Have you tried an application called Audio Hijack? It's useful to hijack the audio from a specific application. That way you could use Safari for recording AVFS and Firefox for browsing.

Just an idea, if you have a Mac. (else I'm sure you can find the equivalent on PC, or use some software like SoundFlower).

Yeah, the guy at yahoogroups has it in 24k audio quality or something, so as the live stream is at least 96k i started putting it up too, and it also serves as a backup, since before halloween i been puttin' it here.
