Any Rumors Re: rumormillnews.com ? "Explanation of the Factions" ?

I was surfing around reading about Agenda 21 and wandered onto www.rumormillnews.com . And what I read about Agenda 21 seemed pretty accurate but I saw and remembered seeing before this "Explanation of the Factions" ? While I am sure there are factions within the global elite community, I have only heard the terms "Faction One" and "Faction Two" or "F2" used on the rumormillnews.com site. The page is here:

An excerpt here:

I read this years ago and thought it could be true until I came across a link to a page titled

Now THAT is difficult to consider to be even "POSSIBLE" >>> that the Bushes are being blackmailed by the NWO..?..? gimme a break...

I have seen apparently accurate info on rumormill.com before, but George W. ...a victim of extortion?

so I was wondering if there was a credibility rating for rumormillnews.com. I would like to believe that there is a "faction" fighting against the NWO. Then I could relax and stop trying to defeat them all by myself. But, that is, of course, what THEY want....
