An asset manager was arrested and charged with threatening to kill an SEC member last night, according to CNBC.

Vincent McCrudden allegedly made threats against 47 different government officials.

http://www.alnbri.com/id1.html

Vincent McCrudden - CEO

Mr. McCrudden worked on Wall Street for over 20 years. He started his career on the floors of the New York Commodity Exchange executing orders for some of the largest institutions in the world including hedge funds and Commercial & Investment Banks. He then ran Global Desks in such areas as Foreign Exchange, Credit Derivatives & Equity Derivatives. He taught derivatives courses at the New York Institute of Finance.

Mr. McCrudden is a former soccer player at the University of Rhode Island, and then played professionally for the Tampa Bay Rowdies and Minnesota Strikers of the NASL. He also was an amateur boxer and has raised money over the years for the NYPD for slained and disabled officers.  He has two beautiful children.

Mr. McCrudden has spent the past 13 years and counting combating a colluded Government attempt to discredit and harrass Mr. McCrudden through repeated bogus procedures. Mr. McCrudden has sought relief by suing multiple agencies and officials for $1 Billion. But this has not stopped certain higher ranking officials because they know that Judges are Government employees too. In order to stop the libel, slander and harrassment at the hands of these entities, and with no available forum in the US justice system, Mr. McCrudden has started a process to enact payback for years of Government abuse. As a twice survivor of the WTC bombings, Mr. McCrudden knows all too well what the Government can do in the "name of public interest". Mr. McCrudden believes the 23 friends he lost on 9-11-2001 would have had their full support. Wake up my fellow citizens and middle class and go look into the mirror, because you my friends are the face of the new Al Qaeda! Civil disobedience can be a start for justice. Its us (middle class) against them (Government officials and the Bourgeosie).  Start acting now before its too late!
Government employees should be individually accountable and not be able to hide behind the veils of their entities. If they are sued for bad behaviour, they should have to use their own resources and money like any other citizen.

http://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/local-beat/FBI-Trader-Threatens-SEC-Officials-113608044.html

The FBI arrested the head of an asset management firm for allegedly threatening 47 government officials with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission.

Vincent McCrudden was arrested last night at Newark International Airport when he arrived on a flight from Singapore, according to FBI spokesman Richard Kolko.

Court documents say after he was the subject of a government lawsuit in early December, he began sending a series of obscene tirades directed at employees of the regulatory agencies.

In mid-December, the FBI says, the Long Island resident, posted a long rant on his website, ending with, "Go buy a gun and let's get to work in taking back our country from these criminals. I will be the first to lead by example."

McCrudden also posted an "execution list" and added, "These people have got to go! And I need your help, there are just too many for me alone."

A few days later, his website offered a $100,000 reward for home addresses, phone numbers, and background information on a list of what he called "corrupt Government people."

Does anyone have the actual wording of the death threats?

Were they worse than when Bill Maher said that Soetoro should put the head of a decapitated intern into the bed of a "too progressive" democratic congressman?

EVIDENCE OF PSYCHOSIS:
BILL MAHER PROMOTES THE DECAPITATION OF INTERNS FOR POLITICAL GAIN

'The Rachel Maddow Show' for Tuesday, August 18, 2009
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/32474504

MADDOW:  Maybe people will be mobilized by the extremism of the people who are calling Obama Hitler and calling him a Nazi and bringing their AR-15s to the town halls.  Maybe the Obama-ites who came out in such numbers in the election will be turned out specifically because they‘re so horrified by the atmosphere that‘s happening whenever Obama does one of these town hall meetings and people show up with guns.

MAHER:  Well, you think it would have happened by now, because this has been going on for weeks and weeks at this point - the guns in the town hall meetings.  You know, I think people figure it‘s just a tiny fringe and it‘s inflated by the media.  And that‘s not entirely untrue.  There are people out there who are scary and nutty.  I don‘t know how much a part of the larger population they represent - certainly, a good chunk of it.  But, you know, again, it‘s not the Republicans - I mean, of course, it is the Republicans who are holding this up.  But that‘s the given.  You know, the real death panel is that Senate Finance Committee.  It‘s these Democratic senators, the Kent Conrads and the Max Baucuses from these tiny little states that represent one or two percent of the population.  That‘s holding up the works.

You know, I guess the days of arm-twisting are over within your own party.  I don‘t know, maybe I‘m just remembering finally my image of Lyndon Johnson and people like that doing that.  You know, you wake up and there‘s an intern‘s head in your bed or something.  I don‘t know.  They used to be able to corral the members of their own party to get behind the business of that party.  I don‘t think that‘s something that‘s gone away.  I mean Bush did it only a few years ago when he was president.  He seemed to get his puppies in a line.  Why can‘t Obama do that?

Was it worse than Ed Shultz:

Ed Schultz's declares publicly about 30 Rockefeller Center:
'I'm Going to Torch This F*cking Place'

http://gawker.com/5622805/ed-schultzs-msnbc-rampage-im-going-to-torch-this-fcking-place?skyline=true&s=i
Unwatchable MSNBC host Ed Schultz apparently wasn't so happy about being omitted from the network's recent election night promos. Two weeks ago, Page Six reports, he went nuts in MSNBC's New York offices, screaming obscenities at everyone. Schultz, host of 6 p.m.'s The Ed Show, apparently cried in his bosses' offices afterwards, after yelling what was probably "f**kers!" at everyone in the office:

MSNBC talk show screamer Ed Schultz had a meltdown in the network's 30 Rock newsroom, shouting at staff, "I'm going to torch this [bleep]ing place." The hot-tempered anchor of "The Ed Show" lost it during a phone call in the packed studio and slammed down the phone before exploding. As astonished MSNBC staff members fell silent, Schultz glared around the room and yelled, "[Bleep]ers!" A witness told us, "Ed was furious the network was running election-night promos and he wasn't in them. He'd been arguing on the phone with marketing, then he slammed down the phone and exploded...."

This incident allegedly took place on August 12. Interestingly, Inside Cable News notes that the next morning, Joe Scarborough appeared to be making fun of Ed's rampage on Morning Joe. It didn't make much sense at the time, but now we know that was leaving a trail of clues! Cable news is insane.

June 13, 2008

San Diego, CA) Radio talk show host Michael Reagan is calling for the murder of political activist, Mark Dice, after hearing that Dice is mailing letters and DVDs to troops in Iraq. Reagan wants to pay for the bullets.

Audio link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdJO-kUINMs

Transcript of Reagan’s statements:

“Excuse me folks, I’m going to say this. We ought to find the people who are doing this, take them out and shoot them. Really. You take them out, they are traitors to this country, and shoot them. You have a problem with that? Deal with it. You shoot them. You call them traitors, that’s what they are, and you shoot them dead. I’ll pay for the bullets.”

Reagan adds,

“How about you take Mark Dice out and put him in the middle of a firing range. Tie him to a post, don’t blindfold him, let it rip and have some fun with Mark Dice.”

Dice is demanding that Reagan be fired immediately. “Calling for the murder of someone because you disagree with their political stance is absolutely unacceptable, un American, and possibly illegal,” says Dice.

Dice has filed a report with the FBI and is considering legal action against Reagan.

Dice’s organization, The Resistance, has launched a campaign to send documentary films and declassified documents to U.S. troops who are stationed in Iraq to inform them that the 9/11 attacks were aided by elements within the U.S. government.

Evidence that may be an FBI provocateur.

THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAL TURNER DID AND WHY HE IS IN JAIL!

McCrudden also posted an "execution list" and added, "These people have got to go! And I need your help, there are just too many for me alone."

RAND WHITE PAPER 1997: Information Warfare allows obstruction of Posse Comitatus

WHITE PAPER ON INFORMATION TERRORISM
1997
Brian K. Houghton
Doctoral Fellow
RAND CORPORATION

http://www.devost.net/papers/suntzu.pdf

Offensive information warfare techniques developed for military use at a state level could also be utilized to respond to information terrorism. Law enforcement agencies, in general, do not have similar offensive information warfare capabilities. For this reason a specialized and integrated counter information terrorism group is required. These highly trained information warriors would be the national security equivalent of Carnegie Mellon’s Computer Emergency Response Team, but with an offensive capability. Like a “Digital Delta Force” these Digital Integrated Response Teams (DIRTs) would work from remote computer systems and use information warfare tactics to detect, locate and counter the information terrorists. The DIRTs would be in networked remote cells inside CONUS (with one on the East and West coasts, and an additional cell in the Midwest). The DIRTs would exploit law enforcement IT-oriented assets, investigative capabilities, and intelligence bases. The DIRTs, created by Executive Order, would operate as a cell of the National Security Council and take its directives from the information terrorism counterpart to the White House “Drug Czar.”

These information warriors, comprised of members from the Joint Services, as well as Justice and Treasury Departments, would strike using digital means against computers and networks used by the information terrorists. Using an anonymous response, the U.S. government could strike at information terrorists without large display or legitimizing the terrorists, both of which would occur with a physical response. Such a response offers ultimate plausible denial. In addition, the DIRTs close integration with law enforcement agencies would provide legal guidance and accountability, and avoid a “Posse Comitatus” syndrome.

This structure would combine the investigative and jurisdictional assets of the law enforcement community with the offensive capabilities of the military. If the United States is going to enter the Information Age, we need to have policy that spans the spectrum of information-related threats to our national security, driving offensive and defensive assets that can respond symmetrically and effectively. Our offensive capabilities against peer or near-peer competitors are formidable, whether in information or conventional warfare.

Money Manager Arrested Over Threats to Kill 47 Officials
« Reply #7 on: January 14, 2011, 05:54:46 pm »
A New York money manager with a long history of legal battles with the government has been charged with threatening to kill 47 U.S. officials, including the nation's top securities and commodities regulators.

Vincent McCrudden, 49, last month allegedly posted online an "execution list" naming officials including Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Mary Schapiro and Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Gary Gensler.

Federal prosecutors said the threat came shortly after the CFTC brought an enforcement action accusing McCrudden and two of his companies with operating unregistered investments.

McCrudden threatened officials at the SEC, CFTC, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the National Futures Association, authorities said.

"Go buy a gun, and lets get to work in taking back our country from these criminals," McCrudden allegedly wrote, in a statement calling for the four regulators to be abolished. "I will be the first one to lead by example."

The arrest comes amid heightened concern for the safety of public officials, after last Saturday's shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and several others in Tucson, Arizona. Six people died, including federal judge John Roll.

"Threats of death and violence against federal officials and employees for executing their duties are simply unacceptable," said Lanny Breuer, assistant attorney general of the Department of Justice's criminal division, in a statement.

McCrudden has worked on Wall Street for more than 20 years, specializing in commodities, derivatives and foreign exchange, according to his biography on the website of his company, Alnbri Management LLC...
