First proposed question is for Michael Brown (a.k.a. Brownie) or anyone at FEMA.  Michael Brown was Undersecretary of Emergency Preparedness and Response (EP&R), a division of the Department of Homeland Security, a position generally referred to as the director or administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).  He was appointed in January, 2003 by President George W. Bush and resigned in September, 2005 following outcry over his handling of Hurricane Katrina.

The questioner should first call attention to the following excerpt from Meet The Press of September 4, 2005:

Jefferson Parish President Aaron Broussard was talking about the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.  He stated:

"Let me give you just three quick examples.  We had Wal-Mart deliver three trucks of water, trailer trucks of water.  FEMA turned them back.  They said we didn't need them.  This was a week ago.  FEMA--we had 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel on a Coast Guard vessel docked in my parish.  The Coast Guard said, "Come get the fuel right away."  When we got there with our trucks, they got a word.  "FEMA says don't give you the fuel."  Yesterday--yesterday--FEMA comes in and cuts all of our emergency communication lines.  They cut them without notice.  Our sheriff, Harry Lee, goes back in, he reconnects the line. He posts armed guards on our line and says, "No one is getting near these lines."  Sheriff Harry Lee said that if America--American government would have responded like Wal-Mart has responded, we wouldn't be in this crisis."

You can view the MTP transcript here: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9179790/

Proposed questions:

1.  Why did FEMA turn away water and fuel?

2.  Why did FEMA cut emergency communication lines?

3.  Why should (and how can) anyone trust FEMA after becoming aware of these acts of apparent sabotage?

Condoleezza Rice

If 9/11 was not a false flag operation perpetrated by the U.S. government, then wouldn't you have to admit that you are the shittiest National Security Advisor in history?

Why didn't you resign after 9/11?

Why weren't you discharged or fired after 9/11?

If you were not aware about an impending airline disaster, why did you tell Willie Brown not to fly the night before?

Great idea for a thread.   We can fill this bad boy up pretty quick and it could be a sweet reference for anybody fighting on the 'front lines of the info wars'.

FEMA's Deputy Administrator Harvey Johnson, Michael Chertoff, and anyone affiliated with FEMA or the government

This question is based upon events described in an ABC News story headlined "FEMA Apologizes After Sham News Conference" (http://www.abcnews.go.com/TheLaw/Story?id=3782176&page=1)

The important points are:

...the Federal Emergency Management Agency announced it was holding a news conference to answer reporters' questions about the federal agency's emergency response to the Southern California wildfires.

The agency gave reporters just 15 minutes notice to attend, and those members of the media who called in via phone lines could listen to the event but were not able to ask questions.

The agency filled the press room with its own public affairs personnel who asked questions.

Proposed questions:

1.  How many other sham news conferences have been held by FEMA?  By the government?  Which conferences were shams?

2.  Why should (and how can) anyone trust FEMA/government after this sham?

3.  Why deceive the public with personnel posing as reporters asking questions rather than just making a speech communicating your points?

This question is for any president, any candidate running for office, federal agents, military personnel, law enforcement, prosecutors, and U.S. attorneys:

What would you do if presented with evidence that someone belongs to a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States?

Bill O'Reilly

Was the CIA involved in the assassination of JFK?

Did high-ranking officials at the CIA lie to the American people about Lee Harvey Oswald?

How many people with knowledge of a CIA connection ended up with a bullet in the head?

It would be good to have video or audio of this report for the confrontation - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvdS-1dcVxw

President Bush and others who believe that we must sacrifice civil liberties in a post 9/11 world:

It is reported that the Military Commissions Act of 2006 limited, or did away with, habeas corpus.  Some people argue that this is necessary after 9/11.  But, why was Bush (the father) fighting for habeas corpus reform before 9/11?  In fact, he mentioned his efforts in this regard during a debate in 1992.  Here is the relevant excerpt from the transcript:

BUSH: I have been fighting for very strong anti-crime legislation -- habeas corpus reform, so you don't have these endless appeals, so when somebody gets sentenced, hey, this is for real.

This question is for Frederick P. Hitz (the Inspector General of the CIA who investigated allegations of drug trafficking) and John Deutch (former Director of the CIA).

Mike Ruppert (former LAPD narcotics detective) confronted CIA Director John Deutch saying that the CIA dealt drugs in the U.S. for a long time.  He specifically referred Deutch to three agency operations - Amadeus, Pegasus, and Watchtower.  You can view this confrontation here - http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-2099265014024010968&q=Deutch+cia&total=86&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=0

Frederick Hitz was charged in 1996 by then CIA Director John Deutch with thoroughly investigating charges that the CIA had been involved in cocaine trafficking to support Contra rebels in the 1980s.

Question:  Why didn't Mr. Hitz interview Mike Ruppert as part of his investigation?

Eliot Spitzer - He won the election for NY Governor in 2006.  He proposed allowing illegal immigrants to apply for New York driver’s licenses.

QUESTION: Why didn't you disclose this proposal to the voters during your campaign?

How about confronting Erik Prince (Blackwater Inc) about his private army?
License to kill?
Immunity from foreign prosecution?

Anyone affiliated with the FBI

In the trial of former FBI agent R. Lindley DeVecchio (charged in state court with four counts of murder) Linda Schiro testified that her boyfriend, Mafia tough guy Gregory Scarpa Sr., was recruited by the FBI to help find three civil rights volunteers in Mississippi in 1964.  They were beaten and shot by a gang of Klansmen and buried in an earthen dam near Philadelphia, Mississippi.  The New York Daily News, citing unidentified federal law enforcement officials, reported that a frustrated J. Edgar Hoover turned to Scarpa to extract information.  Schiro testified that Scarpa helped find the volunteers' bodies by "putting a gun in the guy's mouth and threatening him.''  An unidentified agent later returned to the room, gave Scarpa a wad of cash, and took back the weapon.

...

Schiro was more surprised when the Colombo crime family captain told her about his ties to the FBI. "I said, `What do you mean, you're a rat?''' she recalled.  "And he said, `No, I just work for them.'''

You can read the entire article here - http://www.1010wins.com/Mistress-Spills-Mob-Secrets/1146218

QUESTIONS:

1.  How many cases did Scarpa "help" the FBI to solve?
[Someone should do a FOIA request on this topic]

2.  Did Scarpa violate this suspect's right to remain silent under the Fifth Amendment?

3.  Was Scarpa's role in the investigation disclosed to defense attorneys?  To the court?

4.  Would Scarpa's methods have been acceptable if done by an FBI agent?

5.  How many criminals work for the FBI in the manner described by the Colombo crime family captain?
[Someone should do a FOIA request on this topic]

6.  How many other cases has the FBI solved with the "assistance" of criminals as described by Ms. Schiro?
[Someone should do a FOIA request on this topic]

7.  Should convictions in which criminals "assisted" the FBI investigation as described by Ms. Schiro be overturned?

Question for any any Democrat candidate for office:

Regarding Vice President Cheneys 9/11 NORAD stand-down order, do you feel Mr. Cheney should be tried for Treason?   And why or why not.

Rupert Murdoch

Q. Last January on a television show in Europe you claimed to have tried to influence public opinion in favor of the Iraq War, but it didn't work.  Did your strategies include using The Standard, which you own, and which PNAC/neo-con Bill Kristol is the editor of, to disseminate false information concerning WMDs and a mostly fictional memo from Doug Feith?  Do you feel at all responsible for the carnage your company's perpetuation of false information allowed to happen?  Aren't you embarrassed that you are a propaganda tool...G.W. Bush's generic Joseph Goebbels?

Q. Is it true that after working to help build support for the neo-con war agenda, you are now backing Hillary Clinton for President?  How pro war is Hillary anyway?  CBS claims that to call you two a "political odd couple would be a rash understatement."

Q. Do you support candidates of personal choice, or does your support go to the highest bidder of favors?

Must be fair.  Star witness against FBI agent lacks credibility

Official: DA to Drop Charges Against Former FBI Agent in Corruption Case

Prosecutors were expected to tell a judge on Thursday morning that they were withdrawing murder charges against ex-FBI agent Lindley DeVecchio because of glaring discrepancies in the accounts of their star witness, mob moll Linda Schiro, the official said.

@THE SECRET SERVICE,

IF BUSH SAW THE FIRST TOWER GET HIT LIKE HE SAID, AND THEN WAS INFORMED RIGHT WHEN THE SECOND TOWER WAS HIT, AT THAT MOMENT WOULDN'T THE SECRET SERVICE HAVE TO ASSUME THAT BUSH WAS A TARGET. BEING THAT THE READING AT THE SCHOOL WAS A PUBLICLY KNOWN EVENT, DOESNT THAT MAKE THE PRESIDENT EVEN MORE OF A TARGET.

AS FOR THE EXCUSE THAT THEY DIDNT WANT TO SCARE THE CHILDREN, IF THE PRESIDENT WAS A TARGET, SO WERE ALL THE KIDS SITTING AROUND HIM. SO THEY EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE WORRIED ABOUT SCARING KIDS BUT KILLING THEM IS OK?

SMOKING GUN????
