JT: Hey Alex. It’s good to talk to you. AJ: Hi. JT: I have some clarification for you on the 10th amendment sovereignty resolution that Representative Key was talking about. Oklahoma isn’t the first, Alex. This movement has been alive now for 14 years. AJ: Oklahoma was the first, and he was involved then in it in 1994. I’m not talking about the one that they just passed last year. Go ahead. JT: Well, no. The whole thing started in Colorado in 1994. And I’ve been working hard keeping this thing alive because I was the representative’s legislative aide… AJ: Oh, good. JT: …that put this thing together back in 1994. And Oklahoma’s only passed this one now in one House. They did it originally in 1995 in one House. But they never could get it out because the Oklahoma City bombing was designed specifically to stop patriot groups from using state legislators. AJ: No, I know. And NORTHCOM is built all around this. I knew Colorado had been involved in it as well. Fill us in, sir, since you were the legislative aide who helped push all this. JT: Well, it was passed by both houses of the Colorado state legislature and signed on April 21st of 1994. Every forum that I’ve been on since I was drummed out of the state house back in 1996, I have put this thing up as a sticky. I’ve tried to get to be moderators. I’m a moderator on your forum. And this thing is real. And once these things are passed, they are not rescinded. They have no sunset. Once a state has passed through both houses of it’s legislature this 10th amendment sovereignty resolution, they have affirmed that the 10th amendment will be the law that relegates federal government mandates, any laws. So, like what New Hampshire’s doing…they’re being very specific. No martial law, no gun confiscation. What Charles Key was talking about earlier… and I talked to Charlie, good Lord, 14 years ago. And what they’re doing with the RealID Act…the federal government has to show that absolute chapter and verse constitutionality for any federal mandate under the 10th amendment resolution. And these states like Colorado who…they have a new bunch of people in the state house now who have no idea what laws are on the books. And HJR94-1035 is on the books. California’s the same way. That’s what NORTHCOM, John Warner Defense Authorization Act, PDD-51 are all about. So their entire attack system is based around defending against that, showing us. That’s one of the big solutions. And so listeners, a lot of you say there’s no solutions because you don’t want to hear solutions. ‘Cause you wanna sit on your butts and say you didn’t hear solutions. This has been a solution. Oh well, I guess the resolution can't cover absolutely everything.

Like I said, I was a little hot under the collar about what Representative Key said, and a bit nervous about voicing my displeasure... so I got a couple of things wrong, like California introduced the resolution in April and passed it in August of 1994, and Charlie resigned his El Paso County Colorado senate seat in February of 1998 which is when we were "drummed out of the Statehouse." By that time the anti-patriot/anti-militia sentiment had reached a crescendo... it is amazing how well people are controlled by the television. Hmm, not a bad idea. I just add that to my list of things to request.  While you're at it... :p One of the "emergency" bills that allows them to make FEMA camps into forced labor camps during "emergency" times also allows for the separating of families [forced]. I find that, personally, to be an abomination. I think that the resolution should require these things be disallowed, EVEN in the case that the state legislature agrees to a state of emergency. Because honestly, the "unless the state legislature agrees to a state of emergency" creates a loophole that allows any and all of this stuff... in the event the legislature agrees to a state of emergency. But I think that these things should be disallowed on our soil, PERIOD. Just my personal opinion, though. I don't like that "if the state legislature agrees" loophole being there, at all.

Thanks for your input because that "state of emergency" declaration has always bothered me.
The interesting thing about the "emergency clause", is that it was born when Franklin D. Roosevelt declared "war on the emergency," the Depression, in his first inaugural address on March 4, 1933. This was the first time a war had been declared on an inanimate object. This is a fraud! The stipulation was that all legislation originally imposed using the emergency clause, had to sunset after 2 years. Unfortunately many are still on the books after 1935 with the "mandated" restructuring of state statutory systems that year. We have been under the emergency since the depression. This is a gross misinterpretation and misuse of the ambiguous war and emergency powers, and should be reassessed. When a real emergency arises, the people will know it, and the legislators will know it as well. The foremost authority on this subject is a man who has been researching this aspect of the New World Order since the early 1970s, he is a rancher, doctor of veterinary medicine, and a friend, named Dr. Eugene Schroder, who wrote a incredibly well documented book on this called "The War and Emergency Powers," that covers this subject from the beginning, documenting each breach of the Constitution along the way. Alex should have Dr. Schroeder on to discuss this subject sometime soon. Much of what has been foisted under the umbrella of conspiracy, is not conspiracy at all, much is true... Alex knows this. One thing for certain, is that we must insure, that these 10th Amendment sovereignty resolutions, are seen as a Constitution restorative structure... and NOT misconstrued as a call for a constitutional convention to replace the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. This must be emphatically stressed. I hope there are some solutions to this. The NH Reps were very encouraging in pointing out that the US Constitution and the federal government is a compact, empowered by the states. I liked their ideas of getting the states to talk directly to each other. I also like the way Alex clearly laid out who the culprits are—offshore foreign banks.
I must say, though, that Friday’s inexplicable NH House vote was quite a blow and I think people are still more than a little upset over this. Perhaps a review of what shut the process down in the late 90’s might help to prevent the same thing from happening again.

J.T. - If I may add my opinion to this thread, you are obviously a very articulate speaker. Thank you for your work along this line.
First, the states do not have any rights. The states, like the federal government, has powers delegated to it by the people. The state is a fiction created by the people, and therefore the state can have no rights.
Second, the ninth amendment clearly shows this as it refers to the people and makes no reference to the state as does the 10th.
Third, the states have one overriding power. That power is to protect the rights of the people. That is the defining issue here as the states have declined to protect the rights of the people.
Resolutions aside, that being the attempted enactment of said resolutions, which may be vetoed by the governor are inconsequential. As the assembly is the author of law as the direct representatives of the people they may take action on their own.
The first and most important is that they hold the purse strings. Without that, the government will cease to operate. Stop the funding of all courts, and any other agency that cannot site constitutional tenor for their existence. In addition, it may fund the Organized Militia, and when it is either rejected by the senate, or vetoed by the governor, the house can declare its representation of the people, and the unlawful acts of the senate and governor. They will get press in this manner.

I tried calling in to Alex's show to get people fired up about contacting their state reps with J.T.'s information--I'll try tomorrow. I have been multi-tasking today with trying to listen to this live and writing all my state reps to give them an education!

J.T. - If I may add my opinion to this thread, you are obviously a very articulate speaker. Thank you for your work along this line.
First, the states do not have any rights. The states, like the federal government, has powers delegated to it by the people. The state is a fiction created by the people, and therefore the state can have no rights.
Second, the ninth amendment clearly shows this as it refers to the people and makes no reference to the state as does the 10th.
Third, the states have one overriding power. That power is to protect the rights of the people. That is the defining issue here as the states have declined to protect the rights of the people.
Resolutions aside, that being the attempted enactment of said resolutions, which may be vetoed by the governor are inconsequential. As the assembly is the author of law as the direct representatives of the people they may take action on their own.
The first and most important is that they hold the purse strings. Without that, the government will cease to operate. Stop the funding of all courts, and any other agency that cannot site constitutional tenor for their existence. In addition, it may fund the Organized Militia, and when it is either rejected by the senate, or vetoed by the governor, the house can declare its representation of the people, and the unlawful acts of the senate and governor. They will get press in this manner.
The bolded portion above in your post above is a federally foisted fallacy, and purposeful misconstruction of these amendments... Witness the clear rights of the states and the People: The law is quite clear...
