Sure seems suspicious to me! The background certainly fits!

The only tips I've ever heard Williams say was that the guy was age 82 and a former Oil Executive. So that meant he was obviously still alive. I found his birthday - would have had to be born around 1928 or so. He met the age criteria. Then when you read his credentials and background. Well, 2+2 = 4 IMO!

Of course, this is just an educated guess!
