"Stewart, a character played by Officer Alvin Bettencourt of Londonderry police, was the chief villain in the first of three hostage-related scenarios practiced by the Southern New Hampshire Special Operations Unit yesterday at the church. Bettencourt's Stewart had already shot one church-goer before police arrived and had locked himself in a basement conference room outside the Sunday school classrooms. Dressed in a hooded sweatshirt and baseball cap, Bettencourt pushed a table in front of the door and shouted his demands to the officers sitting outside in the hall. All were dressed in full SWAT team fatigues in order to make the exercise as realistic as possible".

He was just their 'test boy'..

You know, one thing always struck me about that - if his body was burnt 'beyond recognition' - how did they recognize it was his corpse?
And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade ALL the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take... OUR FREEDOM!

It is remarkable that the phrase "terror drills" is not used once in this article. This was an exercise in negotiation techniques and tactics, and cites the unique architectural characteristics of a church as the reason for holding the event.

Quote
(Londonderry police Lt. Chris Gandia) said attacks on places of worship have happened in other places in the country and appear to be on the increase in the last 10 years.

Quote
The Rev. Bob Couto, pastor at St. Jude's, said he was happy to offer his place of worship as a place for the special ops team to practice.

"Unfortunately, it's something that needs to be prepared for," he said.

How is this related to False Flag plans?

It's false flag because when a manufactured "disaster" occurs, the Church will be a stage for them to get people to move another area, or take a security "chip" (mark of the beast). If they do it in the name of security they hope to have more success in steering Christians in the wrong direction, who might otherwise might be organizing at a local level.
