some people in the sovereign movement in canada claim that anyone can be a piece officer.
apparently all you need to do is be payed by the public..... this could be a one off payment.
you would be upholding the common law and not admiralty law which has no business on land in the first place...
under common law you are in trouble if...
you disturb the peace.
you cause harm to other humans or harm their property.
you use fraud in contract....
that last one is interesting....
your bank loan is granted and none existent funds are created because your repayment contract is worth what you said you will repay... the moment you signed it it is worth the amount agreed upon but the money didn't exist untill you signed it...
so you are repaying money with interest that you created but they get the interest... you are the only person that put anything of worth into that agreement.... sounds like fraud to me...
just a idea.

Its not the banks we need to be mad at, its FDIC and Fanny and Freddie Mac.
FDIC FORCED the banks into this mess by threating audits.

The bankers have said they know nothing about illegal activities by the bank. This is a start, and the Swiss are smart enough to do it. However, we need to go to the top. If a top dude is arrested and tried for treason and all the other crimes they've been involved in, that will start the ball rolling and the people will finally start seeing some justice served!

We need good judges and magistrates to start issuing warrants for all of these criminals locally!!!

What about the grand jury system? In the county where I live, I sometimes know the people called to sit on the grand jury. I don't know anyone serving right now, but if I did I would ask them to charge the Federal Reserve. I made the same request with 9/11 and got laughed at, but people are REALLY steamed about the banking mess and the economy right now. So do YOU know someone sitting on your local grand jury? If so, pull up a couple of INDISPUTABLE crimes to print out, and give them to the person on the jury and ask them to press charges. The crimes of the Fed affect every community in the U.S., so any community's grand jury can move to prosecute them.
And Ron Paul's H.R. 1027. Have you called your congressperson and asked him or her to support it? That's the bill to audit the Federal Reserve. If an Elliot Ness type got to crack open those books, there would be hell to pay.

The grand jury is more powerful than any judge, any president. Find out who's on your local grand jury. If you know them, approach them with information on the crimes of the Federal Reserve. And tell them how much power they have, because their judge has almost certainly been lying to them and telling them they are subservient to the court. |

Certainly no present constitution of Congressional members nor Supreme Court judges nor military officers has the will to do it. The working people, in and out of uniform, do have the will; but they lack organization. And they do have the power, if organized, to seize the levers of production and grind the machine to a hault.

actually i think step 0 is to find someone with standing to sue. if, as one of alex's guest suggests, the bankers are prosecuted under rico, it would have to be a federal attorney general, or maybe a state attorney general. otherwise, for a civil case, someone has to show that they were injured by the actions of particular group of parties and file a complaint stating the laws that were broken. |

Here's my humble opinion as to a solution:
I recently had the chance to see how state government operates hands-on by helping to push the state sovereignty bill through the S.C. State House as well as the state Senate. We are extremely close to passing a joint resolution through both houses (the Senate already approved it and the House is favorable). We would not be anywhere close to where we are today if it were not for about a dozen or so freshman Senators who are passionate about liberty and sympathetic to our cause.
As Alex has said numerous times before on his show, it may get to the point that in order to beat the system you have to "play the system to get inside the system." If a mere 5% of the 15,000+ registered members of this forum ran for local office, that would be more than 750 liberty-minded, anti-NWO candidates bum-rushing the system. Run for your local State House of Representatives or run for your State Senate. Run for local County or City Council. Run for local magistrate. Run for sheriff (the most powerful man in a county).
Some may differ from me on this next part, but don't go running for office waving a Gadsden "Don't Tread on Me" flag and shouting "9/11 was an inside job." I'm not saying disavow these things, but we'd stand a better chance winning the seat as paleoconservative, Campaign for Liberty types. At that point, once the citizens are at a boiling point, actual arrest warrants can be signed off by local magistrates and encouraged by sympathetic state houses. And not just arrest warrants, but actually pro-liberty measures could undermine any despotic federal measures.
It's by no means a short-term "kick their doors in and arrest them" solution, but once the state houses and local governments are primed, we could actually have a real chance.
