The alex jones show used to be 4 hours but now it seems its only 3 hours long?!

Will it now be 3 hours instead of 4?

And If so why?

An hour of commercials, and for a while he was going into "overdrive" often.

I so hate when the clock goes backwards or forwards for some ridiculous beurocratic reason - it's like having jet-lag for a week twice a year.

Screw that. The earth goes round the sun, wobbling on its axis. Deal with it.

I hate clocks period. I think everyone should let their natural biorhythms control life, and yes it is easier said than done.

The problem with clocks is while most people have a near 24 hour biorhythm, so clocks are fine to them. I do not, when I was younger, I went to a sleep clinic, and found that my sleep problems are because I have a 30 hour biorhythm. Basically that means most people go through their routine of eating/sleeping/working/learning in 24 hours, but for me it takes 30 hours. That made it nearly impossible for me to hold a normal job and get through school without trouble, and is a big reason why I am self employed now in a business where I control the schedule.
