So I downloaded the obama deception. It is in .wmv format. How do I burn it or change it so I can watch it on a dvd in my dvd player?

Download converXtodvd. This will convert any format to dvd and then burn it for you.

If you have a dvd burner then there must be some program on your pc that you can open and burn the dvd. Mine came with roxio which isn't very good but will let you burn videos downloaded on your computer.
