very enlightening, shows clearly how they intended to use vastly enhanced psyops to influence the American people and the enemy. Indeed they spell out the possibility of using electromagnetic waves to influence the mood of crowds and make them more passive.

Yes very intresting I thought , could they be using elf or some other technology on the entire domstic population to keep them in a state of mental and physically apathy . If they were it would explain why I feel this way and so many others do . By the way Michael Aquino the co-author has quite an intresting background just google his name if you dont know.

oh I thought that tinfoil 'cages' (made of strips a certain distance apart) could be used against ELF as it breaks up the waves. MY bad if not.

yes that Colonel Aquino is an evil bastard and is responsible for many deaths and much suffering among his victims.

On the Effectiveness of Aluminium Foil Helmets: An Empirical Study

Very funny stuff.

As for metal rooms, I've helped my father build them back near the end of the cold war. It's really interesting - giant foam cones in the walls that absorb electromegnetic signals, AND sound.  It makes makes for an acoustically disorienting experience at first.  The ventillation ducts have a honeycomb grill on them that lets light and air through, but blocks electromagnetic signals - until you feed a copper wire through it. My father was really good at building those rooms, but a competitor pulled some strings in government and made sure my dad didn't get any work, so he had to pursue other things.

LOL, yes I have seen this one before, it is funny. it sounds to me more like the competitor of your dad was approached by someone with an envelope with money in it to complain and hence allow his work to be stopped, or the competitor knew your fathers politics and hated him for it.
