How to Block Microwave Mind-Programming Signals

    This article describes a simple way to lessen intrusive EM radiation in your home or apartment. A large source of dangerous EM radiation comes in the form of microwaves emitted by cell phone towers. From personal experimentation, and hearing the experiences of others, I am convinced that some of these microwaves are being purposely beamed at us with the aim of muddling our thoughts, altering our physical energy levels, reducing our willpower, and maybe even subliminally implanting thoughts and coercive emotional signatures in our minds. They may also be used for monitoring purposes.

    Certain observations have been made about these signals:

    1) they tend to be beamed through the window of a room where one spends the most time, usually the window facing the

    front street

    2) they are specifically directed to target and track a person inside his home

    3) the tracking speed is slow, and when the target moves, the signal takes several seconds or minutes to search and find the target at his new location.

    4) when the target enters an area in his home that the signal cannot reach, the signal goes on a wide search mode, thinking the target has left his home and is traveling about town.

    5) when the primary window is blocked off, the signal finds another window or thin wall to penetrate

    6) one can feel the effects of this signal, which may induce a dull headache or pressure in the temples

    I believe cell phone towers are used to generate these signals. HAARP may play a part in this as well. A targeted person is tracked, either via some signature characterized by the resonant characteristics of his skull or DNA, or by tracking signals emitted by implants put into him during abductions, or perhaps by more sophisticated methods. Computers perform the calculations necessary to alter the signal of each of three cell phone towers so as to triangulate a hotspot of signal at the target's location. When the target moves, new calculations have to be made, which takes several seconds.

    These signals consist of microwave carriers with ELF modulation and audio encoded messages.

    1) the microwaves resonate with DNA, can penetrate flesh and bone, pass through some walls and windows, and are already in use by cell phones.

    2) these signals entrain brainwaves into a high-beta state, which causes aggression and stress, or an alpha level that induces hypnotic states and muddled thinking.

    3) Besides the ELF waves that entrain one's brain, there are also other signals consisting of audio messages. I have not verified what these messages are, but they could be something along the lines of "You are angry, You cannot think, You give up, You have no energy, etc..." These audio messages could be modulated into the microwave carrier via frequency modulation, while the ELF brain-entrainment signals could be amplitude modulated.

    4) There may also be emotional signatures frequency-modulated into the carrier. These can induce anger, frustration, sadness, or essentially any human emotion into susceptible targets

    Who is responsible for all this? Probably shadow factions of the military/intelligence community associated with the One World Government. They wish to keep the population docile, and keep all dissenters from acting upon their dissenting thoughts. Maintaining order means that what is to be controlled must be predictable, and so as long as people are docile, they are predictable and hence controllable. This ensures the superiority and stability of those in control.

    There are two things you can do. First, you can learn to better cope with these signals. The more you are in control of your own mind and emotions, and the more observant you are about your own behavior, the less influence these signals have upon your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Knowing is half the battle. Second, you can take additional steps to reduce the level of EM radiation in your home, by blocking these signals.

    Standard methods of blocking microwave mind programming signals consist of Faraday cages and aluminum foil hats. But Faraday cages are difficult and expensive to build. Aluminum foil hats actually increase one's signal exposure unless they are grounded, and as long as one's skin does not touch the foil.

    An easy, and relatively cost-effective, way to block microwaves goes as follows:

    1) Obtain these items:

    *several emergency foil blankets, which come in small folded packs, found in the camping section of department stores ($3 each)
    *alligator clips, banana plugs, and speaker wire from Radio Shack
    *duct tape or masking tape
    * RF / MW signal detector, optional but recommended. They are expensive, and the cheapest one that works well is the "Suresafe RF Signal Detector", which costs $110.

    * If you cannot afford a signal detector, take your best guess at which windows or walls to cover. An ideal choice would be the corner or wall closest to your bed. Any protection is better than no protection.

    2) Use a soldering iron to make these:

    * (4) 3 feet sections of speaker wire. One end with a banana plug, other end with alligator clip
    * (4) 4 feet sections of speaker wire. Both ends with alligator clips.

    3) Use signal detector to record the relative signal strength from all windows in the room you wish to protect, preferably the office or bedroom.

    4) Without gaps, cover that entire wall with emergency foil blankets, using masking or duct tape to hang up and connect the pieces. It does not matter which side of the blankets faces the wall. If this is too much, then just cover the window. If this is too ugly for you, then you can make a safe room out of a large closet, or put your bed or desk in the corner and cover the half of the walls adjacent to it.

    4) Widen the banana plug, and stick into the ground jack on your electrical outlet. This is the middle one that's round, not slotted. Connect the alligator clip to the bottom edge of a blanket, so that it grips onto both sides of the foil.

    5) Use double-alligator wires to connect one blanket piece to another.

    6) Check for incoming radiation, add another blanket where necessary. After an hour or two, check the other windows and compare their signal strength to what you recorded previously. If they are now showing intense incoming radiation, the signal has re-oriented and you must cover that wall or window as well.


    You will feel the difference. As an experiment, tape up only half of a grounded blanket, so that you stand before an uncovered window. Then tape up the rest so the window is covered. The pressure in your head may disappear, only to reappear if you pull the blanket down again.

    Microwaves cannot easily penetrate metal, especially grounded metal such as the electrically grounded foil blankets. The reason why emergency blankets are recommended over Reynolds aluminum foil is that these blankets are larger, more durable, and easier to hang up. Though some signal still gets through, and foil does not block pure ELF waves (ones without a higher frequency carrier), this is one step to greatly reducing the level of incoming microwave radiation.

    OTHER MISCELLANEOUS TIPS:


    * for temporary relief, go to the basement, lie on the floor, or move around. These prevent strong hot spots from locking onto you. This may seem paranoid, but test it with a signal detector and you will verify this for yourself.

    * use a negative ion generator (air ionizer) to improve the quality of air in your home. Keep the generator away from computer equipment. Negative ions improve your mood, and such generators also create EM noise which interferes slightly with monitoring device. Negative ions and the EM noise also counteracts negative astral and ethereal phenomena.

    * avoid ingesting fluoride. Among other places, fluoride is found in commercial soft drinks, bottled or canned ice tea, and tap water. Fluoride impairs willpower and clarity of thought, which makes one more susceptible to microwave mind programming signals.

    * if one has a choice, avoid spring mattresses. Use instead air mattresses, waterbeds, or futons. Platform beds made of wood are available to support a futon mattress. Springs are like antennas, and focus EM and ELF energy into your body while you sleep.

    * get proper nutrition. This means enough calories, protein, adequate minerals, plenty of clean water, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Being deficient in any of these will cause mental weakness and submissiveness to mind programming signals.

    * be in the moment and observe yourself. Question baseless thoughts or emotions you may have, especially negative emotions such as aggression or depression that urge you to act without thinking. Becoming aware of their presence is often enough to deactivate them.

    * don't let the means become an ends. Reducing mind programming signal influences should serve to increase your productivity and efficiency in what you truly desire to do, the goals you choose to follow. Don't let fear and paranoia usurp the importance of following your goals.

I like the attitude of the article, but there are a few points to note:
Cell towers INDEED track you, every 45 seconds, so you will always have a signal! If you weren't tracked, you would have no signal!
Window screens are now made of cheapo plastic fiber, transparent to that radiation. At the frequencies(GHz) they use, any reasonable attempt will suffice. I have been making an effort to find metal screens to no avail unless I special order them.
It isn't the thickness of the layers, even taking radar absorption paint to your exteriors will screen a good bit out. I don't know about radar reflective/conductive paint, but there must be some out there. Coincidentally, lead based paint is most likely a good radar blocker.
High frequencies travel through conductors(like house wiring), so they bypass what you described. Using high voltage capacitors to cut off high frequencies will improve EMF(electromagnetic force) interference elimination. All you need to do to check is take portable AM radio, place near an outlet, snap crackle pop! ain't just for breakfast anymore!
Old house wiring is run in conduit free lines, all three wires are exposed. Newer wiring runs through metal conduits theoreticly grounded. I have run across an interesting case where there are two hots, no neutral wire(you wire heads know what I said), one is 220, other 110. You will indeed get 110 between those, but there will be hell to pay if the 110 finds true ground or neutral. House was originally run on Edison(DC), fused both sides.

There is probably more I forget to mention, but it does show diligence if you think you are getting more than your dose.

ok, fair enough, i've heard this argument before.
also that it has to be grounded etc.
i'm not so sure.
if it didn't do any good, why all the effort by the media to ridicule it?
you know, everyone on tv, like "ha ha hannity" and co.?
they should be saying "tin foil hat eh? smart guy. wish i'd thought of that".

they put a lead (ok not alu foil) cloth over your privates when they x-ray you.
that isn't grounded.
oh yeah, and those survival foil sheets do reflect radar, they find lost walkers.
maybe we're educated to blow out of proportion small details of efficieny.
the grounding improves performance, but maybe isn't essential, and it still works?

i have one of those sheets, and i'm wrapping up for "the night of a thousand stars".

Newswise — In a twist on nontraditional uses of ultrasound, a group of neuroscientists at Arizona State University has developed pulsed ultrasound techniques that can remotely stimulate brain circuit activity. Their findings, published in the Oct. 29 issue of the journal Public Library of Science (PLoS) One, provide insights into how low-power ultrasound can be harnessed for the noninvasive neurostimulation of brain circuits and offers the potential for new treatments of brain disorders and disease.

While it might be hard to imagine the day where doctors could treat post traumatic stress disorders, traumatic brain injury and even Alzheimer’s disease with the flip of a switch, most of us have in fact experienced some of ultrasound’s numerous applications in our daily lives. For example, ultrasound has been used in fetal and other diagnostic medical imaging, ultrasonic teeth cleaning, physiotherapies, or surgical ablation. Ultrasound also provides a multitude of other non-medical uses, including pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing, nondestructive materials testing, sonar, communications, oceanography and acoustic mapping.

“Studies of ultrasound and its interactions with biological tissues have a rich history dating back to the late 1920s,” lead investigator William “Jamie” Tyler points out. “Several research groups have, for more than a half-century, demonstrated that ultrasound can produce changes in excitable tissues, such as nerve and/or muscle, but detailed studies in neurons at the cellular level have been lacking.”

“We were able to unravel how ultrasound can stimulate the electrical activity of neurons by optically monitoring the activity of neuronal circuits, while we simultaneously propagated low-intensity, low-frequency ultrasound through brain tissues,” says Tyler, assistant professor of neurobiology and bioimaging in the School of Life Sciences in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Led by Tyler, the ASU research group discovered that remotely delivered low intensity, low frequency ultrasound (LILFU) increased the activity of voltage-gated sodium and calcium channels in a manner sufficient to trigger action potentials and the release of neurotransmitter from synapses. Since these processes are fundamental to the transfer of information among neurons, the authors pose that this type of ultrasound provides a powerful new tool for modulating the activity of neural circuits.

“Many of the stimulation methods used by neuroscientists require the use and implantation of stimulating electrodes, requiring direct contact with nervous tissue or the introduction of exogenous proteins, such as those used for the light-activation of neurons,” Tyler explains.

The search for new types of noninvasive neurostimulation methods led them to revisit ultrasound.

“We were quite surprised to find that ultrasound at power levels lower than those typically used in routine diagnostic medical imaging procedures could produce an increase in the activity of neurons while higher power levels produced very little effect on their activity,” Tyler says.

Other neuroscientists and engineers have also been rapidly developing new neurostimulation methods for controlling nervous system activity and several approaches show promise for the treatment of a wide variety of nervous system disorders. For example, Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) and Vagal Nerve Stimulation (VNS) have been shown to be effective in the management of psychiatric disorders such as depression, bipolar disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and drug addition, as well as for therapies of neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, Tourette Syndrome, epilepsy, dystonia, stuttering, tinnitus, recovery of cognitive and motor function following stroke, and chronic pain. Up until now, these two techniques have captured the attention of physicians and scientists; however, these therapies still pose risks to patients because they require the surgical implantation of stimulating electrodes. Thus, these types of therapies are often only available to patients presenting the worst of prognoses.

One prior stumbling block to using ultrasound noninvasively in the brain has been the skull. However, the acoustic frequencies utilized by Tyler and his colleagues to construct their pulsed ultrasound waveforms, overlap with a frequency range where optimal energy gains are achieved between transcranial transmission and brain absorption of ultrasound – which allows the ultrasound to penetrate bone and yet prevent damage to the soft tissues. Their findings are supported by other studies examining the potential of high-intensity focused ultrasound for ablating brain tissues, where it was shown that low-frequency ultrasound could be focused through human skulls.

When asked about the potential of using his groups’ methods to remotely control brain activity, Tyler says: “One might be able to envision potential applications ranging from medical interventions to use in video gaming or the creation of artificial memories along the lines of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s character in ‘Total Recall.’ Imagine taking a vacation without actually going anywhere?”

“Obviously, we need to conduct further research and development, but one of the most exhilarating prospects is that low intensity, low frequency ultrasound permit deep-brain stimulation procedures without requiring exogenous proteins or surgically implanted medical devices,” he adds.

Tyler and the other ASU researchers will now focus on further characterization of the influence of ultrasound on intact brain circuits and translational research, taking low intensity ultrasound from the lab into pre-clinical trials and treatment of neurological diseases.

Trust drug may cure social phobia 
 
The discovery could lead to treatments for social phobia
A nasal spray which increases our trust for strangers is showing promise as a treatment for social phobia, say scientists from Zurich University.

They found that people who inhaled the "love hormone" oxytocin continued to trust strangers with their money - even after they were betrayed.

Brain scans showed the hormone lowered activity in the amygdala - a region which is overactive in social phobics.

Drug trials are under way and early signs are promising say the scientists.

Nicknamed the "cuddle chemical", oxytocin is a naturally produced hormone, which has been shown to play a role in social relations, maternal bonding, and also in sex.

Lead researcher Dr Thomas Baumgartner said: "We now know for the first time what exactly is going on in the brain when oxytocin increases trust.

"We found that oxytocin has a very specific effect in social situations. It seems to diminish our fears.

"Based on our results, we can now conclude that a lack of oxytocin is at least one of the causes for the fear experienced by social phobics.

"We hope and indeed we expect that we can improve their sociability by administering oxytocin."

Powerful effect

Previous studies have shown that participants in "trust games" took greater risks with their money after inhaling the hormone via a nasal spray.

In this latest experiment, published in the journal Neuron, the researchers asked volunteer subjects to take part in a similar game.

They were each asked to contribute money to a human trustee, with the understanding that the trustee would invest the money and decide whether to return the profits, or betray the subject's trust by keeping the profit.

The subjects also received doses of oxytocin or a placebo via a nasal spray.

After investing, the participants were given feedback on the trustees. When their trust was abused, the placebo group became less willing to invest. But the players who had been given oxytocin continued to trust their money with a broker.

"We can see that oxytocin has a very powerful effect," said Dr Baumgartner.

"The subjects who received oxytocin demonstrated no change in their trust behaviour, even though they were informed that their trust was not honoured in roughly 50% of cases."

In a second game, where the human trustees were replaced by a computer which gave random returns, the hormone made no difference to the players' investment behaviour.

"It appears that oxytocin affects social responses specifically related to trust," Dr Baumgartner said.

Defence barriers

During the games, the players' brains were scanned using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).

The researchers found that oxytocin reduced activity in two regions which act as natural "defence barriers".

They are the amygdala, which processes fear and danger, and an area of the striatum, which helps to guide future behaviour, based on reward feedback.

The amygdala has been found to be extremely active in the brains of sufferers of social phobia.

Dr Baumgartner's colleague, Professor Markus Heinrichs, has begun a study where social phobia sufferers are given either oxytocin or a placebo, in combination with cognitive and behavioural therapy.

The trials are ongoing, but Dr Baumgartner said that early signs appear "promising".

The hormone could also be a candidate for treating patients with autism, he says.

"Autistic people also have a fear of social situations and have problems interacting, so it is very likely that oxytocin could help," he said.

"This hormone seems to play a very specific role in social situations so might be able to improve autism. But so far I am not aware of any studies."

Mauricio Delgado, a psychologist at Rutgers University, said: "This study has significant implications for understanding mental disorders where deficits in social behaviour are observed.

"While a degree of wariness may protect one from harm, being able to ''forgive and forget'' is an imperative step in maintaining long-term relationships.

"The reported oxytocin finding could provide a bridge for potential clinical applications."
