April 15th Tea Party Rally Bill Lussenheide Constitutional Candidate for US Congress District CA-49 will be keynote speaking at the April 15th Tea Party Rally to be held in Palm Desert, California from Noon to 2 PM. Over 1000 are expected in attendance.
