over the past weekend, KUSI news in san diego showed a video of the grossmont college science festival where they did a thermite reaction. the video can no longer be found on their website and they now show a vid of a reaction of powdered sugar. typical san diego "ground breaking news".

there are hundreds of videos on thermite available, but I guess that local channel pulled theirs.
