ONLY when outed/rumbled by the Guardian.. what a scumbag! maybe the courts will go easy on him because he came forward..   

the cops were under a lot of stress that day.. according to the bbc..    that video made me angry ! poor guy.

Yeah - me too ! I think that the only reason he did come forward is because it`ll look better than them finding him (which they would have surely)
Police now think they can do what they want - like the other one last week or so ran over a 16 yr old girl in a 30 mph zone he was doing 94 mph !
