Advise to newly awake.

This is some advise from a swedish truth website wich i translated to english, changed and added a bit to.

Newly Awake!After studying the conspiracy a while many of us starts to get an aha-feeling or some type of “awakening”. This can take on many forms and varies in intensity, but here’s a compilation of how it can appear and what to think of when your going through your awakening!

The awakening
Many people rest their values on the norms that have surrounded us since birth. We know what is right and what Is wrong and can find safety in what we recognize. We then continue to build our values around this worldview and when we later in life realizes that this worldview is wrong our entire foundation is shattered. This makes the process very strong for some since it forces us to re-value our former views. This adds to the fact that many people never gets this insight since they’re not ready to abandon the safety they have gotten in the official worldview.

There are those who react negative by the new worldview since they suddenly get aware of a very large suffering they previously have been able disregard. This can lead to that you become depressed and sad, these feelings however usually calm down and you accept the truth.

There are others who have a background of depression and sadness, without understanding where these feelings of emptiness and meaninglessness come from. When they wake up they can suddenly get an understanding of why they have felt this big suffering and with this understanding they can get a sense of meaning in life and become totally free from earlier problems that they have had.

There are also those who always have been aware, on a more subtle level, that our worldview has been false and thus never had these values at all. These persons can get feeling of remembering something they actually always known and the transition can be without too much drama.

Hybris

A very common part of and a big obstacle to the awakening is when we overestimate the knowledge we have received. You can imagine our perceived reality like a box around us, our frame of reference. We have a tendency to only see things that are inside the box and to act as if there was nothing outside it. By getting some kind of enlightenment you could describe it as if the box gets bigger and we extend our knowledge. Even so, it is very important to understand that your box is still there. Many people think that they´ve got the final knowledge and cling to this new piece of knowledge, and tend to act condescending towards those who still haven´t “got the news”. So, you have got to finally realize that you´ll always have that box, no matter how big you think it is, and through this understanding you will get humble and get a possibility to expand your knowledge further.

Critical thinking

When you get something confirmed that you could have never previously have believed, you might loose some of the skeptical approach you hade before, and a bit too much of. It might lead you to believe in things that aren´t very relevant. To swift from being skeptical towards alternative information to being critical of conventional science, is just like swinging from the plague to colera. The sound way is to be critical of all kinds of information. What you know is that what you used to believe in wasn´t correct, but that doesn´t mean that all of what you believed in was false. Listen to everything without judging, but don´t believe it if it can´t be verified. Remember that much cannot be verified, so leave space for doubt, also towards your own opinion. Don´t loose your critical thinking if you start browsing for different spiritual methods. It is better to master one skill than to try one hundred different.

Act

Many want to to something about this problem, but don´t know where to begin. What you can to is to get more information and spread it to others in your environment. Remember that in order to win we must act in real life too, and not just under the anonymous internet!

Gather information

Gather as much possible objective information as possible. Knowledge is power. It still holds. The sources and the references on these subjects are amazingly deep. But watch out for the most spectacular theories, just because they are cool, and ask yourself: Is this possible? Don´t judge those you hold extreme opinions, but remember to respect all individuals. Of course there are many untrue theories; due to how easy available information is nowadays, the problem arises that many of those theories are laden with personal opinions and aims. All the more important to seek an independent interpretation. The really important thing is what you do with the information, not the information itself.

Spread information

A though but important task is to spread this crucial information to others. And when doing so it’s important that you show your intentions with the information and how you wish that by letting people know these basic facts of the world, the world might just be freed. To spread information is an art in itself, since you can’t move to quickly on the person your trying to wake up, but still get to the core of the problem which is can be very hard for some.
Share the information with your friends, family and strangers! Don’t be shy, Fight for what you know and believe in with all your heart! Many people you approach won’t understand and will probably either ignore you or try to defend “their” “own” thoughts. They do this often due to emotional views, it can be everything from religion to left< - >right politics. It’s therefore important to try and plant a seed since you most likely wont be able to convince the person the first time without showing evidence. Believe me, every day more and more people are waking up and are able to see the lies and manipulations conducted by the elite. See your awakening as a gift.

Live a good life

Stop sponsoring their murderous game. You stop sponsoring their game by choosing how to use your money. Don’t buy unnecessary products and especially not from un-ethical corporations. Self-sustaining is the key! Get off the control grid! Put limits to your desires and do not live on credit. Turn of the TV and clear your mind a bit. We must focus on the real and good things in live, further your spiritual side and take care of your physical and mental health.

Develop empathy for yourself and others. Remember if you don’t care about others you don’t really care about yourself either.

Enjoy life. A life without pleasure and happiness is not worth living, so find the balance between your own responsibility as a fellow man and your ability to live in harmony and happiness! Be yourself and not what society, politics or peer pressure tells you to be.
Live life the way it’s meant to be lived, Free in happiness!
