9/11 Truth? Hitler-Bush quote

Friend saw this movie called "The 9/11 Truth":

In the movie, it claims that Bush recited the same words Hitler did:

"An evil exists that threatens every man, woman and child of this great nation. We must take steps to ensure our domestic security and protect our homeland."

There were no dates or locations, which tends to make me suspicious. After a little investigating, found this on many sites - with no documentation. The closest thing I could find was:

 "Our first priority must always be the security of our nation, and that will be reflected in the budget I send to Congress.  My budget supports three great goals for America:  We will win this war; we'll protect our homeland; and we will revive our economy."

I think the similarities are disturbing enough on their own without passing disinformation. It doesn't do much good to get the truth out if it isn't the truth.
If someone has credible information to the contrary, please post it.

I think that clip from zeitgeist was more an example that Bush could well have said that, it sounds like something he would say, but it was in fact hitler.. just raising comparisons between the 3rd reich homeland security and the US homeland security.

You know, it just didn't come off that way; it was in quotations. And if you do a quick search, you'll see a lot of people posting it as fact.

The point I'm trying to make is that it is hard enough to convince people with truth. The truth is weird enough without making false assertions. We need to report what is not reported in a professional manner; I believe.
