I fail to see a boycott for legal services as being an effective means to protest judicial corruption. It would only deny people their own right to legal counsel and recourse.
If you feel that way, you might want to present an argument supporting that. I not entirely certain how you boycott the justice system.
I'm talking about people that aren't lawyers, honest hard working people, who are being ground down by the corruption of the justice system. I just don't see how a boycott benefits those people or even slows down that corruption.
It is difficult to explain in a few words. The reason why we have juries , jury nullification and Citizens Grand Juries is a good place to start. These were constructed to protect Citizens from judicial tyranny.
Well Juries have failed for the most part because our peers are mostly fed a diet of authoritarianism from a very young age in The Government Fool system. Our leaders are always right or you stay after or don't get passing grade or whatever. So, the weirdo in the Black Robe sitting at the big desk in front of the room is always right and everybody better know it or the bailiff will keep you after school.(jail)
The weirdo instructs the jury on what is admissible as evidence and what legal definitions are etc.. Never will you hear the weirdo instruct the jury about jury nullification. Talk about it go to jail.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jury_nullification
Jury nullification is a constitutional doctrine which allows juries to acquit criminal defendants who are technically guilty, but who do not deserve punishment. It occurs in a trial when a jury reaches a verdict contrary to the judge's instructions as to the law.

A Citizens Grand Jury has no authority to issue a sentence or punishment. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizen_grand_jury
In the United States, a citizen grand jury is a non-actionable, non-governmental organization that assumes a responsibility upon itself to accuse an individual or groups of individuals of having committed actionable crimes, in a similar aim as that of official grand juries. Such organizations have been organized by those who espouse conspiracy theories regarding certain events or the individuals who are accused by the citizen grand jury, and most citizen grand jury applications to official judiciary systems at the federal, state, or local and municipal level tend to be thrown out for lack of evidence.
Are Federal Regulations Too Numerous? Has The Number of Them Multiplied Excessively? http://extent-of-regulation.dhwritings.com/
When the laws of the United States were codified as the United States Code in 1925, all of the titles combined occupied a single volume.
O.K. Here is an anecdotal story about our legal system. In Arizona there is a town called Apache Junction. It is a seniors hotspot in the winter. You can meet all sorts of retired folk from around the country who go
to Apache Junction for the warm winter and inexpensive living. They are called snowbirds.
I am out there I know a number of folks there for decades. Through a friend I meet his next door neighbor. Miss L. We hit it off. Have a few beers and get back together again in a few days more beers and a BBQ.
She is a cutey and drives a nice truck. I find out she is a paralegal and works for a lawyer in town. Cool. Next time we get together its beers BBQ and tequila.
Then she confesses her job is to profile snowbirds, get them declared incompetent to care for themselves and then do the paperwork to get her boss as conservator of the targeted snowbirds affairs.
That is normal in this legal system.
You would not be denying anyone justice with an outright boycott of the U.S. legal system. There is no justice. If you see them and you leave with the same property as when you started how are they going to buy beers?
