7/7 Documentary maker arrested for extradition to UK
Muad’Dib made an explosive documentary called ‘7/7 The Ripple Effect’

Documentary filmmaker Muad’Dib, aka. Anthony John Hill, has just been arrested with a view to extraditing him to the UK. He apparently faces charges of Perverting The Course Of Justice for sending new evidence which may prove the innocence of three Muslim men currently on trial for ‘collaborating’ with the 7/7 bombers. They are on trial in Kingston, Surrey.

Watch Muad’Dib’s explosive film here: I am continually amazed, that ordinary people turned filmmakers can do, reasonably well, what the mainstream doesn’t have the guts to do.

Isn’t it about time we had an independent enquiry and inquests rather than endless ‘related’ trials and legal threats?

A 60-year-old man wanted in the UK on a charge of perverting the course of justice during the trial of a number of men in connection with the London bomb attacks has appeared in the High Court this afternoon.

Anthony John Hill, orginially from Sheffield, was arrested on Carrig Street in Kells this morning on foot of a warrant issued by the authorities in Britain.

It is alleged he sent DVDs entitled “7/7 Ripple Effect” to the jury, the judge and members of the victims’ families.

The DVDs claimed the attack was an inside job and that the accused men were innocent.

The men in question are accused of conspiring with the bombers and of helping them to kill over 50 people on July 7th, 2005.

The High Court heard that, when arrested this morning, Hill said: “I sent them, I believe those men to be innocent.”

He has been remanded in custody until February 18th.

What's really bad about this is he was arrested in the Republic of Ireland. The Irish police used to have common sense with cases like this.
20  years ago they would have turned a blind eye to it even if they knew his whereabouts. It looks as if government employees in the South of Ireland are losing their wisdom and common sense which their predecessors had in abundance. It took only one generation for Ireland to change, for the worst. Looks like the Irish government and police could use an education, perhaps watching a few documentaries like "Ripple Effect" and Terrorstorm/Endgame wouldn't do them any harm.

It's because conveying information to the judge or jury is illegal.

Summary of the film: the guy who was supposed to be caught on CCTV (as part of the inside job) missed the train to get there because the train was CANCELLED.... and yet, the media STILL showed an image of him on CCTV, meaning that they PHOTOSHOPPED it, which shows culpability not just from those doing the inside job, but also for the BBC, because they aired the image, and covered up mistakes made in the speech by Sir Ian Blair.

Waiting for News on this - result should be on breaking Irish News shortly - Legally there is no basis in Irish Law for extradition to UK as there is no equivalent "crime" in Irish Law i.e: sending a few DVD's through the post - The Judge (Justice Michael Peart) took the last couple of weeks to decide and has watched 7/7 Ripple Effect during this time - Here's hoping that the Irish Court's are still independent enough to rightfully give the U.K. authorities the "Two Fingers" ( Imagine the implications for Ireland if Lisbon Treaty 2 was passed --- It would have been straight off to the U.K. for Maud'Dib AKA Anthony John Hill to face a preposterous charge --- )

                         Judges ruling is due today 2nd April -- will post on Forum as soon as news comes through...

as was mentioned on an.other thread, there was an e-petition on Downing Street to have a sub-poena-powered public enquiry into this ... you know what the official Refusal said, "It wasn't worth wasting public money on the 7/7 issue." 

I'd rather have had my tax money go into that than have my tax money go into militarising the British streets post 7/7.

The verdict today by Mr. Peart was as follows:

Ordered surrender to the U.K.(extradited), and committed to prison for a minimum of 15 days in Ireland prior to extradition.

An appeal may be made to the Supreme Court in Ireland within the next 15 days. The appeal may include a bail request, and delay the extradition, pending a decision by the Supreme Court (in Ireland).

At this time, due to the order as stated, Muad'Dib was arrested (remanded) in court today after the verdict, and was taken to the prison again.
