[ Congressman is denied access to illegal alien detainment facility ...  We live in America - Right? ]

http://www.theblaze.com/blog/2014/07/02/what-are-they-trying-to-hide-gop-member-denied-entry-to-immigrant-detainee-facility/
‘What are they trying to hide?’: GOP member denied entry to immigrant detainee facility

Rep. Jim Bridenstine (R-Okla.) said Wednesday that he was prevented from entering an immigration detainee facility by the Department of Health and Human Services, which runs the facility.

Bridenstine said he tried to enter the building at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma on Tuesday, but was told by HHS officials that he would have to make an appointment. The earliest he could visit was July 21.

“What are they trying to hide?” he asked. “Do they not want the children to speak with members of Congress? As a Navy pilot, I have been involved in operations countering illicit human trafficking. I would like to know to whom these children are being released.”

Bridenstine added that senior HHS officials would not take his call, and that he was told to send an email instead.

“There is no excuse for denying a federal representative from Oklahoma access to a federal facility in Oklahoma where unaccompanied children are being held,” he said. “Any member of Congress should have the legal authority to visit a federal youth detention facility without waiting three weeks.”

Under current law, unaccompanied immigrant children are required to be placed in the custody of HHS, until they can be released to a relative or guardian pending a deportation court hearing.

Current law also prohibits border officials from immediately deporting children when they come from countries that don’t border the United States.

President Barack Obama has asked Congress to consider legislation to change that law, in an effort to speed up the process of deporting these children.

MAP: Where feds are trying to relocate illegal border surgers

NumbersUSA is daily updating this interactive map to show which communities are under threat of the federal government moving large numbers of illegal aliens there from the border.

NumbersUSA is providing its members actions they can take to help stop the government's dispersal of illegal aliens in a way that usually means they never go back home. Because people living in communities across the Americas rarely see one of their neighbors ever returned after illegally entering the United States, most of the population in those countries believe crossing the border illegally will bring great rewards.

Jeremy Oliver, a resident of Temecula, California--a town that neighbors Murrieta--told Breitbart Texas that local police officers warned the protesters that "it's going to get ugly."

Oliver said, "The feds are pissed that they haven't been able to use this facility. Officers out there warned people that federal agents will be in Murrieta on Monday--they are going to get the next bus through no matter what. Riot gear and shields will be used to push the crowd back."

John Henry, a Murrieta resident since 1991, was told the same thing by local officers.

"We're being told that federal Marshals or ICE will be here in the next few days and that they are bringing riot gear," Henry said. "They're apparently going to be blocking off the street with concrete blockades so that no vehicles can get through. The River County Sheriff's Department showed up last night and brought a huge watch tower that shoots up into the air 35 feet."

wayback machine - Harry Reid and Jerry Brown fought against Vietnamese Refugee dumping in Calif and Nevada:

Remember When Gov Jerry Brown Fought to Keep Vietnamese Refugees From Coming to California

Flashback: Remember in 1975 when Liberal Democrat Gov Jerry Brown fought to keep out South Vietnamese refugees from coming to California during his first time as Governor.

Why the double standard by Liberals today?

Gov. Jerry Brown 1975: Don't 'Dump Vietnamese' Refugees on California

Democratic Governor Jerry Brown once fought to keep out South Vietnamese refugees from being delivered to his state during his first stint as governor of California in the 1970’s. Although he remains silent on the crisis that is happening on the southern border of his state, Brown’s position via legislation previously signed regarding illegal immigrants from Mexico Central America and South America is more favorable than the cool response he gave to the Vietnamese refugees who had escaped the tyrannical Viet Cong.

"The new governor of California, Jerry Brown, was very concerned about refugees settling in his state. Brown even attempted to prevent planes carrying refugees from landing at Travis Air Force Base near Sacramento. . . . The secretary of health and welfare, Mario Obledo, felt that this addition of a large minority group would be unwelcome in California. And he said that they already had a large population of Hispanics, Filipinos, blacks, and other minorities."

In fact, then Senator Joe Biden complained about the Ford administration’s move to bring Vietnamese refugees to the U.S., saying the White House “had not informed Congress adequately about the number of refugees." Liberal presidential icon George McGovern told Newsweek, “I think the Vietnamese are better off in Vietnam.”

Presently, Governor Brown approved a measure allowing non-citizens to get driver’s licenses in California. He also signed a law titled the Trust Act, which bars law enforcement from detaining a foreign national they arrest for a period of time, so that immigration officials can pick up the person(s) charged and start deportation proceedings. Additionally, another law Brown signed allows illegal immigrants to get a law license and practice law in the state and included measures that would restrict who could charge illegal immigrants for aiding them with legal work, Fox News Latino reported in October of 2013.

“While Washington waffles on immigration, California’s forging ahead,” Brown said, according to published reports. “I’m not waiting.”

Texas Gov. Rick Perry repeated an accusation that undocumented children coming to the U.S. from Latin American countries might be a result of an “ulterior motive” by President Obama.

“I have to believe that when you don’t respond in any way that you are either inept or you have some ulterior motive of which you are functioning from,” Perry said during an interview Sunday on ABC’s “This Week.”

“I don’t believe he particularly cares whether or not the border of the United States is secure,” Perry said when he was asked by host Martha Raddatz if he stood by comments made in a June 17 interview with “Fox and Friends.”

“This president, I will suggest, is totally and absolutely either inept or making some decisions that are not in the best interests of American citizens,” Perry said during that interview with Fox News.

Perry also suggested that non-Mexicans crossing the U.S.-Mexican border are coming from Middle Eastern countries such as Syria.

AP......   Mr. Perry hit on it.

[ So if we don't want them on our doorstep ie  "IMPORTING POVERTY" - what's our country doing to help these latin American countries ? Is this a "success" story ? Geez... ]

http://www.usaid.gov/guatemala
USAID has identified two significant challenges to successful development in Guatemala:

historic inequality that remains ingrained in Guatemalan society,
and a weak government that lacks the capacity to address insecurity and poverty.

Each of these driving forces contributes to increased crime, high levels of poverty, and some of the lowest levels of health and education quality in Latin America. Guatemalans lack protection against organized crime, are vulnerable to natural disasters, and struggle to feed and educate their children.

Based on decades of experience, USAID's strategy to enhance development outcomes includes:
1) Programs in sectors where USAID has a comparative advantage among donor organizations, and where clear opportunities for advancement exist, and
2) Strong support to improve food security in priority areas in the Western Highlands with extremely high poverty and child chronic malnutrition levels, and where potential for economic development is strong. Agency programs also focus on health, education, nutrition, and local governance in the target municipalities.

USAID Guatemala Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) [PDF]
http://www.usaid.gov/sites/default/files/documents/1862/GuatemalaCDCS.pdf

Foreword
The United States Government (USG) has set out an ambitious agenda to improve the delivery and effectiveness of foreign assistance. This agenda reflects the USG commitment to international aid effectiveness principles as articulated in the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness and the Accra Agenda for Action and the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).2

The USG agenda is set out in three complementary documents:

1) the U.S. Global Development Policy3 enumerates core objectives, the operational model, and the modern architecture for all USG foreign assistance; 2) the Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review (QDDR)4 complements the U.S. Global Development Policy by articulating specific reforms designed to improve USG foreign assistance; and
3) the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Forward Agenda5 sets out further reforms to USAID-specific policies, procedures, and processes which are necessary to improve foreign assistance alignment, coordination and responsiveness to host-country need.

The Guatemala Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) represents an important step to strengthen USG foreign assistance to Guatemala. The CDCS is based on the principles of country leadership, whole-of-government USG strategies, and international donor coordination. The five-year plan specifically supports the first pillar of the U.S. Global Development Policy: sustainable development outcomes that place a premium on broad-based economic growth, human development, democratic governance, game-changing innovations, and sustainable systems for meeting human needs.
...

E. Assessment of Risks
Risks

USAID Guatemala recognizes that risk is inherent in international development and that the success of the CDCS will necessarily be affected by those risks. Key risks are identified below.

Transnational crime and related violence and corruption continue to increase: Violence, organized crime, endemic corruption and extreme levels of poverty combine to form a significant threat to Guatemala‘s stability.

Illicit trafficking of people, narcotics, arms and contraband, as well as organized crime and criminal gangs have spread southward from Mexico into Guatemala, bringing with them increased violence, corruption and criminal activity.

Guatemala now has one of the highest murder rates in the world (41 per 100,000 people in 2010).

Violent youth gangs have proliferated in recent years and Guatemala has become a transit country for drug traffickers trying to smuggle drugs from South America into the United States.

Violence is exacerbated by the absence or weakness of the police force, as well as by impunity.

Similarly, organized crime continues to make inroads into political processes and to infiltrate the justice system. The USG will continue to support a coordinated response to these threats through CARSI and related projects.

[ Oh how 'bout "El Salvador ? ]

http://www.usaid.gov/el-salvador

El Salvador is one of four countries worldwide participating in President Barack Obama's Partnership for Growth (PFG) initiative, a partnership between the United States and a select group of countries to accelerate and sustain broad-based economic growth.  USAID programs in El Salvador are aligned with, and contribute to, achieving the PFG goal to expand broad-based economic growth in a more secure El Salvador.

Security activities help strengthen the justice system and government accountability, reduce community crime and violence, and improve education for secondary students and out-of-school youth.  Economic assistance helps create a better business environment and to increase the productivity and competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in export markets.

Through its Central American Regional Program, USAID supports key foreign assistance objectives that have a regional or global impact, including citizen security, trade, climate change, food security, and HIV/AIDS prevention.

Then there's Honduras:

http://www.usaid.gov/where-we-work/latin-american-and-caribbean/honduras

http://www.usaid.gov/honduras/our-work

Citizen Security

Honduras, one of the most violent nations in the world, serves as a key transit point for drug trafficking and has more gang members than all other Central American countries combined.

In response to security challenges in Honduras and across the region, the U.S. and the governments of Central America have joined together to improve citizen security and rule of law, through the Central America Regional Security Initiative (CARSI). USAID’s social prevention and rule of law programs help address the serious citizen security threat from narco-trafficking and gang violence. USAID has committed more than $130 million to security efforts over the last five years to work with municipalities, community police, at risk youth, and criminal courts.

Democracy and Governance

Having recently emerged from its worst political crisis in 25 years, Honduran democracy and governance are very weak and a large number of citizens lack confidence in their institutions. USAID strengthens democratic institutions, rule of law, and citizen participation in local and national government.  Programs broaden the participation of traditionally marginalized groups and reinforce support for democracy and civilian rule.

Economic Growth

More than 60 percent of Hondurans are highly vulnerable to food insecurity, and the country is one of the most vulnerable in the world to natural disasters and climate change. USAID’s Feed the Future program increases the incomes of poor rural households by linking small farmers to market opportunities.

Education

Education in Honduras is characterized by high dropout and repetition rates, low achievement scores, and insufficient alternative education opportunities. Through the Education for All-Fast Track Initiative, USAID emphasizes learning opportunities for at-risk youth, contributes to quality improvements in the formal education system, and strengthens education committees at the local level.

Health

Although Honduras has made great gains in improving the health of the population in recent years, fertility, maternal and infant mortality, and malnutrition rates remain high, especially in rural areas. In addition, HIV disproportionately affects high-risk groups with prevalence rates ranging from 4 to 10 percent. USAID’s health program works with the Honduran Government and local organizations to address the wide-ranging needs of its people.

Otto Fernando Pérez Molina (born 1 December 1950)[1] is a Guatemalan politician and retired military officer who has been President of Guatemala since January 14, 2012. Standing as the Patriotic Party (Partido Patriota) candidate, he lost the 2007 presidential election but prevailed in the 2011 presidential election.[2] During the 1990s, before entering politics, he served as Director of Military Intelligence, Presidential Chief of Staff under President Ramiro de Leon Carpio, and as chief representative of the military for the Guatemalan Peace Accords.[3] During his presidency, amongst his activities was a controversial call for the legalization of drugs.[4]

... Literally millions of well paid jobs have been created erased in the three countries - all in all, an ongoing success story.

[ If it was such a success , why are they leaving the Mexican hell hole?  20 million unemployed americans is a success? Lies and more lies,,, ]

[ What about CAFTA-DR? Surely that help create this success story too!! ]

http://www.ustr.gov/trade-agreements/free-trade-agreements/cafta-dr-dominican-republic-central-america-fta
CAFTA-DR (Dominican Republic-Central America FTA)

On August 5, 2004, the United States signed the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR) with five Central American countries (Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua) and the Dominican Republic.

The CAFTA-DR is the first free trade agreement between the United States and a group of smaller developing economies. This agreement is creating new economic opportunities by eliminating tariffs, opening markets, reducing barriers to services, and promoting transparency. It is facilitating trade and investment among the seven countries and furthering regional integration.

Central America and the Dominican Republic represent the third largest U.S. export market in Latin America, behind Mexico and Brazil. U.S. exports to the CAFTA-DR countries were valued at $19.5 billion in 2009. Combined total two-way trade in 2009 between the United States and Central America and the Dominican Republic was $37.9 billion.

The agreement entered into force for the United States and El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua during 2006, for the Dominican Republic on March 1, 2007, and for Costa Rica on January 1, 2009. With the addition of Costa Rica, the CAFTA-DR is in force for all seven countries that signed the agreement.

On August 15, 2008, the CAFTA-DR Parties implemented important changes to the agreement’s textiles provisions, including changing the rules of origin to ensure that pocket fabric in apparel is sourced from the United States or another CAFTA-DR Party. The Parties also implemented a reciprocal textile input sourcing rule with Mexico. Under this rule, Mexico will provide duty-free treatment on certain apparel goods produced in a Central American country or the Dominican Republic with U.S. input, and the United States will provide reciprocal duty-free treatment under the CAFTA-DR on certain apparel goods produced in a Central American country or the Dominican Republic with Mexican input. These changes will further strengthen and integrate regional textile and apparel manufacturing and create new economic opportunities in the United States and the region.

CAFTA/DR Trade Facts:

CAFTA/DR countries combined would currently be our 12th largest goods trading partner with $38.8 billion in total (two way) goods trade during 2009. (Note: CAFTA/DR countries would have been the 8th largest if EU countries were grouped together as one entity, as well as NAFTA countries). Exports totaled $20.0 billion; Imports totaled $18.8 billion; The U.S. goods trade surplus with CAFTA/DR was $1.2 billion in 2009

TSA ALLOWING ILLEGALS ON PLANES WITHOUT ID

MCALLEN, Texas—Illegal aliens are being allowed to fly on commercial airliners without valid identification, according to the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC). “The aliens who are getting released on their own recognizance are being allowed to board and travel commercial airliners by simply showing their Notice to Appear forms,” NBPC’s Local 2455 Spokesman, Hector Garza, told Breitbart Texas.

...  Not only are we releasing unknown illegal aliens onto American streets, but we are allowing them to travel commercially using paperwork that could easily be reproduced or manipulated on any home computer. The Notice to Appear form has no photo, anyone can make one and manipulate one. They do not have any security features, no watermark, nothing. They are simply printed on standard copy paper based on the information the illegal alien says is the truth.”

New 'Regional Visitor Card' grants permission to travel to Rio Grande
Published: 14 hours ago
...

Though largely unreported in the U.S. mainstream media, the two nations agreed on July 7, in a presidential-level meeting in Mexico,  to make it legal and safe for Central American immigrants, including unaccompanied minors, to cross Mexico’s border with Guatemala and transit Mexico  en route to the U.S. border at the Rio Grande.

The agreement apparently does not recognize that the result of such trips – entry into the United States – remains illegal.

But to facilitate the program, the Mexican government announced plans to issue a new “Regional Visitor Card” that will provide documentation for the Central Americans to remain in Mexico as long as it takes to get to the United States.

Under the auspices of a “Southern Border Program,” Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto and Guatemalan President Otto Pérez, in a meeting in Mexico, agreed to take five concrete steps designed to “protect and safeguard the human rights of migrants who enter and transit Mexico, so as to order international routes of passage [in and through Mexico] to increase and develop the security of the region.”

Honduras wants 'mini-Marshall plan' for U.S. aid on migrants
By Gustavo Palencia
07/16/2014

TEGUCIGALPA (Reuters) - Honduran officials on Wednesday called for U.S. aid to Central America to reduce violence that has fueled a surge of child migration to the United States, with the foreign minister calling for a "mini-Marshall plan" to attack the broader underlying problems.

Honduran President Juan Hernandez said Washington should help Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras fight gangs with a plan similar to U.S. anti-drug programs in Colombia and Mexico, as well as funds to lift growth in the impoverished region.

"One has to recognize that our countries can't do it alone," he said at a conference about the unaccompanied minors fleeing for the United States. "We need help from the United States, from Mexico, because this is everyone's problem."

Honduran Foreign Minister Mireya Aguero told the conference that efforts to step up security at the U.S. border were not working and that U.S. aid would be better spent in Central America
...

Thousands of Central American migrants have been streaming into the United States through Mexico, and those caught are being held in overcrowded detention facilities.

The United States deported a planeload of women and children to Honduras on Monday. The country's first lady, Ana Garcia de Hernandez, said another U.S. charter flight containing 80 families would arrive in San Pedro Sula on Friday.

White flags mysteriously replace American flags on top of Brooklyn Bridge
Published July 22, 2014

New York City police Tuesday were investigating how the two American flags that historically sit on top of the Brooklyn Bridge's 273-foot towers were stolen and replaced with two white flags, which are known universally to symbolize surrender.

The white flags were removed by noon, but police said they are investigating the issue, which may indicate a serious security breach on one of the city's most secured landmarks.

One of the white flags, viewed via video, appeared to have faint traces of stars and stripes on it. Police said it was not clear what time they were placed there - or by whom, but told Fox News that there is a chance the flags were put in place legally.

Boehner: House GOP Introduces $659 Million Border Bill
Alex Rogers @arogDC
  12:30 PM ET
The bill is well short of the $3.7 Billion President Obama requested

House Republicans introduced a $659 million bill to address the surge of migrant children coming over the southern U.S. border Tuesday, well short of the $2.7 billion proposal the Senate plans on voting on later this week.

In another sign that there’s little chance of finding a compromise before the workweek’s end and subsequent five-week recess, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid suggested that if the House passed its bill, as House Speaker John Boehner expects, the chambers could discuss a conference meeting on the Senate’s comprehensive immigration reform bill passed last  year. Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), the number-two Democrat in the chamber, flat-out opposed the House bill.

“Certainly it won’t have enough money to get the job done, but a lot depends on the substantive language,” said Durbin, who added that he would not support a House provision that would change the due process of migrant children from noncontiguous countries like Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, where many of the unaccompanied minors hail...

...

The bill would cover the costs through the end of September.

The bill would be offset, Rogers announced, primarily through a $405 million cut from the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Other cuts to the State, Defense and Justice departments will bring the bill to be fully offset.

House passes two Republican measures in response to surge of child migrants

By Ed O'Keefe and Robert Costa August 1 2014 at 10:21 PM

House Republicans managed Friday to overcome deep divisions within the party and passed two measures to address the child-migrant surge at the U.S.-Mexico border.

The bills would provide emergency funding to deal with the crisis, speed the deportations of most border-crossers and rescind President Obama’s authority to decide whether to deport certain illegal immigrants.

The measures are unlikely to become law, as the White House, most Democrats and immigration advocates strongly oppose the proposals.
...

The votes held late Friday — a rare occurrence any time of the year on Capitol Hill — capped a week of turmoil in the GOP ranks prompted by fierce opposition from the party’s conservative members to doing anything that could be perceived as an endorsement of Obama’s current immigration policy. With conservatives threatening to withhold support, top leaders abruptly withdrew border security legislation Thursday afternoon and announced plans to leave Washington without acting. Infuriated, several GOP moderates confronted Speaker John A. Boehner (R-Ohio) and Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) on the House floor, forcing them to recalibrate and cancel plans to begin the recess.
...

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.), one of those conservatives, described the retreat by Boehner as one of the highlights of her career, because the leadership was forced to mostly capitulate to the conservative demands.

“Leadership knew they couldn’t pass their bill,” Bachmann said, and as a result were forced to agree to revisions offered by tea party members, led by Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa), a vocal opponent of Obama’s immigration policy who has been criticized by Democrats and immigration advocates for his harsh descriptions of migrants seeking to cross the border.

EXCECUTIVE ACTIONS ....

Behind Closed Doors, Obama Crafts Executive Actions
By JULIE HIRSCHFELD DAVIS AUG. 18, 2014

WASHINGTON — When President Obama announced in June that he planned to bypass congressional gridlock and overhaul the nation’s immigration system on his own, he did so in a most public way: a speech in the White House Rose Garden.

Since then, the process of drafting what will likely be the only significant immigration changes of his presidency — and his most consequential use of executive power — has been conducted almost entirely behind closed doors, where lobbyists and interest groups invited to the White House are making their case out of public view.

Mr. Obama’s increasingly expansive appetite for the use of unilateral action on issues including immigration, tax policy and gay rights has emboldened activists and businesses to flock to the administration with their policy wish lists. It also has opened the president, already facing charges of executive overreach, to criticism that he is presiding over opaque policy-making, with the potential to reward political backers at the expense of other interests, including some on the losing side who are threatening to sue.

...

White House officials say Mr. Obama has been inclusive as he looks to wield his authority, reaching out to an array of lawmakers, experts and business leaders for a wide range of perspectives to inform his plans for executive actions. Since the president first announced his intention to use his “pen and phone” to advance his agenda during his State of the Union address in January, White House officials have held weekly meetings to compile ideas from inside and outside the administration.

...

Administration officials have convened more than 20 so-called listening sessions this summer alone on executive options for revising immigration policy, a White House official said, declining to discuss the sessions in detail because the conversations were private.

...

The go-it-alone approach has left the administration — which claims to be the most transparent in United States history — essentially making policy from the White House, replacing congressional hearings and floor debates with closed meetings for invited constituencies.

...

When the president vowed in the Rose Garden in June to “fix as much of our immigration system as I can on my own,” immigration activists were ready with their list of potential executive actions. They range from giving certain categories of undocumented immigrants temporary “parole in place” status to stay in the United States, to essentially legalizing millions more by expanding a 2012 directive issued by Mr. Obama that grants work permits and deportation deferments to young immigrants brought illegally to the United States as children.

The requests did not stop there. Cecilia Muñoz, Mr. Obama’s top immigration adviser and the domestic policy chief, has led meetings attended by White House political aides and lawyers to hear from interest groups, individual companies and business groups about what executive actions they believe the president should take on immigration.

Senator Jeff Sessions, an Alabama Republican and one of the staunchest opponents of the stalled immigration bill Mr. Obama advocated, criticized the process. “It is chilling to consider now that these groups, frustrated in their aims by our constitutional system of government, are plotting with the Obama administration to collect their spoils through executive fiat,” he said

The Feds Let Go of Dozens of Convicted Murder Illegal Immigrants, See Where They Are on This Map
By Ryan Lovelace

The Center for Immigration Studies has used information provided to the office Senator Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa) to map out the locations of where convicted killers were let go by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials in 2013.

The killers were booked out in 24 states and were associated with 96 different cities, according to the CIS report. The following map shows with red dots the ZIP codes where they were released and with blue squares the ICE centers where they were booked out:

The state where the greatest number of illegal immigrants with homicide-related convictions were reportedly released was California. CIS says the city or town with the greatest concentration of convicted-killer illegal immigrants was Miami, followed by Los Angeles and the Bronx. See the full, interactive map here.

The 169 aliens with homicide-related convictions who were freed by ICE in 2013 were booked out of detention facilities in 24 different states, with the largest number in California, according to information provided to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). ICE records show that these convicted killers were associated with 96 different cities and towns across America. The city with the largest concentration was Miami, with seven convicted murderers freed by ICE, followed by Los Angeles with six.

Death by Gun Control - Democide

http://www.doomedsoldiers.com/faq.html
Q: How many Doomed Soldiers died at the hands of Polish and Soviet communist regimes in Poland?

A: While we are unable to provide an exact number of the Doomed Soldiers who had perished at the hands of the UB, SB, Informacja, KBW, NKVD, SMERSH and other repressive organs of Polish and Soviet communist regimes occupying Poland between 1944-1963,

it has been established that over 5,000 death sentences against individual soldiers of the Democratic Underground were carried out.

An estimated 21,000 others perished in communist jails and concentration camps.

At least 10,000 others died during direct combat engagements against communist forces.

Unaccounted for are thousands others who died at the hands of communists during pacification operations conducted by the so-called "Szwadrony Smierci" (Eng., "Death Squads") or agent-provocateur units created by and directed by the communist PPR, AL, GL, or communist secret services.

Thousands others died of "natural causes" after being released from the secret police torture houses, i.e. as a result of internal injuries suffered during interrogations. [Read more about torture methods here]

Additionally, at least 50,000 individuals were sent to the Soviet concentration camps, and an additional 250,000 were sentenced to lengthy imprisonment, or to forced labor in the coal mines and labor camps for their participation in, or complicity in the so-called "political crimes" against the state. for example:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vasili_Blokhin
Vasili Mikhailovich Blokhin (January 7, 1895 – February 3, 1955) was a Soviet Major-General who served as the chief executioner of the Stalinist NKVD under the administrations of Genrikh Yagoda, Nikolai Yezhov and Lavrentiy Beria (after their respective falls from power, Yagoda and Yezhov were executed by Blokhin himself).

Hand-picked for the position by Joseph Stalin in 1926, Blokhin led a company of executioners that performed and supervised numerous mass executions during Stalin's reign, mostly during the Great Purge and World War II
.[2]

He is recorded as having executed tens of thousands of prisoners by his own hand, including his killing of about 7,000 Polish prisoners of war during the Katyn massacre in spring 1940,[2][3] making him the most prolific official executioner in recorded world history.[2][4] Forced into a retirement following the death of Stalin, Blokhin died in 1955, officially by suicide.

http://www.polishforums.com/history-34/murderers-citizens-66779/

http://rarehistoricalphotos.com/vasili-blokhin-historys-prolific-executioner/
...
Although this has never been completely proven, historians suspect that Blokhin shot 7,000 men over a period of twenty-eight days, which would make him one of the most prolific murderers of all time. However many people he killed, Blokhin was consistently promoted by his superiors for performing “special tasks.” He lost his job, however, after Stalin died. The cause of Blokhin’s death, in 1955, was listed as suicide.

Judicial Watch: Feds’ Bulletin Describes Threat of Imminent Terrorist Attack on Southern Border
By Andrew C. McCarthy
August 29, 2014 1:47 PM

For those of us who’ve been raising alarms about both the jihadist threat and the national-security vulnerability created by the Obama administration’s non-enforcement of the immigration laws, this is not a surprise — particularly less than two weeks before September 11. But it is nonetheless jarring to read. Judicial Watch has just put out this statement:

Islamic terrorist groups are operating in the Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez and planning to attack the United States with car bombs or other vehicle born improvised explosive devices (VBIED). High-level federal law enforcement, intelligence and other sources have confirmed to Judicial Watch that a warning bulletin for an imminent terrorist attack on the border has been issued.  Agents across a number of Homeland Security, Justice and Defense agencies have all been placed on alert and instructed to aggressively work all possible leads and sources concerning this imminent terrorist threat.

Obama Delays Immigration Action, Yielding to Democratic Concerns
By MICHAEL D. SHEAR
SEPT. 6, 2014

WASHINGTON — President Obama will delay taking executive action on immigration until after the midterm elections, bowing to pressure from fellow Democrats who feared that acting now could doom his party’s chances this fall, White House officials said on Saturday.

The decision is a reversal of Mr. Obama’s vow to issue broad directives to overhaul the immigration system soon after summer’s end, and sparked swift anger from immigration advocates. The president made the promise on June 30, in the Rose Garden, where he angrily denounced Republican obstruction and said he would use the power of his office to protect immigrant families from the threat of deportation.

“Because of the Republicans’ extreme politicization of this issue, the president believes it would be harmful to the policy itself and to the long-term prospects for comprehensive immigration reform to announce administrative action before the elections,” a White House official said. “Because he wants to do this in a way that’s sustainable, the president will take action on immigration before the end of the year.”

Nearly 400,000 deportation cases pending in US immigration courts
Backlog grown by more than 75,000 cases since October, as tens of thousands of families crossed into the US

Associated Press in Washington
theguardian.com, Friday 5 September 2014 16.17 EDT

The backlog of pending deportation cases in US immigration courts has risen to nearly 400,000 amid a crush of tens of thousands of unaccompanied children and families caught crossing the Mexican border illegally this year, according an analysis of court data released Friday.

The Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse University said in its latest report that as of the end of July, 396,552 cases were pending in the Justice Department’s 59 immigration courts. TRAC collects and studies a variety of federal prosecution records.

The backlog has grown by more than 75,000 cases since the start of the budget year in October, according to TRAC.

The Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Justice Department agency that operates immigration courts, said Friday its records show a caseload of 391,243 pending cases as of 31 July. An agency spokeswoman said the methodology TRAC uses to analyze court data may be different than the methods used by the government.

Since 1 October the Homeland Security Department has reported that more than 66,000 unaccompanied child immigrants, mostly from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala, have been caught crossing the Mexican border illegally. More than 66,000 additional immigrants traveling as families, mostly mothers and young children from Central America, have also been caught.

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson has said that all of the immigrants caught crossing the border would face deportation hearings

Deportation Loophole Lets Thousands Live and Work in US Indefinitely
By  Elizabeth Llorente/
Published September 28, 2011/
Fox News Latino

John has been slated for deportation -- for the last 20 years. The U.S. government renews his work permit annually. He has a driver’s license, and has started a family and set down roots here, a place he calls home.

But he does not have a green card, or permanent U.S. residency, because the U.S. government says John, who has lived here for about 30 years, is ineligible to call this country his home

John lives in an indefinite legal limbo, with the threat of arrest by immigration agents ever-present. But he hasn’t been expelled because his removal is on hold.

And his attorney, Jerard González of New Jersey, says his client sees it as preferable to the alternative – permanent expulsion.

“It’s better than being in Russia or Lebanon,” said González, a former federal immigration prosecutor. “He’s here with his wife.”

Hundreds, perhaps thousands, of deportations are delayed every year.

Delayed deportations – known by various names, including “deferred action” – have been part and parcel of U.S. immigration policy for decades, routinely granted under both Democrat and Republican administrations. A work permit and the ability to obtain a driver’s license – two essential things that otherwise are off-limits to undocumented immigrants -- often are part of the deal.

This loophole in immigration law has allowed tens of thousands of foreign nationals --whom the United States has rejected for permanent legal residency, commonly referred to as a “green card”-- stay in the country for years.  Sometimes, like in John's case, the delay is so long that immigrants marry, have children here, buy homes, and even start businesses.

Deportation Numbers Unwrapped October 2013
Raw Statistics Reveal the Real Story of ICE Enforcement in Decline
By Jessica M. Vaughan

A key talking point for proponents of amnesty for illegal aliens is that the Obama administration has
made historic improvements to border security and immigration enforcement, leading to “record” numbers
of deportations that surpass the performance of earlier administrations. In December 2012, John
Morton, then-director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), announced that his agency had
removed nearly 410,000 illegal aliens that year. Major news outlets, pro-amnesty lawmakers, and other Obama
administration allies heralded this apparent milestone as evidence that the border and illegal immigration were
now under control.

On the same day, to far less fanfare, Morton also announced the implementation of new restrictions on how the
agents and officers working under him could use their authority to enforce immigration laws. They were told to
curtail the use of detainers, or immigration holds, which give ICE officers the opportunity to question and take
custody of illegal aliens identified after arrest by a local law enforcement agency
. This directive built on an earlier
memo, issued in June 2011, which ordered ICE agents not to arrest certain broad categories of illegal aliens,
including minor criminals, long-time residents, students, parents, caregivers, and a long list of other excepted
categories for whom there was otherwise no statutory basis for special treatment
. These and other directives
have been euphemistically characterized as “prosecutorial discretion.”

Schools scramble to help teens who crossed border
Sep 29, 3:02 PM EDT

AP Education Writer

FRANKFORD, Del. (AP) -- American schools are scrambling to provide services to the large number of children and teenagers who crossed the border alone in recent months.

Unaccompanied minors who made up the summer spike at the border have moved to communities of all sizes, in nearly every state, Federal data indicates, to live with a relative and await immigration decisions. The Supreme Court has ruled that schools have an obligation to educate all students regardless of their immigration status, so schools have become a safe haven for many of the tens of thousands of these young people mostly from central America living in limbo.

Delaware's rural Sussex County has long attracted immigrants, partly because of work in chicken factories, and soybean and corn fields. The district's population is more than one-quarter Hispanic, and for years has offered an early learning program for non-English speakers.

Still, officials were caught off guard by about 70 new students mostly from Guatemala - part of the wave crossing the border - enrolling last year, mostly at Sussex Central High School. The Indian River School District over the summer break quickly put together special classes for those needing extra English help.

...
Donald Hattier, a school board member, said advance warning would have helped with planning. The federal government, he said, "just dropped this on us." He wonders what's next...

Feds Getting Ready for Executive Action on Immigration

BY SUZANNE GAMBOA

León Rodríguez, the new head of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), recalled how he was put on the “wait list” and eventually denied admission to Georgetown Law School, where he spoke Tuesday.

He tried to persuade the school’s officials to let him in and was told he was lucky to be on a wait list. The story is a metaphor for immigration policy, he said.

“What we do in immigration policy is decide who we want to admit to the U.S. and who we don’t,” he said.

Now Rodríguez is heading Citizenship and Immigration Services, a part of the Department of Homeland Security.

“Looking back Georgetown, would you have admitted me? Would you have had different policies?” he said to chuckles from an audience attending an immigration law and policy conference.

Rodríguez’s agency will be front and center once President Barack Obama announces the executive action he’ll take on immigration. Obama said he would take executive action after the elections but before the end of the year.

“We’re going to be ready,” Rodríguez said. “Our agency will be shouldering the primary responsibility for executing whatever it is.”

Rodríguez declined to elaborate when he was asked by a reporter to give more details on what types of preparations he is making.

EDITORIAL: Green cards on the table

President Obama lets slip his scheme for a permanent majority

By THE WASHINGTON TIMES - - Monday, October 20, 2014

The White House intended to remain silent about its plans for immigration. Revealing a scheme to open the floodgates of amnesty would be disastrous on the eve of the critical midterm elections. But this is the gang that can’t shoot straight.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on Friday threw open the door to as many as 100,000 Haitians, who will now move into the United States without a visa. Sen. Chuck Grassley, Iowa Republican, rightly and accurately denounced enabling Haitians awaiting a U.S. visa to enter the country and legally apply for work permits as “an irresponsible overreach of the executive branch’s authority.”

That was just the beginning. The immigration agency earlier this month had solicited a printer able to handle a “surge” of 9 million green cards “to support possible future immigration-reform initiative requirements.” In an ordinary year, about 1 million green cards are issued, and over the life of this contract the company is expected to produce up to 34 million cards, a figure representing an increase of the population of the United States by 10 percent.

The cards do not come with automatic voter registration, but that’s obviously what the scheme portends. President Obama’s promised “executive actions” to bring about this enormous wave of amnesty constitute a transparent and cynical ploy to expand the Democratic voter base, creating a permanent majority. Republicans running for the House and Senate should demand that Mr. Obama lay his green cards on the table now, before — and not after — the Nov. 4 elections. No other campaign issue carries as much of an impact on the future of the nation.

"
Most Americans want no part of this. A Gallup survey finds that 74 percent of Americans    want the level of immigration to stay where it is, or reduce it. Mr. Obama has no support for his amnesty scheme except from those who want to transform America into a nation that no one would recognize. Voters can get to work on stopping the transformation on Nov. 4.

White House Punts on USCIS Request for 'Surge' of Immigration ID's

by Charlie Spiering  21 Oct 2014, 11:38 AM PDT

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest declined to address a Breitbart News report about a “surge” of immigration ID’s requested by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

When asked about the report at the White House Press Briefing today, Earnest referred Breitbart News to the USCIS for comment.

A draft solicitation for bids issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Oct. 6 says potential vendors must be capable of handling a “surge” scenario of nine million id cards in one year “to support possible future immigration reform initiative requirements.”

The request for proposals says the agency will need a minimum of four million cards per year. In the “surge,” scenario in 2016, the agency would need an additional five million cards – more than double the baseline annual amount – for a total of nine million.

“The guaranteed minimum for each ordering period is 4,000,000 cards. The estimated maximum for the entire contract is 34,000,000 cards,” the document says.

I know about divide and conquer. Know it and realize it. That being said, I have a question I want to ask. Not trying to stir *hit up, it's just something I'm curious about. So whites become minorities and so many of the minorities become the majorities. What happens then? Or will so many look down in disdain and say "Well, you whites ruled things way too damn long/too many of you have been around for too damn long. You're not getting any "special" rights. You're on your own. Don't look for us to extend the hand out to you."

That's the only way I know how to explain this. Does anybody see what I'm trying to say?

Administration Freed Illegal Immigrants Charged With Violent Crimes
 Thursday, 23 Oct 2014 12:25 PM

By Melanie Batley

Illegal immigrants charged with violent crimes and serious felonies were among the hundreds of criminals the Obama administration released from jails across the country in February 2013, newly released documents show.

According to records obtained by USA Today, the government released inmates charged with offenses ranging from kidnapping and sexual assault to drug trafficking, armed assault, and homicide.

The evidence contradicts previous assurances by the administration that the 617 criminals who were released as part of a cost-cutting exercise were low-risk offenders charged with misdemeanors "or other criminals whose prior conviction did not pose a violent threat to public safety," USA Today reported.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) admitted to the newspaper that numerous dangerous criminals had been released but denied direct responsibility.

"Discretionary releases made by ICE were of low-level offenders. However, the releases involving individuals with more significant criminal histories were, by and large, dictated by special circumstances outside of the agency's control," ICE spokeswoman Gillian Christensen told USA Today.

The new records obtained by the newspaper from a Freedom of Information Act request outlined previously undisclosed details about the alleged crimes of specific detainees. One person in Texas was charged with aggravated kidnapping and sexual assault of a child.

Another illegal immigrant from Florida was facing charges of conspiracy to commit homicide, according to USA Today.

Two Massachusetts detainees had been charged with aggravated assault using a weapon, while another illegal immigrant from Colorado was being held on a sexual assault charge.
...

The internal audit, which concluded in August 2014, concluded that ICE broke the law in releasing the criminal illegal migrants.  !...

Obama May Cut Deportations

Length of Time in U.S., Family Ties to Others in Country Are Expected Criteria

By LAURA MECKLER
Oct. 29, 2014 7:41 p.m. ET

WASHINGTON—The White House is considering two central requirements in deciding which of the nation’s 11 million illegal immigrants would gain protections through an expected executive action: a minimum length of time in the U.S., and a person’s family ties to others in the country, said people familiar with the administration’s thinking.

Those requirements, depending on how broadly they are drawn, could offer protection to between one million and four million people in the country illegally.

The deliberations follow President Barack Obama ’s promise to act to change the immigration system, after legislation overhauling immigration law died in Congress.

Republicans have protested that Mr. Obama would overstep his authority by acting alone. Several Democratic candidates in tight races also have complained, and last month the president canceled plans to announce the changes before the election.

Mr. Obama, who has been criticized by immigrant-rights advocates for the delay, wants to grant new protections—such as safe harbor from deportation and work permits—to many people who are in the U.S. illegally but have significant ties to the country, said three people familiar with White House thinking.

Such protections would be temporary since the president lacks authority to give people permanent legal status.

One person said officials are leaning toward granting protections to people in the country illegally for 10 years and who meet other criteria, though that could be broadened to include more recent arrivals.

Parents of U.S. citizens are likely to qualify, people familiar with discussions said, as long as they meet other criteria. But it is unclear whether the policy would include parents of so-called Dreamers—people brought to the U.S. illegally as children, and who were given a temporary legal status in 2012.

Obama is 1000 times more dangerous to America than ebola.

The masses were duped thanks to George Soros and the rest of the communists that got him in.

Don't get me started on Mike Obama--his "wife".

I'M A DEPLORABLE KNUCKLEHEAD THAT SUPPORTS PRESIDENT TRUMP.  MAY GOD BLESS HIM AND KEEP HIM SAFE.
