Question....My wife got caught downloading HellBoy 2 and I was wondering if there was a way to avoid something like this happening again. She got it off of pirate bacy and was using limewire but still managed to get snagged. I think it was because she let it seed for about two days after it was done...An help will be greatly appreciated...Also, thanks for posting the link.

alright buddy, i've been downloading EVERYTHING for a long time. Take my advice, and completely remove limewire, search registry and delete every thing that is limewire related. Then install uTorrent, the conspiracy nuts, and aren't we all?, say to only use Utorrent version 1.8.1 and previous, but i don't, i allow it to auto update to BETA versions.... now the way people get caught, imo, is making bad choices when picking a movie to download. try to stick to scene releases, like axxo, FxG, and some others. make sure the download you pick has a very large number of seeders and downloaders, with the logic of "they cant arrest us all!" also try to stick with familiar trackers on the trackers list of the torrent you pick. Same with web sites in general. You have to learn how to spot an auto generated, virus ridden website that just "feels" shady...... Its the same with torrents.... Try to stay away from .RAR files..... use a private tracker that has moderators like demonoid, pm for a invite! when you want a TV show especially when it JUST CAME ON go to http://eztv.it/ most of the people i have heard of that got "that call" from their ISP's were downloading a TV show, usually FOX or NBC. But there are Hundreds of Thousands of people who have their Bit torrents clients set up to Automaticaly download their favorite shows as soon as their are posted @ eztv, so you blend in with everyone else n whatnot..... |

Get a UseNet account. Much faster than torrents and if you just download (with SSL), 100% private. Even a dummy like me can use it ;-) |

I downloaded the IFC NWO movie earlier today using Bit Torrent when there was just 1 seed, and have seeded it ever since. There are now 145+ seeds! Very good film, by the way. IFC should be commended for speaking the truth about speaking the truth. Alex, Luke, and Jack McLamb all came across very credibly. And I have to admit, I couldn't help but shed a few tears toward the end there. It hit my emotional heart strings, and reminded me of just how important yet difficult our work as truthers really is...and that I personally need to step my game up another notch. ~jg |

If you're going to torrent label movies, do the above suggested and get Peer Guardian (or Moblock for Linux). Peer Guardian is a firewall that blocks communication with blocks of IP addresses in certain, selected catagories including government, corporate, media, etc.

There was something about this film that got me emotional. And I have never been choked up by a film. God Bless Alex Jones. And God Bless his wife and his children, this man has given his life to this movement. The only thing that makes his business model work is him busting his ass 18 hours a day. If this film is good for nothing else, it humanized Alex in a way I have never seen before. This guy is the real deal, maybe the most real in one's lifetime. I just hope the guy takes care of himself and sticks around for decades to come.
Some people will laugh at this film, but screw them they would have never got it anyway. I have a feeling this film might just energize our base like no other film except maybe 9/11 chronicles has in the past.
I think these guys gave Alex a fair shake, and from the editing I think they really got to like Alex.

my brother had a kind of Warning given to him from his isp for downloading an episode of House, basicly a cease and desist order to scare the shit out of you, i believe he was on warner or RoadRunner cable. Another friend of mine got a either a letter or a phone call i cant remember, from HBO for downloading Sopranos.....
so far ive only heard of these warnings being issued...

The only one who looked normal in this film was Luke. Alex was out of control but thats what he is all about and why he is a real guy. He's not putting up any kinds of act. What you see is what you get. I don't know how Alex sleeps with all the work he has to get done.

I guess though this doesn't mean people have a right to copy it. I'm curious on their stance of copyright infringement. I would imagine it's not public domain. By the way, it's downloading fairly quickly at upper 300k, and I plan to seed as long as possible.  |

But I would never dl something copyright or music using torrents - it is asking for trouble, as the nature of it means you are sharing it as you actually download it. I get the stuff I worry about from Usenet, yeah I pay about $15 a month for the privacy, but the way this police-state world is going I really have no choice. I think anyone who uploads 'truther' content or even has it on their YouTube account, should be especially careful not to offer the state goons an easy bust. |

Just finished watching it. Wow, really good movie.
It's not something filled with documents to prove points. Which was a nice change from pretty much all other films on the topic.
It's showing what people in the movement go through everyday to expose the NWO.
It has a lot of footage from street events and protests I haven't seen before, and it has events we all know about, like Alex getting arrested in NY or the fire alarm at Builderberg, from different angles and footage I personally haven't seen before.
Overall I give it 9 out of 10. Wasn't bored for a moment.
The one bit I thought maybe didn't fit well was when Alex was doing one of his crazy impersonations somewhere in the middle of the film.
but that's Alex.
So watch it if you haven't already!

I thought it was a great film that'll definately get a lot of people interested in what we do. This is sort of a NWO version of the 9/11 Chronicles, focusing on the people in the movement and what we're all about rather than an informative expose. Very few low points for me... that clip of Alex going nuts was embarassing to watch but that's Alex, and I think they showed enough good of him that it's well compensated for. It gets on my nerves when he does it on his show, honestly. Overall a nice experience, one that will definately get through sheeple's heads easier than a powerful, intense film Endgame or Wake Up Call. Highly recommended  |
