Indeed it is. The problem is that the authors of that site then offer a false choice of their own -- either (a) the socialize-everything ideology of "collectivism" or (b) the privatize-everything ideology of royal libertarianism.

No matter how skillfully or creatively one wraps a false paradigm in public relations packaging, it's still a false paradigm.
