I think he handled them well--he was definitely smart to get the entire exchange on his phone!
Lesson learned here: have video and audio recorders at all times!!

The TSA dudes said something about "semantics" - as per the Bill of Rights, and that's typical of state agents. They walk and talk big but actually know nothing about their REAL job.

They should have to take a test about the Constitution before getting a job, a strict one like they give to those who want citizenship. If they fail, they do not get the job. Weed out a lot of the dumb-asses who love to be a bully and know these type jobs will allow them to do so. At the end of this test it should be required of each participant to answer this question: Do you understand this oath? I, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will continue to well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God. Write me a three page essay on it.

Sure, but your assuming that the people doing the hiring(TSA, etc.) that would administer the test actually want people educated about the Constitution! That's a dangerous assumption.

It's not an assumption per se it is meant to point out that these people in these jobs are indeed enemies of the constitution. Everyone needs to watch the "Don't Talk To Cops" videos where law professor James Duane explains exactly how even telling the truth can get you in big trouble. That is an excellent video! I agree 150%. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8z7NC5sgik
