I have received word the district attorney has a separate building next to their office, which is for high tech computer "crimes", except they are piggy backed into the internet backbone, and are watching every IP in the county, every search, every time, in violation of the 4th amendment.

My source said lets say they are looking for serious felony crime, they will nab 2 or 3 a day from online, however there are 500 or so more each day who they don't catch.

So, if each major county has their DA plugged and monitoring the interwebs already, then Eric Holder's local task forces are just the veneer for what is already in place.
