Christians are the target of genocide in the Middle East, where they face enslavement, rape, murder, and violence under the rule of Islamic extremists. When trying to flee, they face continuing threats to their lives in Europe’s migrant camps.

In just over 10 years, the Christian populations in Iraq and Syria have been decimated, according to research compiled in the book “The Persecution and Genocide of Christians in the Middle East,” edited by Ronald J. Rychlak and Jane F. Adolphe.

It states that the population of close to 1.4 million Christians in Iraq prior to the 2003 U.S. invasion has been reduced to an estimated 250,000, most of whom are internally displaced and living as refugees. Of the close to 2 million Christians who once lived in Syria, between 1 million and 1.5 million are living as refugees, mainly in Jordan, Lebanon, and Turkey, where Christians have no resettlement rights.

The Christians, when they go to the immigration camps, are often persecuted there.

Kate Steinle’s Brother: System’s ‘Epic Failure’ Led to Sister’s Murder
by Penny Starr1 Dec 2017573

The brother of Kate Steinle, who was shot on July 1, 2015, by a seven-time felon and five-times deported illegal alien, said the system’s “epic failure” led to Jose Garcia Zarate being released, on the streets, and with a loaded handgun.

Brad Steinle made the remark in an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper just days before a San Francisco jury found Zarate not guilty of murdering Kate Steinle, a crime he admitted to committing in an interview with a local television station.

The published story included the family’s reaction to the not guilty verdict and the conviction of possession of a firearm.

“We’re just shocked — saddened and shocked … that’s about it,” Kate’s father, Jim Steinle, said. “There’s no other way you can coin it. Justice was rendered, but it was not served.”

...

Zarate, previously known as Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez, confessed to shooting Steinle in a jailhouse interview with a local ABC News affiliate. He also told the outlet that he had chosen to come to San Francisco because he knew it was a sanctuary city.
...
California lawmakers have since voted to make California a sanctuary state.

DOJ Puts Out Arrest Warrant for Kate Steinle’s Killer, Dares Sanctuary San Francisco to Protect Him Again
by Ian Mason1 Dec 2017

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas has put out a new arrest warrant for Jose Inez Garcia Zarate, the multiple-felon illegal alien just acquitted of murder in the death of Kate Steinle.

The warrant stems from Zarate’s violating the conditions of his release from federal prison in 2015. Zarate had been convicted of illegally reentering the United States as a criminal after being deported multiple times, and sentenced to nearly four years in prison plus three more years of supervised release in addition to deportation.

When he finished his prison term, however, he faced more serious drug charges in San Francisco, and was sent there by federal authorities. The “sanctuary city” then promptly dropped the drug charges, and because they refuse to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement, released the criminal alien right back onto the streets rather than honor a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) “detainer” demanding he be returned.

Less than three months after San Francisco protected Zarate from federal prosecution and deportation, he was arrested for the death of Kate Steinle, who bled to death after being stuck by a bullet from a stolen gun in Zarate’s possession.

Despite confessing to shooting Steinle on a San Francisco pier, Zarate was convicted only of illegally possessing a firearm and will face only a short sentence in sanctuary state California. The jury, the majority of whom were San Francisco millennials and one quarter of whom were immigrants, apparently believed the defense’s assertion that Zarate’s stolen pistol went off “accidentally.”

.... I guess the GLOBALISTS saw it coming back in
Sept. '16 when OBAMA signed us on to the UNITED
NATIONS' 'Global Compact on Migration', the dictatorial,
forced mass migration into the US.

REPORT:
Trump to Pull U.S. From U.N. Migration Compact

OB PRICE2 Dec 2017

The Trump Administration announced plans to pull the U.S. out of a United Nations pact on the handling of migrant and refugee situations. The announcement came from the U.S. mission to the United Nations. U.S. officials said the program is “inconsistent” with American policies.

“Today, the US Mission to the United Nations informed the UN Secretary-General that the United States is ending its participation in the Global Compact on Migration,” U.S. officials said in a report from AFP.

Officials stated that the New York Declaration, a non-binding political declaration unanimously approved in a non-binding resolution in September 2016, “contains numerous provisions that are inconsistent with U.S. immigration and refugee policies and the Trump Administration’s immigration principles.”

The American pullout from the pact is scheduled for the end of 2018, AFP reported. Ambassador Nikki Haley said the U.S. will continue in its “generosity” by supporting migrants and refugees around the world.

The withdrawal is consistent with the president’s America First policies.

...
Sergio Jose Martinez is seen here grinning in court on Friday as he pleads guilty to 10 counts including sexual assault and kidnapping. He assaulted two women on the same night in July
...
Two relatives of one of the victims, and one of the victims herself, spoke during the sentencing phase Friday, in which Martinez often grinned.

A brother of one victim told Martinez: 'Sergio, no sentencing is enough. I rather you rot in Hell.'
...

Martinez's lawyer, Jonathan Sarre, said his client 'suffers from some mental illnesses; often such people may do inappropriate things in these situations.'

However, he acknowledged that a doctor had declared Martinez competent to stand trial.

Martinez had been freed from jail in Portland a week before the attacks; he was in there for interfering with police and providing a false birth date.

He was released despite a request from US Immigration and Customs Enforcement for the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office to hold him so the agency could take him into custody.

Oregon became America's first sanctuary state when it adopted a law in 1987 preventing law enforcement from detaining people who are in the United States illegally but have not broken other laws.

... from the lawless, once-great-US State-Calipornia:

Asylum Seekers Overwhelm San Diego Border
from Eritrea, Cameroon and Mexico

MICHELLE MOONS - 31 Dec 2017

Migrants from countries like Eritrea, Cameroon, and Mexico have flooded the U.S. southern border in San Diego to such an extent in recent days that U.S. border officials have been unable to process them without long lines forming on the Tijuana side of the border.

Nearly 100 migrants lined up in a plaza on the Mexico side of the border that leads to the San Ysidro pedestrian border crossing in San Diego last week because of the backlog, according to the San Diego Union Tribune. Mexican officials told those who tried to sleep in the plaza that they had to leave. Eritrean migrants cited in the article claimed that last Monday 25 migrants were temporarily jailed for waiting in the plaza.

One of the Eritrean migrants told the Tribune that he felt
racism, “big discrimination,” and no respect in Mexico.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials are working to process the foreign nationals that arrive at the border and are working with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), according to one who spoke with the Tribune. It takes time to process each individual and move them from holding cells to detention.

As the report details, migrants who claim fear of returning to their country are transferred to other immigration officials for consideration of potential asylum cases. An excess of these cases can back up the space available to process more individuals.

In just the month of October 2017 CBP Border Patrol San Diego border sector reported apprehension of individuals from Bangladesh (12), Brazil (1), Camaroon (3), Chad (1), China (16), El Salvador (76), Eritrea (7), Gambia (4), Guatemala (178), Honduras (54), India (101), Iran (1), Mexico (1,877), Nepal (31), Nicaragua (1), Pakistan (13), Peru (1), Somalia (1), and “Unknown” (1) — a total of 2,379 individuals. These numbers are similar to volumes seen in this sector for October since 2012.

Many migrants gave up at San Isidro, according to the Tribune, and moved on to try other ports of entry in Mexicali or Texas.

Why would anyone want to migrate to a country where they hated the country and the people?
It should slow down once word gets out that it is not possible to get into America the way they are trying to.

... let's remember that by Prez Trump's recent order, the DACA
(deferred action scam created by an OBAMA ExecOrder), will
run out by March 5 and deportations will begin ... UNLESS
Congress can come up with a fix ... and this legislation will
REQUIRE at least 60 votes in the SENATE ... so it
MUST BE a Bi-Partisan bill that both parties can agree on or
NOTHING changes and Bye-Bye 'dreamers':

Why Immigration Hawks Shouldn’t Be Worried (Yet)
About Trump Surrendering On DACA

SCOTT GREER - 01/10/2018

President Trump caused worry among some of his supporters Tuesday with comments he made during a meeting with congressional leaders on a legislative fix to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

Trump called possible legislation on DACA a “bill of love” — echoing rhetoric commonly deployed by pro-amnesty lobbyists — and told Democrats he was open to a clean bill legalizing illegal aliens who came to the U.S. as minors without any concessions to his demands.

The president had to be reminded by House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy that bolstering border security must be part of any possible DACA deal. Trump appeared to agree with that.

“A clean DACA bill, to me, is a DACA bill where we take care of the 800,000 people,” he said at one point in front of the cameras. “We take care of them and we also take care of security. That’s very important.”

Trump reiterated this statement Tuesday night in a tweet, saying, “As I made very clear today, our country needs the security of the Wall on the Southern Border, which must be part of any DACA approval.”

Apparently left out are the president’s other demands of ending chain migration, eliminating the diversity visa lottery program and mandating e-verify.

It is also not clear if his comments indicate a full commitment to wall funding, or just to a token amount of additional funding for border security.

Quote
The chances are still good that no DACA deal is reached unless Democrats agree to all of Trump’s demands. Anything less is a giveaway for Republicans, and at the same time, Democrats don’t want to risk leaving the Dreamers open to deportation starting March 5.

Trump should be aware that he won’t gain anything by being weak on DACA. He won’t win any votes, he won’t earn any goodwill for other agenda items, he won’t get his immigration reforms and he won’t get a wall.

DACA is a prime bargaining chip. The guy who wrote “The Art of the Deal” should know how to get something for it.

"A DACA amnesty would put more citizen children of illegal aliens —
known as “anchor babies” — on federal welfare (one in five ... on
food stamps) ...trigger a border surge that could triple the number of
illegal aliens pouring through the border."

Republican House Bill Exchanges DACA Amnesty
for Mandatory E-Verify, Legal Immigration Cuts

JOHN BINDER - 10 Jan 2018

A Republican-led bill that would give amnesty to the nearly 800,000 illegal aliens shielded from deportation by the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program is the first legislation on the issue that would make E-Verify mandatory for all U.S. employers, thus barring illegal aliens from the American workforce.

EXCERPTS:
~~~~ DACA Amnesty
The legislation known as “Securing America’s Future Act” spearheaded by Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) would allow DACA illegal aliens to remain the U.S. on 3-year renewable work visas that would allow them to use existing avenues to gain American citizenship.
~~~~Mandatory E-Verify

Under the Goodlatte bill, E-Verify — the system that prevents employers from hiring illegal aliens over Americans — would be mandatory throughout the country, making it the first DACA-related legislation to include this provision.

The legislation also makes overstaying a visa a federal misdemeanor.

~~~~ Ending Chain Migration
The Goodlatte bill fulfills another reform that Trump has demanded, which is ending the process known as “chain migration,” whereby newly naturalized citizens can currently bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S.
Under the legislation, chain migration — which has imported more than 9.3 million foreign nationals to the U.S. in the last decade — would be ended and confined to only spouses and the minor children of newly naturalized citizens. Another provision creates a temporary visa program for the parents of naturalized citizens that claims will come at no cost to American taxpayers.
~~~~ Border Wall

The legislation fulfills Trump’s single most important campaign promise: The construction of a border wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The border wall has been stalled in the prototype stage for months now, but the Goodlatte bill would authorize the construction of the border wall while adding 5,000 new U.S. Border Patrol agents, as well as 5,000 new U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents.

~~~~ More Immigration for Big Business Lobby
The most unfortunate part of Goodlatte’s legislation, according to Rosemary Jenks, is that it increases employment-based immigration by 45 percent. While ending the Diversity Visa Lottery program, whereby 50,000 foreign nationals are randomly allowed to come to the U.S. every year, the Goodlatte bill gives businesses 55,000 more foreign workers to import every year to take American jobs.
Quote
“It’s unfortunate for American agricultural workers, at the same time, a lot of jobs will open up for Americans in other fields because of mandatory E-Verify,” Jenks told Breitbart News. “This is all a balancing act. We’ve really struggled with this.”
President Trump Backs House Immigration Reform Bill
NEIL MUNRO - 10 Jan 2018
President Donald Trump has effectively endorsed the House GOP’s immigration reform bill, just one day after he invited Democrats and Republicans from both the House and Senate to negotiate a deal.
The White House statement said:
President Donald J. Trump is grateful to Chairman [Bob] Goodlatte, Chairman [Mike] McCaul, Congressman [Raul] Labrador, and Congresswoman [Martha] McSally for introducing immigration legislation that would accomplish the President’s core priorities for the American people.  The President looks forward to advancing legislation that secures the border, ends chain migration, cancels the visa lottery, and addresses the status of the DACA population in a responsible fashion.
The House legislation, announced Wednesday, is being applauded by pro-American reformers.
“The vast majority of Republicans in the House can vote for this — it is common sense stuff, and it is what President Trump campaigned on and won on,” Rosemary Jenks, policy director at the Federation for American Immigration Reform told Breitbart before the Trump announcement. She added:
There are things in this bill that I don’t like, but the balance overall
is pro-American. Trump needs to get on board with the House bill
and tell the Senate that is what he wants.
The bill would implement the most important 35 elements of Trump’s 70-point October immigration plan while providing a minimalist amnesty for 670,000 enrolled ‘DACA’ illegals.
Quote
The illegals would be allowed to get renewable work permits, but not green cards or citizenship. In contrast, the Democrats’ DREAM Act would put 3.25 million illegals on a fast-track to citizenship and the voting booths and would allow them to invite millions of chain-migration relatives to enter the United States.
Brainwashed - Sub-Replacement Fertility - The Second Demographic Transition
http://www.un.org/esa/population/publications/migration/migration.htm
Replacement Migration:
Is It a Solution to Declining and Ageing Populations?
United Nations projections indicate that over the next 50 years, the populations of virtually all countries of Europe as well as Japan will face population decline and population ageing. The new challenges of declining and ageing populations will require comprehensive reassessments of many established policies and programmes, including those relating to international migration.
Focusing on these two striking and critical population trends, the report considers replacement migration for eight low-fertility countries (France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, United Kingdom and United States) and two regions (Europe and the European Union). Replacement migration refers to the international migration that a country would need to offset population decline and population ageing resulting from low fertility and mortality rates.
...
Major findings of this study include the following:
1. During  the  first  half  of  the  twenty-first  century,  the  populations  of  most  developed  countries  are
projected to become smaller and older as a result of below-replacement fertility and increased longevity.
2. In the absence of migration, the declines in population size will be even greater than those projected, and population ageing will be more rapid .
3. Although  fertility  may  rebound  in  the  coming  decades, few  believe  that  fertility  in  most  developed  countries  will  recover  sufficiently  to  reach  replacement  level  in  the  foreseeable  future,  thus  making
population decline inevitable in the absence of replacement migration.
4. The  projected  population  decline  and  population  ageing  will  have  profound  and  far-reaching
consequences, forcing Governments to reassess many established economic, social and political policies
and programmes, including those relating to international migration.
Ever wondered why so many western elites are so vehemently supportive of mass immigration? Ever question how willfully blind the establishment is to the costs (human and capital) of allowing any- and everyone into the heart of European nations? Well wonder no more...
As a reminder, the [western] world faces decades of depopulation. Our present economic issues began decades ago.  To understand what is happening economically, simply check the headwaters of (de)population (excluding Africa) under way since 1990...the chart below shows the 0-5yr/old population (excluding Africa) vs. the 0-5yr/old population of Africa.
/...
Population growth is responsible for the majority of GDP growth...so a downturn in population growth matters...particularly when population growth shifts from wealthy or developing nations to the poorest.
...
And so with that as background - and as noted above, a crisis that has been foreseeable on the horizon for years - it appears, based on a recently exposed United Nations report from the year 2000, that the 'new world order' envisioned a 'final solution' to this demographic dilemma of a collapsing consumer base for the west's credit-based economies...
NEW YORK, 17 March (DESA) -- The Population Division of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) has released a new report titled “Replacement Migration: Is it a Solution to Declining and Ageing Populations?”.
 Replacement migration refers to the international migration that a country would need to prevent population decline and population ageing resulting from low fertility and mortality rates.
NEIL MUNRO - 11 Jan 2018
President Donald Trump shot down an amnesty plan offered by Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin and several GOP Senators, prompting amnesty-advocates to wreck the amnesty talks by leaking Trump’s Oval Office “sh*thole” description of undeveloped countries.
The report said:
President Trump grew frustrated with lawmakers Thursday in the Oval Office when they floated restoring protections for immigrants from Haiti, El Salvador and African countries as part of a bipartisan immigration deal, according to two people briefed on the meeting.
“Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?” Trump said, according to these people, referring to African countries and Haiti. He then suggested that the United States should instead bring more people from countries like Norway, whose prime minister he met yesterday.
The comments left lawmakers taken aback, according to people familiar with their reactions. Sens. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.) and Richard J. Durbin (D-Ill.) proposed cutting the visa lottery program by 50 percent and then prioritizing countries already in the system, a White House official said.
The White House released a statement after the Washington Post article was published. The statement did not deny the comment about less-developed countries, but promised an immigration policy which helps Americans and legal immigrants.
Quote
Four million Americans turn 18 each year and begin looking for good jobs in the free market.
But the federal government inflates the supply of new labor by annually accepting 1 million new legal immigrants, by providing work-permits to roughly 3 million resident foreigners, and by doing little to block the employment of roughly 8 million illegal immigrants.
The Washington-imposed economic policy of economic growth via mass-immigration floods the market with foreign labor, spikes profits and Wall Street values by cutting salaries for manual and skilled labor offered by blue-collar and white-collar employees. It also drives up real estate prices, widens wealth-gaps, reduces high-tech investment, increases state and local tax burdens, hurts kids’ schools and college education, pushes Americans away from high-tech careers, and sidelines at least 5 million marginalized Americans and their families, including many who are now struggling with opioid addictions.
The cheap-labor policy has also reduced investment and job creation in many interior states because the coastal cities have a surplus of imported labor. For example, almost 27 percent of zip codes in Missouri had fewer jobs or businesses in 2015 than in 2000, according to a new report by the Economic Innovation Group. In Kansas, almost 29 percent of zip codes had fewer jobs and businesses in 2015 compared to 2000, which was a two-decade period of massive cheap-labor immigration.
Mr. Mass Immigration Himself ... Theodore Kennedy:
“First, our cities will not be flooded with a million immigrants annually. Under the proposed bill, the present level of immigration remains substantially the same…
Secondly, the ethnic mix of this country will not be upset… Contrary to the charges in some quarters, [the bill] will not inundate America with immigrants from any one country or area, or the most populated and deprived nations of Africa and Asia…
In the final analysis, the ethnic pattern of immigration under the proposed measure is not expected to change as sharply as the critics seem to think… The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission. It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs.”
Dems Have ‘Interest’ in ‘Maintaining Status Quo on
Immigration’ to Ensure ‘Future Democrat Voters’
JOHN BINDER - 14 Jan 2018
The Democratic Party has a “major interest” in “maintaining the status quo on immigration” in order to ensure a flood of “future Democrat voters” that are expected to arrive legally to the United States over the coming decades, NumbersUSA Director of Governmental Affairs Rosemary Jenks told Breitbart News.
In an interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Saturday, hosted by Breitbart News Political Editor Matt Boyle and Deputy Political Editor Amanda House, Jenks said Democrats were increasingly uninterested in cutting a deal with President Trump to enact historic pro-American immigration reforms because it would get in the way of their electoral interests.
Jenks said:
Quote
Well, I think, first of all, we have to step back and recognize that Democrats have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo on immigration because they’re looking at all of these people as future Democrat voters. And so, you know, if they can find a way to get legal status for the, as many of the 11 million illegal aliens, or however many million there are. … The more they can get citizenship for, the more Democratic voters they have, the more likely it is that they can essentially make the Republican Party an outlier in U.S. elections forever. That is a major interest that we all need to recognize here.
In a deal with Democrats to give amnesty to nearly 800,000 illegal aliens shielded from deportation by the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, Trump demanded that two current immigration programs end: Chain migration and the Diversity Visa Lottery.
Chain migration is the process where a newly arrived immigrant to the U.S. is able to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the country with them.
Roughly 9.3 million foreign nationals have come to the U.S. as chain migrants between 2005 and 2016. In that same time period, a total of 13.06 million foreign nationals have entered the U.S. through the legal immigration system, as every seven out of ten new arrivals come to the country for nothing other than family reunification.
This makes chain migration the largest driver of immigration to the U.S.—making up more than 70 percent—with every two new immigrants bringing seven foreign relatives with them. As Breitbart News reported, five years of chain migration to the U.S. adds more people to the country than one year of American births.
... 2018 Midterms: "... if we can’t make a deal that takes care of
the border security issue, then we need to walk away from the
table and just say ‘Fine, let the American people decide.”
Rep. Labrador:
Mid-Term Elections Are All About Amnesty and Immigration
NEIL MUNRO - 14 Jan 2018
GOP leaders need to make the 2018 midterm elections all about immigration as pro-amnesty Democrats block immigration talks and threaten government annual spending bills, says Rep. Raul Labrador, the co-author of a new GOP immigration-and-amnesty bill.
GOP Majority Leader Rep. “Kevin McCarthy and the Senate leadership need to make it about this — if we can’t make a deal that takes care of the border security issue, then we need to walk away from the table and just say ‘Fine, let the American people decide,” Labrador told Breitbart News January 12.
“I know the American people will be on the side of security and enforcement and they will not stand with the Democrats,” said Labrador, who is retiring from Congress to run for the governorship of Idaho.
Labrador also said his “Securing America’s Future Act” immigration-and-amnesty bill will also help raise wages for votes by trimming the inflow of legal immigrants. “We need higher wages — that is the most important thing,” he said, adding:
That is why our bill reduces numbers on immigration. That is why our bill is supported by [pro-American] NumbersUSA. Our bill is an important step in the future of immigration. It modernizes the immigration system, and it leads to a skills-based system, as opposed to a family immigration [chain migration] system.
Quote
“I think it is imperative that we stand strong on this issue,” Labrador told Breitbart January 12. He continued:
Right now the Democratic base is energized and if you want to energize the Republican base, the best thing you can do it to keep your promise. The worst thing you can do in 2018 is cave to Democrats on immigration because the base will not show up, so the Democrats will then take over the House and the Senate …
Sanctuary State victims are the citizens ...
now remember - Marcelo Marquez = Luis Enriquez Monroy Bracamontes in searching for this story ...
The suspect, Luis Enrique Monroy-Bracamonte, now has an immigration detainer against him. It calls for him to be transferred to federal custody after this case has been decided so they can pursue deportation, although that clearly hasn’t worked twice.
The suspect was arrested and deported in 1997 for illegal drug possession and again four years later for an undisclosed offense, reported The Sacramento Bee.
Monroy-Bracamonte gave authorities the fictitious identity of Marcelo Marquez, 34, of Salt Lake City. It was through fingerprints that authorities determined his true identity.
...
There is evidence that he used several different identities. One friend who knew him only as “Tiger” said she believed his name was Julian Beltran according to the Sacramento Bee.
Chaos In Courtroom: Man Accused Of Murdering Deputies: ‘I Killed F****** Cops’, Warns He’ll Do It Again
By Angela Greenwood
...
Luis Bracamontes stunned the courtroom, first calling one of his alleged victims a coward, before yelling expletives while describing the fact that he killed the officers and didn’t regret it. Bracamontes also said he wished he would have killed more.
“I killed f***ing cops. They’re f***ing dead. I don’t f***ing regret that,” he said, while laughing.
...
But in another outburst, Bracamontes warned the courtroom and our CBS13 cameras, that he would do it again, saying, “I will break out soon and I will kill more.”
The undocumented immigrant is accused of murdering Sacramento County Sheriff’s Deputy Danny Oliver and then Placer County Sheriff’s Detective Mike Davis, Jr. during a crime spree that also included carjacking and other shooting victims in October of 2014.
http://www.sacbee.com/news/local/crime/article194874024.html
“I wish I had killed more of the mother-------,” he boasted to the jury as prosecutor Rod Norgaard described the outbreak of violence.
Smiling broadly, Bracamontes added, “I will break out soon and I will kill more, kill whoever gets in front of me ... There’s no need for a f------ trial.”
Illegal immigrant accused of stabbing stranger in neck at California market had been deported seven times
A man accused of an “unprovoked and brutal stabbing” at a market in California last month is an illegal immigrant with a criminal record who had been previously deported seven times, a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman told Fox News.
Ricardo Velasquez-Romero, 39, who also goes by the name Eulalio Miniz Orozco, was arrested last month after local police say he stabbed a 61-year-old man in the neck at Lola’s Market in Santa Rosa on Dec. 21.
Department of Homeland Security databases indicate Velasquez-Romero “has been repatriated to his native Mexico seven times since 2007,” a spokesman for ICE said.
“Records indicate Mr. Velasquez also has multiple prior criminal convictions, including those from felony drug and weapons charges,” said James Schwab, a spokesman in San Francisco for ICE.
...
Velasquez-Romero had been residing in Santa Rosa for the previous two months, police said.
The victim, whose name was not released, was transported to a local hospital with a life-threatening injury. At the time of Velasquez-Romero’s arrest last month, the police said the victim’s condition had been upgraded to stable.
Velasquez-Romero has been charged with attempted murder
Sweden Is Preparing For A "Civil War": PM Wants To Deploy Army In No-Go Zones
by Tyler Durden
Thu, 01/18/2018 - 14:33
For the first time since World War II, Sweden is preparing to distribute a civil defense brochure to some 4.7 million households, warning them about the onset of war.
The booklet will serve as a manual of "total defense" in case of a war, and provide details on how to secure basic needs such as water, food, and heating, the FT reported. The manual also covers other threats such as cyber attacks, terrorism, and climate change.
"All of society needs to be prepared for conflict, not just the military. We haven’t been using words such as total defense or high alert for 25-30 years or more. So the knowledge among citizens is very low," said Christina Andersson, head of the project at the Swedish civil contingencies agency.
,,,
On Wednesday, Prime Minister Stefan Lofven said that Sweden would do whatever it takes, including sending in the army, to end the wave of gang violence situated in the no-go zones around the country. Sweden’s murder rate has been relatively low over the years, but thanks to the migrant crisis, police are powerless in many areas across the country.
Michelle Craft Turner
Senator Schumer this is the problem with DACA:
You have two families: "Joe Legal" and "Jose Illegal". Both families have two
parents, two children, and live in California ..
Joe Legal works in construction, has a Social Security Number and makes $25.00 per hour with taxes deducted.
Jose Illegal also works in construction, has NO Social Security Number, and gets paid $15.00 cash "under the table".
Ready?
Now pay attention....
Joe Legal:
$25.00 per hour x 40 hours = $1000.00 per week, or $52,000.00 per year.
Now take 30% away for state and federal tax; Joe Legal now has $31,231.00.
Jose Illegal:
$15.00 per hour x 40 hours = $600.00 per week, or $31,200.0 0 per year.
Jose Illegal pays no taxes. Jose Illegal now has $31,200.00.
Joe Legal:
pays medical and dental insurance with limited coverage for his family at $600.00 per month, or $7,200.00 per year. Joe Legal now has $24,031.00.
Jose Illegal:
has full medical and dental coverage through the state and local clinics and emergency hospitals at a cost of $0.00 per year. Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00.
Joe Legal:
makes too much money and is not eligible for food stamps or welfare. Joe Legal pays $500.00 per month for food, or $6,000.00 per year. Joe Legal now has $18,031.00.
Jose Illegal:
has no documented income and is eligible for food stamps, WIC and welfare.
Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00.
Joe Legal:
pays rent of $1,200.00 per month, or $14,400.00 per year.
Joe Legal now has 9,631.00.
Jose Illegal:
receives a $500.00 per month Federal Rent Subsidy. Jose Illegal pays out that $500.00 per month or $6,000.00 per year. Jose Illegal still has $ 31,200.00.
Joe Legal:
pays $200.00 per month, or $2,400.00 for car insurance. Some of that is uninsured motorist insurance. Joe Legal now has $7,231.00.
Jose Illegal says, "We don't need no stinkin' insurance!" and still has $31,200.00.
Joe Legal has to make his $7,231.00 stretch to pay utilities, gasoline, etc..
Jose Illegal has to make his $31,200.00 stretch to pay utilities, gasoline, and what he sends out of the country every month..
Joe Legal now works overtime on Saturdays or gets a part time job after work.
Jose Illegal has nights and weekends off to enjoy with his family.
Joe Legal's and Jose Illegal's children both attend the same elementary school.
Joe Legal pays for his children's lunches, while Jose Illegal's children get a government sponsored lunch on an after school ESL program.
Joe Legal's children go home.
Now, when they reach college age, Joe Legal's kids may not get into a State School and may not qualify for scholarships, grants or other tuition help, even though Joe has been paying for State Schools through his taxes,
Jose Illegal's kids "go to the head of the class" because they are a minority.
Joe Legal and Jose Illegal both enjoy the same police and fire services, but Joe paid for them and Jose did not pay.
Do you get it, now?
If you vote for or support any politician that supports illegal aliens... You are part of the problem. It's way PAST time to take a stand for America and America! AMERICANS deserve to dream !!! We dream of keeping our money, going on vacation, sending our kids to college and not being in debt just so DEMS can give our hard earned money away to Their Illegal future voters!!!
Luis Gutierrez:
Shutdown Really About ‘First Racist President’
Wanting to End Legal Immigration
TONY LEE - 20 Jan 2018
Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) claimed on Friday evening that the government shutdown is about the “first racist president of the United States of America” wanting to end legal immigration.
In a fiery speech at a MoveOn rally outside the Capitol on Friday evening, Gutierrez accused President Donald Trump of exposing himself as a racist with his “shithole” countries remarks. And though Trump reportedly made those remarks in regards to the visa lottery system and said he would welcome more immigrants from Asian countries, Gutierrez said the government shutdown was not about Trump’s border wall but about “ending legal immigration in America.”
“It’s really about the color of your skin and the country you come from,” Gutierrez said, adding that he was fighting to keep “pathways to America clear” for various people of color.
Gutierrez also accused Republicans of taking Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients hostage and said he would go after the GOP kidnappers after Democrats eventually pay whatever ransom they have to pay.
“Clearly, after the ransom is paid and the hostages are freed, we’re going after the kidnappers in November and running them out of office,’ Gutierrez said.
            Refugee Admissions Down
                           70%
In First Full Year of Trump Administration
MICHAEL PATRICK LEAHY - 21 Jan 2018
During his first full year in office, President Trump delivered on his campaign promise to limit refugee admissions to the United States from countries that are known hotbeds of terrorism.
Overall, refugee admissions during the 365 full days since his inauguration at noon on January 20, 2017 have declined by 70 percent from the previous complete calendar year under the Obama administration.
From January 21, 2017 to January 20, 2018 (Trump Calendar Year 2017), a total of 29,620 refugees have been admitted to the United States, according to the State Department’s wrapsnet.org website, the source of the refugee admissions data used in this story.
In contrast, from January 21, 2016 to January 20, 2017, the last full calendar year of the Obama administration (Obama Calendar Year 2016), a total of 98,898 refugees were admitted to the United States.
The most compelling aspect of the refugee arrival data for President Trump’s first full calendar year is the dramatic drop in refugee arrivals from the seven countries identified as terrorist hotbeds (Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Iran, Sudan, Yemen, and Libya) in Executive Order 13769 to whom the travel ban initially applied.
Refugee arrivals from those seven countries declined by 81 percent, from 45,114 in Obama Calendar Year 2016 to 8,475 in Trump Calendar Year 2017.
3 Out of 4 Convicted Terrorists Came to U.S. Legally Via Current Immigration System
JANUARY 17, 2018
Illustrating the national security threats created by the nation’s immigration system, the overwhelming majority of individuals convicted of terrorism are foreigners who entered the United States legally through various federal programs. Three out of every four convicted terrorists between September 11, 2001 and December 31, 2016 are foreign born and came to the United States through our immigration system, according to a new report issued jointly by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
At least 549 individuals were convicted of terrorism-related charges in American federal courts since 2001 and 402 of them—approximately 73%–were foreign-born, the report says. Here’s the breakdown by citizenship at the time of their convictions; 254 were not U.S. citizens, 148 were naturalized and received American citizenship and 147 were U.S. born. Additionally, 1,716 foreigners with national security concerns were removed from the United States. The Trump administration stresses that figures include only those aliens who were convicted or removed and therefore do not represent the total measure of foreign terrorist infiltration of the United States. Statistics on individuals facing terrorism charges who have not yet been convicted will be provided in follow-up reports that will be made available to the public.
This DHS/DOJ report, issued this month, is disturbing enough and reveals that a significant number of terrorists entered the country through immigration programs that use family ties and extended-family chain migration as a basis for entry. Among them is Mufid Elfgeeh, a national of Yemen who benefitted from chain migration in 1997 and was sentenced to more than 22 years in prison for attempting to recruit fighters for ISIS. Sudanese Mahmoud Amin Mohamed Elhassan came to the U.S. in 2012 as a relative of a lawful permanent resident and eventually pleaded guilty to attempting to provide material support to ISIS. Pakistani Uzair Paracha was admitted to the U.S. in 1980 as a family member of a lawful permanent resident and in 2006 was sentenced to more than three decades in prison for providing material support to Al Qaeda. Khaleel Ahmed, a national of India, was admitted to the United States in 1998 as a family member of a naturalized United States citizen. Ahmed eventually became an American citizen and in 2010 was sentenced to more than eight years in prison for conspiring to provide material support to terrorists.
I am trying to understand how those two above (Yemenese Mufid Elfgeeh & Pakistani Uzair Paracha) obtained citizenship with their active terrorism-against-America support and actions!  Looks like the entire Citizenship Department needs a complete revamp of values and what their function is.  The CDC needs to be involved, first thing, to determine the level of disease that is being brought in and whether it can be treated.  If the disease cannot be cured, they should be rejected for immigration.
Build That Wall - fast!  And, when it comes to The Wall:  I say have a double row.  The first wall can be non-see-through and plain.  Have the second wall toward the inside of America be see-through with the rounded top.  Easy trap to catch them in and process them with documentation before sending them back.  And, I wonder about "underneath" The Wall.  How far down do the sections go?
For those who have never been to Japan, it might comes as a surprise that Indian restaurants – or more specifically curry restaurants – are really popular. However, just staying one night in an urban area of the country will reveal how prevalent they are.
...
Curry first made its way to Japan around the turn of the 19th century when Japan had opened its borders for easier international trade. Curry was indirectly introduced here by the British who had co-opted it from their then-colony of India. As such, there were some changes such as a lighter and sweeter taste, which caught on well in Japan.
"Lighter and sweeter taste."
That's not curry then. If a job's worth doing, it's worth doing right.
Two DACA recipients arrested on suspicion of human smuggling
A man who was in the United States under the Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals program, and another man whose DACA protections had expired, were arrested on suspicion of human smuggling in two separate incidents last week, federal officials said Monday.
The DACA program gave unauthorized immigrants who were brought to the U.S. as children two-year renewable permits protecting them from deportation and allowing them to work.
...
Border agents were sent to the area after a resident spotted what appeared to be a smuggling incident, federal officials said. Further investigation led agents to a vehicle suspected of being involved, which they pulled over on Interstate 5 near Dairy Mart Road about 12:10 p.m.
Three men were inside: the driver, a 20-year-old DACA recipient whose status had expired, and two Mexican nationals, ages 21 and 22, suspected of being in the country illegally.
Federal officials said the driver and his cousin, the 22-year-old passenger, told agents they had been involved in human smuggling in the area. The driver is currently in federal custody.
The second incident happened on Thursday about 8 a.m. Border Patrol agents in East County had just arrested two people on suspicion of being in the country illegally when they spotted two suspicious vehicles on Buckman Springs Road in Campo.
The agents followed one of the vehicles — a blue Honda sedan — and conducted an immigration inspection at a nearby checkpoint.
The driver — a 22-year-old Mexican national who lived in Riverside County as a DACA recipient — ultimately told agents that he and another driver were scouting the area to aid a group of smugglers, federal officials said.
HUGE-SCALE WEALTH RE-DISTRIBUTION:
" ... the huge scale of foreign remittances adds to the economic
losses and redistributions imposed by the federal policy of goosing
economic growth with the large-scale immigration of 1 million
workers and consumers every year."
Immigrants Sent $140 Billion From
U.S. Back To Homelands in 2016
NEIL MUNRO - 31 Jan 2018
Legal and illegal immigrants wired almost $140 billion from the United States
back to their home countries and foreign relatives in 2016.
The huge loss of domestic spending by of immigrants’ remittances is spotlighted in a new report by the Pew Research Center, which also noted that $6.5 billion was sent back to the United States by foreign-based U.S. workers. That is a 21-fold difference and is enough money to support 2.6 million additional $50,000 jobs in the United States.
The remittance number is based on calculations by the World Bank.
The leading recipients of the exported remittances are people in Mexico, China, and India, reflecting the growing size of Chinese and Indian migration into the United States. Many of the Chinese and Indian migrants work in once-prestigious, but now lower-wage, white-collar science or computer jobs.
Now 56 thousand inllegal aliens in FEDERAL Prisons and "90 percent of the total U.S. incarcerated population in state and local prisons  are not counted because snitches get stitches ...
Report reveals 92 percent of foreign nationals in federal prisons are illegal immigrants
A new report published Thursday by the Trump administration shows that 92 percent of foreign nationals in federal prisons are in the U.S. illegally — a revelation that Attorney General Jeff Sessions said proves why the U.S. needs to follow through on President Trump's proposed immigration reform.
The 2017 report, from the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security, found that more than one in five individuals imprisoned were not born in the United States. In addition, 94 percent of foreign nationals in the custody of either the Federal Bureau of Prisons or the U.S. Marshals Service entered the U.S. illegally.
...
By the end of the 2017 fiscal year, 58,766 known or suspect foreign nationals were imprisoned in the United States.
Newly-confirmed Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen added that the report highlights “that more must be done,” and added the department “will continue to pursue President Trump’s immigration priorities.”
The report did not include information on incarcerations in state prisons or local jails. “State and local facilities do not routinely provide DHS or DOJ with comprehensive information about their inmates and detainees—which account for approximately 90 percent of the total U.S. incarcerated population,” the report said.
BTW ... IS THIS RACIST?
Democrat Sen. Carper:
Discard Millions of Americans so Illegals Can Get Jobs
NEIL MUNRO - 5 Feb 2018
Democratic Sen. Tom Carper says ‘dreamer’ illegal immigrants should be hired to replace millions of Americans who supposedly are too unskilled, uneducated, unethical or drugged up to work for companies.
“I think the business community is saying that to the administration [and] they are certainly saying that to those of us in the Congress, and we should focus on that,” Carper told MSNBC.
“We have a moral responsibility to them,” Carper said about the roughly 690,000 ‘dreamer’ illegals, not about Americans. Carper added, “doing a deal with the dreamers is as much about —  as I said earlier — is about making sure we have the folks who can go to work tomorrow.” Carper continued:
Quote
Today, when folks want to work in this country, there is still 2 to 3 million jobs unfilled. Unfilled! Nobody is there to do the jobs, they don’t have the education, the work skills, the work ethic, they can’t pass a drug test … are we going to send 700-800,00 [illegal immigrants] people back home to the countries where they were born? They are perfectly capable of doing these jobs, they can pass a drug test, why would we do that?
... Carper’s moment of frankness came three minutes into a February 5 MSNBC interview when he was asked about the Democrats’ effort to win an amnesty for the DACA illegals, whose population ranges up to 3.25 million. The left-wing host did not object to Carper’s suggestion that millions of Americans be discarded for the benefit of illegal immigrants and Wall Street investors.
"Carper is not the only D.C. politician who wants to discard Americans.
Numerous other Senators are uring an amnesty even though millions
of Americans are sidelined ..."
Donald Trump: ‘Let’s Have a Shutdown’ If Congress Can’t Close Immigration Loopholes
by Charlie Spiering
6 Feb 2018
President Donald Trump threatened a government shutdown if Congress did not act quickly to close immigration loopholes allowing MS-13 gang members to cross the border.
“Frankly, I’ll go a step further, if we don’t change the legislation, if we don’t get rid of these loopholes where killers are allowed to come into our country … if we don’t change it let’s have a shutdown, we’ll do a shutdown,” Trump said. “It’s worth it for our country.”
... just what does it cost us to
import and 'resettle' so-called 'refugess'? ... about
$80,000 per person for the first FIVE years!
Study:
Welfare for Foreign Refugees Costs U.S.
Taxpayers $870M Annually
 JOHN BINDER - 8 Feb 2018
Every year, American taxpayers pay nearly $870 million on welfare for foreign refugees who are resettled across the United States by the State Department.
A new study by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) reveals that annually, foreign refugees are being given about $867 million in welfare benefits that U.S. taxpayers pay for. Every year, taxpayers are billed about $1.8 billion for the full cost of resettling foreign refugees, and after five years, American taxpayers will have spent about $8.8 billion on resettling foreign refugees.
The study reveals:
Quote
In 2016, former President Obama’s last year in office, the U.S. admitted more Muslim refugees to the country than ever before in history. That year, nearly 40,000 Muslim refugees were placed in the U.S., as noted by the Pew Research Center.
White House:
Democrats’ ‘Open Border Fringe’ Blocks Immigration Reform
NEIL MUNRO - 15 Feb 2018
Senate Democrats “are held hostage by the radical left in their party, which opposes any immigration control at all,” said a White House statement slamming the Democrats who blocked President Donald Trump’s amnesty-and-reform compromise on February 15.
The toughly worded statement says President Donald Trump will next ask the House to pass the Goodlatte bill which endorses his pro-American immigration policies, but it also suggests that Trump will emphasize the Democrats’ radical open-border policies during the midterm elections.
The statement said:
Today, the [Sen. Chuck] Schumer Democrats in the Senate demonstrated again that they are not serious about DACA, they are not serious about immigration reform, and they are not serious about homeland security.  They filibustered a proposal with an extremely generous path to citizenship [for 1.8 million illegals] because it also contained reforms that secured our border and secured our immigration system.
The [Sen. Chuck] Grassley bill was a compromise bill—as demonstrated by the fact that some conservatives opposed its very generous DACA provisions.  Yet, the Schumer Democrats chose to filibuster it because they are held hostage by the radical left in their party, which opposes any immigration control at all.  Today, they sided with an extreme fringe over the hardworking men and women of the Department of Homeland Security.
The Administration will continue advocating for an immigration package that includes border security, ending chain migration, cancelling the visa lottery, and a reasonable DACA solution—a proposal Americans support overwhelmingly.  And while radical Schumer Democrats align themselves with the open border fringe, the Trump Administration will continue advocating for the American people. The next step will be for the House to continue advancing the proposal from Chairman Goodlatte and Chairman McCaul.
White House: New bipartisan DACA plan “giant amnesty”
Ed MorrisseyPosted at 12:01 pm on February 15, 2018
...
The White House has been very clear on the terms it will accept for granting a path to citizenship for DACA recipients and normalization of the program. They want a border wall and an end to broad family-unification or “chain migration” practices in order to keep the problem from recurring. Donald Trump went so far as to issue a veto threat for anything that doesn’t fully resolve the issue.
...
The response from the White House was swift. One senior official called it a “giant amnesty,” and a public response from DHS condemned it as “the end of immigration enforcement”:
Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole ; He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. - Job 5
Arrests of Illegal Aliens in Boston Increase
by More than 50 Percent in 2017
JOHN BINDER - 22 Feb 2018
Arrests of illegal aliens living in the Boston, Massachusetts area
have increased by more than 50 percent, a new report reveals.
According to federal data analyzed by the Boston Globe, arrests of illegal aliens in the Boston area hiked up beyond 50 percent in Fiscal Year 2017, marking a new era of strict immigration enforcement under President Trump’s agenda of economic nationalism.
Agents with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency arrested nearly 3,000 illegal aliens in the Boston region in Fiscal Year 2017. Compare that to the 1,858 illegal aliens who were arrested the year before when former President Obama’s immigration enforcement was far more lax.
The bulk of the illegal alien arrests came from ICE’s increased enforcement that no longer only strives to deport illegal aliens who have committed crimes against American citizens.
... I am still trying to figure out
why the courts have ANY SAY WHATSOEVER
in a President's decision to monitor, administer
or HALT ENTIRELY alien 'immigration' across our
borders.
NEW THREAT!
SUPREMES COULD TURN CONSTITUTION INTO 'SUICIDE PACT'
Rejecting president's immigration ban protects 'anti-constitutional Shariah radicals'
BOB UNRUH
Highly respected national security experts ranging from former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy to retired Army Lt. Gen. William Boykin are warning the U.S. Supreme Court not to turn the U.S. Constitution into a “suicide pact” when the justices consider President Trump’s so-called “Muslim ban.”
If the court finds that Shariah supremacism equals Islam, equals religion, equals immunity from governmental protective measures, “the Constitution really will have become a suicide pact,” they wrote.
“We will have decided that anti-constitutional Shariah radicals
are just as welcome as any other law abiding, patriotic Muslims.”
The brief was submitted by the American Freedom Law Center in a lawsuit against Trump’s plan to improve the security of the United States by banning entry of unvetted individuals from eight terror-supporting nations.
... The case was accepted by the U.S. Supreme Court after two judges ruled against the president’s order. Oral arguments will take place in a few weeks.
Quote
“The decision to admit or to exclude an alien may be lawfully placed with the president, who may in turn delegate the carrying out of this function to a responsible executive officer. … The action of the executive officer under such authority is final and conclusive.”
That means, the brief explains, courts should not even be considering a challenge to the Trump order.
“This will be the first time since 9-11 that this issue will be squarely and coherently briefed to the Supreme Court. It begins the all too important policy discussion at the highest levels within the Halls of Justice and, as such, within the inner reaches of the law. It turns the lawfare of the Islamists and Progressives in on itself and reshapes and indeed opens up new fronts on the legal and policy battlefields enabling those who cherish western civilization and our constitutional republic to take an offensive and ultimately rational posture into the lawfare and policy trenches,” Muise said.
Durbin Says Americans’ Homeland Must Be a ‘Nation of Immigrants’ – Forever
by Neil Munro 3 Mar 2018
...
“To deny our birthright as a nation [of immigrants] is to really defy who we are, what we are and what we will be,” Durbin told NPR.
...
Durbin suggested that the United States’ strength is made greater by a huge cross-border inflow of non-European or non-white partway assimilated immigrants — “the face of immigration … from many different places … [with] background differences.” He said:
    You know, [Trump’s] goal in changing the face of immigration in America is one that I will never buy into. You know, we have a diverse nation, and that is our strength as far as I’m concerned. We come from many different places, all proud to be Americans, all working together as an American team, if you will. But we do have these background differences. And for this president to say that for the first time in 90 years he wants to dramatically cut legal immigration in America, that is a complete reversal of the policy of immigration that we’ve had since 1965.
Durbin’s “1965” reference is to the 1965 immigration law which dramatically expanded the inflow of non-European migrants to the United States. Durbin seems to argue that the 1965 law is a permanent, unreformable, unchangeable “birthright” that must determine the future identity of the United States, or as he described it earlier, “to deny our birthright as a nation is to really defy who we are, what we are and what we will be.”
