AmeriKorps is the WulfenKinder organization created by Bubba Clinton during the start of his presidency. The Mandatory comes into play because the Volunteers disappeared when they realized their jobs were directed primarily to act as servants for socialism. This act pays them way below miminum wage and puts a gun to their heads and the heads of their parents to force them to serve the interests of a marxist facist government.

OpenCongress Summary:
The Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education (GIVE) Act would dramatically increase funding for AmeriCorps, with a goal of expanding from 75,000 volunteers to 250,000. The bill also would increase education funding and establish a summer service program for students, paying $500 (which would be applied to college costs) to high-school and middle-school student who participate. The bill would also expand service options for seniors and veterans.

"Mandatory national service, which would require young people to do government-mandated work...is pretty clearly involuntary servitude under any reasonable definition of the word," Professor Ilya Somin stated in an article appearing in The New American.

Responding to the question of whether universal national service violates the 13th Amendment's prohibition of "involuntary servitude," Somin said, "I think that the answer is pretty clearly 'yes,' especially if you take the text of the Constitution seriously...Note that the Amendment forbids not only 'slavery' but also 'involuntary servitude,' a provision deliberately inserted to prevent state governments from, in effect, reenslaving blacks by imposing 'temporary' forced labor systems."
