Video of New Hampshire State-Federal Relations Commitee discussing HCR6 (State Sovereignty).

20 Representatives speak in favor of HCR6, but not one single person speaks against it. Instead they go staright into voting to kill the resolution! What the hell is going on New Hampshire?! After all the great arguments supporting the bill your reps vote to kill it! :'(

See the video here:

New Hamshire residents, if you are as outraged by this as I am, please contact your legislators and tell them about it!

I had posted a list of the states declaring their sovereignty in an online forum that is quite popular and outside of PP, etc, and people when they seen it, were getting excited, especially about NH, regardless of how little or how much they had heard about it.  Perhaps the backbreaker of all backbreakers here.

Yes there is, so there's still hope. What gets to me about this is that there wasn't any debate process. There is only those reps speaking in favor of the sovereignty declaration. And without any rebuttal, arguments against the declaration, they go straight into the motion to kill HCR6. This leads me to believe that this was fixed somehow. How can they kill the bill without presenting one single arguement why it should be killed and totally ignoring the will of their constituants? The people wanted this resolution and their reps flat out ignored their will.

Here's an interesting question to ponder:

Why do politicians routinely vote against things most of the citizenry want, as well as for things most do not want?

Is it because they know that all they have to do to get 51% or more to vote for them as the "lesser of two evils" in the next election (even if there are three or more candidates from which to choose) is to draw attention to wedge issues like "abortion" or "gay marriage"?

Sure seems that way to me.

Man, a psychologist/profiler would have a FIELD DAY with Rep. Garrity. You wanna see what a piece-of-living-shit looks like, watch this dude while the testimonies are going on. He's continually messing papers around as if he's the only one in the room, leaning over to the yes-man next to him and having a fun ol' time. (Why no other representative stopped and asked him to pay attention is beyond me). But it seemed liked whenever someone mentioned Ron Paul or the Constitution, that guy gets really squirmy.

You'd be shocked at how the NWO-think has permeated the lowest levels of the most common citizen/worker. I mean, I've been REFUSED to be sold goods at a convenience store because the haggard old lady cashier HAD TO swipe my licence. I told her no and she put my stuff under the counter and said "Oh well, go somewhere else then." And then said, I shit you not "It's just my job. They tell me to do it, I do it. I'm not getting fired because you're worried about your Amendment rights or whatever.....you don't like that, write a letter to President Bush and leave me alone."

Well, I guess you can change the NH state motto to "Live....ah nevermind, just die"

Man, if New Hampshire goes, what chance does anybody else have? Time to put the big-boy pads on folks.......THIS is serious.

HAHA! No kiddin' bud.

I have a feeling...if NH can't pass this...I would be surprised if any other state would.

Of course, I could be wrong and certainly hope I am.

Kinda reminds me of the Canadian Parliament trying to Vote No Confidence in the PM and the Queen usurping it and taking control. Really, really similar.....or as we say in the South...sim-yoo-ler.

Any Floridians around with any info on, I dunno, anything with Reps or Sens that maybe I should be aware of. I'm trying to look into my sheriff and who's REALLY running my county (and if there's some hope for a Constitutionalist in there somewhere), but some State info would be cool.

BECAUSE they are Politicians. We need less politicians and more statesmen. Just for the simplest of fact that they do what they want (completely in front of your face), strike a gavel or just end session, and if you want to have something to say, Rusty the Bailiff will be happy to escort you to the nearest holding cell, where you can be processed and assessed. I know you know this, I'm just pullin' a John Madden and pointing out the obvious....

BECAUSE they are Politicians.

It's not just that. As I suggested earlier, it is also because most voters allow themselves to be manipulated again and again into voting for the "lesser of two evils" even when there are three or more candidates on the ballot, and even when that third candidate agrees with them on far more issues than either of the major party candidates do.

Until people stop falling hook, line and sinker for the "wasted vote" fallacy election after election, it will be business as usual for the corporate-owned two-party monopoly.

Oh, I agree.....in the good ol' days, the crowd would've jumped up screaming at such outright arrogance and belittlement. Now, they sit quietly in their seats. Whoa.

And the "wasted vote" fallacy.....I think I spent the better of my two-year independent Ron Paul campaign (at my workplace) trying to explain that very thing to people, with EVERYONE, even after being fully edjumakated on the matter, would still have that American-Idol-Deer-In-The-Headlights-Hey-Let's-Pick-The-Winner-And-Not-Who-We-Agree-With look on their face. It's like trying to break the barrier of a selfish child. There ain't a THING you can say to convince this child he's not right. We know kids like that. We WERE kids like that.

The fallacy also falls upon the citizen because everything is done so legalistically and jardon-laden, that it's like trying to get a Wheel of Fortune person to play Jeopardy!. The common citizen has no will to give more than a few seconds to something and politics will glaze the eyes over faster than anything. It's like the topic itself is a mind trigger....puts 'em right to sleep. The Matrix has quite the hard, outer candy coating.....

So the next logical step would be organizing the voters against the folks who voted it down am I correct?  You would not have to be from New Hampshire to help those good folks out in the state who do support the constitution of the united States.

Noel, you just described the sheople I am around every day. It's horrible and aggravating to look into their eyes while talking politics and literally see their eyes glaze over. The usual response I get is "I don't care for politics" or "I don't vote, I'm not into politics. My response is always "so you don't care about your rights, paying taxes, being forced to take inoculations or doing your patriotic duty as an American?". 9 out of 10 times they get angry, not because I insulted them, but because I am throwing it right in their face. I no longer come at the sheople lightly. I give them the facts up front with printed as well as video media to backup everything I say. I was thinking of finding a way to address my reps in the state house with a print/video presentation to hammer the truth into those traitors. I got an Email from Jack Reed of Rhode Island about how he'll look into it, yeah right. I'm gonna end up marching outside his office and fileing a lawsuit demanding they honor my right to redress my grievances with my representatives. As for the reps of NH voting to kill this without the cowards voicing their opposition is BS. Citizens of New Hampshire, do not stand for this crap. Find out who voted against it and protest those f**kers. Show them you're not going to put up with their cowardly opposition to the will of the people. Vote the bumbs out and tell them to listen. We need to be more stern with our messages and get the people who've woken up to join in a mass march in the state capital. It should be easy in New Hampshire, the people are pretty vocal about what they want. If the reps don't listen, I believe the people can rattle the bastards enough to get them back in line. I'm looking to do the same here in Rhode Island, I'm finished with the reps ignoring my fellow Rhodies by coming up with crap bills that put toll roads here and so on. Oh, in case it hasn't been mentioned, Governor Deval patrick, the evil scum sucking dirtbag from Chicago, has written an executive order requiring all inspection stickers to have an RFID chip starting this year. I got laughed at when I told everyone here that would happen and look, THEY'RE F**KING DOING IT.

Edit: Deval Patrick is the Gov. of Massachusetts. Another state I am active in. I've been working on getting citizens of Mass. to do the same thing. We need every state to give the fed gov the finger.

Maybe this isn't dead yet.

Rally in support of HCR6
http://www.nhliberty.org/node/163
Fri, 2009-02-13 21:08 — Denis Goddard
Start: 2009-03-04 08:00
Timezone: Etc/GMT-5
WHAT: Rally in support of HCR6
WHEN: 8:00 AM, Wednesday, March 4th
WHERE: NH State House, 107 N Main St., Concord [ Map ]
WHY:
The Federal government has gone far enough.
We need to draw a line in the sand. If there is further egregious,
serious disrespect of the US Constitution by the Federal government,
then New Hampshire must reclaim its sovereignty.

HCR6 came out of committee with a surprise "Inexpedient to Legislate" recommendation.

For
those that remember it, this is a replay of the resistance against the
bills to get NH out of Real-ID. This is unacceptable. Fortunately, we
have a playbook. We know what it takes to move this forward: MASSIVE PUBLIC SUPPORT!

Emails
Phone calls
Letters to the Editor
A massive rally
YOU!

That is EXACTLY what I thought while watching the inaction of Garrity.  What a POS this guy is--his ignorance holds no bounds!!!  I have shot off a nasty email to this pinhead telling him if I had my druthers he would be fired!

Like the one Representative said; (para phrasing) "by taking the federal kick backs their is ALWAYS strings attached and that the message we [the people] need to send back to Washington is that we are tired of being prostitutes."

It's obvious the democrats that voted to kill this bill like being whores and neither understand the oaths they took to be a Representative!

Forget the politicians, they're irrelevant. The politicians are put there to give you the idea you have freedom of choice - you don't. You have no choice. You have owners. They own you. They own everything. They own all the important land. They own, and control the corporations. They've long since bought, and payed for the senate, the congress, the state houses, the city halls, they got the judges in their back pockets, and they own all the big media, so they control just about all the information you get. They got you by the balls. They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying - lobbying, to get what they want.

Well we know what they want. They want more for themselves, and less for everybody else, but I'll tell you what they don't want - they don't want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don't want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They're not interested in that - that doesn't help them. That's against their interests. That's right. They don't want people that are smart enough to sit around a kitchen table, and think about how badly they're getting screwed by a system that threw them overboard 30 f**king years ago. They don't want that. You know what they want? Obedient workers - Obedient workers, people who are just smart enough to run the machines, and do that paper work. And just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime, and vanishing pension that disappear the minute you go to collect it, and now they're coming for your social security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They'll get it - they'll get it all from you sooner or later cause they own this place. It's a big club, and you aint in it. You, and I are not in The Big Club.

By the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head with their media telling you what to believe, what to think, and what to buy.

The table has tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice. Nobody seems to care. Good honest hard working people: white collar, blue collar it doesn't matter what color shirt you have on. Good honest hard working people continue (these are people of modest being) - continue to elect these rich douchebags who don't give a f**k about you. They don't give a f**k about you - they don't give a f**k about you. They don't care about you at all - at all - at all, and nobody seems to notice. Nobody seems to care.

That's what the owners counted on. The fact that Americans will probably remain willfully ignorant of the big red, white, and blue dick that's being jammed up their assholes everyday, because the owners of this country know the truth. It's called the American Dream cause you have to be asleep to believe it."

New Hampshire was one of the first big disappointments in the Ron Paul campaign.

Get to work in your state right now.  Start e-mailing reps.  Write editorials to the local papers.  Subscribe to their websites and comment on articles.  GET BUSY!!

There is just no excuse anymore.  Americans and their economy would instantly improve if they would get their predatory federal government off of their back.

This is such a disaster.

This was the biggest current story in the whole movement.  It even got us foreigners excited.

Now it looks dead, because those bastard predators you call politicians think they are home and clear.

Damn this sucks, without the states being publicly ready to declare sovereignty, this is all likely to end in a violent revolution.

If so, Que Sera, Sera,  but make those traitors pay their dues...

Although what happened in NH has been disappointing, I thought I would quote what JT said in another thread. Hopefully you will find it as enlightening as I have.

In light of the killing of HCR-6, the New Hampshire State Sovereignty Resolution, in committee on Friday, 13 February, I think it is a shot across the bow for people who are thinking this is going to be an easy fight. The globalist powers have minions within the states and have been placing them in key positions for decades now.

Don't get me wrong this doesn't mean that we should give up the fight, it means we should arm ourselves with information and spread the word even more furiously than we have in the past. Remember just because a sovereignty resolution is introduced in a state legislature doesn't mean the state is out of the water, it must be passed by both houses of the state legislature first.

Once this happens, we move within the state to put teeth into the resolution by passing what has been referred to as the State Sovereignty ACT. The Sovereignty Resolution merely puts forth the state's intent to abide by the Constitution to the letter, and expects the federal government to do the same. The State Sovereignty ACT however spells out the specifics which includes the penalties the federal agents will have sanctioned against them by the state.

Here is a copy of a State Sovereignty ACTs that was introduced by Representative Charles Key of Oklahoma back in 1995.

HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES 1ST SESSION OF THE 45TH LEGISLATURE (1995)
