Title: Occupy Wall St Protesters Call For Totalitarian Government, Re-Election Of Obama
Post by: IridiumKEPfactor on October 02, 2011, 12:21:48 pm
Hello all. The Anti-Wall Street anti-banker movement looks like is being co-opted by extreme progressive, Communist, Socialist, Liberals as a counter balance to the largely controled Tea Party movement. If you can be them join them. Instead of going after the Federal Reserve and large Zombie banks like JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Citi ..... ect.   They are going directed lower in the totem poll institutions. I don't like how this is playing out. I had some respect for Rozanne Barr but Her is one of her statements.

Tea Party has been hijacked too. And true progressives should see this as a reason to work with original tea partiers to expose the Trilateral Terrorists.

Who are the true terrorists engaging in anti-government, violent, radical acts?

Despite their honest intentions, many of the Occupy Wall Street protesters are being suckered into a trap and calling for the very “solutions” that are part of the financial elite’s agenda to torpedo the American middle class – higher taxes and more big government.

Notice how the MSM keeps comparing it to Egypt's "spontaneous and organic" revolution?

Well look at Egypt now...

More people arrested for political reasons in the last 7 months than in 30 years under Mubarak.

Public hangings of over 12,000 in the streets of Cairo

Police stations burned to the ground and the public gang-raping of police officers in the streets

Virginity tests for thousands of teenage girls and young women (they make a girl strip and they physically try to evaluate if her hyman is broken - sick shit) who are stopped at checkpoints randomly or targeted based on their looks

No food easily available

Mass looting and killing sprees with marauding gangs as Rockefeller predicted

No water readily available

Race based and religious based assassinations including burning people alive in public and burning down christian coptic churches

Increased tension with Israel who has been at peace with Egypt for 30 years

As one of the 'revolutionary' patsies described it: "Egypt has turned into a horror movie"

MORE:

Notice that the mainstream media is 100% quiet about Egypt after they helped to take out their entire government through a series of deceptive tactics (documented within this forum with more info here: http://www.puppet99.com/?p=218 ) by Jacob Rothschild, David Rockefeller, Joseph Nye, Richard Haass, Henry Kissinger, Haim Saban, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Emir Al-Thani, Joseph Cohen, Mitt Romney, and other trilateral terrorists?

Do you want to know why the MSM will not touch this story? Because all of those puppet pundits who were claiming this was a victory for "Arab democracy" and a "spontaneous and organic" rise of free people over a tyrannical regime now know the truth. They were willful accomplices in a Bilderberg plot to commit genocide in North Africa using RAND Corp's SMART MOB technology, Rothschild's freezing of Mubarak's assets, propaganda from Brookings/CFR/Heritage, 24/7 media manipulation by Al-Jazeera/CNN/ABC/CBS/MSNBC/FOX, and all of the Joseph Nye mythology building bullshit.

Here is just one of thousands of reports from the front lines (which is every single home and business) in Egypt:

Egypt: Why Are the Churches Burning?
http://www.nybooks.com/blogs/nyrblog/2011/may/17/egypt-why-are-churches-burning/
Yasmine El Rashidi

On a recent afternoon this month, in a busy downtown Cairo street, armed men exchanged gunfire, threw rocks and Molotov cocktails, and freely wielded knives in broad daylight. The two-hour fight, which began as an attempt by some shop-owners to extort the customers of others, left eighty-nine wounded and many stores destroyed. In the new Egypt, incidents like this are becoming commonplace. On many nights I go to bed to the sound of gunfire, and each morning I leaf through newspapers anticipating more stories of crime. Stopped at gun-point; car stolen; head severed; kidnapped from school, held at ransom; armed men storm police station opening fire and killing four; prison cells unlocked—91 criminals on the loose. Many people I know have already bought guns; on street corners metal bludgeons are being sold for $3; and every week I receive an email, or SMS, or Facebook message about a self-defense course, or purse-size electrocution tool, or new shipments of Mace. “These are dangerous times,” my mother told me recently as she handed me a Chinese-made YT-704 “super high voltage pulse generator.” “You have to take precautions, keep it in your bag.”

Even more worrying, it seems increasingly clear that a variety of groups have been encouraging the violence, in part by rekindling sectarian tensions that had disappeared during the Tahrir Square uprising, when Muslim and Coptic protesters protected one another against Mubarak’s thugs. Since then, there have been a series of attacks on Copts, and the perpetrators seem to include hardline Islamists (often referred to as Salafis), remnants of the former regime, and even, indirectly, some elements of the military now in charge, who have allowed these attacks to play out—all groups that in some way have an interest in disrupting a smooth transition to a freely elected civil government and democratic state.

On the weekend of May 7 and 8, in the Cairo district of Imbaba—an impoverished working-class neighborhood that has been a stronghold of militant Islamists in the past—a group of Salafis tried to force their way into Saint Mina Church, a local Coptic house of worship. They were demanding the release of a woman, Abeer, an alleged convert to Islam whom they claimed—without evidence—the church was holding against her will. (Christians here have long alleged that Islamists kidnap their girls, rape them, and force them to convert to Islam. In recent weeks, those allegations have grown. Now, some Salafis have been making similar charges about Copts.).

The day before, via Twitter, they had called on Muslims to come to the church to “free a Muslim sister,” and on Saturday night, a handful of Salafis and some thugs gathered outside the church, waving sticks and swords, chanting Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest), provoking onlookers. A Christian man pulled out a gun and fired at them from a café nearby, and Christian residents from neighboring buildings followed suit, shooting from balconies. Before long, a battle had begun. The Muslim men and a growing crowd of hooligans brought out Molotov cocktails, rifles, handguns, bludgeons and knives. Eventually, the church was set on fire.

It was several hours before the police, fire department, and army showed up, and even then, witnesses told me, “they just stood by watching.” By the time they began firing tear-gas and dispersing the crowds, the Islamists and their now-large entourage of young men (many of whom were later revealed to be thugs with criminal records) had decided to move on. “They announced they were heading to another church to destroy it,” one eyewitness, a lawyer (and Muslim), told me, “and off they went.” The army just watched them march off, weapons in hand.

At the second Coptic church, also in Imbaba, two kilometers away, the mob wreaked havoc. A video shows a group of several hundred men marching towards it, breaking open its metal door, and smashing everything in sight. One man held a gun. Some were bearded; others young and clean shaven. The two attacks left fifteen people dead (including both Muslims and Copts) and 242 injured—some struck by stray bullets or broken glass, rocks, and wood; others burned in the fire. Many more were nearly comatose from inhaling large amounts of tear gas.

By the time I got to the second church early Sunday morning, it was a scene of devastation. The church priest, Father Metias, sat on a wooden bench in the middle of the burned building consoling sobbing Christians, who kissed his hand. “Even if it wasn’t this woman, Abeer, who they claim was held by the church, they would find another excuse. Before Abeer there was Camilia,” he told me, referring to a similar case in which Salafis claimed that a Coptic woman named Camilia had converted to Islam and was being held in another church. (Camilia eventually appeared on TV refuting the Salafi claims. Abeer, on the other hand, whose whereabouts during the attacks remain unclear, has since handed herself over to the military and is being investigated on several charges.) “These Salafis are radical, they want to eradicate the Copts from the country,” the priest said. “But I hold the army and leaders responsible. There is a security vacuum. Those who commit crimes are not being held accountable.”

By far the largest Christian minority in the Middle East, Egypt’s Copts account for some ten percent of the country’s population of 82 million. Since Mubarak’s resignation on February 11, hardline Salafis —who were kept under tight control by the former regime—have become vocal opponents of the church. Although they command only a small fraction of the followers of the mainstream Muslim Brotherhood, the Salafis’ brand of purist Islam is popular among some in conservative and working class districts, where there is growing resentment that the revolution hasn’t brought any tangible benefits. Leading up to the  March constitutional referendum, they promoted “yes” as a vote for “religion and stability,” and they are increasingly turning to the same outreach strategies long-used by the Brotherhood to win supporters. In some areas, Salafi Sheikhs have been using their Friday sermons to incite violence against Copts, whom they regard as infidels, and preach against democracy, which they say is not compatible with their goal of establishing an Islamic State.

The first major attack on the Coptic community occurred on March 4, when armed thugs bulldozed a church to its foundations on the outskirts of Cairo, allegedly over an illicit relationship between a Coptic man and a Muslim woman. The incident was followed by riots and clashes that left 13 people dead and 140 wounded. Yet rather than arresting and charging those responsible—sending them for quick military trials as it increasingly does with peaceful youth protesters—the military simply called on a Salafi Sheikh, Mohamed Hassan, to visit the area and try to reconcile Copts and Muslims.

Outraged by this response, several thousand Copts from across Cairo marched that night to the State TV and Radio Building, ten minutes from Tahrir, and set up camp nearby. They were demanding that the military bring the attackers to justice, rebuild the church, dismiss the district’s governor, and establish a law that insures equal religious protections for Muslims and Copts. Within a day the protest had grown to some 10,000 people, including Muslims who had come out in solidarity. Colored blankets and plywood covered the pavement, and Christian crosses were on display everywhere, as was the symbol of an Egypt for all: the cross within a crescent. “We don’t feel safe in our own country,” one protester told me. He and others I spoke to said they would not go home until their demands were met. “We want to be treated as equals,” Tamer Wagdy, a 25-year-old Copt who decided to act as my guardian, told me. “This is our revolution, the Coptic one.”

Soldiers from the armed forces, with their tanks, guns, and concrete and barbed-wired barricades, had entirely surrounded the hundred-square meters of street where the protesters had gathered. Unlike during the Tahrir uprising, they were doing little to search people entering the area or prevent thugs from infiltrating the crowd. One afternoon, I watched a man rush in, grab a gold chain with a cross on it from the neck of a young protester, pull it off, then push the protester over the corniche fence and into the river and try to run away. He was swiftly shoved to the ground by two teenage boys with crosses tattooed on their wrists and dragged toward a soldier. I then watched as the soldier held the thief’s arm, twisted it, playfully pulled his ear, and then laughed and let him go, back into the crowds. “It’s because we’re Copts,” Tamer had told me. “They are doing nothing to protect us.”

Despite several attempts by the army to disperse them, the Coptic protesters would not budge. Finally, on March 14—the tenth day of their sit-in—the military council promised to meet their key demands. (The army did later rebuild the church, though it has not brought charges against the March 4 attackers.) A priest subsequently urged them to leave and many went home. But ninety or so protestors remained, and the army began a brutal crackdown against them at 4:30 AM that night, sending in several hundred soldiers with wooden sticks, metal batons, and Taser guns. Tamer called me in a panic when the attack began. I couldn’t get to him until 7 AM, when the curfew was lifted. By then, many of his friends had been badly beaten; many had also been detained. Thirty-two people were hospitalized with injuries, and a twenty-two-year old man was missing.

While Christians have long played a significant part in Egypt’s economic and political life—Mubarak’s long-standing minister of finance was a Copt—they have also been subject to recurring waves of persecution. In the 1970s, President Anwar El Sadat attempted to quell the threat of leftist groups by releasing from jail the radical Islamists (or Al-Gamaa Al-Islamiya), who ultimately assassinated him in 1981, and brutal attacks on both foreigners and Copts became more frequent. In the spate of terrorist attacks they orchestrated in the 1990s, Al-Gamaa radicals killed scores of tourists, but also targeted Coptic churches, monasteries, villages, homes, and shops, particularly in Upper Egypt, leaving several hundred dead.

Mubarak, to his credit, clamped down: his security apparatus threw Al-Gamaa members in jail and the situation for Copts improved. Permits to build churches became somewhat easier to obtain, and broadcasts of church services and programs became more frequent. But it was also widely known that the regime was allowing a degree of room for Salafis and more radical Islamists to keep society somewhat fragmented and provide a counterweight to the far larger Muslim Brotherhood, whose social services and broad support made it a more direct threat to the government. Among the diplomatic cables disclosed by Wikileaks, for example, one from 2009 points to the “striking increase” in Salafism in recent years, and reports: “One of the most potent factors in facilitating the spread of Salafism has been the [Government of Egypt’s] largely passive approach to it… the GOE is happy to allow the unfettered spread of Salafi ideology, viewing it as drawing popular support away from the MB [Muslim Brotherhood].” The cable further noted: “Salafism is a bridge to extremism.”

Last year, amid growing grievances against the government and animosity towards the president’s son, Gamal Mubarak—who was being groomed to succeed his father in the 2011 presidential elections—the state security apparatus increasingly resorted to violence. Days before the parliamentary elections in November 2010, clashes broke out in a district near the Pyramids between anti-riot police and Copts, who were protesting a government moratorium on construction of a Christian community center. At least two people were killed, dozens injured, and 133 arrested. The government’s NDP spokesman Ali ElDin Hilal blamed the Copts for inciting the conflict; 156 people faced charges with possible maximum sentences of life in jail.

Then, during the November elections, the Coptic candidates were all but suppressed. The ruling National Democratic Party (NDP) fielded just 10 Copts among its 780 nominees vying for the 508 available seats. Of a total 5,725 candidates running for election, just 81—less than 2 percent—were Christian. It was widely believed that this was another one of the regime’s tactics to silence the opposition and maintain the status quo. (In the end, carefully orchestrated violence, vote rigging and corruption at the hands of the NDP gave it an unprecedented sweeping majority win—the opposition at large was eliminated.)

Weeks later, when a bomb ripped through a church in Alexandria, killing 23 and injuring 81, people were outraged by the regime’s feeble reaction and its changing story about the suspected perpetrators. The rumor fast spread that the Minster of Interior, Habib El Adly—a close Mubarak ally who is now in jail—had planned the attack in collusion with Islamists. “He wanted to keep people distracted so that Gamal could be pushed into power,” prominent politicians and retired army generals told me.

Much of this speculation was confirmed when protesters stormed the State Security headquarters on March 5, retrieving classified files and documents from the former regime—some of them directly implicating the interior minister in the Alexandria attack. Other cables and leaked documents unearthed since the uprising point to close collaboration between the State Security, or Amn Al Dawla, and particular Sheikhs, who were given public offices and positions. Among them was Mohamed Hassan, the prominent Sheikh who had been dispatched by the military to calm tensions after the March 4 attack and who, during the revolution, had called the Tahrir Square protesters “sinners.”

Now that the Mubarak regime has fallen and the military has shown clemency toward Islamists, radical Salafis have been further emboldened, sometimes to the point of taking the law into their own hands. In late March, a group of Salafis in the Upper Egyptian governorate of Qena cut off a teacher’s ear after accusing him of renting an apartment to prostitutes. They have also called for monuments and shrines to be destroyed, alcohol to be banned, and all women to cover their hair or risk being beaten and sprayed with acid. When one such threat circulated by SMS last month, many women chose to stay home the next day.

These incidents have led some in the Egyptian media to say that the Salafis have supplanted the Muslim Brotherhood as the fiend that threatens to turn Egypt into an Islamic state. This is hardly plausible—the military has promised that “Egypt will not become Iran,” and the Muslim Brotherhood, which hosted a joint conference with the Salafis last week, has denounced the violence and the radical interpretations of Islam that in part seem to be driving it. It also isn’t clear whether Salafis are principally responsible for the violence: despite perceptions to the contrary, only 23 of the more than 200 people detained for taking part in the Imbaba attack have been identified by the armed forces as Salafis (others who have been identified appear to be mainly thugs, plus some associates of the former regime).

I emailed my friend Stephane Lacroix, a scholar and expert on Wahabism and Egypt’s Salafi movements, asking for his insight on the recent Salafi resurgence. He confirmed the State Security’s support of certain Sheikhs, and said that some of the Egyptian Islamists appear to be backed by wealthy patrons in Saudi Arabia. About the threat to the Coptic community, he said: “Salafis do have a sectarian rhetoric, but at the same time they are capable of pragmatism… The biggest threat, I believe, is from mutasallifin (those influenced by certain hardline Salafi ideas) who are out of everyone’s control. It is those on the fringes of the movement who are causing the recent troubles.”

Although the news of the church attacks and clashes stunned much of the nation, the Coptic community had already anticipated such an attack. “We leave the house in the morning and are not sure we will return at night. Every day we pray for our lives,” one man told me last Friday at a Coptic rally at the Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Cairo, the seat of the Coptic Pope, during which Copts called for equal rights and better protection from the state.

On Sunday, May 8, a few hours after a midday mass had been held at an Imbaba church for those killed in the local clashes, about two thousand Copts marched from the Supreme Court in downtown Cairo to the State TV and Radio Building. The march had already been planned before the Imbaba attacks, but now, in their aftermath, it had taken on new meaning. One of the protesters’ loudest chants accused Field Marshall Tantawi—the top army commander—of failing to hold anyone accountable for the attacks: ‘Field Marshal Tantawi why are you silent? Is it because you are a Salafi too?’

In one of Mubarak’s final speeches, he warned that in his absence, there would be “chaos.” Since his resignation, the military council, led by former Mubarak insider Tantawi, has at times appeared to be pushing things precisely in that direction. The police remain largely passive, and soldiers often just stand by, watching crimes unfold. Meanwhile, the military has released long-held Islamist prisoners and lifted restrictions on approximately 3,000 wanted radical Islamists who had been in exile and blacklisted from entering the country. Among those recently released is Abboud El Zomor, a member of the Al-Gamaa Al-Islamiya who was involved in the assassination of Sadat and is calling for an Islamic State. He said—live on Egyptian State TV—that he had no regrets about his involvement in the killing of Sadat. “If he were alive I would do it again.”

El Zomor, who was kept in jail for almost 30 years despite completing the 15-year sentence he was handed down, is one of the radical Islamists mentioned in a diplomatic cable dated November 2008. The cable (08CAIRO2187) details the counter-radicalization efforts and pressures Egyptian State Security has been applying on the Al-Gamaa [GI], saying that if pressure is lifted, “it is likely that some members of GI would return to violent extremism.” It also cited a government source saying that members of the group who have been released from prison “are prone to re-radicalization, and that left to themselves, it is likely that they would do so.”

In the end, there does not seem to be any single explanation for the church attack and the other recent incidents of violence. What is clear is that a confluence of forces—an army seeking the opportunity to consolidate power, remnants of a regime stirring havoc, a cabinet with little authority of its own, radical Islamists aspiring to an Islamic State, and deep-rooted currents of social intolerance that Egypt has long failed to confront—have created a situation in which the Copts, among other groups, have become particularly vulnerable. As the economy plummets, financial woes may lead to more instability—prices have already risen, and on the streets people are complaining they have no work. Reports indicate that many are already resorting to theft to feed their families.

As I write this, there are several hundred Copts camped outside the State TV and Radio building once again. In their tenth day of protest their encampment—which attracts several thousand in the evening hours as the workday ends and the air cools—looks much like it did back in March. Although the interim Interior Minister has said he will work with an “iron fist,” and the Prime Minister announced measures to prevent religious sloganeering, to give permits to build churches and mosques on an equal basis, and to refer those implicated in previous attacks to military courts, the protesters remain fearful.

A Coptic family is right now mourning the death of their 27-year-old son, who was shot over the weekend of May 15 on his way to work. Two other people were killed last weekend in violence at the hands of armed thugs; 60 others were injured. The army has announced it will extend the emergency law until after a President is elected, and already there is speculation that it may postpone the parliamentary elections, citing security concerns. “Whatever way things go, we’ll be under military rule for at least a few years,” a prominent businessman told me yesterday. As another friend put it, “Egypt today: horror movie, Bollywood production.”

Yasmine El Rashidi’s eyewitness account of the 2011 Egyptian revolution,
The Battle for Egypt

Egypt is 80 million people, if it can happen there it can happen here. The NWO needs this fake revolution to be exactly like Egypt because their time is running out and people are waking up.

DAY OF RAGE PLANNED FOR D.C., STATE CAPITOLS and WALL STREET SEPT 17, 2011
http://patriotsunion.ning.com/forum/topics/day-of-rage-planned-for-d-c-state-capitols-and-wall-street-sept-1

This information came out of Idaho, but this is being staged across the entire 50 states!  We need to be aware and let others know, especially those that live in the capitals, or have businesses there.  If you've seen the riots taking place in Greece, or those in the Middle East, you see a sample of what it looks like they are planning.  Let's hope that either few show up, that they stay peaceful, or that the law enforcement agencies are able to thwart it before it occurs....

September 17th, 2011 is set to be a Day of Rage. The leftists call this a non-violent event, yet their website, Craigslist ads and Facebook postings include information on how to resist arrest, protest in jail and fight the legal system. The anarchists, Marxists and communists have put together a plan, from start to finish, to takeover America. There will be trouble. The only real question, at this point, is what are the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, the NSA and others going to do to stop this? So far, no one in the media is talking about this insurrection, aside from Glenn Beck who told of it months ago. What will you and your family do to do be safe and save our way of life? It is obvious that the commander in chief has no intention of stopping this coming event, these are, after all, his political base.

The purveyors of the Day of Rage have done their best to make their cause sound as if it is Libertarian or Conservative, but as one reads through the material, it becomes apparent that they are masking their origins and intent. Corporations are blamed for much of the ills, including the suppression of “free and fair elections“. Hiding under the guise of ‘one person/one vote’ and campaign finance reform, fitting the ideology of B. Hussein Obama, as stated in his chastising of the Supreme Court during his State of the Union Address, they seek to implement social justice and a democracy, undermining the republic and electoral college process, turning elections into a popularity contest.

The Anti-American organizers of this even, seek to have protests in all fifty state capitols, the nations capitol and to crush the capitalist economy by disrupting Wall Street. Despite repeatedly stating their goal is non-violence, this subversive organization lists the following among their plans:

* They call for civil disobedience and include plans on how to disrupt court, arrest and the jail system.
* Civil disobedience training is available.
* Directions on responding with resistance to being restrained.
* Classes on forming Affinity Groups and collectively resisting law enforcement.
* Step by step processes for reducing infiltration by law enforcement and what to do after arrest (if you 're  peaceful, why plans on after arrest?).
* Directions on getting arrested, disrupting court, jail, booking and going on hunger/water strikes (Choosing to kill yourselves saves taxpayers money and it is encouraged).
* A legal process flow chart is included, as well as how to make more trouble in court (Always a good move, judges like that).
* Jail solidarity is addressed, which is unusual for a non-violent demonstration (You will become a jail bride).
* How to record audio and video covertly, during acts of civil disobedience (This stinks of a set up, to antagonize law enforcement into acting).
* Online civil disobedience is covered. Law abiding people call this hacking, sabotage, and illegal, in most cases.

This “non-violent” Day of Rage, which sounds like a national temper tantrum for spoiled children, also includes a call to arms. To be clear, a “call to arms” is issued prior to or during a violent event. Interesting that no one in the media or law enforcement has addressed this, or taken the time to warn Americans about the lefts'  call to arms. Monitoring the Twitter account of this group makes it clear that the anarchists, Marxists and collectivists have taken over and the intent of this group is much more than the “non-violence” they preach in between their “call to arms”.
The violent, non-violent revolutionaries have an interesting list of partners, sponsors and groups they identify with. The European Revolution is one such group. They have had a lot of non-violent protests that resulted in large scale riots and destruction of property. Take The Square is part of this revolutionary event and they support/endorse the riots in Greece that have been taking place. The group Occupy Wall Street is also part of this conglomeration of anarchists seeking to unite (which defeats the purpose…kind of like asking the clerk at the book store where the “Self Help” section is) on September 17, 2011. Even the Pro-Islamic leftists are represented, by WL Central (Wikileaks Central) and their irrational demands. The anarchists at the “non-violent” Day of Rage support two other anarchist groups, whom they openly admire, IRC AnonOps and Lulzsecurity.

Glenn Beck warned the nation of the coming leftist, Islamic storm. Like a dust cloud in the distance, it is almost upon us. Our government, our security agencies and the media have ignored the coming storm, making them part of the problem, not the solution. Given the Marxist leanings of the media, combined with our blatantly communist President, B. Hussein Obama, if that is his real name, and the shadow government of czars he has set up, a revolutionary storm, striking America, at approximately the same time America sees a credit downgrade and a pending food crisis (The government and media remain silent on the fires, lack of rain and flooding that has diminished our nations food supplies), it is the perfect time for disruption and Martial Law.

For a President behind in the polls and failing at implementing “fundamental change” in America, this would enable his official oligarchy to begin. It has always been a question of “when” not “if”. We now know when.

The only remaining question is: What will you do? Are you prepared to protect and defend your family? Can you defend your property? Will you have food and water, or have you not prepared? Do you have the gravitas to support local law enforcement when they come under attack trying to contain these violent, non-violent protests? Are you prepared for Martial Law? Do you have your survival networks established? Safe houses? Do you possess the constitution, the depth of face to go as far as is needed to preserve the Republic? If not, are you prepared to tell your children and grandchildren that you were unprepared or a coward and that is why they now live in a crumbling, third world country that is a utopia for only the elite and the rich? America, your time is now.

Who Is Behind The 'US Day Of Rage' Against Wall Street?
Tiffany Gabbay, The Blaze | Aug. 19, 2011, 1:58 PM

What, exactly, is a “US Day of Rage?” Well, on September 17th we may find out for certain, but until then, The Blaze is revealing what information does exist about this very nefarious-sounding campaign.

A US Day of Rage is the title given to a day of ostensibly “non-violent” civil disobedience orchestrated by a group of radicals — that reportedly include SEIU’s Stephen Lerner and ACORN founder Wade Rathke (who, coincidentally, formerly served as president of SEIU’s local New Orleans branch) — targeting Wall Street and U.S. capitalism. It’s worth noting that the title of the movement — if its intentions are indeed non-violent in nature — appears to contradict itself slightly.

But what is perhaps even more interesting than its title is who is allegedly behind the movement.

You may recall that back in March The Blaze exposed Lerner for stating his aspirations to destroy JP Morgan Chase and cause the collapse of the entire stock market.

Now, the US Day of Rage protests, staged by a collective of activist groups allegedly in conjunction with Lerner and Rathke, are planning the actual “occupation” of Wall Street September 17, complete with a tent city set smack-dab in the middle of Manhattan’s financial district.  Similar protests are purportedly set to take place across the nation — and even world– at the same time. Some Day of Rage organizers are even calling on activists to squat in Manhattan’s financial district for months.

Based on the news that health care events are edging into violence, an anti-health care reform protester in New Mexico named Scott Oskay is calling on his hundreds of online followers to bring firearms to town halls, and to 'badly hurt' SEIU and ACORN counter protesters.

Popularized in part by conservative blogger Michelle Malkin, the hashtag symbol he's using, #iamthemob, has gone viral on twitter, appearing several times a minute according to a recent search.

Anti-reform activists have scheduled a protest outside SEIU Missouri offices tomorrow, and officials there are taking these threats seriously.

Late update: Looks like they're also getting death threats by phone.

MORE:

Egypt is 80 million people, if it can happen there it can happen here. The NWO needs this fake revolution to be exactly like Egypt because their time is running out and people are waking up.

Yep, it looks like it may be here already... amazing times! I just hope when TSHTF it's for the right reasons.

S E C R E T SECTION 01 OF 02 CAIRO 002572 SIPDIS FOR NEA/ELA, R, S/P AND H NSC FOR PASCUAL AND KUTCHA-HELBLING E.O. 12958: DECL: 12/30/2028 TAGS: PGOV, PHUM, KDEM, EG SUBJECT: APRIL 6 ACTIVIST ON HIS U.S. VISIT AND REGIME CHANGE IN EGYPT REF: A. CAIRO 2462 B. CAIRO 2454 C. CAIRO 2431 Classified By: ECPO A/Mincouns Catherine Hill-Herndon for reason 1.4 (d ).

1. (C) Summary and comment: On December 23, April 6 activist xxxxxxxxxxxx expressed satisfaction with his participation in the December 3-5 \"Alliance of Youth Movements Summit,\" and with his subsequent meetings with USG officials, on Capitol Hill, and with think tanks. He described how State Security (SSIS) detained him at the Cairo airport upon his return and confiscated his notes for his summit presentation calling for democratic change in Egypt, and his schedule for his Congressional meetings. xxxxxxxxxxxx contended that the GOE will never undertake significant reform, and therefore, Egyptians need to replace the current regime with a parliamentary democracy. He alleged that several opposition parties and movements have accepted an unwritten plan for democratic transition by 2011; we are doubtful of this claim.

xxxxxxxxxxxx said that although SSIS recently released two April 6 activists, it also arrested three additional group members. We have pressed the MFA for the release of these April 6 activists. April 6's stated goal of replacing the current regime with a parliamentary democracy prior to the 2011 presidential elections is highly unrealistic, and is not supported by the mainstream opposition. End summary and comment.

---------------------------- Satisfaction with the Summit ----------------------------

2. (C) xxxxxxxxxxxx expressed satisfaction with the December 3-5 \"Alliance of Youth Movements Summit\" in New York, noting that he was able to meet activists from other countries and outline his movement's goals for democratic change in Egypt. He told us that the other activists at the summit were very supportive, and that some even offered to hold public demonstrations in support of Egyptian democracy in their countries, with xxxxxxxxxxxx as an invited guest. xxxxxxxxxxxx said he discussed with the other activists how April 6 members could more effectively evade harassment and surveillance from SSIS with technical upgrades, such as consistently alternating computer \"simcards.\" However, xxxxxxxxxxxx lamented to us that because most April 6 members do not own computers, this tactic would be impossible to implement. xxxxxxxxxxxx was appreciative of the successful efforts by the Department and the summit organizers to protect his identity at the summit, and told us that his name was never mentioned publicly.

------------------- A Cold Welcome Home -------------------

3. (S) xxxxxxxxxxxx told us that SSIS detained and searched him at the Cairo Airport on December 18 upon his return from the U.S. According to xxxxxxxxxxxx, SSIS found and confiscated two documents in his luggage: notes for his presentation at the summit that described April 6's demands for democratic transition in Egypt, and a schedule of his Capitol Hill meetings. xxxxxxxxxxxx described how the SSIS officer told him that State Security is compiling a file on him, and that the officer's superiors instructed him to file a report on xxxxxxxxxxxx most recent activities.

--------------------------------------------- ----------

Washington Meetings and April 6 Ideas for Regime Change

--------------------------------------------- ----------

4. (C) xxxxxxxxxxxx described his Washington appointments as positive, saying that on the Hill he met with xxxxxxxxxxxx, a variety of House staff members, including from the offices of xxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxxx), and with two Senate staffers. xxxxxxxxxxxx also noted that he met with several think tank members. xxxxxxxxxxxx said that xxxxxxxxxxxx's office invited him to speak at a late January Congressional hearing on House Resolution 1303 regarding religious and political freedom in Egypt. xxxxxxxxxxxx told us he is interested in attending, but conceded he is unsure whether he will have the funds to make the trip. He indicated to us that he has not been focusing on his work as a \"fixer\" for journalists, due to his preoccupation with his U.S. trip. 5. (C) xxxxxxxxxxxx described how he tried to convince his Washington interlocutors that the USG should pressure the GOE to implement significant reforms by threatening to reveal CAIRO 00002572 002 OF 002 information about GOE officials' alleged \"illegal\" off-shore bank accounts. He hoped that the U.S. and the international community would freeze these bank accounts, like the accounts of Zimbabwean President Mugabe's confidantes. xxxxxxxxxxxx said he wants to convince the USG that Mubarak is worse than Mugabe and that the GOE will never accept democratic reform. xxxxxxxxxxxx asserted that Mubarak derives his legitimacy from U.S. support, and therefore charged the U.S. with \"being responsible\" for Mubarak's \"crimes.\"

He accused NGOs working on political and economic reform of living in a \"fantasy world,\" and not recognizing that Mubarak -- \"the head of the snake\" -- must step aside to enable democracy to take root.

6. (C) xxxxxxxxxxxx claimed that several opposition forces -- including the Wafd, Nasserite, Karama and Tagammu parties, and the Muslim Brotherhood, Kifaya, and Revolutionary Socialist movements -- have agreed to support an unwritten plan for a transition to a parliamentary democracy, involving a weakened presidency and an empowered prime minister and parliament, before the scheduled 2011 presidential elections (ref C). According to xxxxxxxxxxxx, the opposition is interested in receiving support from the army and the police for a transitional government prior to the 2011 elections.

xxxxxxxxxxxx asserted that this plan is so sensitive it cannot be written down. (Comment: We have no information to corroborate that these parties and movements have agreed to the unrealistic plan xxxxxxxxxxxx has outlined. Per ref C, xxxxxxxxxxxx previously told us that this plan was publicly available on the internet. End comment.)

7. (C) xxxxxxxxxxxx said that the GOE has recently been cracking down on the April 6 movement by arresting its members. xxxxxxxxxxxx noted that although SSIS had released xxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxxx \"in the past few days,\" it had arrested three other members. (Note: On December 14, we pressed the MFA for the release of xxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxxx, and on December 28 we asked the MFA for the GOE to release the additional three activists. End note.) xxxxxxxxxxxx conceded that April 6 has no feasible plans for future activities.

The group would like to call for another strike on April 6, 2009, but realizes this would be \"impossible\" due to SSIS interference, xxxxxxxxxxxx said. He lamented that the GOE has driven the group's leadership underground, and that one of its leaders, xxxxxxxxxxxx, has been in hiding for the past week.

8. (C) Comment: xxxxxxxxxxxx offered no roadmap of concrete steps toward April 6's highly unrealistic goal of replacing the current regime with a parliamentary democracy prior to the 2011 presidential elections. Most opposition parties and independent NGOs work toward achieving tangible, incremental reform within the current political context, even if they may be pessimistic about their chances of success. xxxxxxxxxxxx wholesale rejection of such an approach places him outside this mainstream of opposition politicians and activists.

Bloomberg Markets Magazine

Aug. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Marietje Schaake, a European Parliament member who represents the Netherlands, talks about efforts to prevent the export of information and communications technology to authoritarian governments that use the surveillance systems to track political dissidents and human-rights activists. Schaake spoke with Bloomberg's Vernon Silver on July 19. The interrogation of Abdul Ghani Al Khanjar followed a pattern.  First, Bahraini jailers armed with stiff rubber hoses beat the 39-year-old school administrator and human rights activist in a windowless room two stories below ground in the Persian Gulf kingdom’s National Security Apparatus building. Then, they dragged him upstairs for questioning by a uniformed officer armed with another kind of weapon: transcripts of his text messages and details from personal mobile phone conversations, he says.  If he refused to sufficiently explain his communications, he was sent back for more beatings, says Al Khanjar, who was detained from August 2010 to February.  “It was amazing,” he says of the messages they obtained. “How did they know about these?”  The answer: Computers loaded with Western-made surveillance software generated the transcripts wielded in the interrogations described by Al Khanjar and scores of other detainees whose similar treatment was tracked by rights activists, Bloomberg Markets magazine reports in its October issue.  The spy gear in Bahrain was sold by Siemens AG (SIE), and maintained by Nokia Siemens Networks and NSN’s divested unit, Trovicor GmbH, according to two people whose positions at the companies gave them direct knowledge of the installations. Both requested anonymity because they have signed nondisclosure agreements. The sale and maintenance contracts were also confirmed by Ben Roome, a Nokia Siemens spokesman based in Farnborough, England.

The Only Way

The only way officers could have obtained messages was through the interception program, says Ahmed Aldoseri, director of information and communications technologies at Bahrain’s Telecommunications Regulatory Authority. While he won’t disclose details about the program, he says, “If they have a transcript of an SMS message, it’s because the security organ was monitoring the user at their monitoring center.”  The use of the system for interrogation in Bahrain illustrates how Western-produced surveillance technology sold to one authoritarian government became an investigative tool of choice to gather information about political dissidents -- and silence them.  Companies are free to sell such equipment almost anywhere. For the most part, the U.S. and European countries lack export controls to deter the use of such systems for repression.

Dangerous Products

“The technology is becoming very sophisticated, and the only thing limiting it is how deeply governments want to snoop into lives,” says Rob Faris, research director of the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. “Surveillance is typically a state secret, and we only get bits and pieces that leak out.”  Some industry insiders now say their own products have become dangerous in the hands of regimes where law enforcement crosses the line to repression.  The images of the Arab spring crackdowns earlier this year unnerved Nikhil Gyamlani, who as a consultant for Trovicor and Nokia Siemens had developed monitoring systems and sold them to some of the countries. The authorities jammed or restricted communications to stymie gatherings and knew where to send riot police before a protest could even start, according to eyewitness reports.  For that to happen, government officials had to have some means of figuring out where to go or whom to target to nip protests in the bud, Gyamlani, 34, says.

Targeting With Technology

“There’s very little chance a government is smart enough without this technology,” he says while smoking Marlboros and drinking Bavarian beer on the patio of a pasta restaurant in Munich. Gyamlani says nondisclosure agreements with his former employers prohibit him from revealing details about specific countries he worked with.  At least 30 people have been killed so far in this year’s uprising in Bahrain, a U.S. ally situated between Qatar and Saudi Arabia that is home to the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet. Security forces beat paramedics, doctors and nurses who treated the wounded, and prosecutors have charged dozens of medical workers with crimes such as “incitement against the regime,” according to Human Rights Watch. In June, the U.S. put Bahrain on its list of human rights violators.

A Secretive World

Across the Middle East in recent years, sales teams at Siemens, Nokia Siemens, Munich-based Trovicor and other companies have worked their connections among spy masters, police chiefs and military officers to provide country after country with monitoring gear, industry executives say. Their story is a window into a secretive world of surveillance businesses that is transforming the political and social fabric of countries from North Africa to the Persian Gulf.  Monitoring centers, as the systems are called, are sold around the globe by these companies and their competitors, such as Israel-based Nice Systems Ltd. (NICE), and Verint Systems Inc. (VRNT), headquartered in Melville, New York. They form the heart of so- called lawful interception surveillance systems. The equipment is marketed largely to law enforcement agencies tracking terrorists and other criminals.  The toolbox allows more than the interception of phone calls, e-mails, text messages and Voice Over Internet Protocol calls such as those made using Skype. Some products can also secretly activate laptop webcams or microphones on mobile devices. They can change the contents of written communications in mid-transmission, use voice recognition to scan phone networks, and pinpoint people’s locations through their mobile phones. The monitoring systems can scan communications for key words or recognize voices and then feed the data and recordings to operators at government agencies.

‘Effective As Weapons’

Monitoring technology is among the newest artillery in an unfolding digital arms race, says Marietje Schaake, a European Parliament member who tracks abuses of information and communications technology. “We have to acknowledge that certain software products now are actually as effective as weapons,” she says.  Uprisings from Tunisia to Bahrain have drawn strength from technologies such as social-networking sites and mobile-phone videos. Yet, the flip side of the technology that played a part in this year’s “Facebook revolutions” may be far more forceful.  Rulers fought back, exploiting their citizens’ digital connections with increasingly intrusive tools.  They’ve tapped a market that’s worth more than $3 billion a year, according to Jerry Lucas, president of McLean, Virginia- based TeleStrategies Inc., organizer of the ISS World trade shows for intelligence and lawful interception businesses. He derives that estimate by applying per-employee revenue figures from publicly traded Verint’s lawful intercept business across the mostly privately held industry.

‘Push-Button Autocracy’

In the hands of autocrats, the surveillance gear is providing unprecedented power to monitor and crush dissent -- a phenomenon that Ben Wagner of the European University Institute in Florence, Italy, calls “push-button autocracy.”  The technology has become pervasive. By the end of 2007, the Nokia Siemens Intelligence Solutions unit had more than 90 systems installed in 60 countries, according to company brochures.  Besides Bahrain, several other Middle Eastern nations that cracked down on uprisings this year -- including Egypt, Syria and Yemen -- also purchased monitoring centers from the chain of businesses now known as Trovicor. Trovicor equipment plays a surveillance role in at least 12 Middle Eastern and North African nations, according to the two people familiar with the installations.

Intelligence Solutions

Trovicor’s precursor, which started in 1993 as the voice- and data-recording unit of Siemens, in 2007 became part of Nokia Siemens Networks, the world’s second biggest maker of wireless communications equipment. NSN, a 50-50 joint venture with Espoo, Finland-based Nokia Oyj (NOK1V), sold the unit, known as Intelligence Solutions, in March 2009. The new owners, Guernsey-based Perusa Partners Fund 1 LP, renamed the business Trovicor, coined from the Latin and Esperanto words for find and heart, according to the company’s website.  “We are very aware that communications technology can be used for good and ill,” NSN spokesman Roome says. The elevated risk of human rights abuses was a major reason for NSN’s exiting the monitoring-center business, and the company has since established a human rights policy and due diligence program, he says.  “Ultimately people who use this technology to infringe human rights are responsible for their actions,” he says.

Little Documentation

Asked whether Trovicor or its predecessors sold monitoring centers to Middle Eastern nations that have cracked down on uprisings this year, Roome says the company can’t talk about specific countries. NSN retained little documentation on the business after divesting it and has no data about the scope of its monitoring-center sales in the Mideast, he says.  Wolfram Trost, a spokesman for Munich-based Siemens, Europe’s largest engineering company, says he can’t comment because all documentation from the intelligence solutions unit had been transferred to Nokia Siemens.  Birgitt Fischer-Harrow, Trovicor’s head of marketing communications, said Trovicor’s contracts prevent it from disclosing its customers or the countries where it does business. She declined to comment further.  Trovicor’s owners only invest in ethical businesses, says Christian Hollenberg, a founder of Munich-based Perusa GmbH, the adviser to the Perusa investment fund. He includes in that category Trovicor, which the fund owns in its entirety.  “It’s a legal business, and it’s part of every communications network in the civilized world,” he says.

140 Allegations

Bahrain is confronting alleged human rights violations through the Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry, a panel established in June by royal decree to probe the recent violence, says government spokesman Abdul-Aziz bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, the international counselor at Bahrain’s Information Affairs Authority. Since July 24, the commission has recorded 140 allegations of physical abuse and torture, according to an Aug. 10 statement on its website.  “The first things we’re hearing is there wasn’t systematic abuse or torture, but there were abuses by rogue individuals within the security apparatus,” the government spokesman says. He says he isn’t in a position to comment on surveillance equipment or a specific interrogation.

Valuable Tool

Most countries, including the U.S. and European Union member states, employ interception technology in their telecommunications and data systems. A valuable tool for law enforcement, monitoring technology typically is accompanied by strict privacy protections and meets standards established by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute and similar organizations. After 9/11, as part of the war on terror, the administration of President George W. Bush secretly -- and controversially -- authorized the National Security Agency to monitor communications to and from the U.S.  The Iranian Nobel Peace Prize winner Shirin Ebadi and other human rights activists have blamed Nokia Siemens for aiding government repression. In 2009, the company disclosed that it sold a monitoring center to Iran, prompting hearings in the European Parliament, proposals for tighter restrictions on

The latest anti-business viral video burning up the liberal blogosphere today seems heart-wrenching… that is, until you do your homework.

Robert Stephens graduated from Carleton College (average cost: $42,942/year) in 2010 and now studies law at The George Washington University Law School (average cost: $70,449/year).  His father has a Ph.D. and two master’s degrees; his mother also has a master’s degree.  Only in America could a kid have been blessed with so much… and only in America could he still claim to be a victim. America’s capitalist society has apparently leveled a grave injustice against his family and Robert will not stand for it.

Stephens — who identifies his personal political philosophy as Bolivian socialism — made a trip to New York City this weekend to participate in the “Days of Rage” march on Wall Street.  He was arrested Saturday when he refused police requests to get up and out of the way of traffic in the street.

In his emotional “rage,” Stephens told the sympathetic Socialist/Marxist/Anarchist crowd how an eeeeeevil Wall Street bank had taken his parents’ home away from them:

Attempts to contact Robert to find out exactly what grave injustices he and his family have suffered have gone unanswered.  In the meantime, sympathetic comments on both Robert’s Facebook page and the YouTube video are also… unsettling:

Our friend Robert and his woeful tale have quickly become darlings of the liberal blogosphere and the mainstream media (and Iran’s Tehran Times!).  Here he is in a picture posted at Buzzfeed — an image that perfectly captures him utilizing the biggest tool in the left-wing’s arsenal: the media.

Caption on this photo: “Protester falls to his knees in tears in front of Chase Bank crying – this is the bank that took my parents’ home.”

According to the Daily Kos, Robert should be commended as “a patriot” for spelling out the reason people are protesting.  “If you can watch it without being affected, you are as heartless as Dick Cheney,” the site notes.

There’s just one problem: Robert Stephens’ story is (surprise!) completely bogus.

Phone inquiries into the county property records & taxpayer services office reveal that the Stephens family home is not and never has been in foreclosure, that property taxes had been paid in full this year and the remaining balance on their mortgage for the half-million dollar home is less than one year’s worth of tuition+fees at their son’s law school.

The nail in this empty protest‘s coffin is a delightful phone conversation I just had with Robert’s mother, Marquita, where she admitted Chase Bank indeed was not “taking” their home from them. Instead, due to a recent “reduction in income,” they’ve decided to hold a “short sale.”

When I asked Mrs. Stephens if she and her husband planned to stay in their suburban St. Paul, Minn., surroundings after the sale, she told me they weren’t too keen on the idea.  The area is “a bit too conservative,” she said.

Notice the fakeness of his repeated "That's the bank, that's the bank, that's the bank!" (while pointing, presumably at the bank): he has provocateur written all over him. I'll bet his role was to incite the mob to attack the bank.

UK's Planned Rioting spreads to force the middle class to pray for police state

Facial recognition technology being considered for London's 2012 Games is getting a workout in the wake of Britain's riots, a senior police chief told The Associated Press on Thursday, with officers feeding photographs of suspects through Scotland Yard's newly updated face-matching program.

The British government is frantically throwing out proposals in the wake of three days of rioting in the country following the murder of a man by police.

British Government Considers Blocking Twitter, Facebook To Prevent Riots

Appalled by the rioting that swept across Britain earlier this week, the government want to find out if censoring social media sites could help prevent them from happening again. Good luck on that one. Prime Minister David Cameron didn’t go into details of what that might mean in practice, only to say in a recalled Parliament this afternoon that the government was looking into “whether it was right” to stop people using social media to “plot” further disorder. “Everyone watching these horrific actions will be stuck by how they were organised via social media,” he said. “Free flow of information can be used for good. But it can also be used for ill.” He added the ruling conservative government was “working with the police, the intelligence services and industry to look at whether it would be right to stop people communicating via these websites and services when we know they are plotting violence, disorder and criminality.”

Seen this coming from a gazillion miles away. Anyone here still think these riots were not staged?
UK Prime Minister Proposes Social Media Ban for London Rioters

U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron said Thursday that Scotland Yard and intelligence agencies are considering a ban on social media for those known to be plotting violence. "We are working with the Police, the intelligence services and industry to look at whether it would be right to stop people communicating via these websites and services when we know they are plotting violence, disorder and criminality," Cameron said in a speech before the House of Commons. He did not go into detail about how that might work or how potential offenders would be identified. "Free flow of information can be used for good. But it can also be used for ill," Cameron said. "And when people are using social media for violence we need to stop them." In the wake of riots that have consumed London and other English cities, there were reports that some of the rioters had organized their efforts via BlackBerry Messenger (BBM). The platform is popular among British teens and allowed them to communicate in a free and untraceable manner. BlackBerry maker Research in Motion later said it would cooperate with officials should they need lawful access to data related to the riots, prompting hackers to deface the official BlackBerry blog. Twitter, however, has also been a popular means of communication, with many people providing updates about the situation in their neighborhoods, organizing clean-up efforts, and more. According to data published by Experian Hitwise, one in every 170 U.K. Internet visits on Monday was to Twitter, with the Twitter homepage receiving 3.4 million visits in the U.K. alone.

Goldman Sachs owned Facebook calls for US Civil War to give Goldman more power

Goldman owns Facebook and will use it to stage fake revolutions
http://blogs.reuters.com/felix-salmon/2011/01/03/goldmans-facebook-coup/
Jan 3, 2011 00:18 EST

The NYT reports that Goldman Sachs is investing $450 million of its own money into Facebook and that it’s bringing along $50 million from Digital Sky Technologies and as much as $1 billion more from its high-net-worth clients — all at a valuation of $50 billion. The enormous sums of money involved here clearly ratify the valuation: this isn’t a handful of shares trading in an illiquid market, it’s an investment substantially larger than most IPOs. It’s worth remembering here that only two years ago, when Microsoft bought into Facebook at a $15 billion valuation, that sum was described in the NYT as “astronomical”. But that said, Facebook’s multiples have clearly shrunk from those heady days: in 2007, Facebook could actually use Microsoft’s $240 million to fuel its expansion. Today, it’s reportedly earning $2 billion a year, which implies to me that this is a cash-out rather than a dilutive offering. Facebook has raised, in total, about $850 million to date, and there’s no obvious need for a massive new round of funding which would dwarf that entire sum. If Goldman is leading the buyers, then, who are the sellers? VC shop Accel Partners has been selling Facebook shares quite aggressively of late, at lower valuations than this. They could easily provide all the shares that Goldman is buying and still be left with a stake worth some $3.5 billion. And it’s entirely conceivable that some early employees might well want to diversify their holdings and have maybe a little less than 99% of their net worth in Facebook stock. As for Goldman, it has probably bought itself the IPO mandate, which could easily generate hundreds of millions of dollars in fee income. It has also become the only investment bank which can give its rich-people clients a coveted pre-IPO stake in Facebook: the extra cachet that brings and the possible extra clients, make this investment a no-brainer. Facebook doesn’t need to stay worth $50 billion forever — Goldman just needs to engineer an IPO valuation somewhere north of that, then exit quietly in the public markets. And that is surely within its abilities.

Top 25% of world's hackers are under FBI control
The FBI and US secret service have used the threat of prison to create an army of cyber terrorists to control all cyber crime globally

http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2011/jun/06/us-hackers-fbi-informer
Ed Pilkington in New York
guardian.co.uk, Monday 6 June 2011 16.12 BST

A quarter of hackers in the US have been recruited by federal authorities, according to Eric Corley, publisher of the hacker quarterly, 2600. Photograph: Getty Images The underground world of computer hackers has been so thoroughly infiltrated in the US by the FBI and secret service that it is now riddled with paranoia and mistrust, with an estimated one in four hackers secretly informing on their peers, a Guardian investigation has established. Cyber policing units have had such success in forcing online criminals to co-operate with their investigations through the threat of long prison sentences that they have managed to create an army of informants deep inside the hacking community. In some cases, popular illegal forums used by cyber criminals as marketplaces for stolen identities and credit card numbers have been run by hacker turncoats acting as FBI moles. In others, undercover FBI agents posing as "carders" – hackers specialising in ID theft – have themselves taken over the management of crime forums, using the intelligence gathered to put dozens of people behind bars.

So ubiquitous has the FBI informant network become that Eric Corley, who publishes the hacker quarterly, 2600, has estimated that 25% of hackers in the US may have been recruited by the federal authorities to be their eyes and ears. "Owing to the harsh penalties involved and the relative inexperience with the law that many hackers have, they are rather susceptible to intimidation," Corley told the Guardian. "It makes for very tense relationships," said John Young, who runs Cryptome, a website depository for secret documents along the lines of WikiLeaks. "There are dozens and dozens of hackers who have been shopped by people they thought they trusted." The best-known example of the phenomenon is Adrian Lamo, a convicted hacker who turned informant on Bradley Manning, who is suspected of passing secret documents to WikiLeaks. Manning had entered into a prolonged instant messaging conversation with Lamo, whom he trusted and asked for advice. Lamo repaid that trust by promptly handing over the 23-year-old intelligence specialist to the military authorities. Manning has now been in custody for more than a year. For acting as he did, Lamo has earned himself the sobriquet of Judas and the "world's most hated hacker", though he has insisted that he acted out of concern for those he believed could be harmed or even killed by the WikiLeaks publication of thousands of US diplomatic cables. "Obviously it's been much worse for him but it's certainly been no picnic for me," Lamo has said. "He followed his conscience, and I followed mine."

The latest challenge for the FBI in terms of domestic US breaches are the anarchistic co-operatives of "hacktivists" that have launched several high-profile cyber-attacks in recent months designed to make a statement. In the most recent case a group calling itself Lulz Security launched an audacious raid on the FBI's own linked organisation InfraGard. The raid, which was a blatant two fingers up at the agency, was said to have been a response to news that the Pentagon was poised to declare foreign cyber-attacks an act of war. Lulz Security shares qualities with the hacktivist group Anonymous that has launched attacks against companies including Visa and MasterCard as a protest against their decision to block donations to WikiLeaks. While Lulz Security is so recent a phenomenon that the FBI has yet to get a handle on it, Anonymous is already under pressure from the agency. There were raids on 40 addresses in the US and five in the UK in January, and a grand jury has been hearing evidence against the group in California at the start of a possible federal prosecution. Kevin Poulsen, senior editor at Wired magazine, believes the collective is classically vulnerable to infiltration and disruption. "We have already begun to see Anonymous members attack each other and out each other's IP addresses. That's the first step towards being susceptible to the FBI." Barrett Brown, who has acted as a spokesman for the otherwise secretive Anonymous, says it is fully aware of the FBI's interest. "The FBI are always there. They are always watching, always in the chatrooms. You don't know who is an informant and who isn't, and to that extent you are vulnerable."

Wikileaks -- a Big Dangerous US Government Con Job
By F. William Engdahl, 7 December 2010

The story on the surface makes for a script for a new Oliver Stone Hollywood thriller. A 39-year old Australian hacker holds the President of the United States and his State Department hostage to a gigantic cyber “leak,” unless the President leaves Julian Assange and his Wikileaks free to release hundreds of thousands of pages of sensitive US Government memos. A closer look at the details, so far carefully leaked by the most ultra-establishment of international media such as the New York Times, reveals a clear agenda. That agenda coincidentally serves to buttress the agenda of US geopolitics around the world from Iran to Russia to North Korea. The Wikileaks is a big and dangerous US intelligence Con Job which will likely be used to police the Internet.

It is almost too perfectly-scripted to be true. A discontented 22 -year old US Army soldier on duty in Baghdad, Bradley Manning, a low-grade US Army intelligence analyst, described as a loner, a gay in the military, a disgruntled “computer geek,” sifts through classified information at Forward Operating Base Hammer. He decides to secretly download US State Department email communications from the entire world over a period of eight months for hours a day, onto his blank CDs while pretending to be listening to Lady Gaga. In addition to diplomatic cables, Manning is believed to have provided WikiLeaks with helicopter gun camera video of an errant US attack in Baghdad on unarmed journalists, and with war logs from Iraq and Afghanistan. Manning then is supposed to have tracked down a notorious former US computer hacker to get his 250,000 pages of classified US State Department cables out in the Internet for the whole world to see. He allegedly told the US hacker that the documents he had contained "incredible, awful things that belonged in the public domain and not on some server stored in a dark room in Washington, DC." The hacker turned him in to US authorities so the story goes. Manning is now incommunicado since months in US military confinement so we cannot ask him, conveniently. The Pentagon routinely hires the best hackers to design their security systems.

Then the plot thickens. The 250,000 pages end up at the desk of Julian Assange, the 39-year-old Australian founder of a supposedly anti-establishment website with the cute name Wikileaks. Assange decides to selectively choose several of the world’s most ultra-establishment news media to exclusively handle the leaking job for him as he seems to be on the run from Interpol, not for leaking classified information, but for allegedly having consensual sex with two Swedish women who later decided it was rape.

He selects as exclusive newspapers to decide what is to be leaked the New York Times which did such service in promoting faked propaganda against Saddam that led to the Iraqi war, the London Guardian and Der Spiegel. Assange claims he had no time to sift through so many pages so handed them to the trusted editors of the establishment media for them to decide what should be released. Very “anti-establishment” that. The New York Times even assigned one of its top people, David E. Sanger, to control the release of the Wikileaks material. Sanger is no establishment outsider. He sits as a member of the elite Council on Foreign Relations as well as the Aspen Institute Strategy Group together with the likes of Condi Rice, former Defense Secretary William Perry, former CIA head John Deutch, former State Department Deputy Secretary and now World Bank head Robert Zoellick among others. Indeed a strange choice of media for a person who claims to be anti-establishment. But then Assange also says he believes the US Government version of 9/11 and calls the Bilderberg Group a normal meeting of people, a very establishment view.

The latest sensational Wikileaks documents allegedly from the US State Department embassies around the world to Washington are definitely not as Hillary Clinton claimed "an attack on America's foreign policy interests that have endangered innocent people." And they do not amount to what the Italian foreign minister, called the "September 11 of world diplomacy." The British government calls them a threat to national security and an aide to Canada’s Prime Minister calls on the CIA to assassinate Assange, as does kooky would-be US Presidential hopeful Sarah Palin. Most important, the 250000 cables are not "top secret" as we might have thought. Between two and three million US Government employees are cleared to see this level of "secret" document,1 and some 500,000 people around the world have access to the Secret Internet Protocol Network (SIPRnet) where the cables were stored. Siprnet is not recommended for distribution of top-secret information. Only 6% or 15,000 pages of the documents have been classified as even secret, a level below top-secret. Another 40% were the lowest level, "confidential", while the rest were unclassified. In brief, it was not all that secret.2 Most of the revelations so far have been unspectacular. In Germany the revelations led to the removal of a prominent young FDP politician close to Guido Westerwelle who apparently liked to talk too much to his counterpart at the US Embassy. The revelations about Russian politics, that a US Embassy official refers to Putin and Medvedev as “Batman and Robin,” tells more about the cultural level of current US State Department personnel than it does about internal Russian politics. But for anyone who has studied the craft of intelligence and of disinformation, a clear pattern emerges in the Wikileaks drama. The focus is put on select US geopolitical targets, appearing as Hillary Clinton put it “to justify US sanctions against Iran.” They claim North Korea with China’s granting of free passage to Korean ships despite US State Department pleas, send dangerous missiles to Iran. Saudi Arabia’s ailing King Abdullah reportedly called Iran’s President a Hitler.

Excuse to police the Internet?

What is emerging from all the sound and Wikileaks fury in Washington is that the entire scandal is serving to advance a long-standing Obama and Bush agenda of policing the until-now free Internet. Already the US Government has shut the Wikileaks server in the United States though no identifiable US law has been broken.

The process of policing the Web was well underway before the current leaks scandal. In 2009 Democratic Senator Jay Rockefeller and Republican Olympia Snowe introduced the Cybersecurity Act of 2009 (S.773). It would give the President unlimited power to disconnect private-sector computers from the internet. The bill "would allow the president to 'declare a cyber-security emergency' relating to 'non-governmental' computer networks and do what's necessary to respond to the threat." We can expect that now this controversial piece of legislation will get top priority when a new Republican House and the Senate convene in January.

The US Department of Homeland Security, an agency created in the political hysteria following 9/11 2001 that has been compared to the Gestapo, has already begun policing the Internet. They are quietly seizing and shutting down internet websites (web domains ) without due process or a proper trial. DHS simply seizes web domains that it wants to and posts an ominous "Department of Justice" logo on the web site. See an example at . Over 75 websites were seized and shut in a recent week. Right now, their focus is websites that they claim "violate copyrights," yet the torrent-finder.com website that was seized by DHS contained no copyrighted content whatsoever. It was merely a search engine website that linked to destinations where people could access copyrighted content. Step by careful step freedom of speech can be taken away. Then what?

Violence erupts outside Copenhagen climate summit
http://rawstory.com/2009/12/violence-erupts-copenhagen-climate-summit/
By Raw Story
Saturday, December 12th, 2009 -- 12:10 pm UPDATE

Police in Copenhagen say they detained 968 people during climate protests in the Danish capital Saturday. The Associated Press reports that the protests -- which attracted 40,000 to 100,000 people, depending on the source -- were "mostly peaceful."Police said they rounded up 968 people in a preventive action against a group of youth activists at the tail end of the demonstration. Officers in riot gear moved in when some of the activists, masking their faces, threw cobblestones through the windows of the former stock exchange and Foreign Ministry buildings. The mostly peaceful demonstrations in Copenhagen on Saturday provided the centerpiece of a day of global climate activism stretching from Europe to Asia. Police assigned extra officers to watch protesters marching toward the suburban conference center to demand that leaders act now to fight climate change.
Story continues below...

ORIGINAL STORY CONTINUES BELOW

Violence broke out in Copenhagen on Saturday as tens of thousands took to the streets to demand tough measures on climate change, with demonstrators around the world rallying for action instead of words. Hundreds of youths wearing black went on the rampage through the Danish capital, throwing bricks and smashing windows, as around 30,000 protesters marched through the streets to demanding world leaders declare war global warming. Many of the youngsters, whose faces were covered with scarves, were forced to the ground by riot police before being bundled into vans, an AFP reporter said. Police said some 400 people were arrested in the scuffles, although the rest of the march -- the centerpiece of protests in 130 cities across the world -- remained peaceful. The huge march to the heavily-guarded Bella Center venue capped a day of lobbying by green groups around the world, staging peaceful, colorful protests from Australia to the Arctic Circle. "We can't change the science, we have to change the politics -- and if we can't change the politics, we have to change the politicians," Kumi Naidoo, head of Greenpeace International, told the main rally. If all goes well, the 194-nation conference under the UN's Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) will wrap up on Friday with a historic deal sealed by more than 110 heads of state and government. It would commit major economies to actions that would curb emissions of heat-trapping fossil-fuel gases and generate hundreds of billions in dollars for poor countries badly exposed to climate change. Prime Minister Lars Loekke Rasmussen of host country Denmark was upbeat. "In less than a week, I believe we will achieve global agreement... an agreement that will set the course for an ambitious approach to our joint efforts in combating climate change," he told a forum on clean energy. But many delegates complained that progress had been negligible and the mood soured by finger-pointing. A draft blueprint, presented on Friday, ran into problems almost immediately among developing countries, emerging giant economies, the United States and the European Union (EU). Poorer countries lashed it for failing to spell out commitments on finance while the United States complained it failed to bind China and other high-population, fast-growing economies to tough pledges on emissions. The EU said the draft did not go nearly far enough to limit warming to two degrees Celsius (3.6 degrees Fahrenheit), a goal endorsed by many countries. "We are in a situation where we can see that so far we haven't achieved enough," Andreas Carlgren, environment minister of Sweden, which currently chairs the EU, said on Saturday. The EU has unilaterally decided to cut its greenhouse-gas emissions by 20 percent over 1990 levels, and has offered to deepen this to 30 percent if it finds other major players willing to make a comparable effort.

But Carlgren ruled this out, blaming foot-dragging by the world's top two carbon emitters. "So far we haven't sufficient bids on the table," he told a press conference. "So far the bids from the United States and China are not sufficient whereby we can deliver this 30 percent." Related article: US, China face off at talks Conference chair Connie Hedegaard scheduled an informal meeting with environment ministers on Saturday, followed by a further session on Sunday. Those meetings mark the start of a gruelling game of climate poker before the arrival of heads of state and government on Wednesday and Thursday, many of whom will speak in the conference's plenary session. Those slated to attend include US President Barack Obama, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, Premier Wen Jiabao of China, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama of Japan and the heads of the European Union (EU). Failure on December 18 would deal a heavy blow to the nation-state system, the head of the Nobel-winning UN panel of climate scientists warned on Saturday. "I think if we are able to get a good agreement, this would clearly create an enormous amount of confidence in the ability of human society to be able to act on a multilateral basis," said Rajendra Pachauri, chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). "If we fail, I don't think everything is lost, but certainly it will be a major setback." This video was published to YouTube by the Associated Press on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009.

Notice the mind control - they control the vertical, they control the horizontal....

Cancel fraudulent derivative debt, Rewrite real debt to 100 years at 1 percent - or global debt jubilee  would solve these problems tomorrow. But no, that would make the world free and not slaves to the new world order financial system.

We don't know what reality is anymore! If millions of out of work people start sitting on there hands of course global output will fall!  What are our global goals? None. What is the big work to be done? Nada.

The global "leaders" are complete and utter failures as "leaders"!!!! So the Eugenic bastards blame the people!

To show what I mean look at Global "per capita" gdp over time ---

Global GDP continues to increase! With a "population explosion"!

Who is getting all that wealth??? the poor? I doubt it!!!!

Occupy Wall Street: A Globalist Op Designed to Destroy Efforts to End the Fed
http://www.infowars.com/occupy-wall-street-protesters-call-totalitarian-government-re-election-of-obama/
Kurt Nimmo Infowars.com October 2, 2011

A couple days after the initial launch of the Occupy Wall Street protests, Infowars.com received an email taking us to task for attributing the movement to Anonymous, the activist hacker group.

How can a movement originated and funded by globalists end the globalist scheme to enslave the world?

“There is one major inaccuracy in all the coverage that has been bothering me, and that is the focus on Anonymous as the architects and organizers of the event,” an email received September 23 states. “The initial call for the protest was put out by the magazine Adbusters.”

The person, who shall remain nameless at this point – since I have not gained his permission to quote the private email he sent to me – is not merely a bystander or an outsider making an observation. He claims to be intimately connected to the movement through the General Assembly of New York, described as the central planning and organizing committee for the protest. His Facebook page reveals he is indeed connected to Occupy Wall Street.

The Adbusters Media Foundation describes itself as a non-profit “anti-consumerist” organization that functions as "a global network of artists, activists, writers, pranksters, students, educators and entrepreneurs who want to advance the new social activist movement of the information age."

Like many so-called leftist non-profits, Adbusters is a creature of globalist foundations. According to research conducted by Activistcash.com, Adbusters takes money from a number of supposedly progressive foundations, including the big Kahuna of leftish foundations – the Tides Foundation and Tides Center. Between 1996 and 2003, Tides doled out $334,217.00 to Adbusters, by far the largest amount of eight foundations donating.

Steve Baldwin claims Tides received over $7 million from George Soros. Although the monetary connection between Tides’ founder Drummond Pike and the arch globalist Soros is somewhat murky, researcher Ron Arnold has mapped out numerous connections between the two so-called philanthropists. Under IRS rules, Drummond is not obliged to reveal who he receives money from to fund a large number of supposedly progressive organizations.

“The Tides Foundation is a pass-through for other foundations’ money,” writes Arnold. “Tides Foundation is a public charity, not a private foundation. Tides Foundation passes other foundations’ money to a spectrum of left-wing organizations which the original donors would not or could not support on their own… Because none of the more than 260 projects under the Tides umbrella files its own Form 990 with the IRS, their finances are totally secret and not available for public inspection, an issue that requires congressional remedy.”

The Dj Osiris blog adds further detail: “It would seem George Soros is connected to the U.S. Day of Rage aka Occupy Wall Street through The Ruckus Society. On the U.S. Day of Rage website. The Ruckus Society receives funding from the Tides Foundation and George Soros’ Open Society Institute provides grants to Tides, including a mere $4.2 Million in 2008, the last year figures are available.”

As the filmmaker Michael Moore admitted to We Are Change activist and journalist Luke Rudkowski last week, the goal of the movement funded in large part with globalist lucre is to attack and dismantle capitalism. Moore discounted out of hand any effort to end the Federal Reserve and return the nation to sound and honest money controlled by the American people, not a cartel of bankers and oligarchs from the financial class, including George Soros.

Instead of addressing issues that will solve the serious social and political problems created by fractional reserve banking and other scams run by the ruling elite, the Soros lubricated anti-capitalist movement will steer popular outrage and political reaction into fireproof channels that can be controlled by globalist forces behind the curtain.

On the so-called right side of the political spectrum, a similar operation was carried out against the Libertarian Tea Party movement, now largely a cheering section and amen choir for the establishment Republican Party that is dominated by neocon personalities such as Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, and the political cameleon and former Gore operative Rick Perry.

The Occupy Wall Street movement, funded by globalist foundations – and increasingly receiving sympathetic coverage by the corporate media, at least its “liberal” wing – is now describing itself as a gathering of “descamisados” (impoverished, landless) arrayed against the “estancieros” (land owners), a class warfare reference made popular in Argentina.

In reality, it is another consolidation of wealth program designed by the elite. Warren Buffet may take to the pages of the New York Times and call for taxing the “rich,” but what he is advocating is in essence a wealth consolidation program.

The ruling elite, their banks and transnational corporations do not pay taxes, the little people do, as Leona Helmsely arrogantly noted. Increasing taxes on the “1 percent,” as the movement demands, to save the “99 percent,” will result in a further erosion of the middle class, as the elite know.

“The higher taxes may very well cause the smaller businesses to go out of business,” notes the Collateral Damage blog. “They won’t have the economies of scale to compete with the bigger corporations, so what ends up happening is that the small business assets eventually get sold to the big corporations, usually for a fraction of what the assets are worth. So in effect, it ends up being a wealth transfer from the middle class to the super elite rich.”

If we look beyond the facile socialist rhetoric and examine who is funding and essentially running the Occupy Wall Street movement – the “liberal” foundations with the same globalist goal as their supposed ideological enemies on the so-called right (who defused the real Tea Party movement) – we realize that the movement is essentially another effort to colonize political opposition and render it ineffective and politically impotent.

The real movement, and the one posing a serious threat to the “1 percent,” the global elite, is calling for an end to the Federal Reserve, a return to the core principles of our once proud constitutional republic, and sound, honest money not controlled by the elite and the financial sector now tasked with taking down the economy and reducing America to a third-world wasteland.

The local radio and TV stations in San Antonio TEXAS have not covered ANY of the protest going on in NYC. There has been a total news blackout concerning the OCCUPY movement. San Antonio is behind a corporate media IRON CURTAIN, just like East Germany was during the cold war. It is up to the Common People to spread the word that America is FIGHTING BACK. Call your friends, e-mail your relatives, contact your partners on Facebook. If you know anyone in SAN ANTONIO, let them know that they are being kept in the dark by the media and the and the Corporations that own then, like Clear Channel Worldwide.

Looks like a serious melting pot of various corporatist interests, intelligence operatives, controlled opposition, and people genuinely looking for answers...

Pictures in the link: http://american-rattlesnake.org/2011/10/thoughts-on-occupy-wall-street/

Recently, some large local labor unions have come on board, and I did notice members of SEIU-1199 and the Professional Staff Congress-one of the chief foes of Andrew Cuomo’s proposed budget reforms in the past-as well as other politically influential unions milling around throughout the day. Interestingly, a member of the Working Families Party was critical of Occupy Wall Street’s overall strategy, faulting it for what he saw as its lack of concrete policy prescriptions and unfocused political mobilization.

One of the most puzzling encounters I had occurred when I spoke with someone from WikiLeaks, which had a van stationed across the street from Zuccotti Park throughout the day. I asked him why an organization ostensibly devoted to disclosing classified information, especially from government institutions, e.g. diplomatic cables, enjoined legal documents, etc., would be at a public demonstration. His response was that he was there to “support” the people behind Occupy Wall Street. He then proceeded to decry the “hierarchical bullshit” at play among certain members of the Occupy Wall Street movement. Take from that what you will.

Believe it or not, this was the badge the WikiLeaks employee (volunteer?) used in order to enter the park.
Although I’m by no means a paleontologist, and this is purely speculation on my part, I doubt that dinosaurs sounded like lions if/when they were angry. Still, pretty amusing nonetheless.

The Mesozoic Era was to make another surprise appearance  later in the day.

Even though there were some common points of agreement I could identify, e.g. an opposition to corporations and corporate welfare-a point upon which they and the Ron Paul supporters you’ll see tomorrow would agree-there were so many other political causes being championed that it was difficult to single out a single agenda item that took priority over others. There were also outliers; tracts and people I didn’t expect to see represented. This poster seems to be a strange amalgam of traditional paleoconservative views and conspiracy theories relating to President Obama’s birth.

And speaking of conspiracies, there was even an Alex Jones fan in the crowd.

As well as people representing a more mainstream perspective. In this case, a man who is a Chinese dissident and was there to call to account the repressive Chinese regime. Unfortunately, he did not speak English and I was unable to ask him to elaborate.

The spectrum ranged all the way from committed Bolsheviks:

To avowed socialists:

To progressive Democrats.

There were people disenchanted with the health care system:

And there was an abundance of signs, as this sign points out:

Some boastful,

Some used clever wordplay:

And some were crafted by people who are utterly oblivious to Godwin’s Law.

There was an interesting dichotomy to how Barack Obama was viewed among those gathered at Zuccotti Park yesterday. While some had obviously become disenchanted with the President,

Others continued to support his political platform:

Towards the end of the day, the protesters decided to march from the park across the Brooklyn Bridge.

Since "sound money" is Austrian School (http://www.monetary.org/a-refutation-of-mengers-theory-of-the-origin-of-money-abridged/2010/12) code for the deflationary, economy-destroying "gold standard (http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=98465.msg1238238#msg1238238)," I'm afraid I must respectfully disagree with Kurt's assertion that the banking elite are "threatened" by the prospect of returning to such a system. It's the thought of millions of informed Americans calling for a return to debt-free Greenbacks that gives the Eight Families (http://globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=25080) nightmares:

A truly incredible editorial in the London Times explained the central bankers' attitude towards Lincoln's Greenbacks (http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=98465.msg581271#msg581271):

[...]

Allegations that international bankers were responsible for Lincoln's assassination surfaced in Canada 70 years later in 1934. Gerald G. McGeer, a popular and well-respected Canadian attorney, revealed this stunning charge in a five hour speech before the Canadian House of Commons blasting Canada's debt-based money system. Remember: it was 1934, the height of the Great Depression, which was ravaging Canada as well. McGeer had obtained evidence -- deleted from the public record -- provided to him by Secret Service agents at the trial of John Wilks Booth, after Booth's death. McGeer said it showed that Booth was a mercenary working for the international bankers. According to an article in the Vancouver Sun of May 2, 1934:

Interestingly, McGeer claimed that Lincoln was assassinated not only because international bankers wanted to reestablish a central bank in America, but because they also wanted to base America's currency on gold -- gold they controlled. In other words: put America on a gold standard (http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=98465.msg1232275#msg1232275). Lincoln had done just the opposite by issuing U.S. notes -- Greenbacks -- which were based purely on the good faith and credit of the United States. The article quoted McGeer as saying:

Not since Lincoln has the U.S. issued debt-free United States notes.

[...]

With Lincoln out of the way, the money changers' next objective was to gain complete control over America's money. This was no easy task. With the opening of the American west, silver had been discovered in huge quantities. On top of that, Lincoln's Greenbacks were generally popular. Despite the European central bankers' deliberate attacks on Greenbacks, they continued to circulate in the United States -- in fact until a few years ago. According to historian W. Cleon Skousen:

It is clear that the concept of America printing her own debt-free money sent shock waves throughout the European central banking elite. They watched with horror as Americans clamored for more Greenbacks. They may have killed Lincoln, but support for his monetary ideas grew.

On April 12, 1866, nearly one year to the day of Lincoln's assassination, Congress went to work at the bidding of the European central banking interests. It passed the Contraction Act, authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to begin to retire some of the Greenbacks in circulation, and thereby contract the money supply. Authors Theodore R. Thoren and Richard F. Warner explained the results of the money contraction in their classic book on the subject, The Truth In Money Book:

In other words, the money changers wanted two things: (1) the reinstitution of a central bank under their exclusive control, and (2) an American currency backed by gold. Their strategy was two-fold.

First of all, cause a series of panics to try to convince the American people that only centralized control of the money supply could provide economic stability.

And secondly, remove so much money from the system, that most Americans would be so desperately poor that they either wouldn't care or would be too weak to oppose the bankers.

In 1866, there was $1.8 billion in currency in circulation in the United States -- about $50.46 per capita. In 1867 alone, half a billion dollars...was removed from the U.S. money supply. Ten years later, in 1876, America's money supply was reduced to only $600 million. In other words, 2/3 of America's money had been called in by the bankers. Only $14.60 per capita remained in circulation. Ten years later [in 1886], the money supply had been reduced to only $400 million, even though the population had boomed. The result was that only $6.67 per capita remained in circulation -- a 760% loss in buying power over 20 years.

Today, economists try to sell the idea that recessions and depressions are a natural part of something they call the "business cycle." The truth is, our money supply is manipulated now just as it was before and after the Civil War.

How did this happen? How did money become so scarce? Simple. Bank loans were called in, and no new ones were given. In addition, silver coins were melted down. In 1872, a man named Ernest Seyd was given a hundred thousand pounds -- about $500 thousand -- by the Bank of England and sent to America to bribe necessary Congressmen to get silver demonetized. He was told that if that was not sufficient, to draw an additional hundred thousand pounds, or as much more as was necessary.

The next year Congress passed the Coinage Act of 1873, and the minting of silver dollars abruptly stopped. In fact, Representative Samuel Hooper, who introduced the bill in the House, acknowledged that Mr. Seyd actually drafted the legislation. But it gets even worse than that. In 1874, Seyd himself admitted who was behind the scheme:

But the contest over control of America's money was not yet over. Only three years later, in 1876, with one-third of America's workforce unemployed, the population was growing restless. People were clamoring for a return to the Greenback money system of President Lincoln, or a return to silver money -- anything that would make money more plentiful. That year, Congress created the United States Silver Commission to study the problem. Their report clearly blamed the monetary contraction on the national bankers. The report is interesting, because it compares the deliberate money contraction by the national bankers after the Civil War to the fall of the Roman Empire:

Despite this report by the Silver Commission, Congress took no action. The next year, 1877, riots broke out from Pittsburgh to Chicago. The torches of starving vandals lit up the sky. The bankers huddled to decide what to do. They decided to hang on. Now that they were back in control (to a certain extent), they were not about to give it up.

At the meeting of the American Bankers Association that year, they urged their membership to do everything in their power to put down the notion of a return to Greenbacks. The ABA secretary, James Buel, authored a letter to the members which blatantly called on the banks to subvert not only Congress but the press:

-----------------------------------

This is why nothing pleases the ruling elite more than to see the minds and intellects of nearly all political dissidents (be they "liberal" or "conservative") literally enslaved within the ridiculously false gold money-vs-debt money paradigm (http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=192293.msg1140740#msg1140740).

Occupy Wall Street is a purposeful distraction from the banksters and is just one of their tools that they manipulate to their benefit. In other words, "end the Fed." While that makes for a catchy slogan, it's very misleading, because fractional reserve banking (http://www.webofdebt.com/articles/ponzi.php) was around long before the Fed. Thus, "ending" the latter doesn't necessarily mean "ending" the former.

Hence the point I've been making for years that we must replace our entire debt-based money system with a debt-free money system:

That is true, the fed is just one of the latest manifestations of a long line that is running a debt-based monetary system. I like your weed analogy, we definitely need to dig down, get at and kill the "root" of the problem.

I wonder if our forefathers ever faced such political corruption...

I wonder what their attitude was in the face of insurmountable odds from a deceptive evil which causes us to attack each other...

Perhaps we can learn something from these men...

"Many free countries have lost their liberty, and ours may lose hers;
but if she shall, be it my proudest plume, not that I was the last to desert,
but that I never deserted her. I know that the great volcano at Washington,
aroused and directed by the evil spirit that reigns there, is belching forth
the lava of political corruption in a current broad and deep, which is
sweeping with frightful velocity over the whole length and breadth of the
land, bidding fair to leave unscathed no green spot or living thing; while
on its bosom are riding, like demons on the waves of hell, the imps of that
evil spirit, and fiendishly taunting all those who dare resist its destroying
course with the hopelessness of their effort; and, knowing this, I cannot
deny that all may be swept away. Broken by it I, too, may be;
bow to it I never will.

I found this  article posted on rense and it shows how Americans are very angry and fed up with the elite.

Is Hang a Banker Day coming to a Theater near You?

Dog Poet Transmitting.......

May your noses always be cold and wet.

Watch it happen in front of your eyes. The Occupy Wall Street phenom is going viral, diversifying like a stock portfolio and popping up all over the US and in other countries as well. Look at the media not covering it. Look at the media giving out false information concerning the motivation, even to the extent of saying the protestors are protesting against people making 40 to 50 thousand dollars a year, as well as global warming. Understand that the media is owned and operated by the same people who operate at and influence Wall Street. Look at the important names that are appearing in the mix and the American Marines showing up on behalf of the protest as well. In its genesis and presentations, it is about as authentic and threatening to go nova as it can get. This is the real deal.

The traders and bankers are celebrating their imagined invulnerability. In the delusion of their fevered hubris, they are drinking champagne and talking about pouring it on the protestors, in emulation of the bankers and traders at The City of London, who waved banknotes out of their windows as they jeered the protestors. Does this look like they may and should have their heads chopped off and put on display? Does this give you the impression that Hang a Banker Day might be coming to a neighborhood near you soon? This is not an argument in favor or against this. This is an observation of the anger of the vast majority coming up against the defiance, indifference and ridicule of the minority of those causing the conditions for the anger in the first place.

Feingold: Occupy Wall St. ‘will make the tea party look like a tea party’

“The White House should realize that this would be beneficial to the president and his reelection chances if he recognizes how correct the protesters are to be upset,”
he said. “It would be a mistake to try to coopt this. I’m hoping a mass movement will encourage the White House to listen to and respond to these concerns.
It would be politically smart and the right thing to do.”

yeah yeah..right,russ..they wouldnt want to co-opt this..let things happen organically.

Please watch the above feed and remove all doubt that this movement has not been co-opted.  What a waste.  It was not hard to see coming however.  The people speaking are promoting the health care bill now. ::)

Occupy Wall Street ‘Stands In Solidarity’ With Obama Front Group (http://www.infowars.com/occupy-wall-street-stands-in-solidarity-with-obama-front-group/)
Why is the official OWS website in league with lobbying fronts for the Wall Street-backed Obama White House?

Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
Wednesday, October 5, 2011

Fears expressed by some that the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ movement is being hijacked by the Democratic Party establishment have intensified after the official OWS website announced that it “stands in solidarity” with MoveOn.org, a lobbying group for the Wall Street-backed Obama administration.

The front page of the http://occupywallst.org/ (http://occupywallst.org/) proudly announces that numerous union groups will be present in New York today to join demonstrators in marches taking place this afternoon.

“Together we will protest this great injustice. We stand in solidarity with the honest workers of….MoveOn.org,” states the website, as well as listing numerous other organizations.

What is MoveOn.org?

MoveOn.org is a lobbying organization that routinely backs Democratic candidates. The group aggressively supported Barack Obama’s 2008 election campaign and is now “Perhaps the lead lobby organization for his policies….apart from Obama’s own Organizing for America,” reports Source Watch (http://sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=MoveOn#Criticism_and_questions_regarding_MoveOn_.26_the_War_on_Iraq).

When MoveOn organized an online donation drive for Obama (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ari-melber/obama-downloads-79-millio_b_85550.html) which raised $320,000, the Obama campaign responded in kind with the legally dubious action of paying MoveOn $18,000 (http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2008/08/obama-moving-on.html) in “credit card processing fees”.

The group also received a $5 million dollar donation from George Soros, who is a keen supporter.

Back in 2007, many leftists spoke of their betrayal by MoveOn.org (http://sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=MoveOn#Criticism_and_questions_regarding_MoveOn_.26_the_War_on_Iraq) after the group advocated Nancy Pelosi’s funding bill that actually prolonged the war in Iraq and prevented the troops being brought home.

“Join us on Wednesday to create a huge show of support for anti-Wall Street actions nationwide. Together, we’ll add hundreds of thousands of voices expressing our solidarity with the protests at Occupy Wall Street and across the country targeting the bankers who wrecked our economy,” states MoveOn.org’s website (http://www.civic.moveon.org/joinvirtualwallstreet/).

Yes – the very same bankers – Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase and Citigroup prime amongst them (http://www.opensecrets.org/pres08/contrib.php?cid=N00009638) – who financed the Obama campaign, the same campaign vehemently supported by MoveOn.org.

Why does Occupy Wall Street’s support for MoveOn.org represent a problem? Because MoveOn.org is little more than a lobbying front for the Obama administration, which itself is a creature of Wall Street.

Another group that OWS website expresses its “solidarity” with, AFL-CIO, has also announced that it will likely back Wall Street puppet Obama in 2012 (http://2012.talkingpointsmemo.com/2011/09/afl-cio-obamas-jobs-push-will-kickstart-flagging-support-in-the-base.php).

The OWS website also stands in solidarity with SEIU (Service Employees International Union), a group that spent $28 million dollars supporting Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign (http://washingtonexaminer.com/blogs/beltway-confidential/2011/02/obamas-top-funder-also-lead-nation-white-house-visits), making it the “organization that spent the most to help Barack Obama get elected president.”

Why is the website that has positioned itself as the central hub for Occupy Wall Street activists announcing its support for groups which are little more than Barack Obama lobbying fronts? Wall Street spent millions financing Obama’s path to the White House (http://www.opensecrets.org/pres08/contrib.php?cid=N00009638) and are supporting him to an even greater extent in 2012 (http://www.moneynews.com/StreetTalk/obama-wallstreet-electioncampaign/2011/07/22/id/404563).

Why is a website that claims to represent anti-Wall Street demonstrators siding with groups that have aggressively supported the Wall Street-backed Obama administration?

Some have argued that it is not fair to cite postings on OccupyWallst.org as representative of the movement’s character or goals. However, this is not a forum posting by an individual, it is prominently displayed on the front page of the website claiming it represents OWS.

Either the Occupy Wall Street website represents an accurate reflection of the sentiments of the protesters, that is supportive of the Wall Street-financed Obama administration and its lobbying front groups such as MoveOn.org, or the message has been hijacked by these very groups.

Either way it represents a threat to the promise made by other OWS activists to remain non-partisan.

Who is running this website and why are they ‘standing in solidarity’ with organizations like MoveOn.org that have aggressively supported the Wall-Street backed Obama administration?

I am going to submit this question to the forum users on the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ website and write a follow up piece on their response. That way we can move a lot closer to understanding whether what is posing as the official website for this “leaderless” group is really representative of the OWS demonstrators or not.

I read somewhere that Van Jones has also had something to do with the Occupy WallStreet crowd, anybody got anything on this?

I'm going to head over to infoshop.org and see what I can find out as far as potential strategies and see if there are any COINTEL types stirring the muck over there. Just a heads up, that website is the website our intel support scanned on a regular basis when we were training for the G8 In Georgia. I shan't be posting there, just lurking.

Occupy the Federal Reserve; End the Fed ProtestsThe Occupy Wall Street crowd has become predictably focused on issues like taxing the middle class and moderately “rich,” ending capitalism and even re-electing Obama to ‘fight’ the very elites who pushed him into power. Focus should instead be on the real source of power for the out-of-control bankster class- the private, unaccountable Federal Reserve bank that creates money out of thin air, issues secret loans to insiders and foreign governments and systematically institutes debt on the American people through their undue powers.
With this in mind, Alex Jones is calling on patriots to “occupy” branches of the Federal Reserve, with plans to appear at three locations in Texas this weekend in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. The times and locations appear below. Further, people everywhere should converge upon Fed locations in their area to raise awareness about the real culprit behind the economic crisis.
Well meaning protesters who have joined the Occupy Wall Street effort, including solidarity activities in cities everywhere, need to be educated about the power held by this insidious institution, as well as the false solutions that have been proposed by leading figures on the left and right that only further expand the scope of big government, all while avoiding the elephant in the room.
Join Alex at locations throughout Texas or begin to address the issues at the Federal Reserve branch in your location. Don’t wait for orders from headquarters– go to the sound of the guns in this information war to awaken minds and stop the massive transfer of wealth being manipulated by the very offshore interests who control the Fed and even steer the protests at Wall Street.

Occupy Wall Street: Who Wants to Hijack the Movement?

(http://tarpley.net/images/left.jpg)   (http://tarpley.net/images/right.jpg)

Webster G. Tarpley, Ph.D.
http://TARPLEY.net
October 7, 2011

Media spokesmen for the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations claimed that their operation is totally transparent, with everything subject to democratic discussion in a general assembly of all comers. But eyewitness reports from experienced observers on the ground in lower Manhattan indicate a much different reality behind these bland assurances. Forces appeared to be at work behind the scenes to manipulate the protest movement into a posture of supporting the presidential candidacy of Wall Street puppet Obama.

Eyewitness observers suggest that the deliberations of the general assembly are largely a diversion, and that real power is being increasingly concentrated in the hands of about 20 mysterious and anonymous individuals who appear to make up a kind of covert steering committee that pulls the strings on the general assembly, or else goes around it completely. The members of this cadre of mysterious operatives are not as young as the average demonstrator. The secret leadership is made up of people ranging in age from 25 to over 40, with the older ones occupying the key posts. Many of them appear to be active duty or recently retired military.
A Covert Steering Committee Behind the Scenes?

Attempts to ascertain the names of the behind-the-scenes leaders are met with stonewalling. When pressed to reveal her identity, one female leader gave her name as “Mary MIA.” Another gave his name as “Tony POW.”

If the leaders of OWS want to be transparent, let them make public at least the full names of the people who are actually running the show. No one wants to join a movement with anonymous leaders.

Observers have noticed that almost all of the likely members of the secret steering committee disappear from view between 4 and 6 p.m. each afternoon, right before the opening of the general assembly, for which they then re-appear. It is assumed that they are attending a closed-door meeting, but the general assembly is not officially informed of this fact.
Strange Bedfellows

Two individuals who appear to belong to the higher levels of the pecking order in Zuccotti Park are pictured above. The one on the left calls himself “Brendan.” When newspaper correspondents and other media representatives arrive, he is often the one who handles relations with them. “Brendan” looks old enough to be the father of many of the demonstrators.

The person pictured above on the right is a frequent speaker in the general assembly. He also has a role in relations with the press. According to one protester, he may have connections to the US military, but this has not been confirmed. Is his do-rag or bandana a fashion statement, or something else?

Who are these people? Who appointed them? To whom are they accountable?

Who Invited Michael Moore?

The general assembly is supposed to approve all major decisions. In reality, it appears to be occupied with endless deliberations about trivia while the really big decisions are being made someplace else. A case in point are the invitations which have obviously been extended to a whole series of discredited left liberal figures, many of them deeply implicated in inflicting the Obama presidency and continued Wall Street rule on our nation. Michael Moore, Naomi Klein, Mike Myers, and left-IMF ideologue Joseph Stiglitz have all appeared, and a visit by Noam Chomsky, a devoted supporter of the Bush theory of terrorism, is reportedly in the works. Eyewitnesses have reported that most demonstrators were not happy with the presence of the millionaire Michael Moore, who was using the demonstrations as props for his usual routine of self-promotion. But these objections carried no weight. Regular participants in the general assembly report that they were never consulted about whether to invite these left liberals. It is therefore a good guess that the invitations were actually issued by the secret steering committee. The general idea is once again to reduce the protest movement to a mere auxiliary in the effort to get Obama reelected.
The Consensus Straitjacket

The members of the secret steering committee have taken a leading role in imposing the unwieldy and time-consuming formalism of always reaching a consensus in the general assembly, meaning that any significant opposition can block the implementation of urgent actions. A simple up or down majority vote is not enough. (The last governing assembly of any major nation to give each member a veto over the actions of the whole body was the aristocratic Polish Diet of the 18th century, which was so dysfunctional that it led to Poland being obliterated from the map of Europe – not an example to be imitated.)

The consensus method provides immense comfort to the predatory speculators of Wall Street, since it virtually guarantees that no potent and controversial strategy to break the power of finance capital can emerge. Indeed, it guarantees that absolutely nothing will be able to emerge in an emergency after a rapid turn in the overall situation. The US Congress is paralyzed by a minority, but the consensus rules of the general assembly mean that it can be paralyzed by a tiny clique bent on sabotage. In the background, the covert steering committee is busy creating a series of faits accomplis.

The deliberations of the general assembly are one big filibuster. On October 4, much of the session was taken up with an agonized discussion of whether to buy or knit and sew sleeping bags as the nights became colder. Right-wing commentators hostile to the protests had a field day using this grotesque scene to mock the entire movement.

Those who run the General assembly sessions are known as facilitators. The relation of these facilitators to the secret steering committee is being investigated.

The OWS Declaration: Not One Concrete Demand for Americans

While the General assembly is occupied with questions like what to order for lunch as part of the shipments of free food that mysteriously appear at the demonstration site, the vital issue of program is left to a subcommittee. On October 5, the Olbermann evening news featured a reading of the Occupy Wall Street Declaration, written by protesters Ryan Hoffman and Lex Rendon. This document does not offer an analysis of the current economic crisis. Rather, it represents a laundry list of complaints, many valid and some spurious. Most important, this document contains not one concrete demand, measure, or program point on which the protesters are willing to pledge that they will be fighting for the interests of the American people. In that sense, it is a document of moral and intellectual impotence. It whines and complains, but it will do nothing to combat the widespread suspicion of the OWS movement felt in many quarters because of the Soros endorsement.

Economic demands are absolutely vital. The movement needs to offer specific solutions for the grave abuses and economic tragedies which are plaguing working people. These demands acquire a material power as they gain mass support. To get support from the inner-city ghetto, from the farm belt, from women, from labor, from the elderly, their vital concerns must be directly addressed. These groups absolutely do not need more analysis telling them how bad things are. They already know that. They need to see a social force which is ready to take leadership in accomplishing radical reforms -or else the revolution, as the case may be.

Student Loan Amnesty Now Paid for by 1% Wall Street Sales Tax

One obvious demand which needs to be included is an immediate amnesty or cancellation of all outstanding student loans. The zombie banks which have been bailed out by the United States government can and should eat their part of the $1 trillion which will have to be written off. The loans guaranteed by the government can be offset by new tax income from a 1% Wall Street sales tax on all financial turnover, including stocks, bonds, and derivatives. Estimates of the additional revenue from a Wall Street sales tax of this type start in the hundreds of billions of dollars and go into the trillions. The proceeds could be split between the federal government and the states, for the purposes of maintaining the social safety net and vital public services. Ordinary people pay sales tax, while bankers pay nothing. One bright spot in the demonstrations has been the presence of the nurses’ union, which has been militantly advocating just such a Tobin tax or financial transactions tax. Student loan amnesty now paid for by a 1% Wall St sales tax is a demand which could blow the lid off US politics once and for all.

Economic program is a science. It requires the mastery of many fields. Serious, intelligent people need to put their gifts to work mastering the science of economic program as part of their social responsibility to the American people.

The Indignados of Madrid: Europe’s Biggest Failures

According to reliable reports, the consensus method was imposed via the steering committee preparing for the demonstrations during the summer months. Individuals claiming to be students from Spain and Greece arrived and joined the steering committee, where they advocated the crippling consensus method. They pointed to the general assemblies held by the indignados of Madrid, a movement of youthful protesters concerned about austerity measures, youth unemployment, the excessive power of bankers, and economic injustice. But, even compared with Tunis, Cairo, Athens, and Reykjavík, the Madrid indignados must be judged as the biggest failure of them all, because of their total inability to oust the “socialist” IMF agent Zapatero, the enforcer of genocidal austerity demanded by the banks, or to block any of the austerity cuts. The indignados had no positive impact whatsoever on Spanish politics. Why imitate failure? This is the side of the current protests which Wall Street predator George Soros was happy to endorse this week.

A New International Otpor?

Observers are reminded of Otpor, the organization created by the CIA and the National Endowment for Democracy for the purpose of overthrowing the Serbian strongman Milosevic in 2000. After that color revolution had occurred, the leaders of Otpor turned their experience into an immensely lucrative consultancy under which they were assigned by the CIA and the NED to Ukraine, Georgia, Lebanon, and Egypt to train the operatives that would overthrow national leaders which the US wanted to get rid of. Have indignados veterans opened a new counterinsurgency franchise of this kind?

The “Theoretician”: Anarchist Peter Gelderloos, Fetishist of Consensus

Last night Occupy Wall Street spokesman Matthew Swaye appeared on the Ed Show of MSNBC, and announced that the main theoretician of the consensus straitjacket is anarchist Peter Gelderloos, author of the book Consensus. Swaye praised the “intricate process” of the general assemblies, where votes are expressed by thumbs up or thumbs down. Gelderloos, who is almost unknown in the United States, was arrested in Spain in 2007, and during his trial became a sort of minor celebrity in certain circles there. This may explain why the indignados leaders were indoctrinated with his belief structure. Gelderloos’s system is a Procrustean bed on which not many in their right mind will be willing to lie down.

Television appearances by protesters Kelly Heresy, Tyler Combelic, Ryan Hoffman, Lex Rendon and Swaye in recent days all have one common characteristic – their absolute inability to formulate a single demand or program which would speak to the urgent needs of the broader American public. Instead, many of them used the few precious minutes they had extolling the virtues of the imbecilic consensus model as the basis for some future Utopia. Hard-pressed working people do not have time for these pipe dreams. American working people urgently need help in finding a job, in blocking a foreclosure, in obtaining health care, and in getting out from under the crushing burden of student loans. Who chose these spokespersons?

So far, the current Wall Street protests have offered these embattled Americans virtually nothing but an unfulfilled promissory note.

Sam Seder, a former broadcaster for the failed Air America network and Obama backer, has argued that the movement should never come up with a program of concrete demands. This is the choice that would suit Obama. Unless and until the protest movement tells the American people what it is willing to fight for on their behalf, it risks becoming a mere collection of roustabouts for the Obama reelection campaign.

The stakes are much too high to let this happen. If this movement fails, fascism may be much closer than many people think. It must succeed, and to succeed it immediately requires a series of intelligible goals.

I have been wanting to do an update on Fukushima and say to you all that quiet does not mean all is well: just like with Libya. Quiet usually means it's getting worse and there's a mess to cleanup before the next report. It is so with both Fukushima and Libya (from the NATO perspective).

But, because I'm so busy reading other works for which I have a deadline, I have not had the opportunity to write the Fukushima piece. I know many of you are Mike Ruppert fans, and Mike begins his address at a fundraiser for KBOO independent radio in Portland, Oregon with a discussion about Fukushima. So, in lieu of my writing, here is Mike Ruppert speaking on 9/11/11:
http://www.collapsenet.com/

On Saturday, October 8, I will be in Benton Harbor, Michigan, with Reverend Pinkney and BANCO, still fighting the land grab there and every attack imaginable on the right of the Black people there to live on Lake Michigan's last "undeveloped" tracts of land. If you're near, please support the work of the people of Benton Harbor, just to live in dignity. If you're not near, please support BANCO in another way. The valiant Reverend Pinkney can be reached at [email protected]

Youtube is sporting an October 4, 2011 video of a man in St. Louis who was denied entry into his Bank of America branch because he wanted to withdraw his own money from the Bank. He was greeted by SWAT police!

I support all of the occupy movements. This is what we think we've been waiting for. But, we must not be tricked, bamboozeld, or fooled as innocent people were with the Libya lies. Therefore, the occupy teams must learn the lessons of the Tea Party so as to prevent being coopted. This piece from Wayne Madsen warns of the dangers and needs to be posted everywhere because it is a warning:

October 4-5, 2011 -- Soros is attempting to take over "Occupy America" movement

Wall Street and London hedge fund tycoon George Soros sent a signal to his minions and infiltrators when he stated that he sympathized with the Occupy Wall Street movement. Soros's statement dovetailed with David Plouffe, President Obama's Senior Adviser, making contact with certain newly-minted "leaders" of the "Occupy" movement across the United States to ensure that they are as politically-manipulated by the White House as a vast majority of "Tea Party" members have been manipulated by senior Republican Party officials and the billionaire Koch Brothers.

Essentially, Soros and the Koch Brothers have ensured that the anti-corporate state movement in the United States, represented by the Democratic and Republican parties, remains split between artificially-created "left" and "right" camps and fractures into even smaller competing blocs within the two major camps.

The "divide and conquer" strategy is frustrating real attempts to mobilize the American people against Wall Street and lobbyist-occupied Washington.

Plouffe and his operatives want to ensure that the "Occupy" street protests generically call for "jobs," "public education," "Social Security," "health care," and the "environment," as long as they do not take on an anti-Obama tone. Essentially, protesters can call for "jobs," and the Soros-funded manipulators will claim on the slight-expanding main stream media coverage of the "Occupy" protests that the protesters want the Congress to approve Obama's jobs bill. When the protesters call for "health care for all," the Soros opinion manipulators will tell the main stream media that the protesters are against any repeal of "Obamacare."

This campaign to infiltrate the "Occupy" movement has all the fingerprints of Cass Sunstein, the head of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. Sunstein has pioneered in the use of social networking and media technologies to engage in "cognitive infiltration" of anti-government movements. Now that the White House and Soros are engaged in joint damage control, Sunstein's policies are being applied throughout the main stream and social media. One meme that has been spread is that the protesters lack "goals" and a "single voice."

Gawker.com is reporting that now entering the scene is the top-shelf Manhattan public relations firm Workhouse Publicity, whose clients include Saks Fifth Avenue and Mercedes-Benz, hardly firms that would sympathize with unemployed protesters, which has pro bono started to send out press releases to the corporate media on behalf of the "Occupy" movement.

At the progressive Democratic "Take Back the American Dream" conference in Washington, the "Occupy" movement was being hailed by many of the same groups that are funded, some to almost 100 percent, by Soros and his affiliated tax-free contrivances, including the Open Society Institute/Foundation and Tides Foundation. WMR learned that Plouffe was in contact with many of the organizations involved in the progressive conference to ensure that anti-Obama rhetoric was tamped down. The move succeeded with anti-Obama feelings only being discussed by union and other activist rank-and-file attendees and not by any of the speakers who represented such Soros-supported conference sponsors as Center for American Progress, Media Matters,MoveOn.org, and Netroots Nation.

Soros, working with the Obama White House, has called into service veterans of popular movement catalytic and infiltration movements, including "themed revolution" and social media uprisings, in Egypt, Tunisia, Syria, Libya, Iran, Ukraine, Serbia, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Lebanon and other countries. The "Arab Spring" backfired on Soros and his allies because the infiltrators could not guarantee the majority of the protesters would be pro-West, pro-capitalist, and ambivalent on Israel.

The major marching orders for these infiltrators is to take over the "leadership vacuum" of the "Occupy" movement and steer it into voicing support for Obama's pro-Wall Street policies without the protesters, themselves, unaware that they are supporting the status quo. The strategy is to ensure that no new and unrecognized leaders appear from within the movement, whether from union or political rank-and-file ranks. Leaders who are not already known quantities and who might resist control by political and financial interests will be eclipsed by those who have been on the Soros payroll for years.

The only way for the Occupy movement to ensure its independence is to begin fashioning protest signs that read: "SOROS IS WALL STREET!"and "OBAMA - OWNED AND OPERATED BY WALL STREET!"

I have made contact with the author of the definitive book on Operation Gladio (more on him and his book later) and he tells me that BBC's Timewatch documentary is very, very good. Please take the time this weekend and watch it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fB6nViwJcM. I will be talking about this more, particularly in light of certain revelations coming from Iraq, PakistaWen, and Libya.

Another video that I find to be very good (so far, I haven't seen it all) is The Secret History of the Global Financial Collapse. I'm watching to see how much of the truth the authors tell. It can be seen here:

Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya has broken some very important stories on Libya in the last two weeks. Did anyone see them reproduced on Alternet, Common Dreams, Counterpunch, Huffington Post, Democracy Now!, and the like that fill my inbox with information? If not, there is a reason for that. It is certainly not because what Mahdi has to say is not newsworthy! He has documents to support all of the information he is sharing with us. We have two more installments before the release of blockbuster, irrefutable information that the war against Libya is a fraud. Clearly, to ignore this information is to support the war against Libya--Africa--and continues the illusion that President Obama only inherited bad wars.

Once one is confronted with the genocidal truth of Obama's policies in Africa, the question must be asked, "What are we prepared to do about it?" If people are denied the important information, they will never ask themselves this all-important question. Stay tuned for the third, fourth, and final blockbuster revelations of the upcoming installments of information coming from Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya and company.

Breaking Point Rich-Poor

Will rich-poor cause class warfare?

http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/wired-success/201009/will-income-inequality-cause-class-warfare

News flash: class warfare is already being waged, and, contrary to what right-wing ideologues might like everyone to believe, it's the ultra-rich who are waging this war, and they've been doing so for decades:

“There’s class warfare, all right, but it's my class, the rich class, that’s making war, and we’re winning.”

-- Warren Buffet, New York Times, November 26, 2006

The Class War in America: The Rich Get Richer...

by Joel S. Hirschhorn

Global Research
September 28, 2011

Much is being said by Republicans about a class war being waged by President Obama and Democrats. In their fantasy world this class war is attacking so called job creators. All this talk is pure nonsense, absolutely false and misleading, intentional political garbage designed to intentionally mislead gullible Americans to believe the lies. Here is the truth: There has, indeed, been a class war waged in the US ; it has been going on for a good thirty years. And this real war has been won.

There are official data over time called the Gini index or coefficient between zero and one that is a statistical measure of economic inequality. When it is zero national income is evenly distributed among all citizens, and when it is one all the income goes to one person. Obviously the Gini figure will be somewhere between zero and one. Some nations have very low values and others very high ones. In the high category is the US . But more important is that the index has changed over time, rising from about 1980 to current times, after it had remained fairly stable over several decades. That significant rise from about .37 to .45 shows unequivocally that the rich got richer as most of the population in the middle class and below lost ground.

To truly appreciate what has happened you must seriously examine some data. For example, between 1979 and 2005 the inflation-adjusted income of families in the middle of the income distribution rose 21 percent. That is very slow growth, especially compared with the 100 percent rise in median income over a generation after World War II when inequality actually decreased. More importantly, over the same period, the income of the very rich, the top 100th of 1 percent of the income distribution, rose by 480 percent. Absorb that number for a few moments. In 2005 dollars, the average annual income of that group rose from $4.2 million to $24.3 million. Those numbers describe the true class war in which the rich and powerful were the clear winner.

Presently, according to new estimates by the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center, one-fourth of those with incomes of more than $1 million a year pay income and payroll tax of 12.6 percent of their income or less, putting their tax burden below that of many in the middle class who are likely pay twice that amount or even more. The class war winners are clear.

Need more convincing? Consider data from the Tax Foundation. Between 1987 and 2008, the share of income controlled by the top 1 percent grew to 20 percent from 12 percent. That equates to a total share growth of 67 percent. During the same period, their share of taxes went to 28 percent from 24 percent, indicating a share growth of 17 percent. Follow that? The top 1 percent share of income grew nearly five times faster than their share of taxes: 67 percent versus 17 percent. Pretty darn good deal. So forget all that malarkey from Republicans that the rich pay so much of the nation’s taxes unfairly. The class war winners are reaping the rewards of a two-party plutocracy that they own.

Here is another dose of class war reality. The top 1 percent share of total pre-tax income rose from about 10 percent in 1980 to 21 percent in 2008, a nice doubling that helps explain the rise in economic inequality. It really pays to win the class war.

[Continued... (http://globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=26821)]

------------------------------

But because the establishment waved Michael Moore in our faces, we're supposed to just ignore all that now.

Wall Street (http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=17667) is now synonymous with "free market capitalism" (rather than corporate fascism), and anyone who dares assert otherwise is immediately and arrogantly accused of being a liberty-hating "socialist" or "communist."

Hence the point I keep making that it isn't just the mush-headed Marxist types at Occupy Wall Street who are being deceived and manipulated by elite-funed propaganda. Many if not most of their right-wing critics are being played like fiddles as well.

Do you remember them labeling w/term ( the silent majority)?

I actualy heard a politician saying on stage, We ( the Gov) know what the silent majority want and were giving it to them. Early 70's.     Go figure!

The report cites Sparks Street, the Bank of Canada building, the World Exchange Plaza and the Human Rights Memorial as possible locations for the protests, ultimately losing in favour of Confederation Park.

Fortunately, people are starting to wake up to this manipulation. The problem is that this awakening hasn't reached critical mass yet (as the false and pointless debate over which head of the multi-headed banking monster is the "real enemy" illustrates).

The real culprit message is getting out!

Only to a small extent, because the true culprit is privilege (see this (http://savingcommunities.org/issues/), this (http://www.monetary.org/review-of-robert-de-fremerys-rights-vs-privileges/2010/12) and this (http://www.progress.org/archive/hgjr8a.htm)).

But that doesn't make for a catchy enough slogan, so everyone ignores it and wastes time arguing over which side of the oligarchical coin is the "real enemy."

What about an Occupy the TSA movement?

As I tried to explain here (http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=198869.0), no form of mass resistance -- no matter how well-intentioned -- has any chance of success unless it's based on an agreed-upon policy agenda. And not just any policy agenda, but one that allows a critical mass of people to unite from all across the political spectrum (you don't have to be a "capitalist" to be opposed to Nazi-style police state measures or imperialist wars of aggression, and you don't have to be a "socialist" to be opposed to corporate welfare or banker bailouts).

If we spread our limited time and resources too thin attacking (non-violently) hundreds of different brush fires, we'll never get anywhere. That's why I advocate concentrating our energy in a focused effort to exert non-stop, round-the-clock pressure on Congress to implement said agenda, since it was bad public policy that created all these political and socioeconomic brush fires in the first place.

From the website--
http://occupyvancouver.com/index.php?page=2

What is the goal? Why are we protesting?

"This protest cannot be boiled down to a simple soundbite because this protest is ambitiously seeking a complex, fundamental, philosophical change in the social, political, and economic infrastructure of our country... The strength of Occupy... lies in the ambiguity of its mission. There is no laundry list of specific, unreasonable, and untenable demands. There is only the demand for change. Change of, by, and for the people, enacted by our elected officials. If the powers-that-be respond with absolutely nothing, then it is clear that they will never, ever be interested in effecting substantial change of our financial system, no matter how strong public support may be."

- Edward Murray, Huffington Post"

Let's have a closer look at what Edward is saying--

1. "The strength of Occupy... lies in the ambiguity of its mission." --Strength from ambiguity?! Since when? Strength for who?-the gov intel controllers behind the scenes if the protestors do not have a clear set of demands/objectives?

2. "There is no laundry list of specific, unreasonable, and untenable demands." --Unreasonable, untenable? Okay, then let's have some reasonable tenable ones--fyi--see Webster Tarpley's 5 Point Program--
Have a look at this "laundry list" you need it.
http://tarpley.net/five-point-program.pdf

3. "There is only the demand for change. Change of, by, and for the people, enacted by our elected officials." --well that sounds familiar--the demand for change. Change equals more Hope & Change which equals the people get screwed and the banksters make a killing.

4. "If the powers-that-be respond with absolutely nothing, then it is clear that they will never, ever be interested in effecting substantial change of our financial system, no matter how strong public support may be." -- "I'm gonna give you one more chance said the masochist to the sadist." PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if you don't ALREADY KNOW THIS NOW--YOU ARE ASLEEP!

FYI--Don't listen to these agents of the controllers (or else he is a complete idiot--one or the other) like Edward Murray of the Huffington Post.

If you don't have specific a set of demands/goals, you will be manipulated and used by the elite that you claim to be protesting against.

Canoby: I agree(agreeing with someone who said "no more of the END The FED Stuff"), no more of this End the Fed stuff. That isn't what unifies us, it divides many of us.
Canoby: We have one singlepurpose.. to support the Occupation on Wall Street and those all over the country and the world, but mostly to support the Occupation on Wall Street and those all over the country.[There was more but i couldnt get it.]

THEY DID NOT WANT PEOPLE TO HEAR OR SEE "END THE FED".

They stopped the chat and posted [above]this to me.The movement has truly been hi-jacked as we all knew it would be.

A reader posted the following comment regarding the Occupy Wall Street protests:

I am so proud of all you people who are showing your back bones, to stand up and put a stop to the Banking cartel, who is defining History, by insisting that We The People, use their Fiat Money system. Our Constitution states, that Only Gold and Silver shall be used as lawful Money. The So Called Federal Government, is really only to have Ten Square Miles, in which to conduct their so called wisdom to Protect the Sovereign States. But look at how much territory they call, Federal lands etc. We Have a rouge Government, which is completely out of control. Your movements of collective peaceful protests, are the beginning of the end for the crooked Fiat Money people. I am a WWII Vet, South Pacific Campaign. 94 years young, handy capped, from War Injuries. I want you to know from my Heart, I am so proud of each and every one of you. So Hang in there, your movement is just what this Country needs.

I’m not certain whether the reader is one of these gentlemen attending the Occupy Wall Street protests:

Corrupt Politicians As Enablers of Corruption

The Oathkeepers and conservative alternative media powerhouse Alex Jones also zero in on the Federal Reserve system as a core problem. As Oath Keepers notes in its announcement:

Oath Keepers is planning to “Occupy The Fed Now!” and publicize this to remind the Occupy Wall Street people that the Fed is the source problem, without which the Wall Street criminals would be set back a hundred years. I will be posting our press release and a longer list of groups and orgs who will be joining Oath Keepers in this initiative.

We are currently drawing up our press release regarding our own response to the Occupy Wall Street phenomenon, which will be Oath Keepers’ official statement. We are now planning an official Oath Keepers project which we’ve named “Occupy The Fed Now!”.

Yes, Oath Keepers has seen the need to block the attempted takeover of the populist movement generally referred to as Occupy Wall Street.

In an extensive phone conference on the evening of October 04, 2011, we heard from Oath Keepers who have attended Occupy Wall Street, Occupy Boston, Occupy Los Angeles, and Occupy Seattle. The overall consensus from our people at these rallies is that most people attending the rallies are very open-minded to the Oath Keepers mission/message, and that they are hungry for answers. Indeed, our reports indicate that many Americans right now are awakening, in droves it seems, and they are full of questions for which we have the answer – the Constitution for the united States of America.

While progressives might assume that the Fed has helped the economy from getting worse, or that the importance of ending the Fed is being overhyped, top economists and financial experts disagree. See this, this and this.

As I pointed out...

If you don't have specific a set of demands/goals, you will be manipulated and used by the elite that you claim to be protesting against.

The problem is that many "end the Fed' activists are themselves guilty of this, because they continually beg the question of what we should replace the Fed with without ever addressing it.

That may sound like nitpicking but it's not. Why? Because fractional reserve banking (http://www.webofdebt.com/articles/ponzi.php) was around long before the Fed, and was the very reason why the rich and powerful bankers who created the Fed became so rich and powerful in the first place. Thus, "ending" the latter doesn't necessarily mean "ending" the former. And if you don't end the former (i.e., fractional reserve banking), then super-rich bankers will simply use their wealth and power to fill the power vacuum created by the Fed's abolishment with something even worse -- only this time on a global scale.

So as far as I'm concerned, chanting "end the Fed" all day long is the logical equivalent of saying over and over again: "Cut the weed off at ground-level! Cut the weed off at ground-level!"

Why I keep having to explain this is beyond me.

Well Geo, all that said, and please keep in mind this is not being said in a snotty, sarcastic, snarly way, because you raised a very valid point; what would you suggest that we replace the Fed with?

What I've been saying for years in this forum we should replace it with: a debt-free Greenback system.

For details, please see the following thread:

Democrats Seek to Own 'Occupy Wall Street' Movement
By ANALYSIS By RICK KLEIN— | ABC News

(http://l2.yimg.com/bt/api/res/1.2/oGbiA5ek7xHU.sw2jpeciA--/YXBwaWQ9eW5ld3M7Y2g9MzEwMDtjcj0xO2N3PTQ3MTY7ZHg9MDtkeT0wO2ZpPXVsY3JvcDtoPTQxNTtxPTg1O3c9NjMw/http://media.zenfs.com/en_us/News/ap_webfeeds/c172875cb5391b16fb0e6a706700bd05.jpg)

Occupation can lead to ownership, whether or not you want it.

The spread of the "Occupy Wall Street" movement was met with initial hesitation in both the Democratic and Republican parties. That might be an appropriate response to any protests that aim themselves squarely at the establishment, particularly those with goals that are diverse and diffuse as the current protesters' are.

But a consensus is emerging among Democrats that the "Occupy" movement is worth tapping into, even helping along and joining with in some instances.

"I support the message to the establishment," House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said on ABC's "This Week." "Change has to happen. We cannot continue in a way that does not -- that is not relevant to their lives. People are angry."

To Democrats eager for a liberal antidote to the Tea Party energy that lifted Republicans to power last year, the "Occupy" rallies that started in New York last month and have spread to cities nationwide are tempting to embrace.

All of these protests must be crawling with CIA: spooks - agent provocateurs, and celebrity hacks trying to infiltrate this movement/event. This is exactly what Webster Tarpley has been warning against--if you don't have a clear set of demands you will be co-opted into "their" plan.

This would be an awful irony: Occupy turns into a pro Democrat re-election for the Wall Street puppet himself, aka Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama...it's about as cruel a joke as his Hope & Change kool aid.

That's why I applaud Alex for launching Occupy the Fed.

I just wish he'd stop falling into the trap of using "Wall Street (http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=17667)" and "free market capitalism" as though they were interchangeable terms, because they're not. To protest the former is not to protest the latter (despite what Federal Reserve insider Herman Cain (http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=218228.msg1302432;topicseen#msg1302432) would have everyone believe):

Protests: Both Conservatives and Liberals Are Right

Just Looking at Different Sides of the Same Coin

Washington’s Blog
October 10, 2011

The Occupy Wall Street protests are obviously targeting Wall Street, i.e. the giant banks.

The Occupy the Fed protests – led by Alex Jones, the Oathkeepers and other conservatives – are targeting the Federal Reserve. *

While some are trying to weaken these two movements through a divide-and-conquer strategy, the truth is that they are two sides of the same coin.

Specifically, the corrupt, giant banks would never have gotten so big and powerful on their own. In a free market, the leaner banks with sounder business models would be growing (http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2011/01/%E2%80%9Cthe-vast-majority-of-this-contraction-of-credit-availability-to-american-industry-has-been-by-the-larger-banks%E2%80%9D.html), while the giants who made reckless speculative gambles would have gone bust. See this (http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2011/08/i-n-s-o-l-v-e-n-t-citigroup-was-in-debt-to-the-fed-7-out-of-every-10-days-from-august-2007-through-april-2010.html), this (http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2011/08/bank-of-america-stock-is-up-but-so-are-credit-default-swaps-and-puts.html) and this (http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2009/10/the-largest-u-s-banks-have-repeatedly-gone-bankrupt-due-to-wild-speculation-the-fed-blessed-the-speculation-then-helped-cover-up-the-bankruptcies.html).

It is the Federal Reserve, Treasury and Congress who have repeatedly bailed out the big banks, ensured they make money at taxpayer expense, exempted them from standard accounting practices and the criminal and fraud laws which govern the little guy, encouraged insane amounts of leverage, and enabled the too big to fail banks – through “moral hazard” – to become even more reckless.

Indeed, the government made them big in the first place. As I noted (http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2009/10/debunking-the-too-big-to-fail-myth.html) in 2009:

-----------------

As MIT economics professor and former IMF chief economist Simon Johnson points out (http://) today, the official White House position is that:

-----------------

And given that the 12 Federal Reserve banks are private – see this (http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2011/07/the-federal-reserve-admits-that-its-12-banks-are-private-not-government-entities.html), this (http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2011/07/federal-reserve-attorneys-fed-banks-are-not-agencies-but-independent-corporations-with-private-boards-of-directors.html) and this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwIZ4syCFLc) – the giant banks have a huge amount of influence on what the Fed does. Indeed, the money-center banks in New York control the New York Fed, the most powerful Fed bank. Indeed, Jamie Dimon – the head of JP Morgan Chase – is a Director of the New York Fed (http://www.newyorkfed.org/aboutthefed/org_nydirectors.html).

Any attempt by the left to say that the free market is all bad and the government is all good is naive and counter-productive (http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2011/10/conservatives-support-protests.html).

And any attempt by the right to say that we should leave the giant banks alone because that’s the free market are wrong (http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2009/10/capitalism-socialism-or-fascism.html).

The Federal Reserve and the giant banks are part of a single malignant, symbiotic relationship. Conservatives and liberals should unite in breaking up both.

* This is an over-simplification. In reality, many conservatives and people who would like to end the Fed are part of the Wall Street protests … and reining in the Fed is one of the central platforms of Occupy Wall Street (http://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.washingtonsblog.com+protest+%22Federal+reserve%22&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a).

Has 'Occupy America' Already Been Controlled?
Rense.com
10-10-11

The vaunted 'Occupy America' movement...the salvation of our dying country?

How about calling at least the many hundreds (thousands?) of 'protesters' in these two videos what they shamelessly and embarrassingly are:
Mind-Controlled Dupes.

The following 'Occupy Atlanta' video reveals the 'protestors' to be essentially drooling, shamelessly compliant IDIOTS.

See for  yourself...watch them ECHO CHANTING in utter Pavlovian obedience to their mind control 'facilitator' with the mic....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QZlp3eGMNI

Incidentally, the older black gentleman to the right of the Kommissar with the mic is Rep John Lewis...elder civil rights statesman who had been invited to speak.  However, the mind control 'facilitator' kept invoking the mindless, hopeless throng to echo chant until, finally, Rep Thompson said something like 'To hell with this shit' and left.

AND...to prove this is apparently no isolated incident, here is a second video, this one from an 'Occupy Wall Street' New York demonstration which shows the sheep obediently responding to the same exact disempowering mind control techniques:  ehco chanting on cue just like the programmed saps in Atlanta...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkM3BBtc7N0

(For more on the agitator in this video, go here...)
http://djosiris.blogspot.com/2011/10/occupy-wall-street-affiliated-with.html

These pathetic, well-intentioned, clueless, misguided people are toast.  Done.  Finished as a genuine force for challenging evil, and for true INDEPENDENT thought and thinking.

Notice how both men with the mics are using the same techniques to mind-control and dumb-down the assembled sheep who evidence the same individuality, thought and drive as a pile of ROCKS.

This is truly an obscenity.  How STUPID they appear...how laughable...how comically impotent...like little imbecilic nursery school children.  This is the best the 'resistance' America can come up with? Echo Chanting zombies texting and tweeting on iPhones, iPads, and Blackberries...truly a macabre and morbid sight to behold.

The 'Occupy America' movement has apparently, and predictably, been penetrated to its core by the very power base it purports to challenge.

As these videos make profoundly obvious, IF these chanting monkeys are even close to being the norm, the controllers - and their cleverly inserted teams of agents provocateurs and psy ops assets - have absolutely NOTHING to worry about.

Occupy Wall Street is COINTELPRO (Phony Opposition)

October 10, 2011
IMPORTANT:   Controlled opposition scam alert....The "OCCUPY AMERICA MOVEMENT".

It's everywhere!  Just like Arab Spring for North America!  and it's sooooooo grass roots and spontaneous!

[Editor's Note: The "tell" is the  publicity this is getting from the TV Networks who spin it as the Democratic Party equivalent of the Tea Party.]

by Richard Evans
(henrymakow.com)

COINTELPRO was the FBI acronym for 'Counter Intelligence Program'. COINTELPRO not only infiltrated domestic antiwar and civil rights protest groups, it also created them.  By 1968, the largest leading 'counterculture' groups were entirely FBI/CIA controlled.

In fact the leading 'Anti-Establishment' figures of the late 60's early 70's were outed years later as having been double agents for the CIA.

LSD promoter Harvard Dr. Timothy Leary;  feminist icon and co-founder editor of MS Magazine, Gloria Steinem -- who persists today as an icon of feminism.

COINTELPRO never went away, it got privatized.

ORGANIZED BY A SERBIAN OUTFIT

OCCUPY WALL STREET and the OCCUPY TOGETHER MOVEMENT is the work of SERBIAN contract revolution organizers the CENTER FOR APPLIED NONVIOLENT ACTION AND STRATEGIES [C.A.N.V.A.S]  in Belgrade and it's field operative organizer company, "OPTOR!"

So don't you believe it when ABC says "Everybody and nobody are in charge...."  or the Guardian hints, "rumors persist the group "Anonymous" is behind the Occupy Together Movement".

The cover story is that back in 1998 some college students at the University of Belgrade that were unhappy with totalitarian regime of Slobodan Milošević decided it would be fun to topple the Serbian government.  The smartest guy in the room, Ivan Marovic, allegedly dreamed up a grass roots strategy and they went to work organizing protests as OTPOR! which means RESISTANCE! in English.

The group was helped by the fact that the US and NATO started bombing the heck out of Serbia in 1999 accelerated the fall of Slobodan Milošević (below left) by 2000.  Western media hailed Marovic and OTPOR! as new age geniuses, but it came out later that Ivan Marovic's stragegy and program came from a Boston think tank's subversion manual, 'From Dictatorship to Democracy' by a Harvard Professor named Gene Sharp.

Hundreds of copies of the Boston manual were provided in the Serbian language by the Albert Einstein Institution - "a non-profit organization that specializes in the study of the methods of non-violent resistance in conflicts".

A documentary on Professor Sharp's global influence on the revolutions export, "How to Start a Revolution" was released in September 2011. It won awards at the Boston Film Festival and London's Raindance Film Festival on October 2nd 2011.

Basking in media hype that OTPOR! had toppled the big bad Serbian regime, Ivan Marovic and his band of merry pranksters founded the CENTER FOR APPLIED NONVIOLENT ACTION AND STRATEGIES [C.A.N.V.A.S] .  It occupies an office building in downtown Belgrade, which plans revolutions and trains organizers in subversive strategy and tactics for money.  . The Belgrade office is nicknamed 'Revolution University'.

PEELING THE ONION

Well, hold the bus. That's the story currently on the Internet, but it omits the same operation in the color and flower revolutions dating back to Czechoslovakia 1989. The VELVET Revolution.
Radio Prague history online:
http://archiv.radio.cz/history/history15.html

Word on the street in Prague was that there was KGB involvement getting it started, and we know there was CIA support and Western funding as well.  That may be a meaningful case in itself, and the history of these 'people's revolutions' mustn't be allowed to fall through the cracks of mainstream media.  OTPOR's being portrayed as the genesis of 'people power' but it was the baby on the block in 1998.    The news today is scripted for an audience born after 1987, evidently.

C.A.N.V.A.S.  even markets a computer game that teaches all ages how to start your own revolution called  "People Power".  Marovic said candidly in a documentary interview that the game was funded by one of the original backers of Otpor!  A previous version of the game was called 'A Force More Powerful'.

Marovic said he can personally train only 150 subversives a year, the game reaches tens of thousand at a price of ten dollars a download.   I've reviewed the game and attest it's a highly detailed simulation of how these export revolutions are organized, complete with 'establishment' reactions.

The so-called 'spontaneous'  'Twitter' Revolutions in the Middle East in February.  Who do you think is organizing the unemployed, uneducated, angry Middle East youth who are the brown shirts of these revolutions?  The Carnegie Foundation says the most wonderful things about them.

Webster Tarpley on now---Occupy Wall Street Updates and Analysis

For the past two shows, Tarpley has been interviewing a guy from New York named "Eric" (not sure what his last name is) about what he's been observing and experiencing at Occupy Wall Street.

Here's a key eyewitness account that many Prison Planet Forum members seem blissfully unaware of:

-------------------------------

Eric:  "Who did we see at Wall Street? We saw -- first and foremost, of course, Michael Moore. Michael Moore shows up, of course, gets his face in front of the cameras. I will say, though -- and this is important to note, -- Michael Moore was not well received by the majority of the people there. I happened to be there when he showed up to film the Lawrence O'Donnell show for MSNBC, and I would say that at least 80-85% of the park went up in groans when they were told that Michael Moore had shown up."

Tarpley:  "Hahahah. That did not get on Olbermann."

Eric:  "Right, right."

I don't Know why but I woke up with search words in my head,
The OWS  protests just expanding and i read the facebook pages that have lots of talk
but now real solutions and the blind just come out and support us. with no end game plan laid out
to the masses.got me thinking.
This may be the outrage trigger that they thought the tea party would become
the problem was the tea party had very direct goals to hold to, yes they (or where)could still be co-opted.
With the loose control structure and openness lets say, Un-American groups.
with out a set goal to end their protest it leaves room to go on endlessly and spiral out of control.

Wall Street sit-in protest goes global

2:00am EDT
By Michel Rose

MILAN (Reuters) - Protesters worldwide geared up for a cry of rage on Saturday against bankers, financiers and politicians they accuse of ruining global economies and condemning millions to poverty and hardship through greed.

Galvanised by the past month's Occupy Wall Street movement, the global protest began on a sunny spring day in New Zealand and is due to ripple round the world to Alaska via London, Frankfurt, Washington and New York.

Riot police prepared for any trouble -- cities such as London and Athens have seen violent confrontations this year -- but it was impossible to say how many people would actually turn out despite a rallying call across social media websites.

"I've been waiting for this protest for a long time, since 2008," said Daniel Schreiber, 28, an editor in Berlin. "I was always wondering why people aren't outraged and why nothing has happened and finally, three years later, it's happening."

New Zealand and Australia got the ball rolling while most of traditionally reserved Asia was quiet. Several hundred people marched up the main street in Auckland, New Zealand's biggest city, joining a rally in the city square where about 3,000 chanted and banged drums, denouncing corporate greed.

About 200 gathered in the capital Wellington and 50 in a park in the earthquake-hit southern city of Christchurch.

In Sydney, about 2,000 people, including representatives of Aboriginal groups, communists and trade unionists, protested outside the central Reserve Bank of Australia.

"I think people want real democracy," said Nick Carson, a spokesman for OccupyMelbourne.Org, as about 1,000 gathered in the Australian city. "They don't want corporate influence over their politicians. They want their politicians to be accountable."

Hundreds marched in Tokyo, including anti-nuclear protesters. Dozens in Manila, capital of the Philippines, marched on the U.S. Embassy waving banners reading: "Down with U.S. imperialism" and "Philippines not for sale."

The protests are billed as peaceful. But in a sign of what may happen, a group of students stormed Goldman Sachs's offices in the Italian city of Milan on Friday.

The students broke into the hall of the Goldman Sachs building in the heart of Milan's financial district. The protests were quickly dispersed but red graffiti was daubed on its walls expressing anger at Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and saying "Give us money."

Demonstrators also hurled eggs at the headquarters of UniCredit, Italy's biggest bank.

Italian police were on alert for thousands to march in Rome against austerity measures planned by Berlusconi's government.

SOMETHING HAPPENING HERE

In Britain, demonstrators aim to converge on the City of London -- a leading international financial center -- under the banner "Occupy the Stock Exchange."

"We have people from all walks of life joining us every day," said Spyro, one of those behind a Facebook page in London which has grown to some 12,000 followers in a few weeks.

Spyro, a 28-year-old who has a well-paid job and did not want to give his full name, summed up the main target of the global protests as "the financial system."

Angry at taxpayer bailouts of banks since 2008 and at big bonuses still paid to some who work in them while unemployment blights the lives of many young Britons, he said: "People all over the world, we are saying, 'Enough is enough'."

Greek protesters aligned with Spain's "Indignant" movement called an anti-austerity rally for Saturday in Athens' Syntagma square, scene of many rallies during the financial meltdown.

"What is happening in Greece now is the nightmare awaiting other countries in the future. Solidarity is people's weapon," the Real Democracy group said in a statement calling on people to join the protest.

TIME TO UNITE

Concrete demands are few other than a general sense that the "greedy and corrupt" rich, and especially banks, should pay more and that elected governments are not listening.

"It's time for us to unite; it's time for them to listen; people of the world, rise up!" proclaimed the website United for #GlobalChange. "We are not goods in the hands of politicians and bankers who do not represent us ... We will peacefully demonstrate, talk and organize until we make it happen."

In Germany, where sympathy for southern Europe's debt troubles is patchy, the financial center of Frankfurt and the European Central Bank in particular are expected to be a focus of marches called by the Real Democracy Now movement.

In the United States, the hundreds of protesters at Manhattan's Zuccotti Park called for more people to join them. Their example has also prompted calls for similar occupations in dozens of U.S. cities from Saturday.

In Houston, protesters plan to tap into anger at big oil companies.

Still, some analysts thought the protest momentum in some countries such as Greece and Spain was wearing out.

"More people agree with these protests than actually take part," said Professor Mary Bossis of the University of Piraeus.

Despite despair over austerity measures that have slashed wages and pensions and put hundreds of thousands out of work, the spark for sustained action was lacking, she said.

"There is anger, there is rage ... but what it takes to overturn the current situation is missing," she said.

The targets of the protesters' wrath are also unlikely to be around to feel it. The City of London, for example, is deserted at weekends as wealthy city workers head for the golf club, country house or generally enjoy a spot of rest and recreation.

US using thugs to silence people

The “Occupy Wall Street”(OWS) movement emerged on September 17, when a group of people began rallying in New York's financial district to protest at 'corporate greed' and top-level corruption in the country.

The campaign has now spread to nearly 70 major cities, including Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Boston, as well as more than 600 communities across the nation. It is reportedly being supported through 'Occupy' events in close to 1,600 cities across the globe.

Press TV has conducted an interview with author and historian Webster Griffin Tarpley from Washington to further talk over the issue and get an analytical view point from him.

What follows is the script of the interview:

Press TV: Webster Griffin Tarpley, I'd like to get your reaction to some of the statements that have been made, examples as it has been said of the far right trying to frighten some of these protestors and everyday Americans.

Let's look at Congressman Eric Cantor inciting fear that it's the mob that is occupying our cities and then we had Glen Beck predicting that the protestors will come for you, drag you into the street and kill you. Why are you getting such reactions in your country as the examples I just stated and what do you make of that?

Tarpley: Part of it has to do with the tremendous programmatic weakness, the programmatic void of these demonstrations, the people running these things, and we know who they are, have insisted on leaving it all as a blank slate and naturally these reactionaries and proto-fascists that you mentioned are running to fill in the blanks, loony left and whatever else you can say.

I think this is the problem. This is a mass strike upsurge, and the problem with a mass strike upsurge is that the forces of the old order attempt to extend their social control over it and typically in the United States that means the foundations, that is the domestic counterinsurgency apparatus that Wall Street ultimately uses.

The foundation I think that has played the leading role here is Adbusters of Vancouver, British, Colombia, Canada and their operative or similar to them on the scene is a woman called Alexa O'Brien and they are ones who have imposed the idea that there should not be a program and instead everything has to go through this endless General Assembly that debates and debates and debates with filibusters and days go by and nothing is done.

They talk for hours about what to order for lunch and they have no demands and as long as it is a blank slate of demands, then these are the people who will come in. Now, a couple of examples on how this is dangerous: in Atlanta, their General Assembly did something, I think, was crazy and racist really.

John Lewis, of the Civil Rights Veteran goes back to Martin Luther King, who is the local Congressman, came to the Atlanta General Assembly and said I'd like to say a few words of greeting and they told him no. Their consensus was no. Now this is fundamental stupidity.

If you have a student-based demonstration, you have got to reach out to black working people and the way to do that is obviously not to insult one of their most respected representatives when he comes in twice to offer his support.

Second example would be important in Oregon. The people there say that the facilitators who actually control this thing, foundation funded facilitators in most cases, they say the government just is not to make decisions but only to have a satisfying discussion process, in other words, pure subjectivity for the people that are there and the public be damned, working people be damned and nothing for them.

The question is what are the fighting clash-based demands that you are willing to go for? Another one, this Nurses Union has been really the bright spot. It is called 'American Nurses United' and they have been agitating for what we can call the Wall Street Sales Tax, the Tobin Tax, the Transaction Tax.

You want to break the power of Wall Street? Great, tax them, their great advantages, they pay no taxes and above all they pay no taxes on their turnover and therefore the demand would have to be tax Wall Street one percent that ties it up in the package.

One of the demands that has come forward thanks to agitation by some of us is a Student Loan Amnesty to cancel one trillion dollars of high interest illegitimate student loan debt which is crushing the younger generation and I guess to put it together: have the Student Loan Amnesty now, cancel all those debts and pay for that so to speak with a one percent Wall Street sales tax, in other words, shift the burden of the depression on to Wall Street.

Doesn't it do any good to run around invading against the rich, making news very timid process demands about ending corporate personhood? This is not the problem with the American people. The American people want to know where is my job; how can I stop a bank from foreclosing on my house and stealing it? …

Press TV: This thing about silencing John Lewis, if we have a member of the Congress there being silenced, then what does show in terms of what is going to happen to the protesters out on the streets? How would the one percent want to use any tactics to silence? What kind of tactics would they use to silence the Americans and the protesters out on the streets?

Tarpley: With what they are using. They are using a bunch of anarchists and this Adbusters comes from the Situationist International. Situationist International was cooked up by NATO and the CIA back in the 1950s and 60s to overthrow General [Charles] de Gaulle of France who was the target at that time.

This whole apparatus of the General Assembly, the facilitators, the consensus, the voting, the human microphone; the leaderless group is a brainwashing technique; the human microphone is a brainwashing technique.

So what they are trying to do is they are sending operatives on the left cover to sabotage and destroy from within and unfortunately, a lot of the people who go to these things are very na?ve and they fall into it. What is needed is some kind of an organized force and I would hope trade unions would wake up to this maybe in the way that the nurses have.

Intervene in those General Assemblies, kick out the facilitator, go back to majority rule which is the only tradition we have here; majority rule and rights of the minority have to be respected and get a program…

Michael Bloomberg: Occupy Wall Street is trying to destroy jobs
The New York mayor says the protests are 'not productive' given the importance of financial services to the city's economy

Staff and agencies
guardian.co.uk, Saturday 8 October 2011

The New York mayor, Michael Bloomberg, has accused the Occupy Wall Street protesters of trying to destroy jobs in the city.

In his weekly radio show, Bloomberg said the protests against the city's financial services were "not productive" given the importance of the sector to the local economy.

"What they're trying to do is take the jobs away from people working in this city," he said.

"If the jobs they are trying to get rid of in this city – the people that work in finance, which is a big part of our economy – go away, we're not going to have any money to pay our municipal employees or clean our parks or anything else."

But Bloomberg acknowledged he was sympathetic to some of the protesters' complaints.

"There are some people with legitimate complaints," he said.

The protesters are angry about the 2008 Wall Street bailout that they say allowed banks to reap huge profits while average Americans suffered high unemployment and job insecurity.

Wall Street is the backbone of the New York state economy, accounting for 13% of tax contributions.

The protesters have been camped out in Zuccotti Park in Manhattan since last month, staging mainly peaceful demonstrations and marches, although there have been some clashes with the police.

On Wednesday, about 5,000 people marched on New York's financial district, the biggest rally so far. Dozens of people were arrested and police used pepper spray on some protesters.

The demonstrators are also campaigning against other social and economic inqualities in American life, including the gap between rich and poor, as well as what they regard as a corrupt political system.

The protest movement has now spread to other US cities from Tampa to Seattle, leading senior politicians to cautiously express sympathy with some of their concerns.

On Thursday the president, Barack Obama, and the vice-president, Joe Biden, acknowledged the frustration and anger of the protesters.

The New York governor, Andrew Cuomo, has also said he understands the anger being felt by the protesters but had to balance that with the economic importance of Wall Street to the state.

Live stream moderators banned me for "END THE FED!" comments, the comments there are insane.like "we need the military on the street" "take all your money out of the bank"-on the Global revolution channel. This is what they posted to me. They stopped the channel and said:

A young person we know, educated with a BS degree and now 30-years-old has these same attitudes.  I was shocked.

Ending the Fed was viewed as "what about all the people who have morgages and loans?  They have them because of the Federal Reserve.  What would we do without the Federal Reserve?"

I was told they anticipate violence to get things right as it will eventually have to come to that.  I was also told that I should pick out a target for when that time comes.

I was told killing foreign leaders like Gaddaffi was a good thing because they were oppressing a lesser group, and that is the way to handle it, go in and kill them all, in all the countries.

btw, this person works hard for Ron Paul's election and "loves him" -- go figure.

There are going to be some goofs that come to the protests in NYC, but don't worry more people who are anti-FED are in the majority.

The gov't media just goes to the kooks to discredit the movement as a whole.  However the real Anti-FED/Anti-Banker movement is real I assure you.

Occupy Wall Street and "The American Autumn": Is It a "Colored Revolution"?
Part I

by Michel Chossudovsky

Excerpt--
"Manufacturing Dissent"

At the same time, "manufactured dissent" is intent upon promoting political and social divisions (e.g. within and between political parties and social movements). In turn, it encourages the creation of factions within each and every organization.

With regard to the anti-globalization movement, this process of division and fragmentation dates back to the early days of the World Social Forum. (See Michel Chossudovsky, Manufacturing Dissent: The Anti-globalization Movement is Funded by the Corporate Elites, Global Research, September 20, 2010)

Most of the progressive organizations of the post-World War II period, including the European "Left" have, in the course of the last thirty years, been transformed and remoulded. The "Free Market" system (Neoliberalism) is the consensus of the "Left". This applies, among others, to the Socialist Party in France, the Labour Party in Britain, the Social Democrats in Germany, not to mention the Green Party in France and Germany.

In the US, bi-partisanship is not the result of the interplay of Congressional party politics. A handful of powerful corporate lobby groups control both the Republicans and the Democrats. The "bi-partisan consensus" is established by the elites who operate behind the scenes. It is enforced by the main corporate lobby groups, which exert a stranglehold over both major political parties.

In turn, the leaders of the AFL-CIO have also been co-opted by the corporate establishment against the grassroots of the US labor movement.

The leaders of organized labor attend the annual meetings of the Davos World Economic Forum (WEF). They collaborate with the Business Roundtable. But at the same time, the grassroots of the US labor movement has sought to to carry out organizational changes which contribute to democratizing the leadership of individual trade unions.

The elites will promote a "ritual of dissent" with a high media profile, with the support of network TV, the corporate news as well as the internet.

Scott Olsen On Ed Schultz: Iraq Vet Injured At Occupy Oakland Speaks Out On MSNBC (VIDEO)

Ed Schultz interviewed Scott Olsen, the Iraq war veteran who was struck in the head and critically injured by a police projectile during an Occupy Oakland protest, on his Tuesday show. It was Olsen's first live TV interview since the footage of his injury caused an international outcry.

Olsen is recovering from his head injury, but, as Schultz said, "there is still no official answer about what hit him that night or who launched it." Calling him a "tough Wisconsin kid," Schultz asked Olsen how he was doing.

"I'm doing better every day," Olsen said. "...It's not always been a pleasant process." In a sign of just how much the injury had affected him, Olsen's speech was still halting and sometimes garbled as he spoke. However, he said this was an improvement over his condition shortly after the projectile hit him.

"My brain was working okay, but I couldn't get words out of my mouth," he said. Schultz asked him how he felt to suddenly be an international figure of the Occupy protests.

"When I woke up in the hospital it was kind of weird to be a national news story like I became," he said. "It was a bit overwhelming, but I'm happy to step into these shoes and guide this movement and be somebody to look up to."

SCOTT OLSEN, GLOBAL OCCUPY’s FIRST NEAR FATALITY SPEAKS

January 4, 2012 at 10:29 (Activism, Civil Liberties, Class Struggle, Democracy, Dissent, Occupy Wall Street, Police Brutality)

Democracy Now! interviews someone who became one the faces of the global Occupy movement this year.

Scott Olsen, a 24-year-old former U.S. Marine who served two tours in the Iraq war, was critically wounded after being shot in the head by a police projectile at Occupy Oakland.

In a rare interview, Olsen joins us to discuss his life-threatening ordeal, his involvement in this year’s historic Wisconsin and Occupy protests.  ”They aren’t respecting our right to assemble, protest and redress our government for grievances,”

Olsen says of police repression of the Occupy protests. “They are terrorizing us from going out [to demonstrations]. That is a sad statement for our country.” Olsen also says he expects to rejoin the Occupy and antiwar protests as his recovery progresses. “I look forward to being a part of the 99 percent and Iraq Veterans Against the War in 2012,” he says.

Howdy

I believe the global elite have stepped up their war on Iran plans to this spring because they fear the occupy movement's momentum.

The occupy movement is exposing the true crimes and criminals and how they pillage and destroy nations.  The occupation movement will head into high gear in the spring.  The global elite need their police state in place to deal with the occupy movement, so they will have to have martial law from some staged attack from Iran.

Just my thoughts.

Oakland pays $4.5m to Scott Olsen, veteran injured in Occupy protest

• City attorney greets 'fair settlement' with marines vet

Amanda Holpuch
theguardian.com, Friday 21 March 2014 14.33 EDT

The City of Oakland has agreed to pay $4.5m to Scott Olsen, a marine corps veteran who was critically injured by city police during Occupy demonstrations, his attorneys announced on Friday.

Olsen, 26, sued the Oakland police department after being hit in the head by a police projectile during a chaotic October 2011 protest. He was admitted to a hospital in critical condition and suffered a fractured skull, broken neck vertebrae and brain swelling.
...
City attorney Barbara Parker told the San Francisco Chronicle the city is paying Olsen $1.4m and the rest of the costs will be absorbed by the city’s insurance.

“Mr Olsen suffered a tragic injury that will affect him for the rest of his life,” Parker said. “This settlement will save the city the far greater costs of a trial and potentially much higher judgment. This is a fair settlement given the facts of the case and the significant injuries Mr Olsen sustained.”

Scott Olsen survived two tours in Iraq but almost died when he was hit with a police projectile at an Occupy Oakland protest in 2011. He was hospitalized in critical condition with a fractured skull, a broken neck vertebrae and brain swelling. At the time of the shooting, Olsen was wearing fatigues and a Veterans for Peace T-shirt. Moments after he was shot, police fired a bright flash grenade at a group of Occupy protesters who attempted to help treat him. Soon after that, protesters carried Olsen away as blood streamed down his face. Scott was later released from the hospital and sued the Oakland Police Department. He announced today on Democracy Now! he had reached a seven-figure settlement.
