Just called the 212-767-8400 and the phone opp wouldn't tell me anything unless I was family. I told that Luke was press and had credential's to verify this. That was the extent of our conversation.

I called and asked on what charges was my friend Luke arrested for? I asked how does a lawyer get through to Luke if need be. I asked are reporters getting arrested in New York now. I got the whole, ‘we are not releasing information at this time…” type of line from the operator.

But doesn't Bloomberg and his NYPD goons realize that acting in this way is only going to magnify attention to the truth movement? I would hate to attempt to control those in New York City when they figure out 9/11 was an inside job.

Alex Jones operates numerous news websites in addition to hosting a nationally syndicated talk radio show that is currently rated as the most listened to talk show over the internet. Jones’ Infowars and Prison Planet have broken numerous stories, including one covering the MIAC controversy that was picked up by the Associated Press and mentioned by Fox News host Glenn Beck and radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh. Luke Rudowski has worked as an Infowars journalist for several years and his journalism is featured in Alex Jones film Truth Rising: 9/11 Chronicles, released in 2008. As of this writing, Rudowski is being held at the 18th Precinct at 306 West 54th Street on Manhattan. An officer Fagan answered calls in regard to Rudowski’s arrest. Infowars staff report Fagan abruptly hung up the telephone when inquires about Rudowski were made. The 18th precinct phone number is: 212-760-8300. A NYC information page on the internet lists the following number for the precinct: 212-767-8400. Alex Jones and Infowars are requesting calls be made to the police asking about Luke Rudowski’s whereabouts and the trumped up charges against him. The New York Police and Mayor Bloomberg need to be made aware of the fact there is a First Amendment in this country and it is an egregious violation of that amendment when members of the press are unduly arrested and charged.

Called just now to ask what the charges were and they gave me nothing .. the lady said she could not give any information.
I will call every 15 minutes for the next 3 hours .. everybody do the same ..

Called again I got a male voice. I asked if Luke was detained he said " we dont give infomation over the phone, thank you" and hung up. I might call back in a few minutes and ask if they will give that information in person.

And today at 9:00 a.m. EST, there will be a street action held at Manhattan Central Booking, Manhattan Civic Center, 100 Centre St., New York, NY 10007 (212) 374-3921 to show support, inform others, and press for the release of those illegally arrested.

Got through again. Used my best English accent and the female officer was a little more forthcoming.  I said I heard the journalist Luke Rudkowski was arrested, the one who does the humanitarian work for 9-11 First Responders...and did she have any update. "A person named Luke was arrested this afternoon". No information and no comment on status. Maybe I'll try a French one next time..........  Or a Minnesota one. |

I just called 646-610-6700 the opp told me that he was arrested on trespassing charges. He is currently being transfered to central booking and is awaiting arraignment. He didnt know when he would see the judge it would be based on how many people were in the system. I asked how a reporter could be arrested he said he couldn't speak on that.
