when you are locked into an intensive video game. Sitting for long periods of time to play a game is unhealthy. Playing and practicing a game is something that should be fun. Should you feel that addiction is an issue,  4rser  speak to a medical professional about help.

Decide how old younger members of your household should be before being allowed to play games that are rated M for mature. Generally, you can set up your console so that kids can't play games that are too mature, although computers are a little harder to work with. Know the things to look out for when you are monitoring your child's game time.

Try letting your kids play on consoles versus computers. Gaming consoles allow stricter parental control over content, security and privacy than computers do. Kids can be protected more easily on console systems.
