Yes, but a simple look at the privacy settings page makes me doubt the majority of users would spend more than 2 seconds on it considering the average attention span... the privacy terms of service and personal settings have been "evolving" dramatically in the past year or two, as in Facebook making more and more of your data (now pretty much all of it I think) available unless you opt OUT.

Oh and that torrent going around with all the data of 100 million FB users? Turns out it's been downloaded by IPs from Apple, IBM, Intel, the Church of Scientology and numerous federal contractors among many others.
