I had this e- mailed to me. this is a letter people are sending to there elected officials . The people are finally waking up, and they are ANGRY!   Here it  is.This proud American insists that that this state refuse to accept any money authorized by the 111th Congress or signed by an unlawful president. To do so is to accept stolen property, conspiracy, fraud, money laundering, racketeering and aiding and abetting an interstate felony, which are all felonies in this state. I am stepping forward to warn this state government, that each one within it, shall be held professionally, personally and criminally liable for your actions. As you know, your current employment does not shield you from the law or your Oath of office. I would also remind each one of you, that your individual freedoms, retirement, pensions and everything you own, are forthwith, at stake.

The people of this state have no desire for you to transform this state into a socialist satellite of the federal government. The people are not interested in growing the government in size, cost or in power over the people, or the attempt to turn this state into a welfare state. This government was not created for your personal pleasure, enjoyment, agenda, power, wealth creation, enslavement of the taxpayer or to bankrupt the state by the exclusive use of unaffordable unionized employees and never ending social programs that can not be afforded or supported by the taxpayers. How dare you create wages and benefit programs for unionized state employees which can not be afforded by the taxpayer, business or industries of this state combined. Your past ability to abuse the taxpayers by recessive and abusive tax polices is now over. If you are unclear as to this point, I would suggest you review both the state and Federal Constitution. You work at the people’s pleasure, as an employee of the people. As such, the people expect and demand that the state will reduce it’s workforce, cut programs and tighten it’s belt, at least to the same degree that your employer must. The totality of state employees create no wealth, it only consumes it and destroys the creation of wealth by your insane tax policies, which I insist that you immediately rescind. My money, labor, property and wealth is not now, nor shall it ever be yours for the taking. You simply will never be that important.

In closing, I direct you to immediately a create and pass a Bill (not a Resolution) that declares this State’s sovereignty from the Federal Government. The people of this state expects you as our employees, to join with the other states that have adopted such sovereignty from the Federal Government, or have in committee, such a Bill, such as Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington.

If you don’t understand anything above, be damn clear in your own mind, that I do not fear you, but you better fear the wrath of the rising tide of the people.
