Yes, I am. Are you? Do you realize we do something called making AMENDMENTS to the constitution. You'd think if it was such an end all, be all document, that we wouldn't have that little loophole, now would we? I guess you didn't think of that.
Uh, is there an amendment allowing people who are not natural born citizens to become President? No, there isn't. Therefore, your argument makes absolutely no sense. Additionally, any amendments become a part of the Constitution, which means that the Constitution IS still the end-all, be-all document.

Actually it makes perfect sense, because I said the constitution was not the end all, be all, document. It's not entirely a static document. I'm sorry that argument is over your head.

End-all, be-all, and static are two completely different things. Good God...

Dear bigot, and moron.. you just said that ammendments = the constitution. We are arguing about them being part of the same document, I pointed out that they are, in reality, not exactly part of the same document.
The entire point is that the constitution is not perfect, and the larger issue is the glaring hypocrisy of people bitching about Obama not being native born when our ancestors committed the greatest genocide in history in order to STEAL this land from Native Americans. You want to call me anti-american for that, I don't give a shit.
There is only one group of people that have ACTUAL native belonging on this land, and our constitution was founded on the behest of their slaughter.
Sorry, I know.. reality is a bitch.

Shall we speak of incidents that occured in the 1500's over today? let's have hang columbus day instead of christopher columbus day, would that appease you and allow for your discussion of more importent issues. The U.S. Constitution is the deadliest document ever written to the european imperialist nazi's. Had the U.S. not been established you would be paying your dues to the Queen of England right now so shut up you ungrateful little twit.

Why not? If anything, we should bare this hypocricy.. Secondly, the constitution didn't have a f**king affect on the Nazis, in any way, shape or form.. The constitution wasn't what separated us from the Queen of England.. it's called the Declaration of Independence, idiot.

I dont even have to respond to this with a rational answer because iknow everyone in this forum is well aware of the provisions in the Constitution that made this country the polar opposite of the British Empire.

Since you are so fond of the Indians, what say you about the Mayan and other Indian tribal practices of sacrificing thousands of inocent people, is that not slaughter? is that not genocide that they commited on their own people?.

Hmm? We're talking about Mayans? They have absolutely nothing to do with Native Americans. I don't recall anyone finding temples or arenas that involved kicking peoples heads around, in the united states, do you? Native Americans were a very subsistence culture. They were not monsters, and they did not create empires. Your comparison is irrelevant. You may as well compare Native Americans to North Korea's government. Even if they were like the Mayans, what you're suggesting is that our invasion is justified. Sounds very similar to some of the justifications for the war in Iraq. Your COINTELPRO is the only thing off-topic here.

Actually there were ALOT of different native american tribes and some of them did very much practice ritualistic sacrifice. I am not going to dive into this absurd issue which is nothing in comparison to the establishment of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. Something that has never occured before in it's form and has lasted longer than any other Free Constitutional Republic. It was based on Freedom and Anti-Imperialism until the country was infiltrated by European bankers, the same Europeans that sent that guy you do not like to colonize the U.S. on behalf of the Spanish and British. you may as well go directly to spain and yell at them for funding Columbus if you are going to associate the establishment of our constitutional Republic to slaughtering indians when the events occured about 300 years apart.

Actually there were ALOT of different native american tribes and some of them did very much practice ritualistic sacrifice. Can you name one? Seriously. I'm just curious.. again, it doesn't matter WHAT THEIR CULTURE did with their own people.. they didn't go out of their way to steal the country we now live in. Again, that's the exact same rational for the Iraq war.. and yet you claim to be so against neocon ideals.. I am not going to dive into this absurd issue which is nothing in comparison to the establishment of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. Nice try, though.. I believe the constitution was a brilliant document. I agree that it was an incredible attempt at escaping tyranny, and it did us very well, for a very long time.. It wasn't perfect, though.. and that's my point. Everyone comes in here bashing me just because I dare challenge the notion that the constitution is not perfect, and that it was not an end all, be all document. This petty arguing about Obama not being a natural citizen, is absurd. What good is the constitution of "for the people, by the people" if someone was to overturn the election of who the majority of the people voted for? Sure, you could be a strickler to that rule, that could just as easily be amended.. but seriously, is it freedom to kick a guy out of office that the majority of the voters voted for? Even if you don't like him, you need to ask yourself that question. man your making this too easy but i wonder how creative your mom is too

The majority of Americans got tricked, not hard to do considering the education and fluoride, however the Constitution still stands no matter how idiotic a population is, cuz in a republic the rule of law applies and not mob rule.

Sigh.. again.. point completely missed. YOU WERE THE ONE THAT TRIED TO ARGUE THAT SINCE NATIVE AMERICANS COMMITTED GENOCIDE, THAT MEANS WE WERE RIGHT TO INVADE THEIR LAND.. NOT ME.. You're arguing that I made that statement about the rebellion against the Brits? ARE YOU COMPLETELY f**kING RETARDED?!! WE WERE TALKING ABOUT NATIVE AMERICANS..I didn't say a goddamned thing about the rebellion against the brits.. Jesus f**king christ.. so goddamned dense.. OH When did the genocide of the Native Americans first occur? in the 1500's or the late 1700's?
you're right.. Columbus totally took on the Native Americans by himself.. You obviously don't know shit about the American Indian wars.. Problem is you can't tell an Obamanoid hack from a COINTELPRO one !!!

He obviously has no idea of this countries history of fighting off Imperialists, nor the importence of the constitution which was the most well thought out document to ever be written. The damage done was done by corrupt moles under European control which reversed clauses in the Original Constitution, the document was quite sufficient before the Federal Reserve Act, and more recently Bush's unconstitutional laws, which in itself defends the constitution because what is going on in Iraq, and all over is UN-CONSTITUTIONAL and if we followed that document we would be in an entire different situation.
The minds that came up with our Constitution were far greater then yours, and MINE, so do not clame the constitution is flawed because if we followed it the majority of conflicts and incidents in the past 100 years would never have happened.

Obviously you know NOTHING about what I know. I know about the Rothschilds, and the Rockefellers, and central banks, and all of that shit.. I know what crap Bush has pushed into law.. that doesn't mean the constitution did not have flaws... again.. THE ABILITY TO MAKE AMENDMENTS IS THERE FOR THAT VERY REASON... Would've been nice if the constitution outlawed any form of lobbyism, wouldn't it? So much for being flawless..
