed a lie being peddled by Donald Trump, Fox News and some Republican politicians, which paints a group of bedraggled migrants about a thousand miles away as a dangerous invading horde subsidized by a shadowy puppet master.
...
Right now America is tearing itself apart as an embittered white conservative minority clings to power, terrified at being swamped by a new multiracial polyglot majority. The divide feels especially stark in Georgia, where the midterm election is a battle between Trumpist reaction and the multicultural America whose emergence the right is trying, at all costs, to forestall.
...
Racists in Georgia, like racists all over America, are emboldened. A schoolteacher in Atlanta told me that over the weekend K.K.K. fliers were strewn around his suburb.

Stocks Surge After Latest Poll Shows GOP Retaining The House
by Tyler Durden
Mon, 11/05/2018 - 14:52

US equity markets ramped into the green (even Nadaq recovered from its AAPL-beating) as the final Rasmussen Reports Generic Congressional Ballot before Election Day shows Republicans edging ahead by one point...

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey of Likely U.S. Voters finds that 46% would choose the Republican candidate if the elections for Congress were held today. Forty-five percent (45%) would vote for the Democrat. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate, and six percent (6%) remain undecided.

A week ago, Democrats held a 47% to 44% lead.

This is the first poll showing a GOP lead, and it may matter: while often accused of bias, Rasmussen was the only major pollster in 2016 to predict a Trump victory; Rasmussen was also the only major pollster whose prediction was proven correct.

Look at the crowds at President Trump rallies--there was always overflow and those people got to stand outside with telescreens to watch the President's rally.

Obama may had a crowd of 200 to 300 people campaigning for democrats.

What is Red Tsunami ?

We talk about a 'Red Wave' or a 'Blue Wave' meaning to easily
win an election ... to 'sweep over' the other party ...
'red' being right wing, 'blue' being left wing.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
An uneasy co-existence, not coerced unity, is the only hope for
calm in our country. Respectful disunity is the only way forward.
If The Disunited States Of America Is To Survive...
Tyler Durden - 11/03/2018
?We are one American nation. We must unite. We have to unify. We have to come together.?
Every faction in our irreparably fractious and fragmented country calls for unity,
following events that demonstrate just how disunited the United States of America is.
They all do it.
Calls for unity come loudest from the party of submissives - the GOP. The domineering party is less guilt-ridden about this elusive thing called ?unity.?
Democrats just blame Republicans for its absence in our polity and throughout our increasingly uncivil society.
These days, appeals to unity are made by opportunistic politicians, who drape themselves in the noble toga of patriotism on tragic occasions. The latest in many was the Pittsburgh synagogue massacre of Oct. 27.
In the name of honesty?and comity?let us quit the unity charade.
The U.S. is not united. Neither is America a nation in any meaningful way.
It hasn?t been one for a long time.
Consider: In the late 1780s, Americans debated whether to nationalize government or keep it a decentralized affair. The discussion was one in which all early Americans partook, nationwide.
Think about the degree of unity that feat required!
The eternal verities of republicanism and limited government were understood and accepted by all Americans. The young nation?s concerns centered on the fate of freedom after Philadelphia. (The Anti-Federalists, the unsung heroes who gave us the Bill of Rights, turned out to be right.)
Around the time The Federalist Papers were published in American newspapers - Americans were a nation in earnest.
For it takes a nation to pull that off - to debate a set of philosophical and theoretical principles like those instantiated in these Papers, Federalist and Anti-Federalist.
The glue that allowed so lofty a debate throughout early America is gone (not to mention the necessary gray matter).
The Tower of Babel that is 21st century America is home not to 6 million
but 327 million alienated, antagonistic individuals, diverse to the point of distrust.
Each year, elites pile atop this mass of seething antagonists another million newcomers.
Democrats, who control the intellectual means of production - schools, social media, TV, the print press, the publishing houses, think tanks, the Permanent Bureaucracy - they insist mass immigration comports with ?who we are as a people.?
The last is yet another hollow slogan - much like the unity riff.
Modern-day Americans, some of whose ancestors were brought together by a ?profound intellectual and emotional attachment to individual liberty,?possess little by way of social capital to unify them.
We don?t share the same core values, morals or mannerisms. We don?t revere the same heroes. We tear down other countrymen?s historic monuments. (As governor, Nikki Haley, hardly a member of The Mob, led the charge in South Carolina.) We display different regalia. Our attachment to one language, English, is tenuous at best, and waning.
Surveys suggest Americans today would rather avoid one another, choosing instead to hunker down unhappily in front of the telly.
As Americans, what unites us most is our passion for, and patterns of, consumption. America is an economy, not a nation.
Democratic Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams worked directly with the Metro Atlanta Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) to write bills to ?scare the right wing,? according to May 2012 Democratic Socialist minutes obtained by Big League Politics.
Evidence shows that Abrams spoke at a Metro Atlanta DSA event, and that the socialist group is actively supporting Abrams? candidacy for governor.
An investigation conducted by David Goldstein of CBS Los Angeles discovered 561 people who are now dead are registered as active voters in LA County.
    A 2016 Goldstein investigation found the names of 906 dead people still registered to vote in L.A. County.
    After inputting those names into the county registrar?s voter verification website to see how many are still eligible to vote in Tuesday?s election, CBSLA discovered 561 people who are dead but still registered to vote.
    And it wasn?t people who just recently passed away ? they died at least five years ago.
DEJA VU 2016 - POLL SHOWS 'HIDDEN TRUMP VOTE'
Republicans much less likely to signal their intent
ART MOORE
Many analysts believe that pollsters misfired in 2016 because of ?hidden? support for President Trump, and if a new Rasmussen survey is any indication, the prognosticators may be wrong again and a ?silent red wave? is cresting just as Election Day arrives.
As in 2016, Democrats are more outspoken about how they?re going to vote in the upcoming elections than Republicans and unaffiliated voters are, Rasmussen found.
The national telephone and online survey found that 60 percent of likely Democratic voters say they are more likely to let others know how they intend to vote this year compared to previous congressional elections.
The result compares to 49 percent of Republicans and 40 percent of voters not affiliated with either major political party.
In August 2016, 52 percent of Democrats were more likely to let others know how they intended to vote in the upcoming presidential election, compared to 46 percent of Republicans and 34 percent of unaffiliated voters.
Rasmussen observed that some analysts ?before and after Donald Trump?s upset victory suggested that most pollsters missed his hidden support among voters fearful of criticism who were unwilling to say where they stood.?
Quote
Meanwhile, Politico reported that on the eve of the midterms, Democrats are ?haunted by memories of 2016.?
?They?re suspicious of favorable polls and making election night contingency plans in case their worst fears come true. Some report literal nightmares about a Democratic wipeout.?
In 2016, if you compare the exit polls to the results, there was massive vote fraud in favor of Trump. The question is whether the fix will be in this time, or whether the establishment have decided to dump Trump and install Pence in 2019. I suspect the latter, in which case we will see the Dems take both House and Senate.
The vote fraud that Democrats refuse to see
By Deroy Murdock
July 14, 2017
his fuzzy math sums up Democrats? orthodoxy on vote fraud: As the bulletproof evidence of fraud adds up, they still claim, ?There?s nothing to see here.? Not even these hard numbers, based on verified vote-fraud cases, move their acceptance of this reality into the realm of positive integers.
This pathological denial is even more intense, now that President Trump has taken vote fraud seriously enough to appoint a bipartisan panel to get to the bottom of it.
While the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity is chaired by Republicans Vice President Mike Pence and co-chaired by Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach (whom I have known since college, thanks to the Washington Crossing Foundation?s scholarship program for civic-minded students), its members include two Democratic secretaries of state ? Maine?s Matthew Dunlap and New Hampshire?s Bill Gardner ? and Alabama?s Alan Lamar King, a Democratic judge.
Never mind, leading Leftists insist. The issue is bogus, and the commission is evil.
...
Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D-Va.), a long-time Clinton confidante, vetoed a bill in February that would have required probes of elections in which the number of ballots cast exceeded the number of voters eligible to cast them. How could any honest person oppose such a measure?
During the 2000 Bush v. Gore disaster, Democrats shouted, ?Count every vote!? In their more admirable moments, Democrats were among those who demanded, ?One man. One vote.?
Today, in order to preserve the dodgy electoral system that seems to benefit them when fishy things happen, their battle cries have devolved into ?Count every vote, but don?t worry if some of them are negated by fake ones? and ?One man. One vote. Usually.?
This is pathetic. If Democrats will tolerate non-widespread vote fraud, how many phony ballots are they willing to see neutralize genuine ones? 265? 765? 7,474?
That's more like voter fraud as opposed to vote fraud. Voter fraud is probably insignificant - the commission set up to investigate it, as talked about in the above article, was subsequently disbanded having found nothing ( no doubt to save the embarrassment of having it officially report that it had found nothing).
Vote fraud on the other hand, is what the establishment indulge in to flip results in their favor - through the machines and electronic counting/collating fraud.
Again, if you compare the exit polls in 2016 to the results, there are variances of up to 7% in Trump's favor. That is vote fraud, no question. And you only see the high variances in the key states that Trump needed.
Whether people like Trump or not, it's important to realize that he was the establishment choice..but is he still?
Here comes the flood.
With the Democrats having won control of the House of Representatives, President Donald Trump and his crew in the White House and assorted federal agencies can expect to be hit by a wave of investigations and subpoena requests from Capitol Hill. There are dozens of House committees and subcommittees, and each no doubt has its own to-do list.
The House Intelligence Committee, under the chairmanship of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), will certainly revive aspects of the Trump-Russia probe that House Republicans smothered. The House Foreign Affairs Committee surely will consider examining the Trump-Saudi relationship in light of the grisly murder of Jamal Khashoggi. You can bet the Homeland Security Committee will investigate the Trump administration?s family-separation policy, and the Armed Services Committee will examine whether there was any reason for Trump to send 15,000 troops to the border to deal with a migrant caravan.
Considering how many GOP rino's retired this year It's not surprising the results
Then there was no voter id law passed
And the suppression of the gop vote in the internet sphere ( fb twitter google apple UTube... etc .. )
When you import millions of people from socialist/communist failed state countries and these people vote their demographics this is the result.
When we first looked at patterns in pure Republican retirements in November 2017 ? a time when only 13 Republicans had called it quits ? retiring Republicans had noticeably lower Trump scores (our in-house measure of how often each member of Congress votes with the president) and DW-Nominate scores (a quantification of a politician?s ideology, where 1 is the most conservative and -1 is the most liberal) than their nonretiring Republican colleagues.
But now, the pool of pure retirees looks a lot more representative of the GOP caucus as a whole. House Republicans who are retiring from politics have an average DW-Nominate score of 0.484; that?s little different from your average Republican in the rest of the lower chamber, who would score a 0.490. The mean Trump score of House retirees is 92.1 percent; the rest of the GOP caucus averages out to 93.1 percent. In sum, pure Republican retirees are still slightly more moderate and less supportive of Trump than their colleagues who are on the ballot in 2018, but the differences are pretty small ? certainly not as sizable as they appeared to be back in November, when a narrative prematurely formed that Republicans were retiring because they were fed up with a toxic political environment.
Pop superstar Taylor Swift?s endorsement of Democratic Senate candidate Phil Bredesen failed to persuade the great people of Tennessee on Tuesday.
The race was called for Tennessee Republican Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN-07) at around 8:05 pm. She handily defeated her Democratic opponent, former Gov. Phil Bredesen, whom Swift gave a full-throated endorsement.
The 28-year-old singer broke longtime silence on politics last month to endorse Bredesen and Cooper, saying that Bredesen?s opponent Marsha Blackburn has a voting record that ?appalls and terrifies? her.
Illegal Aliens Use Fake Puerto Rican Birth Certificates to Get U.S. Passports, Licenses
JANUARY 04, 2016
...
It’s fair to say that for years Uncle Sam has welcomed Puerto Ricans with open arms and that has created lots of opportunities for fraud. There has been a rise in the number of cases involving the use of false Puerto Rican birth certificates by illegal immigrants, according to a south Florida newspaper report that focuses on the specifics of a recent case. It involves an illegal alien from Colombia arrested in Florida after trying to get a U.S. passport by claiming to be an American citizen born in Puerto Rico. The 35-year-old man, Edinson Canaveral Sánchez, used a fake Puerto Rican birth certificate to get a valid Florida driver’s license more than three years ago.
The newspaper article points out that this case is the latest in a series involving the use of fake Puerto Rican birth certificates by illegal immigrants in south Florida. In the last year alone more than 12 cases have surfaced in Miami federal court, the story reveals. The defendants, all Spanish-speaking illegal aliens, have all illegally obtained Puerto Rican birth certificates to get American passports or driver’s licenses. Sánchez has been criminally charged and is scheduled to be tried this month in a Broward County federal court.
It turns out that fraud involving Puerto Rican birth certificates has been pervasive for many years, yet the U.S. government and its various agencies accept the documents blindly. The problem got so out of control that back in 2010 Puerto Rico’s government invalidated every birth certificate and issued new ones considered to be safer. One mainstream news report called it a “radical solution to what many say has been a serious and growing crisis involving Puerto Rican birth certificates, which are used to apply for everything from U.S. passports to Medicaid.
The same report, published in April, 2010, revealed that the U.S. State Department was well aware of the problem. In fact, the agency estimated back then that a mind-boggling 40% of all U.S. passport fraud cases involved Puerto Rican birth certificates. Four years later, a separate news report confirmed that little had changed, that the fraud is still rampant. Here’s an excerpt of the story published in the summer of 2014 by a Florida-based nonprofit investigative journalism outlet: “Counterfeit, altered or stolen birth certificates coming from Puerto Rico are the Holy Grail to Florida’s undocumented. With a phony birth certificate you can live the American dream. You can also enroll in school, land a job and get a driver’s license.”
Miami blood donations halted over Zika fears
AFP•July 28, 2016
Miami (AFP) - US regulators Thursday called for a halt to blood donations in the Miami area as investigators probe four potential non-travel associated cases of the mosquito-borne Zika virus, which can cause birth defects.
If confirmed, the cases would mark the first time that mosquitoes carrying the virus are known to be present in the mainland United States.
The US territory of Puerto has already seen a surge in local transmission of Zika, which can spread by mosquitoes or sexual contact.
"In consideration of the possibility of an emerging local outbreak of Zika virus, and as a prudent measure to help assure the safety of blood and blood products, FDA is requesting that all blood establishments in Miami-Dade County and Broward County cease collecting blood immediately," said a statement from the US Food and Drug Administration.
This freeze should remain in place until each individual unit of blood collected in the two counties can be tested "with an available investigational donor screening test for Zika virus RNA or until the blood establishments implement the use of an approved or investigational pathogen inactivation technology," it said.
Report: Florida Democrats Urged Voters to Submit Absentee Ballots After Election Day Using Altered Forms
15 Nov 2018
Joel B. Pollak
Florida Democrats urged voters to submit absentee ballots after Election Day, using an official form that had been altered to make it look like they were doing so within the legal deadline, hoping a judge would later allow the votes.
That attempt to add Democratic votes, which critics say is possible election fraud, was reported Thursday morning by Ana Ceballos of the Naples Daily News, who notes the scheme has already been reported to federal prosecutors.
Florida: Hand recount begins for tight US Senate race
By GARY FINEOUT and BRENDAN FARRINGTONan hour ago
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) ? A hand recount began Friday in Florida?s acrimonious U.S. Senate contest after an initial review by ballot-counting machines showed Republican Gov. Rick Scott and Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson separated by fewer than 13,000 votes out of more than 8 million cast.
Under state law, a hand review is required when the victory margin is 0.25 percentage points or less. A state website?s unofficial results show Scott ahead of Nelson by 0.15 percentage points.
The hand recount in the Senate race does not review all votes that were cast. It involves only that fraction of ballots in which voters cast either two votes for one race, which is called an overvote, or appeared to choose no candidate, which is an undervote. The idea is to figure out a voter?s intent.
At a warehouse in Broward County ? which has had numerous problems throughout the election ? dozens of volunteers sitting at folding tables cheered loudly when they were told they had finished the recount Friday morning and could go home for the day. Results were not immediately announced.
The margin in the governor?s race between Republican Ron DeSantis and Democrat Andrew Gillum was 0.41 percent. That means the contest for governor appeared all but over Thursday, with a machine recount showing DeSantis with a large enough advantage over Gillum to avoid a hand recount in that race.
Dean Logan, the politically battle-weary director of King County elections, is resigning to take the No. 2 elections job in Los Angeles, prompting County Executive Ron Sims to delay moving the county to a virtually all-mail voting system.
Worst cases of voter fraud reported in battleground states
A possible case of voter fraud in Los Angeles has critics questioning whether the man who heads the nation?s largest voting district is fit to ensure fairness, given his track record in another jurisdiction.
Los Angeles County Registrar Dean Logan, whose district includes more than 4.8 million voters, had a controversial stint in the same role in a key Washington district. At least one case of irregularities ? more than 80 ballots for Tuesday?s election filled out with names and the same address ? has been brought to his attention. But if history repeats itself, Logan may not get to the bottom of the situation.
?Mr. Logan in 2004 presided over one of the great meltdowns of U.S. elections during his previous tenure as elections chief of King County, Washington, which includes Seattle,? said John Fund, a journalist and co-author with Hans von Spakovsky of the book, ?Who?s Counting: How Fraudsters and Bureaucrats Put Your Vote at Risk.?
Not Voter Fraud ? 144% of L.A. Registered to Vote
That?s just the tip of the iceberg
From Mish Shedlock Via Zero Hedge: https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-08-05/california-has-11-counties-more-registered-voters-voting-age-citizens
The Election Integrity Project California provides a list of 11 California counties that have more registered voters than voting-age citizens.
In addition, Los Angeles County officials informed the project that ?the number of registered voters now stands at a number that is a whopping 144% of the total number of resident citizens of voting age.?
...
For example, a comparison of the 2011-2015 U.S. Census Bureau?s American Community Survey, and the most recent California active and inactive voter registration records shows there were more total registered voters than there were adults over the age of 18 living in each of the following eleven (11) counties: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%). Our own research shows that the situation in these counties is, if anything, worse than the foregoing data suggest. For example, we contacted Los Angeles County directly this past June. At that time, county officials informed us that the total number of registered voters now stands at a number that is a whopping 144% of the total number of resident citizens of voting age. ...
Republican Young Kim Concedes to Democrat Gil Cisneros; Orange County Goes Democrat
17 Nov 2018
Kim was the latest and last Republican candidate to fall in the seven California districts targeted by Democrats in the 2018 midterm elections. Each of the districts was represented by a Republican, but saw Hillary Clinton win more votes than Donald Trump in 2016. Six of the seven targeted districts have flipped; only Rep. David Valadao (R-CA) seems to have survived ? and, if so, by a slim margin.
Kim, a former member of the state legislature, ran a strong campaign and was considered likely to win by pollsters. On Election Day, she had a sizable lead over Cisneros, a lottery winner who had only recently moved into the  district and had been plagued by an allegation of sexual misconduct through much of the campaign.
But ballots continued to be counted, thanks to generous state rules that allow voters to mail in their ballots as late as Election Day itself. Like the other Republicans who fell, Kim saw her lead erode and then disappear.
Kim?s defeat means that Orange County, a traditional Republican stronghold, will now be entirely represented by Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Rick Scott Wins Senate Seat After Bill Nelson Concedes
18 Nov 2018
(UPI) ? Florida Gov. Rick Scott will be changing jobs ? U.S. senator ? as incumbent Bill Nelson conceded hours after a hand recount showed a 10,000-vote difference.
Scott, a Republican governor for eight years, announced the concession in a statement, saying, ?I just spoke with Senator Bill Nelson, who graciously conceded, and I thanked him for his years of public service.?
Earlier, Florida released the final results for its midterm elections, including manual recounts for senator and agriculture commissioner.
The manual recount of the senator?s race showed Scott leading incumbent Nelson by 10,033 votes out of more than 8 million cast, compared with around 12,000 votes after the machine recount.
Democrat Nicole ?Nikki? Fried led Republican Matt Caldwell by 6,753 votes after the manual recount in the tight race for agriculture commissioner, although Palm Beach County hadn?t begun a manual recount of that race. Fried led by about 5,300 votes after the machine recount.
Results from the recounts are scheduled to be made official by the state?s elections canvassing board Tuesday.
REPUBLICAN BRIAN KEMP WINS IN
GEORGIA GUBERNATORIAL RACE
Evie Fordham - 11/18/2018
* Republican Brian Kemp won the Georgia governor election by a margin of 1.4 points.
* His Democratic opponent, Stacey Abrams, acknowledged Kemp would win, but would not concede as she is planning to litigate.
* Abrams accused Kemp of ?voter suppression? during the election due to his position as Georgia secretary of state, a position that oversees elections, which he held while running for office.
Georgia Republican Brian Kemp has been declared the winner in his gubernatorial race against Democrat Stacey Abrams Saturday after she admitted she was going to lose Friday, but would not concede.
Georgia?s secretary of state, a position Kemp held until Nov. 8, certified
the election Saturday, reported The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Quote
Kemp edged out a victory over Abrams, taking 50.3 percent of the vote with all precincts reporting, according to The New York Times, which had not called the race as of Sunday. Abrams received 48.8 percent of the vote, and libertarian Ted Metz received 0.9 percent.
Kemp declared victory over Abrams on Nov. 7 before the race was officially called.
?What a great night in Georgia,? Kemp said Nov. 7. ?I certainly knew it would not be easy. ? I entered public service out of frustration. I wanted to make it easier for hard-working Georgians to build better lives for their families.?
Brenda Snipes submits resignation as Broward elections supervisor
November 18, 2018 0950PM
Just hours after finishing a tumultuous election recount, Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes submitted her resignation, ending a 15-year tenure full of botched elections, legal disputes and blistering criticism.
?It is true. She did send it,? said Burnadette Norris-Weeks, an attorney who works as counsel to the Supervisor of Elections Office.
Evelyn Perez-Verdia, a former office spokeswoman who left several years ago, said Sunday evening she was told by people in the office that the letter was sent ?to Tallahassee? earlier in the day.
Norris-Weeks said she saw an early draft of the letter. In the version she saw, she said Snipes, 75, expressed a desire to spend more time with her family.
The voice mail on Snipes? cell phone was full Sunday night, and she didn?t immediately respond to a text message.
The exact effective date of the resignation was unclear Sunday evening.
ORANGE COUNTY VOTE COUNT SUGGESTS FRAUD
GOP guv candidate wins area, but Dems take all 6 House seats
Published: 23 hours ago
The traditionally conservative Southern California enclave of Orange County has turned entirely Democratic in the House elections after finding tens of thousands of votes since Election Day.
While the county went for Republican John Cox over Democrat Gavin Newsom in the governor?s race, all six House districts were won by the Democratic candidate, points out the Gateway Pundit?s Jim Hoft.
In 2016, the Republicans won four of those races.
Hoft believes voter fraud could be an explanation for the split-ticket voting.
He points out that 299,931 more Democrats voted for the Democrats in the Orange County congressional races than voted for Newsom for governor.
...
Hoft cites a reader who argues Cox ?ran a horrible campaign and was virtually invisible.?
?I find it hard to believe that voters would split the ticket ? voting R for an unknown guy Governor and D for a super liberal congressperson,? the reader wrote. ?Just seems like a BIG red flag.?
Outgoing Broward Elections Official Brenda Snipes to Receive $130,000 in Pensions
Outgoing Broward County, Florida, elections official Brenda Snipes will be cashing in on $130,000 in pensions after she leaves her position in January.
Snipes is slated to collect a pension of more than $58,000 stemming from her time as an educator and an additional $71,000 for serving as an elected official for 15 years, the Sun Sentinel reported.
The 75-year-old Broward County elections supervisor resigned from her position after her office came under fire for botching the vote count in the November 6 elections, specifically the recount of a tight Senate race between Republican Rick Scott and incumbent Democrat Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL).
Broward County failed to meet the state?s deadline for turning in recount results, misplaced thousands of ballots, and opened 205 provisional ballots before they were determined to be valid or invalid.
Snipes had a history of illegally destroying voter ballots in a 2016 Democratic primary for a congressional race between Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-FL) and Democratic challenger Tim Canova and had been accused of not removing dead voters from voter rolls.
Dr. Robert Epstein: Research Documents Google Search ?Irregularities? in 2018 election
3 Dec 2018
On the topic of a recent report which claimed Google employees spoke about burying conservative websites such as Breitbart and the Daily Caller in an effort to ?reverse things in four years,? Epstein declared, ?It?s just another indication, Amanda, of what a lot of us have suspected for a long time. It just confirms based on actual communications within the company that Google has the power to shift the votes and opinions on anything, and they discuss the power.
They wouldn?t discuss it if they didn?t have it, and they exercise the power. There?s simply no question about that.?
?We?ve seen a number of leaks in the last couple of months. Before that, for almost twenty years, Google was very good at keeping its secrets. But lately we?ve been seeing what things look like from the inside, and it?s pretty scary,? Epstein continued. ?There?s lots of research now showing that in fact we trust the information we get from algorithms, like Google search algorithms, more than we trust any other media source because people don?t understand what an algorithm is and they think that, you know, it?s a computer algorithm showing this information, it must be the best. It must be correct.?
?And that?s why in our experiments, some of them show that you can use Google search results to shift people?s opinions and voting preferences by up to eighty percent in some demographic groups, and by the way, the most vulnerable demographic group we?ve ever found in the U.S. is moderate Republicans,? he explained. ?They?re incredibly trusting of Google search results.?
After being asked if he found any Google search irregularities during the Midterm elections, Epstein replied, ?I can tell you now, on the record? Yes, I did. I did this secretly in 2016, capturing around 13,000 election-related searches on Google, Bing, and Yahoo, and this time I captured about 40,000 election-related searches on Google, Bing, and Yahoo, so yes I did.?
Noting that he isn?t a political conservative, Epstein concluded by stating that concerns over Google?s power are ?bigger than one?s politics.?
