In The Washington Times there is an article quoting an unnamed senior intelligence officer. He is saying that Al Qaeda was playing with bio agents and the experiment went sour..

This is a really great find. I'm glad someone is watching, but here's my analogy of this situation.  Today was inauguration day for Obama, and Bush was leaving office. What better way to KILL OFF supposed terrorists in groups I've never heard of.  To begin with al-Qadea is the name of a data base program used by the CIA overseas.  This is where all the names of foreign trainees for the CIA are kept.  In turn, the U.S. and CIA developed this group and created 'paid terror cells' to do their dirty work, saving face for the governments.

The threat of the Black Plague is just another form of 'continuing terror' that's leaking out through their paid media. How much you wanna bet that THIS will be part of Obama's test.  What would he do as President to initiate American nation-wide martial law, because there's been an outbreak of the Black Plague.  Think about it, this entire set up to terrorists concocted by the governments.  The economic fall of America, brought on by the government and banks to get the NWO into motion. And if you've been following Alex for awhile, you'll know why they released this load of crap.

The end could well be nigh people. there has been a limited press coverage of this (1 story!) but please read on:

Not the best paper but i have spoken to this reported his intel is sound. It was also reported in the washington post yesterday. If they have spilled this bug which is killing in hours it won`t take too long to spread naturally, alternatively it could be bought to all our door steps by some "terrorist". It is killing in hours so as a scientist i can say with some certanty that it is 1) probably airborne (pneumonic plague - very nasty) and 2) it is probably weaponised (due to the speed its killing - this also means it could have been made resistant to most antibiotics). If you think this can`t effect us think again, 1 person comes into contact with this and goes to a populated town and even 1% of people get sick this thing could still be with us inside a week. Prepare everyone and fingers crossed the algerian govt will pull their finger out and clean up (- so far they have made no attempt as its on the border with afghanistan) before its too late.

Al Qaeda bungles arms experiment
Eli Lake (Contact)

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2009/jan/19/al-qaeda-bungles-arms-experiment/

An al Qaeda affiliate in Algeria closed a base earlier this month after an experiment with unconventional weapons went awry, a senior U.S. intelligence official said Monday.

The official, who spoke on the condition he not be named because of the sensitive nature of the issue, said he could not confirm press reports that the accident killed at least 40 al Qaeda operatives, but he said the mishap led the militant group to shut down a base in the mountains of Tizi Ouzou province in eastern Algeria.

He said authorities in the first week of January intercepted an urgent communication between the leadership of al Qaeda in the Land of the Maghreb (AQIM) and al Qaeda's leadership in the tribal region of Pakistan on the border with Afghanistan. The communication suggested that an area sealed to prevent leakage of a biological or chemical substance had been breached, according to the official.

"We don't know if this is biological or chemical," the official said.

The story was first reported by the British tabloid the Sun, which said the al Qaeda operatives died after being infected with a strain of bubonic plague, the disease that killed a third of Europe's population in the 14th century. But the intelligence official dismissed that claim.

AQIM, according to U.S. intelligence estimates, maintains about a dozen bases in Algeria, where the group has waged a terrorist campaign against government forces and civilians. In 2006, the group claimed responsibility for an attack on foreign contractors. In 2007, the group said it bombed U.N. headquarters in Algiers, an attack that killed 41 people.

Al Qaeda is believed by U.S. and Western experts to have been pursuing biological weapons since at least the late 1990s. A 2005 report on unconventional weapons drafted by a commission led by former Sen. Charles Robb, Virginia Democrat, and federal appeals court Judge Laurence Silberman concluded that al Qaeda's biological weapons program "was extensive, well organized and operated two years before the Sept. 11" terror attacks in the U.S.

Another report from the Commission on the Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation, released in December, warned that "terrorists are more likely to be able to obtain and use a biological weapon than a nuclear weapon."

British authorities in January 2003 arrested seven men they accused of producing a poison from castor beans known as ricin. British officials said one of the suspects had visited an al Qaeda training camp. In the investigation into the case, British authorities found an undated al Qaeda manual on assassinations with a recipe for making the poison.

The late leader of al Qaeda in Iraq, Abu Musab Zarqawi, was suspected of developing ricin in northern Iraq. Then-Secretary of State Colin L. Powell referred to the poison in his presentation to the U.N. Security Council in February 2003 that sought to lay the groundwork for the U.S. invasion of Iraq.

Roger Cressey, a former senior counterterrorism official at the National Security Council under Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, told The Washington Times that al Qaeda has had an interest in acquiring a poisons capability since the late 1990s.

"This is something that al Qaeda still aspires to do, and the infrastructure to develop it does not have to be that sophisticated," he said.

Mr. Cressey added that he also is concerned about al Qaeda in the Land of the Maghreb, which refers to the North African countries of Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia.

"Al Qaeda in the Maghreb is probably the most operationally capable affiliate in the organization right now," he said.

Al-Qaeda's plague backfires

By ALEX WEST

Published: 20 Jan 2009

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article2150050.ece

THE al-Qaeda cell wiped out by Black Death may have infected ITSELF while developing biological weapons, it emerged last night.
The terrorists planned to wreak havoc on Western targets but fell victims to their own weapon, a leading expert on chemical warfare believes.

Tests ... Osama bin Laden

The Sun revealed yesterday that Black Death, also called the Plague, killed at least 40 fanatics at a terror training camp in Algeria earlier this month.

It was thought they caught the disease through poor living conditions in their forest hideouts.

But Dr Igor Khrupinov, of Georgia University, said: “Al-Qaeda is known to experiment with biological weapons. And this group has direct communication with other cells around the world.

“Contagious diseases, like ebola and anthrax, occur in northern Africa. It makes sense that people are trying to use them against Western governments.”

Dr Khrupinov, once arms adviser to Russian leader Mikhail Gorbachev, added: “Instead of using bombs, people with infectious diseases could be walking through cities.”

Black Death HAS been researched as a biological weapon before.

And al-Qaeda boss Osama bin Laden’s fanatics were experimenting with anthrax in Afghanistan in 2001.

Last year it was revealed 100 suspected terrorists tried to become students in Britain, giving them access to labs.

In 2006 a plot to poison London’s water was unmasked.

Ian Kearns, of the Institute for Public Policy Research, said: “The biological weapons threat is not going away. We’re not ready for it.”

I believe that a bio attack is possible, but this is just more fear mongering.

FEAR......FEAR.....FEAR

The Govt wants you to believe it alone can save you from terror now, BUT you have to give away all your freedom and be their slave.

I tried to find news about this from Algerian news sites.

Their main news  Algeria Press Service had nothing that I could find about this.  The Arab news, Al Bawaba, had an article sourcing only western news and that it was only 'confirmed' by US Intelligence.

Algeria: Return of Black Death?

Posted: 21-01-2009 , 13:30 GMT

Recently, there were reports an al-Qaeda affiliate abandoned a training camp in Algeria after 40 men died from being exposed to the plague during a biological weapons test. The report, which first published by the British tabloid newspaper The Sun, claimed members of al-Qaeda in the Land of the Maghreb (AQLIM) abandoned their cave hideouts in Tizi Ouzou province, 150 kilometres east of the Algerian capital Algiers, after being exposed to plague bacteria.

It added they apparently became infected while experimenting with biological weapons. The ordeal started after Algerian security forces discovered the body of a dead man alongside a road near the abandoned hideout.

U.S. intelligence officials, speaking to the Washington Times newspaper, confirmed the sudden base closure after an unconventional weapons test went wrong. According to these officials, they intercepted an urgent communication in early January between the AQLIM leadership and al-Qaeda's top leaders in the tribal region of Pakistan. The Algerian side said they were abandoning and sealing off a training area after a leak of a chemical or biological substance.

According to the National Post, there are two types of plague. Bubonic plague, which is spread by bites from infected rat fleas, killed a third of Europe's population in the 14th century but can now be treated with antibiotics. Pneumonic plague is less common but more deadly. It is spread, like the flu, by airborne bacteria, and can be inhaled and transmitted between humans without the involvement of animals or fleas.

It's good to know about how the theives survived the black plague, even though this is looks fake.

The general consensus is right here:http://whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/deadbiologists.html

and yes, it is true. Some of these murders were listed as a "Suicide", even though they find them dead UNDERNEATH A CHAIR LEG or Shot 3 times in the head.

So, yes...it seems like they've been prepping for a ff bio-attack at some point in the future, we just don't know when.

And Now… Plague Sweeps Through al Qaeda Terror Training Camp, Killing 40

http://cryptogon.com/

January 19th, 2009

Well, let’s take a quick walk down Cryptogon memory lane:

Plague-Infested Mice Missing from Bioterror Research Lab

World of Warcraft Disease Model

U.S. Researchers Trying to Create Pandemic Avian Flu

Researchers Have Isolated the Genes that Made the 1918 Flu Pandemic So Deadly, and Spliced Those Genes Into Modern Flu Viruses

Via: Telegraph:

The Black Death has reportedly killed at least 40 al-Qaeda operatives in North Africa.

The disease, which struck Europe in the Middle Ages killing more than 25 million people, has swept through a training camp for insurgents in Algeria.

The arrival of the plague was discovered when security forces found the body of a dead terrorist by a roadside, the Sun reports.

The victim belonged to the large al-Qaeda network AQLIM (al-Qaeda in the Land of the Islamic Maghreb).

A security source told the paper: “This is the deadliest weapon yet in the war against terror. Most of the terrorists do not have the basic medical supplies needed to treat the disease.

“It spreads It spreads quickly and kills within hours. This will be really worrying al-Qaeda.”

Black Death comes in various forms and was one of the deadliest pandemics in human history when it struck in the 1340s killing 75 million people across North Africa, Asia and Europe.

Bubonic Plague is spread by bites from infected rat fleas. Symptoms include painful boils in the groin, neck and armpits. In Pneumonic Plague, airborn bacteria spread like flu. Without medication it can be deadly.

The new epidemic began in the cave hideouts of AQLIM in Tizi Ouzou province, 150km east of the capital Algiers, the Sun reports.

The group, led by wanted terror figure Abdelmalek Droudkal, was forced to turn its shelters in the Yakouren forest into mass graves and flee.

The group now fears the highly-infectious disease could have spread to other al-Qaeda training camps or Taliban fighters in Afghanistan, the paper said.

A source said: “The emirs (leaders) fear surviving terrorists will surrender to escape a horrible death.”

AQLIM bombed the UN headquarters in Algiers in 2007, killing 41.

oh my gosh, this is the first reference to this incident that I have found...I heard this in a mtg - how IC-Qaeda (aka al-Qaeda) is producing bio-weapons! And this is our objective to train state/local/tribal for this threat!  I knew this is another false flag or fear tactic to get us behind the company line.  Thanks for the info...for I could not find this story anywhere on MSM.
