Well looks like the agenda for the naked body scanners and x-raying breast implants is a worldwide agenda.

Remember the Moscow 9/11 when Russian troops poisoned their own people in the theater and then did not get them water so that many died unnecessarily?

Or what about the staged false flag terror in Moscow reported by the MSM:

Secret at the heart of Putin's rise to power
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/russia/1456763/Secret-at-the-heart-of-Putins-rise-to-power.html
By Julius Strauss in Ryazan
Published: 12:01AM GMT 13 Mar 2004

By rights Tatyana ought not to be alive today. Along with the other residents of the red-brick housing block on Novosyolov Street in the Russian city of Ryazan, she should have died with husband and son on Sept 23, 1999. At 5.30 that morning three sacks of high explosive hidden in the basement of their building were set to blow up. The explosion would have brought down the block. "Of course we're lucky to be here," said Tatyana, 39, in the hallway of her building this week. She was too scared to give her surname. "They had decided to blow up the building and we would all have died. Even today I shiver when I think about it." More than 240 other Russians were less fortunate. They died that autumn in a wave of bombings that destroyed three blocks of flats, two in Moscow and one in the town of Volgodonsk.

The Russian authorities were swift to lay the blame at the door of Chechen separatists. But no supporting evidence has emerged. Two men from the Caucasus were convicted of involvement after a closed trial this year, but it was widely denounced as a charade. Instead a growing body of proof has surfaced that links the bombings, and the Ryazan incident in particular, to the FSB - the revamped KGB. Independent investigators, including several MPs, who have sought to look into the case have been intimidated, arrested or beaten. Analysts and investigators claim that President Vladimir Putin, who was FSB chief until August of that year and subsequently prime minister, must know the truth. Lilia Shevtsova, a senior associate with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, said: "He would know not just what happened but who the suspects were. The truth will not damage him because it won't be told until after he is gone."

The 1999 bombings proved to be Mr Putin's political making. He positioned himself as a strongman who would crush the Chechen rebels and restore order to the ailing country.  Riding a wave of nationalist fervour, in eight months he went from being a virtual political unknown to winning the presidency by an easy margin. Now, after winning nearly complete control over parliament in December and installing a loyal new cabinet days before tomorrow's presidential election, Mr Putin is poised to seal another four years at Russia's helm. In Novosyolov Street the day before the bomb was due to detonate, residents noticed a white Lada parked with a man sitting in the back and a woman standing nervously by the front door. Then another man emerged from the cellar and the three drove away. The residents called the police who found the bomb - three sacks of hexogene, a military explosive used in the other attacks that autumn. The railway station and airport were cordoned off and roadblocks set up. To general approval, Mr Putin announced that Russian planes had begun strafing Grozny, the Chechen capital. That evening the bombers made a mistake. Using a public telephone one of them called a number in Moscow for instructions, saying it was impossible to leave the city undetected. An operator traced the call. The number called belonged to the FSB. Shortly afterwards the two men were arrested. Each produced documents showing that he worked for the FSB. Later an order came down from Moscow ordering the local police release them.

The next day Nikolai Patrushev, the head of the FSB, announced that the entire thing had been a training drill to raise public awareness. The white substance was not hexogene, he said, but sugar. The residents who called the police and the telephone operator were each given a colour television to reward them for their vigilance. For a while the controversy refused to die down. Boris Berezovsky, the exiled tycoon and a bitter enemy of Mr Putin, sponsored a film and a book about the incident but both were confiscated by Russian authorities. A human rights activist, Veniamin Ioffe, who tried to show the film in St Petersburg was beaten up and later died. In 2002 several liberals, including the MPs Ivan Rybakin and Sergei Yushenkov, set up a citizens' commission to investigate the bombings. On April 17 last year, Mr Yushenkov was shot dead outside his home. In July, another MP and commission member died mysteriously after alleged food poisoning. A third commission member was beaten unconscious in the lift of his building. Last December, Mr Rybakin lost his seat in the State Duma. He has now all but given up on the investigation. "The men behind this were definitely FSB employees," he told the Telegraph. "Whether they got their orders from the very top, or were a criminal grouping inside the organisation, is impossible to say. "Since they are guarding this so carefully I am afraid there is something really horrible there. As for Putin, its possible he didn't know at the time. But he certainly knows the truth now, better than anyone." Tatyana said: "We still don't know who is guilty. We probably never will. Life is hard here and after a while we stopped asking. I'm sorry to say it, but that's the Russian way."

Over 40 million exterminated by the state in Russia/Soviet Union. Less than 10,000 killed by mostly state sponsored terror attacks.

I wonder which issue will be at the forefront of the Naked Body Scanner controlled MSM.

"The death of one man is a tragedy, the death of millions is a statistic."
-Attributed to Joseph Stalin but there is no conclusive evidence. Whether or not there is evidence of him saying it specifically, it seems to have been the doctrine of the USSR and the USA throughout the last 100 years.

Bombers kill at least 38 in Moscow subway

By Aydar Buribayev – 9 mins ago

MOSCOW (Reuters) – Two female suicide bombers killed at least 38 people on packed Moscow subway trains during rush hour on Monday, stirring fears of a broader campaign in Russia's heartland by Islamists from the North Caucasus.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who cemented his power in 1999 by launching a war to crush Chechen separatism, broke off a trip to Siberia, declaring "terrorists will be destroyed."

Witnesses described panic at two central Moscow stations after the blasts, with commuters falling over each other in dense smoke and dust as they tried to escape the worst attack on the Russian capital in six years.

Sixty-four others were injured, many gravely, and officials said the death toll could rise. Russia's top security official said the bombs were filled with bolts and iron rods.

No group immediately claimed responsibility, but Federal Security Service (FSB) chief Alexander Bortnikov said those responsible had links to the North Caucasus, a heavily Muslim region plagued by insurgency whose leaders have threatened to attack cities and energy pipelines elsewhere in Russia.

"A crime that is terrible in its consequences and heinous in its manner has been committed," Putin told emergency officials in a video call.

"I am confident that law enforcement bodies will spare no effort to track down and punish the criminals. Terrorists will be destroyed."

The Kremlin had declared victory in its battle with Chechen separatists who fought two wars with Moscow. But violence has intensified over the past year in the neighboring republics of Dagestan and Ingushetia, where Islamist militancy overlaps with clan rivalries and criminal rings amid poverty.

The chief of the FSB, the main successor to the Soviet-era KGB, said: "Body parts belonging to two female suicide bombers were found...and according to initial data, these persons are linked to the North Caucasus."

Monday's subway attacks are likely to turn the insurgency in the North Caucasus into a major political issue for Russia's leaders. Critics said Monday's the attacks demonstrated the failure of Kremlin policy in Chechnya, where human rights groups accuse Russian forces of brutal actions.

The first blast tore through the second carriage of a subway train just before 8 a.m. as it stood at the Lubyanka station, close to the headquarters of Russia's main domestic security service, the FSB. It killed at least 23 people.

A second blast, less than 40 minutes later in the second or third carriage of a train waiting at the Park Kultury subway station, opposite Gorky Park, killed 14 more people, emergencies ministry officials said.

Reuters photographers saw body bags being brought out of both stations. Some of the wounded were airlifted to hospitals in helicopters and central Moscow was brought to a standstill as police closed off major roads.

"It was very scary. I saw a dead body," said Valentin Popov, a 19-year-old student traveling on a train to the Park Kultury station, told Reuters.

"Everyone was screaming. There was a stampede at the doors. I saw one woman holding a child and pleading with people to let her through, but it was impossible."

U.S. President Barack Obama condemned the bombings as did European Union leaders.

"The American people stand united with the people of Russia in opposition to violent extremism and heinous terrorist attacks that demonstrate such disregard for human life, and we condemn these outrageous acts," Obama said.

NO COMPROMISE

The Russian rouble fell sharply on the bombings, but later regained ground, with traders arguing the bombs were unlikely to undermine the strength of the currency.

Russia's benchmark Eurobond due in 2030 was little changed, yielding about 4.99 percent. The rouble-denominated Micex exchange was up 1.1 percent.

"The Russian stock market is more than stable, the rouble is stable," said Anatoly Darakov, head of Russian equity trading at Citi in Moscow. "It's not the first blast in Moscow."

Eye witnesses spoke of panic after the blasts, which ripped through stations just a few kilometers from the Kremlin.

"I was in the middle of the train when somewhere in the first or second carriage there was a loud blast. I felt the vibrations reverberate through my body," an unidentified man who was on a train at Park Kultury told RIA news agency.

Surveillance camera footage posted on the Internet showed several motionless bodies lying on the floor or slumped against the wall in Lubyanka station lobby and emergency workers crouched over victims, trying to treat them.

The current death toll makes it the worst attack on Moscow since February 2004, when a suicide bombing killed at least 39 people and wounded more than 100 on a subway train.

Chechen separatists were blamed for that attack. Rebel leader Doku Umarov, who is fighting for an Islamic emirate embracing the whole region, vowed last month to take the war to Russian cities.

"Blood will no longer be limited to our (Caucasus) cities and towns. The war is coming to their cities," the Chechen rebel leader said in an interview on the unofficial Islamist website www.kavkazcenter.com.

Jonathan Eyal, of London's Royal United Services Institute, saw a personal challenge to Putin, who remains the chief power in the land.

"This is a direct affront to Vladimir Putin, whose entire rise to power was built on his pledge to crush the enemies of Russia...It's an affront to his muscular image."

The Chechen rebellion began in the 1990s as a largely ethnic nationalist movement, fired by a sense of injustice over the 1940s transportation of Chechens to Central Asia, with enormous loss of life, by dictator Josef Stalin. Largely since the second war, Russian officials say, Islamic militants from outside Russia have joined the campaign, lending it a new intensity.

just like al-CIA-duh, they recruit some patsies. The military precision of the attacks and the media quick on the gun promoting naked body scanners to save us makes it looked like part of a bigger plan.

They never shut down the service that would have saved at least a dozen lives. They kept the attack going with over 45 minutes between hits (similar to 7/7). Were any intelligence companies running drills?

DC just had a drill.

Maybe Moscow also had one and they went live.

The attack is exactly the drill run in DC!

WHAT AN AMAZING COINCIDENCE...

Metro stages a show of force at Union Station on Feb. 2 as part of a series of emergency response drills.
Metro will stage simulated explosions on a train and bus this weekend as the transit system continues a series of emergency exercises that test its coordination with other regional agencies.

Metro most recently began conducting drills last month, even staging a display of force at Union Station during a morning rush hour.

The first drill this weekend will take place at 1 a.m. Sunday when the agency simulates an explosure explosion on a rail car in the tunnel between Foggy Bottom and Rosslyn stations. According to a press release, "emergency personnel will be responding to the incident to find a scene representative of hundreds of injured passengers and multiple fatalities."

Metro said the system will remain open during the exercise. After 11 p.m., Blue Line trains will share one track between Foggy Bottom and Arlington, and Orange Line trains will share one track between Foggy Bottom and Court House. Riders using the Rosslyn Station should expect to see "numerous police, fire and emergency response vehicles, first responders and volunteer 'victims,'" Metro said.

A second drill will take place at 10 a.m. March 29 in the parking lot at RFK Stadium. The exercise will simulate an explosion on a bus, "discovery of a second explosive on a bus in a garage," and reports of other explosives on other buses. Metro said activity will take place between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Participating agencies include: police, fire and emergency medical services departments from Arlington County, Alexandria, the District, Fairfax County, Prince George's County, Montgomery County, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the American Red Cross.

The exercises are being paid for through a $1.2 million Homeland Security grant.

was the NWO planning a combo Moscow/DC attack? Did we expose the DC attack plans so much that they only focused on Moscow?

They found a device that would make naked body scanners not helpful to divert such an attack, but guess what...Moscow is enforcing them anyway.

You cannot make this shit up.

Also, notice in the actual drills that the discovery of other devices is part of the operation.

Followed with military and Ptech precision, just like 9/11 and 7/7.

Here's maybe an Modus operandi?

Russia blasts US over Afghan drug scheme
http://www.presstv.ir/detail.aspx?id=121874&sectionid=351020403

Russia accuses the United States of conspiring with Afghanistan's drug producers by refusing to eradicate opium plantations in the country.

US marines, stationed in the opium-growing Helmand province since February, told the villagers that they do not intend to cut the production, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Sunday.

"We believe such statements are contrary to the decisions taken on Afghan narco-problems within the UN and other international forums," the ministry added in a statement released by the Russian Embassy in Kabul.

If NATO troops would not carry out eradication themselves, they should provide force protection for Afghans to do it, it said.

Not eradicating poppy plantations "ignores the fact that thousands of people die from heroin ... including in Afghanistan," the statement added.

This is the second time in a week that Moscow slams the West over its drug policy.

Afghanistan produces more than 90 percent of the world's opium. Moscow says narcotics from neighboring Afghanistan kill 30,000 Russians every year.

Chertoff is thrilled. This opens up a whole new market for naked body scanners. Perverts across the globe are thrilled; this means body cavity searches for everyone. If you don't like it, then walk.

People say, 'oh well, if they need to scan our naked bodies, that's ok - as long as we're safe'.... but they believe it will only be for mass transportation. These scanners will show up at sporting events, shopping malls, your dentist's office, the libraries, schools, theaters, post offices, etc., etc...  Michael Chertoff and his NWO colleagues are thrilled. Mission status: progress every day.

Most likely the bombs found and the story of female suicide bombers are BS. Just like on 7/7 there needs to be forensic scientists examining the blasts. We are conditioned through the media and movies like "The Traitor" (good flick though for other reasons) that these suicide bombers are churned out of factories and can be programmed to attack at the same exact times in military type precision.

It is just not true and more often than naught, there is much more to the explosions themselves.

Russian president to tighten security, assist Moscow blasts victims' families

14:2229/03/2010

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev demanded tightened security across the country after the early Monday morning blasts in the Moscow subway and pledged government assistance to the families of those who died or were injured in the explosions.

"It is difficult to prevent such terrorist attacks and to provide security on transportation," the president said. "It is necessary to tighten what we do, to look at the problem on a national scale, not only relating to a certain populated area but on a national scale. Obviously, what we have done before is not enough."

"It is necessary to remain on alert," Medvedev said. "It is obvious that such attacks were thoroughly planned and were expected to have a large-scale striking effect, aimed to destabilize the situation in the country and in society," he added.

The president stressed that it is important to control the situation stringently but without violation of citizens' rights.

The Russian president will hold a meeting later on Monday on assisting the families of those who died or were injured in the blasts as well as a meeting on cleanup operations following the terrorist attacks.

Medvedev said that the priority is to help those who were affected by the explosions and their families.

Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov said the subway line hit by the two separate terrorist attacks will resume operation within several hours.

Two blasts in Moscow's subway stations Lubyanka and Park Kultury occurred during the early morning rush hour with an interval of 40 minutes, the first one at approximately 8:00 a.m. Moscow time (5:00 GMT). According to preliminary information, at least 37 people have died and dozens were injured.

Security stepped up across Russia after deadly Moscow blasts
14:1229/03/2010

Security has been tightened across Russia after two powerful blasts tore through the Moscow metro system on Monday morning, killing at least 37 people.

"It is difficult to prevent such terrorist attacks and to provide security on transport," President Dmitry Medvedev said. "It is necessary to tighten up what we do and to look at the problem on a national scale.

"Obviously, what we have done before is not enough," he said.

Interior Ministry head Rashid Nurgaliyev told Medvedev that security was being boosted across the country, "in particular in those cities with metro systems."

The first attack took place at 7:52 a.m. (03:52 GMT) at the Lubyanka station, located a short distance from Red Square and the headquarters of the Federal Security Service (FSB), and killed at least 24 people

The second blast detonated some 40 minutes later at the nearby Park Kultury station, also within walking distance of the Kremlin. At least 12 people lost their lives.

One more person is reported as having died in the bombings. The total number of injured in both blasts is over 60.

The head of the Federal Security Services (FSB) said terrorists from Russia's North Caucasus may have been involved in the attacks.

Russia's top investigator Vladimir Markin said police may be able to identify the two female suicide bombers who carried out the attacks. He added that the women's faces had not suffered in the blasts.

Markin earlier told journalists that the second attack had been carried out by a "dark-haired woman" and that "fragments of her body" found at the scene suggested she had had the equivalent of 1.5 kg of TNT strapped to her waist.

A police source earlier told RIA Novosti that "An inspection of the scene indicates that the bomb was detonated at a height of 100-200 cm and was apparently attached to the waist of a female suicide bomber."

Russia has been fighting militants in the North Caucasus for over a decade, including two brutal separatist wars in Chechnya. Analysts suggest Monday's attacks are revenge for a recent operation in Chechnya that saw the deaths of over 20 radical Islamic fighters.

Aside from Chechnya, violence is also a regular occurrence in the neighboring republics of Ingushetia and Dagestan.

If terrorism is confirmed as the cause of the blasts, this will be the first major terrorist incident in the Russian capital since the autumn of 2004, when ten people were killed in a suicide bomb attack outside a north Moscow metro station.

The explosion was part of a series of terrorist attacks that also saw 90 people die in two plane bombings and the deaths of over 300 people, many of them children, when Chechen terrorists seized a school in Beslan.

A bomb also hit a Moscow-St. Petersburg express train last November, killing 27 people.

Factbox - blasts in Moscow subway system

13:5329/03/2010

Two blasts ripped through Lubyanka and Park Kultury Moscow subway stations early on Monday morning.

At least 37 were killed and 62 injured during the attacks, law enforcement agencies announced.

This was the first terrorist attack on the Russian capital over the last six years. Here is a factbox over the main terrorist attacks in Moscow's subway stations.

A blast rocked the area between Rizhskaya metro station and a shopping center on August 31, 2004, at 8:15 p.m., killing 10 people and wounding more than 40.

A female suicide bomber was blamed for the blast. She failed to approach a group of police near the entrance of the subway station and instead detonated the bomb nearby.

The responsibility for the terrorist act near Rizhkaya station was assumed by the Islambuli brigades, an Islamist movement, considered to be part of an international terrorist organization. A message saying the attack was an act of support to Chechen Muslims, appeared on an Islamist site later.

Militant Nikolai Kipkeyev, an accomplice to the suicide bomber, was killed during the blast. The investigation found he was the tutor of the female suicide bomber. Kipkeyev had a fake passport and a cell-phone which helped law enforcement agencies detain three other members of the gang, among them a former Russian Defense Ministry serviceman, who had earlier accepted Islam. All of them were sentenced to life in prison.

On February 6, 2004, a bomb detonated during rush hour, 40 people were killed and 134 injured. The blast occurred in the tunnel between the Avtozavodskaya and Paveletskaya stations.

The train engineer, Vladimir Gorelov, was awarded an Order of Courage for his professional merits during the emergency which saved the life of many people.

On February 5, 2001, an explosive device hidden in a small bag blew up at Belorusskaya station at 6:45 p.m., injuring 15 people.

On January 1, 1998, an explosion ripped through Tretyakovskaya station in central Moscow. The train engineer found a small bag with batteries and wires. The bomb detonated at 9:39 a.m., injuring only three people.

A bomb exploded in the tunnel between the Tulskaya and Nagatinskaya stations ahead of the presidential elections on June 11, 1996, at 9:10 p.m. The shock wave from the blast blew out windows in the passenger cars and smoke entailed. Three people were killed and 16 injured.

A bomb exploded in a tunnel between the Pervomayskaya and Izmailovskaya subway stations on January 8, 1977, at 5:33 p.m. Many adults and children, returning from festive parties were killed in the blast.

Three Armenians of an underground political organization were blamed for the accident. They were sentenced to the death penalty.

Eyewitness of the two explosions on the Moscow metro this morning have described the chaos that ensued after the blasts.

Alexandra Antonova described her reaction to the blast at  Lubyanka metro station, where the first bomb was detonated.

"I was in shock. I was deafened by the sound of the blast, but at first I didn't think it was a terrorist attack. Then I saw all the smoke and realized it had been an explosion.

"My only thought was to get away as quickly as possible," she said.

She managed to change to a different train and arrived at Park Kultury metro station, the site of the second attack, just a few minutes before the blast.

"I was very lucky," she said.

Valery Shuverov, a witness at Park Kultury said reports of the power of the explosion had been exaggerated.

“It wasn’t big; that’s why this talk of two or three kilos of TNT is just bullshit. Maybe one or one and a half. But there were so many people packed together. That’s why there was such a high number of casualties.

“I’ve seen loads of explosions in my time, and this was nothing. I’m fine. It was just a ‘pop’ like the kind if fire crackers we might let off at New Year.”

He added that the reaction to the explosion was very calm

“There were some women crying and screaming and there were some people bleeding and wounded, but they were walking. I was two or three carriages away, so I didn’t see any bodies or anything.”

After the explosions there was a rush of people trying to leave the subway stations. The Moscow metro is one of the busiest in the world, carrying around 5,5 million passengers a day. Rush hour, when the attacks took place, is one of the busiest times.

One witness said that some of the wounded were pushed along in the crowd of around 1,000 people trying to leave the station via one escalator.

“At the exit near the escalator two wounded women, who had been carried along in the crowd, overtook me. They had cuts on their faces and burnt hair. There was also a man with a wound on his neck.”

Moscow student Ivan Bukhradtse said he experienced trouble trying to leave Park Kultury station.

“I saw several wounded people being carried and some walking by themselves. There was a lot of smoke and one escalator wasn’t working so people had difficulties leaving the metro,” he said.

“The metro staff and the police were very helpful. They reacted very well. The main problem was that they didn’t shut down the subway system. If they had stopped it immediately, there there wouldn’t have been such big crowds.”

The first attack took place at 7:52 a.m. (03:52 GMT) at the Lubyanka station, located a short distance from the headquarters of the Federal Security Service (FSB), and killed at least 24 people, with another 39 injured.

The second blast detonated some 40 minutes later at the nearby Park Kultury station, within walking distance of the Kremlin. At least 12 people lost their lives and 23 were injured.

One more person is reported to have died in the bombings, making the death toll 37.

World deplores Moscow blasts, sends condolences to Russia

12:2329/03/2010

Foreign states have described the blasts on Monday morning in Moscow's subway, which killed over 30 people, as "cowardly attacks" and expressed their condolences to victims in messages of compassion and support for Russia.

"We deplore these cowardly attacks in the most resolute manner," a statement by the German Foreign Ministry said. "Nothing can justify these vicious acts."

A similar message came from the French Foreign Ministry.

"France resolutely denounces these terrorist acts and assures Russia in its full support," it said.

Russian investigators said two women, who acted as suicide bombers, were responsible for the blasts at Lubyanka and Park Kultury stations in central Moscow. They said the explosive devices they used were equivalent to up to 2 kg of TNT.

"People in our country share the pain of the heavy and unrecoverable loss," Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said in his message to his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev.

"I am deeply shocked by the bloody terrorist act against peaceful people," a message from Lithuanian Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius said.

Dozens of Moscow residents and visitors turned to doctors with nervous breakdowns and heart attacks after two early morning blasts in the capital's subway, a medical source said.

Two blasts in Moscow's subway stations Lubyanka and Park Kultury occurred during rush hour with an interval of 40 minutes, the first one at approximately 8:00 a.m. Moscow time (5:00 GMT). At least 35 people died and another 33 were injured in the attacks.

The source said that due to the terrorist attacks many people had suffered nervous breakdowns.

"Some 50 people turned to doctors for medical help," the source said adding that most of the claims were due to heart attacks and nervous breakdowns.

He said that these are people who were not direct victims during the attacks, but were witnesses of the explosions.

NYC activates security plan after Moscow bombings
Daniel Trotta
NEW YORK
Mon Mar 29, 2010 10:22am EDT

NEW YORK (Reuters) - New York police doubled patrols of the subway system and sent a battery of police cars to transit hubs as a precaution on Monday following the Moscow subway bombings.

U.S.

In Washington, police sent bomb-sniffing dogs to random Metro stations and rail yards as part of heightened security associated with the Moscow attacks, in which two female suicide bombers killed at least 38 people on packed metro trains during rush hour on Monday.

Though the Moscow bombings appear related to the conflict in the North Caucasus and New York's greatest threat is seen as coming from al Qaeda, police enacted the same security detail that they roll out after any attack elsewhere in the world.

This time it closely follows one man's admission he was plotting a suicide bombing of New York subways with al Qaeda training.

"We don't have any information suggesting that it's related (to al Qaeda) but as a precaution we are increasing coverage," police spokesman and Deputy Commissioner Paul Browne said.

The city's fleet of "critical response vehicles" that guard sensitive locations were sent to mass transit hubs such as Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station, Browne said.

Officers patrolling the subways overnight were kept on duty as the morning shift reported, practically doubling the number of officers.

The city may also send a detective to Moscow, as it often does following similar attacks around the world, Browne said.

The New York Police Department has detectives in 11 foreign cities working to prevent foreign extremists from hitting New York, which has been attacked twice -- on September 11, 2001, and in a 1993 truck bombing of the World Trade Center.

The New York subway system security came under intense scrutiny after the transit attacks on Madrid in 2004 and London in 2005.

On February 22, Afghan immigrant Najibullah Zazi pleaded guilty to plotting a suicide bomb attack on New York City subways with al Qaeda training for what would have been the worst attack on the United States since 2001.

"Whether they are related or not our standard operating procedure is to take precautions until more is known," Browne said.

Coincidentally on Monday, Washington's Metro was holding a planned drill simulating a bus explosion in the parking lot of a sports stadium. That coincided with the sweeps of train stations, the locations of which were not being announced in advance.

"When we opened the Metro system this morning, we did so with heightened security," Metro Transit Police Acting Chief Jeri Lee said in a statement. "We remain an open system and we do what we can to be as secure as possible."

They should check if any of these subway trains were down for "maintenance" before the attacks.

Well looks like the agenda for the naked body scanners and x-raying breast implants is a worldwide agenda.

Sure, give everyone who takes subways regularly deadly cancer.

How convenient to the government's naked body scanner agenda that the terrorists are identified / identify themselves so that the mainstream media can cover the attack with full knowledge of the perpetrators, hyping the fear.

There is already a link in this thread that the Muslim Terrorists take responsibility for the terrorist attack already.

Do Muslim terrorists schedule terrorist drills in America and England, too? Because the coincidences here are remarkable!

They should check if any of these subway trains were down for "maintenance" before the attacks.

I think this is a key issue, I remmeber that a witnes in the 7/7 London subway bombings mentioned that he saw metal sticking up from under the carriage indicating that the explosion was directed from underneath the train carriage.

http://jforjustice.co.uk/77/#07

Read chapter 7: Pre planted explosives

Witnesses of the tube-train explosions state that there were no Muslims with backpacks, and no backpacks, or bags, left unattended on the trains, in the carriages that blew up, and that the floors of the trains blew upwards from underneath, not downwards, as would be the case with explosives inside the trains.

Explosives underneath the train floors; powerful enough to rupture the carriage floors and bend them upwards; would also lift the carriages up off the rails and derail them, as did happen. Those explosives were not home-made, but military-grade high-explosives, that would not be available to Muslim suicide-bombers. The official story was that they used home-made explosives, which has later been proven to be a lie.

So we know, from reliable eye-witnesses, who can be traced, that there were no backpack home-made bombs or Muslim bombers inside the tube-train carriages that blew up, and that the floors blew upwards, so the bombs, which were made from military high-grade explosives, must have been fastened underneath the floors of the train carriages. Only people having access to the tube-trains, during the times that the trains were not running, would be able to plant those bombs, under the train floors.

Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Finance Minister, said that he was warned by Scotland Yard; not to leave his hotel-room, on the morning of 7/7/2005, before the first explosion was reported; implying that they had foreknowledge of the plan. Scotland Yard then quickly denied being the ones who provided the warning, but have not told us who did warn Netanyahu, if they did not. Why was Benjamin Netanyahu warned, but not the British people who pay their wages, and whom they are paid to protect? Was it because it would have spoiled their evil plan, to murder British people, to change the nation’s mind, about British troops fighting in the Middle-East?

Two weeks later the head of the Israeli Mossad, General Meir Dagan, said that he had warned Benjamin Netanyahu at 08.40 AM, on 7/7/2005, ten minutes before the first blast occurred. How did he know what was going to happen in London, if Scotland Yard did not warn him? Did he wait, to warn Benjamin Netanyahu, until it was too late to warn the British people, so as not to spoil their evil plan? Was the London bombing a covert MI5 operation, or an Israeli Mossad operation, or a joint operation by both of them? The British people have the right to know.

Tony Blair said on the day of the explosions, that, “We KNOW this was done in the name of Islam”, when there was no proof whatsoever of who had done it, therefore indicating he possibly had foreknowledge of the plan and who they intended to blame, and the reason why they were going to blame the Muslims.

As proof that this was a slip-up, and needed covering up, look at how the BBC later falsely reported his actual words, giving further proof that the BBC is a government propaganda machine and the coverage was “organised”, exactly as Michael Portillo said it would be, in the BBC Panorama programme in May 2004.

"In addition I welcome the statement that has been put out by the Muslim Council of Great Britain. We know that these people act in the name of Islam..."
Statement from the PM following COBR meeting

"In addition, I welcome the statement put out by the Muslim Council who know that those people acted in the name of Islam..."
BBC: In full: Blair on bomb blasts

Later that same day, Efraim Halevi, a former head of the Israeli Mossad, wrote in an article published on the Jerusalem Post website, at 18:10 PM (London time), that the attacks had been carried out simultaneously with "near-perfect" execution. How did he know they had only been “near-perfect”? How could he have known what the "perfect" results should have been, in order to know that the actual results were not perfect, unless he was in on the plot? How many more people had they intended to murder, in order for it to be considered "perfect" execution? How did he know, at least two days before the London authorities released the information on the 9th of July, that the bombs were detonated simultaneously, unless he was in on the plot? As proof that this too was a slip-up, the Jerusalem Post article in question was completely removed from their website, after people began to ask similar questions.

Ex-Mossad Chief Calls For World War After London Attack

The following day Police Commissioner Ian Blair also made a slip-up, on camera, and said that there were four miserable bombers, and then very quickly corrected himself, showing that he too possibly had foreknowledge of the plan to use four Muslims as patsies.

We are told that the first reports were of an electrical power-surge that occurred, and then later we were told that there were bombs that exploded on the tube-trains, and that it was an Al Quaeda terrorist attack, with Muslim suicide-bombers carrying backpack home-made explosive-devices onto the tube-trains.

A couple of weeks later, a Brazilian contract electrician is brutally and publicly murdered, on a tube-train, and again we are told lies by the police and media, about him.

He was a contract electrician. For whom had he been working, and what had he been working on, in the days leading up to the 7th of July 2005? Remember that the first reports from the media about 7/7/2005 were of an electrical power-surge, and Jean Charles de Menezes was a contract electrician.

Was he hired, as part of the terrorist exercise’s 1000 people, to wire up devices for mock-explosions, to be set off by a power-surge? Did he see the explosive-devices being fastened under the tube-train carriage floors, and later realise what had really happened, and was starting to talk about it?

Did THEY (The Hierarchy Enslaving You) publicly execute him, to shut him up, and as a warning to others to keep their mouths shut?

We have been unable to find out where he worked. We know about his cousins who live in London, and his family coming over from Brazil, but we do not know where he worked.

Why?

Who is the person calling himself Richard Jones, and claiming to have been next to the suicide-bomber on the bus, and a witness to the bus-bombing, and why did he tell so many lies? Why did Peter Power smirk, grin and giggle, when he spoke about the “coincidence”, that the exercise had turned out to be real, when lots of people had been killed and injured?

What is funny about that?

The probability of the 7/7/2005 Drill and Attack Coinciding, without being planned to coincide, in a 10 year period is: ONE chance in 3,715,592,613,265,750,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
“Good luck to him. I don’t blame him at all, but I just
wish he had not hit me so hard. I know he had to protect
his property, and I probably would have done the
same thing in his position. This has certainly stopped
me committing any more crime.” - British burglar elaborating robbery

Subway security boosted after Moscow bombing in DC/NY

10:03 AM ET

Police are increasing security in the New York City and Washington D.C. subway systems as a precaution following Monday's subway bombings in Moscow, according to local authorities.

Explosive ordnance detection teams will conduct station and rail yard sweeps throughout the day as part of the heightened security in the Washington area, a statement from D.C. transit officials noted.

"We remain an open system and we do what we can to be as secure as possible," Metro Transit Police Acting Chief Jeri Lee said. [Subliminal Conditioning: If you gave up more god-given rights and gave us more power you would be safer.]

The Washington area metro system is also conducting a drill simulating a bus explosion on Monday. The drill has been planned since December, the statement said.

Earlier, New York Police Department Deputy Commissioner Paul Browne said police are stepping up security in the New York City subway system.

Deadly explosions rock Moscow metro stations

Successive blasts ripped through two metro stations in central Moscow during the morning rush hour, killing 38 people. Russian officials say female suicide bombers are responsible for the attacks.

By FRANCE 24

Two successive explosions shook the heart of Moscow’s metro system Monday morning, killing 38 people.
Preliminary investigations by Russian officials at the scene have revealed that suicide bombers were responsible.

"Two female terrorist suicide bombers carried out these bombings," Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov told reporters.

According to France 24 correspondent Dmitry Medvedenko, “forensic experts claim to have found body fragments of a woman they believe to be the suicide bomber who triggered the explosion, equivalent to one and a half kilograms of TNT”.

Peak rush hour in Moscow

The first blast occurred in the Lubyanka station in central Moscow, near the Russian security and intelligence agency offices, at 7:56 am local time (0356 GMT) and killed at least 25 people.

A second explosion tore through the Park Kultury station, on the same metro line, at 8:37 am local time.

ITAR-TASS said heavy early morning traffic hampered rescue efforts.

“This was the very peak of the rush hour here in Moscow,” said Dmitry Medvedenko, Russia correspondent for France 24.

Both locations are close to the Kremlin in the historical centre of Moscow. The Lubyanka and Park Kultury metro stations have been sealed off while investigations continue.

'There hasn’t been a blast in four years'

Moscow has not seen high-profile terrorist attacks in many years. Terrorist attacks by Chechen separatists – often conducted by female suicide bombers – occurred frequently between the late 1990s and 2006.

“There hasn’t been a blast in four years,” said Medvedenko. “There’s a slight sense of panic … an hour ago, mobile phones were dead with everybody calling each other.”

In February 2004, 39 people were killed in the suicide bombing of a packed rush hour train in Moscow.

“Crippling the metro system sends a very clear message to the Russian authorities,” said Annette Young, France 24’s international affairs editor.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for Monday's blasts, but Russia has been facing a growing Islamist insurgency in the North Caucasus region in recent months.

Interpol ready to help Russia investigate Moscow subway attacks

17:3829/03/2010

International police agency Interpol has offered to help Russian authorities investigate the Moscow subway explosions, pledging its "full support and assistance."

Two blasts at the Lubyanka and Park Kultury subway stations occurred within 40 minutes of each other during the early morning rush hour on Monday. The first explosion went off at around 8:00 a.m. Moscow time (5:00 GMT). At least 38 people were killed and more than 60 injured.

"Interpol's Command and Coordination Center at its General Secretariat headquarters in Lyon, France, is closely liaising with its National Central Bureau in Moscow to provide any assistance required," Interpol said on its website.

The bombings were the first major terrorist attacks in the Russian capital for six years.

Moscow blasts kill over 30 as terrorism returns to Russian capital

© RIA Novosti. Vladimir Fedorenko

The first terrorist attack on the Russian capital for six years killed over 30 people as two terrorist bombs ripped through the central Moscow metro system during Monday morning's rush hour.

The first attack took place at 7:52 a.m. (04:52 GMT) at the Lubyanka station, located a short distance from the headquarters of the Federal Security Service (FSB), and killed at least 23 people, with another 18 injured.

The second blast detonated some 40 minutes later at the nearby Park Kultury station, within walking distance of the Kremlin. At least 12 people lost their lives and 15 were injured.

The FSB said female suicide bombers were responsible for both attacks.

The blasts, described by a police source as "a well-planned terrorist attack," took place in crowded trains as people hurried to work on the first day of the working week.

Russia's top investigator Vladimir Markin said investigation had been launched on terrorism charges and that suicide bombers were suspected of having detonated the devices, each packing the equivalent of up to 2 kg of TNT. A police source told RIA Novosti that both of the bombers were female.

Police with sniffer dogs are carrying out inspections of other stations as the capital remains on high alert. Security has been tightened at the capital's overland train terminals and airports.

With central Moscow at a standstill, the injured are being ferried to hospitals across the capital by helicopter. Police have appealed for calm

Emergencies ministry chief Sergei Shoigu has reported to President Dmitry Medvedev on the ongoing operation.

If terrorism is confirmed as the cause of the blasts, this will be the first major terrorist incident in the Russian capital since autumn 2004, when 90 people died in two plane bombings and 10 people were killed in bomb attack outside a north Moscow metro station. The same series of attacks culminated in the deaths of over 300 people, many of then children, when Chechen terrorists seized a school in Beslan.

A terrorist blast in the Moscow metro in February 2004 killed some 40 people.

A bomb also hit a Moscow-St. Petersburg express train late last year, killing dozens.

A telephone hotline has been opened - +7 495 622 1430 and + 7 495 624 3440.

Communist leader proposes reinstatement of death penalty for terrorists

Communist leader Gennady Zyuganov proposed on Monday the death penalty be reinstated as a part of the Russian penitentiary system.

"We have said long ago the country is not ready to abolish the death penalty. The death penalty for the most heinous crimes should be renewed. It's difficult to imagine a crime more horrible than the one that occurred today," Zyuganov told journalists.

Two bombs went off at the busy Lubyanka and Park Kultury subway stations early on Monday, killing at least 38 and wounding 65.

Zyuganov believes punishment should be the most severe for those who organize and finance terrorist acts, as well as those who "program" others to carry out terrorism.

Measures to improve the social and economic situation in the North Caucasus republics are also necessary, he added.

The communist leader also expressed his condolences to the families whose relatives were injured or killed in the subway terrorist attacks.

In November 2009, a moratorium over the death penalty was prolonged in Russia. Russia de-facto abolished the death penalty in 1996. Russia imposed the moratorium after it joined the Council of Europe in 1996 and signed the European Convention on Human Rights, but it has not ratified the document yet.

Eyewitnesses describe 'panic' after metro explosions
