please post all evidence of the movement towards stasi police being started in the US.

Infraguard, recruitments, lectures at schools/businesses, etc.

AJ covered some of this in TOD, but there is so much more information on this Banksters movement.

The CECOM Life Cycle Management Command Develops, Acquires, Fields, Supports and Sustains Superior Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Information Systems for the Joint Warfighter.
An Interdependent Life Cycle Management Team

The CECOM LCMC and Army Team C4ISR are comprised of independent and inter-dependent organizations that are collectively responsible for the life cycle of C4ISR systems. These organizations include the Communications-Electronics Command, the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Command, Control and Communications Tactical, the PEO for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors, the PEO for Enterprise Information Systems, and the Communications Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center.
The systems our team manages are found throughout Army units, Army platforms and across the spectrum of Army operations, as is evident from our business statistics for FY07:

    * We intensively managed 128 major defense programs, amounting to over $10B in total obligation authority to acquire, field and provide new equipment training on C4ISR systems.
    * We are responsible for almost 56,000 inventoried items (almost half the Army’s inventory), including over 6,600 major end items. We have reset (repaired, recapitalized or replaced) 127,000 C4ISR systems since FY04.
    * We provide and sustain software for most of the Army’s deployed systems. We fielded 250 software releases, incorporating over 4,000 requirements.
    * We produced 130 test reports in support of intra-Army interoperability certification, ensuring system software operates as expected on the battlefield.
    * We completed 11 Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program build-outs, resulting in upgraded and modernized infrastructure for key Army installations.
    * Our depot accomplished over $700M a year in maintenance, fabrication and system integration for Army, Navy and Air Force C4ISR systems.
    * We initiated over $1B in new foreign military sales cases.
    * Our contract awards totaled $14.5B, of which $2.75B was to small businesses.

A LandWarNet Center of Excellence

Our strategic priorities for the future:

    * C4ISR and Information Systems Development, Acquisition, Fielding and Sustainment to Ensure Cyberspace Dominance
    * C4ISR Readiness
    * Industrial Base Health
    * Transformation and Innovation

We are rapidly fielding the best new C4ISR equipment to Soldiers fighting every day, upgrading and modernizing existing systems, incorporating new technologies, and ensuring the operational readiness of these systems that both protect our Warfighters and give them a technological advantage over the enemy.
We know why we are here: One Mission, One Vision – the Warfighter.

Computer Forensics?  WTF is that?

Now that they are building their huge data mines, they need worker bees to consolidate reports on who goes to the camps.

"We need to isolate all of the people who have been to the area of the last bird flu attack in the last 6 months...worker bees...GIVE US THE LISTS!"

Expose all of these insane training facilities to train snitches and stasis for mass population logistics, police powers, data mining of personal information, etc.

REMEMBER EVERYTHING HITLER DID WAS 100% LEGAL.

Question - Why does this look like the seal on the Federal Reserve Notes?

Answer - The loyalty of these kids are bought and paid for.

This will be a big FED recruiting plan, Once in Vista you can be selected and used for other missions, agencies.  I bet these folks are getting free homes, cars and utilities,   I will keep looking to find the dirt on this neo-brownshirts group.

AmeriCorps VISTA

Thirty-seven million Americans live in poverty. Through AmeriCorps VISTA, you can make a tangible difference. And, you’ll find the fulfillment that comes from using your knowledge and skills to help those in disadvantaged circumstances turn their dreams into reality.
What is AmeriCorps VISTA?

AmeriCorps VISTA is the national service program designed specifically to fight poverty. Founded as Volunteers in Service to America in 1965 and incorporated into the AmeriCorps network of programs in 1993, VISTA has been on the front lines in the fight against poverty in America for more than 40 years.

What VISTA Members Do

VISTA members commit to serve full-time for a year at a nonprofit organization or local government agency, working to fight illiteracy, improve health services, create businesses, strengthen community groups, and much more. With passion, commitment, and hard work, you’ll create or expand programs designed to bring individuals and communities out of poverty

The Benefits of VISTA Service

By serving through VISTA, you’ll gain new skills, friends, and experiences—plus you’ll get the satisfaction that comes from helping others. During your service, you’ll also receive a modest living allowance, health care, and other benefits. And, upon completing your service, you can choose to receive either an education award worth $4,725 to pay for college, or $1,200 in cash.

---------VISTAs serve for a variety of reasons, from wanting to make the world a better place to discovering a life-changing adventure. For one year, you will be doing everything you can to create and expand programs that ultimately bring individuals and communities out of poverty.

As a VISTA, you’ll gain:

    * Memorable experiences
    * Highly developed skills
    * New friends
    * A sense of belonging to a community
    * Feeling of waking up every morning to help the world
    * A new challenge

Recent graduates gain the kind of real-world experience they can’t find in a typical entry-level job. Experienced adults apply their skills and knowledge to serious social problems and discover previously untapped strengths.

In return for a year of full-time service, you’ll also receive other benefits as well:

    * A $4,725 Segal AmeriCorps Education Award or $1,200 post-service stipend
    * Modest living allowance - HOW MUCH?Huh??
    * Healthcare benefits while in service
    * Childcare assistance while in service
    * Student loan forbearance or deferment while in service
    * One year of noncompetitive status for a federal government job
    * Access to the network of VISTA & VISTA alumni (170,000 strong)

Become a VISTA Sponsor

Public, private, and faith-based nonprofit organizations—as well as local, state and federal organizations—can benefit greatly from linking up with AmeriCorps VISTA. Applications for members are handled by Corporation State Offices. Project sponsors are not required to provide a financial match but must be able to direct the project, supervise the members, and provide necessary administrative support to complete the goals and objectives of the project.

There is no required match for new AmeriCorps VISTA project sponsors, but there is the option to cost-share.

Cost sharing is not required but is strongly encouraged, particularly in projects wishing to have AmeriCorps VISTA resources beyond the third year. As a cost-share project, your organization contributes the living allowance-about $9,500-for each AmeriCorps VISTA member. IS THIS PER MONTH!?!?!?

Cost-sharing is an excellent way to leverage additional funding resources and see where the dollars will be matched by AmeriCorps VISTA. In finding funding for your organization's share of the partnership, consider approaching:

    * Community foundations;
    * State government funding sources;
    * Municipalities and school districts;
    * Colleges and universities; and
    * Local corporations.

AmeriCorps VISTA covers the cost of a series of benefits and services for the AmeriCorps VISTA members and your organization.

    * $4,725 education award or $1,200 post-service stipend.
    * Health coverage for all members assigned to your project - approximately $2,700 per member.
    * Payroll services: Members receive their paychecks directly from AmeriCorps VISTA.
    * Training in project management and leadership for members and project supervisor.
    * Travel costs associated with training. Moving allowance for members relocating to serve.
    * Liability coverage for all members, under the Federal Employees Compensation Act and the Federal Torts Claims Act.
    * Child care for income-eligible members.
    * FICA
    * Assistance with recruiting members.

Estimated total contribution: $10,000

C4ISR is the foundation (ties into DoDAF as well which is just an architecture that embodies the former elements) for the GIG, it is what Ptech was used to advance by orders of magnitude.  9/11 was a confirmation military experiment (partially) for the progression of C4ISR to rapidly propagate it into all sectors of business; banks, all corporate, privatized/govt. intel, military, reconnaissance, space, communication, imaging, surveillance, weapons engineering. FCS, or Future Combat Systems is one of their "prize" achievements with it.  It is the bedrock of "net-centric warfare", and will be the AI for their autonomous robotic death machines.  It specifically is what has greatly catalyzed vertical integration of every sector.  The NWO is driven with insane lust after the power that this software has allowed them to harness.  The Internet was fraudulently declared a "warfighting domain" in 2008.  John Osterholz himself stated the needed push for this back in 2003 claiming (in effect) that Al-Qaeda had superior Command and Control capability over the NRO, DISA, NIMA, NSA, MITRE, and Ptech.  It's no suprise that he completely blew off Indira Singh's warning--because he already knew damn well what it's role was.

I could write more but it's early, and I need more coffee.

They must be figuring $10,000/mo will be equal to peanuts pay after the inflation really kicks in, or its to make the pay really really good.

EDIT: Happy 420 for me!
