Since this is the 9th anniversary of 9/11, I figured it would be appropriate to bump this radio show, a  3 hours broadcast of Gary Bell "The Spaceman" on the topic of the 9/11 conspiracy from [2007-09-15].

I emailed the technical dept. last week and they answered saying it had to do with the main site, nothing to do with them?
Have you ever listened to the talk shows on before the Spaceman? *cough* Nazis *cough*
Yeah i also emailed the Spaceman last week pointing out this forum for the MP3s, but the man never mentioned it, although the previous week was sayin' folks are not able to find the MP3s?
This will be due to either not being allowed to mention recordings of am640 shows for copyright reasons, or it's cause the Spaceman doesn't want to single out anyone, considering the fact of all the hard work the yahoo guy puts in.
Anyways ...ya'll enjoy the show, i gotta join the chain gang again tonight, i'll be recording as usual(all sounds fine right now), and look forwards to the show in the morning.
Gonna start posting the HQ MP3s on GLP also, peace ...OUT!

Just about to edit it now, no idea as yet what it's about.

The recording was a bit jumpy, due to the streaming breaking up, but the main problem is that for most of the show the streaming was in reduced quality sounds like 32K, but for the last half hour or so it was streamed at it's usual 128k?
I don't really want to put it up, cause it's recorded in 128k which makes it a big mp3 to download but the damn thing not only jumps a couple of times, but the audio is isn't really 128k for most of the show either.
I say we try the yahoo guy this week first?

hmmm I'm not a member of the Yahoo thingy. Do you have a link to the download?

I do not care about the file size personally, but I do understand the problem however; it can be seen as a waste of space for the quality.
I say if there is a 30 minutes part that sounds much better then it may be worth it, as it will be uploaded to youtube (by me or you), or perhaps 96k or a VBR would do?

Or it could be uploaded in 2 parts...

I do not want to make you work for nothing so sure, let's wait and see.

why did they stream in 32?, i'm upping it right now, after i heard the usual crisp quality sound of the last half hour i decided.
Be warned, it sounds much better than the yahoo guys regular mp3 but when approaching two outros it cuts right into the intro on the other side of the break, and it also jumps once or maybe twice missing a few secs also.
Next week i hope to have two seperate recorders going.

How do you do it?

I use freecorder 4, but sometimes when there are pauses in the audio it cuts it automatically and starts another afresh, sometimes it's handy other times not, i'm looking to have two comps recording from next week.
It does sound pretty good maybe 64k, but when you flash forwards to the end part it sounds like it came from the future with secret black budget tech.

Got two machines recording tonight.

Stream fked up again tonight, it's the worst i ever seen it, must have been stopping and starting all night, will have to check to see if the yahoo guy has it, he probably will.

Still no sign of it on yahoogroups, i thought i had the first hour, but it was last week's, when i'm recording i go to work for about seven hours, so i get back and usually have seven hours worth split into about four or five mp3s, this morning i got back and found it split one hundred and fifty two times, meaning the stream was stoppng and starting all night long, Alan Watt had big problems last week with his show too, having no show whatsoever on tuesday.

I now think it would be better to delay it until January when I can make a double dvd available that would include all shows i.e. from 2004-2007 on disk #1 and 2008-2010 inclusive on disk #2. This way you can have ALL shows and save on shipping. What do you guys think?

Yeah, Hockey is great for two reasons.  First I love the game of hockey, particularily Montreal Canadiens hockey and secondly I like to listen to Gary after the kids are in bed and go to sleep listening as he has one of those overly soothing smooth voices.   I usually have to listen again on Monday morning when the kids are in school for content.

Again this week the audio was streaming at a lower bit rate, 64k or something, the hq audio did kick in once during the show, which made the streaming skip six seconds, but apart from those six seconds we have a very clean recording this week.

Spaceman live now on 10/02/10,, He just was covering the Walter Cronkite incident in which cronkite saw a UFO freeze a missile and a guard dog in mid air as the dog jumped at the UFO.  Then the missile blew up mid air and dog and its handler became unfrozen.  This according to someone who says he interviewed Cronkite and not from Cronkite personally.  He claimed Cronkite was promised future stories on air force tech in exchange for not discussing what he saw. .    It was in 1973.  He said that the airforce told Cronkite that it was an advanced air force craft and not a UFO and that Cronkite claimed not to believe them.  Bill Knell was the reporter.  Check out more on this at
