Absolutely, Itrustinyou I recommend finding someone within your local community that trains firearm safety and proper shooting technique's also, the best way to learn is really to go out and shoot, it's common sense, firearm's are a very simple tool, learning to shoot is not as hard as you would think. Depending on what type of firearm we are talking about here, but practice practice practice will undoubtedly improve your ability with your weapon, albeit you can improve your technique even further by learning simple technique's which are demonstrated in many books and video's, they are all over the web, you just need to do some looking, I have a lot of video's and books but I am not sure how I could send them to you? by e-mail perhaps?
