I want to launch a website for about 5-10$ a month, what are some good sites (besides prisonplanet)?

What your looking for is a "website hosting service". Simply punch that term in any search engine and start shopping. Things to consider:
Static information only sites are the cheapest. Mine's free at Yahoo Geocities.
If you want to provide download services you will have to purchase bandwidth.
It will cost even more to add a shopping cart.
If your not familiar with html, shtml, css, and the like you might have to pay someone to design your site. There are some free web editors but they take some time to learn how to use.
Keeping links up to date is the biggest pain as people keep changing domains.
If your gonna maintain it yourself, it takes time. Or you can pay someone else to do it.
There are lots of hosting sites for $5-10/month.
A final note: Be sure to completely read and understand the terms of service or terms and conditions. Some hosts will not allow anti-government sentiment.

thanks for the help, but one thing is I want something thats just something.com or something.net, is that extra?, and are you legally aloud to post links to news articles and stuff like that? if its copyrighted or something
