STEPHEN MILLIGAN,JAMES RUSBRIDGER,JONATHAN MOYLE,BARRY MANNAKEE, PRINCESS DIANA...
1-STEPHEN MILLIGAN, was a Tory MP and Parliamentary Private Secretary to the notorious arms dealer Jonathan Aitken, then a minister in the Tory government. On 7th February 1994, he was reported to have been found tied to a chair with a plastic bag over his head and a satsuma stuffed into his mouth. The usual embarrassment surrounding these cases seem to have prevented the press from carrying out an in-depth investigation into various discrepancies in the case. Aitken, was known to have an particular interest in Sado-Masochistic sex - Milligan wasn't. He was engaged at the time to a women who is now a Tory MP. More relevant perhaps is Aitken's well-documented links to intelligence agencies and his role in shadowy arms deals that were conducted in the Ritz hotel in Paris in 1993.

2-JAMES RUSBRIDGER, who died the same month as Stephen Milligan, was an ex-MI6 agent and respected investigative journalist specialising in intelligence matters. He was found hanging from a beam in his loft wearing a diving suit at his house in Bodmin Moor, Cornwall in February 1994. When his body was discovered, he was dressed in a green protective suit for use in nuclear, biological or chemical warfare, green overalls, a black plastic mackintosh and thick rubber gloves. His face was covered by a gas mask and he was also wearing a sou'wester. His body was suspended from two ropes, attached to shackles fastened to a piece of wood across the open loft hatch, and was surrounded by pictures of men and mainly black women in bondage. Consultant pathologist Dr Yasai Sivathondan said he died from asphyxia due to hanging "in keeping with a form of sexual strangulation". It was reported shortly before his death that he had started work on a controversial book about the Royal Family. The text of the book has never been released, and there were various discrepancies and strange events connected to his death that were reported at the time but have never been fully explained - such as journalists being followed to his house by unmarked cars. He was infamous for writing letters to newspapers which poured scorn on the Official Secrets Act; his books, such as The Intelligence Game, cast doubt on the official version of events. Just before his death, he unearthed Britain's code-cracking secrets, in particular the story that the British had cracked Japanese naval codes in advance of the attack on Pearl Harbour.

3-JONATHAN MOYLE, on March 31st 1990, there was Jonathan Moyle, the editor of the magazine Defence Helicopter World. He was in in Chile investigating a story that a Chilean firm, Industrias Cardoen, planned to convert US civilian helicopters into gunships for sale to Iraq. It has been long rumoured that Mark Thatcher the son of the British Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher was involved in secret arms deals with Chile. Details of some of these allegations are contained in the Profits of War: Inside the Secret US-Israeli Arms Network by the former MOSSAD agent Ari Ben-Manashe (Sheridan Square Press, New York, 1992).At first, Moyle's family were told that he had died whilst masturbating and hanging inside a cupboard -smaller than he was - in a hotel room in Chile. He was found hanging by his shirt with a pillow case over his head. A needle mark on his leg suggested he had been sedated according to a report in The Guardian on February 28th 1998. A chambermaid claimed she saw blood on the bed, but the Chilean police said it was suicide. The British foreign office later claimed he had killed himself in some sort of "bizarre sex game" that went wrong. It later apologised to the family for spreading this allegation. In February 1998, a inquest in Exmouth, Devon concluded that he had been "unlawfully killed" by "person or persons unknown".

4-BARRY MANNAKEE. The first suspicious death connected with Princess Diana was when her bodyguard Barry Mannakee (who is rumoured to have become her lover in 1985) died in unexplained motorbike crash in 1987. Afterwards, according to the former Conservative MP Charles Wardle, Diana feared for her life. In a speech in the House of Commons (Hansard, 22nd June 1999), Wardle stated: "Diana's remarks to Al Fayed concerned the royal household's antipathy to her; its habitually close links with the security services; the manipulation, interference, and control, as she saw it, exercised by official's of the household; her conviction, based on what she said she had been told, that Barry Mannakee's death was not an accident; and her apprehension that she, too, would be assassinated". Wardle also mentioned Major James Hewitt, one of Diana's lovers, who allegedly received threats from the royal family if he did not stop his relationship with Diana:"Hewitt said that he had received threats to his life. Patrick Jephson, a private secretary, said his safety could not be guaranteed. Members of the (royal) household told him that his safety would be in peril if he did not back off. Anonymous telephone calls warned him that he would meet that same fate as Barry Mannakee. He said that the Princess of Wales took the threats seriously and told him that Mannakee had been murdered". According to the Sunday Mirror (4th January 1998), Princess Diana told Stephen Twigg, one of her therapists, that she "feared for her life" because she become the royal families "loose cannon". Similar threats were allegedly made in 1993 to Linda St. Clair, the leader of the Corrective Party, who claims she fled Britain "after establishment death threats". She says that she was approached by two men (who she believes were working for Special Branch or MI5) who threatened kill her and her family unless she disappeared. She promised to say nothing about a list of senior MP's and "other public figures" which she alleges have used her services as a prostitute, and left the country.

5-PRINCESS DIANA.Former MI6 agent Richard Tomlinson says they planned to kill President Milosevic by using a fake car crash in Geneva. In 1996, according to the former MI6 agent David Shayler, they failed in their attempt to kill the Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi - but the car bomb they used killed scores of Libyan civilians (thus, Gaddafi, who has survived at least three attempts made on his life by western intelligence services, was also the only leader of a country to openly speculate that MI6 had killed Diana). Successive British governments have sought to keep from both the British Parliament and the British people any details of MI6 assassination attempts against foreign leaders, hence the present hysteria of the Blair government towards both Tomlinson and Shayler. We believe that the Tomlinson revelations are very significant, as he has specifically claimed that MI6 planned to kill Slobodan Milosevic, then President of the Yugoslav Republic of Serbia.This scenario suggested that Milosevic could be assassinated by causing his personal limousine to crash. A proposed to arrange the CRASH IN A TUNNEL, because the proximity of concrete close to the road would ensure that the crash would be sufficiently violent to cause death or serious injury, and would also reduce the possibility that there might be independent, casual witnesses. A suggested that one way to cause the crash might be to disorientate the chauffeur using a STROBE FLASH GUN, a device which is occasionally deployed by special forces to, for example, disorientate helicopter pilots or terrorists, and about which MI6 officers are briefed about during their training. In short, this scenario bore remarkable similarities to the circumstances and witness accounts of the crash that killed the Princess of Wales, Dodi Al Fayed, and Henri Paul.. Diana�s crash car eyewitness, Francoise Levistre (or Levi) had told them that he was driving just ahead of Diana's Mercedes when he saw a motorcycle swerve directly in front of the Mercedes, making it lose control. He had come to Paris for an evening out with his wife Valerie, when noticed many headlights bobbing up and down behind him in his rearview mirror as he approached the road tunnel under the Point d'Alma where the Mercedes crashed. From his home Rouen in Normandy, Levi told Reuters: "I said to my wife that there must be big shot behind us with a police escort. Then I went down into the tunnel and, again in my rearview mirror I saw the car in the middle of the tunnel with the motorcycle on its left, pulling ahead and then swerving to the right directly in front of the car . . . as the motorcycle swerved and before the car lost control, THERE WAS A FLASH OF LIGHT but then I was out of the tunnel and heard, but did not see the impact . . . I immediately pulled my car over to the curb but my wife said 'Let's get out of here. Its a terror attack' " (Reuters, Paris, Quoted on Internet 4/9/97. Another eyewitness Londoner Brenda Wells, 40, had told police how she was forced off the road by a motorbike following Diana's Mercedes at high speed (According Richard Tomlinson at least one of the paparazzi on a fast motorbike chasing the Mercedes was a member of "UKN", a small corps of part-time MI6 agents who provide miscellaneous services to MI6 such as surveillance and photography expertise). She also saw a dark-coloured car - possibly the Fiat Uno and in her statement she claims:'After a party with my friends, I was returning to my home. A motorbike with two men forced me off the road. It was following a big car. Afterwards in the tunnel there were VERY STRONG LIGHTS LIKE FLASHES.After that, a black car arrived. The big car had come off the road. I stopped and five or six motorbikes arrived and started taking photographs. Anonymous Eye Witness Report.There were also reports of a second car, just ahead of Diana's, at the time of the crash, and that this may be a crucial factor in her death. PARIS/WIESBADEN, Sept. 9th 1997 (EIRNS)--There are two separate witnesses, both of whom choose to remain anonymous, who are quoted by the newspaper Journal du Dimanche, saying that a car driving IN FRONT OF, the Mercedes S280, forced the Mercedes to start braking, as it entered the tunnel. The first witness says: "The Mercedes was driving on the right hand, shortly before the entry of the tunnel, preceded by a dark-colored automobile, of which make I cannot say. This car clearly was attempting to force the Mercedes to brake . . . The driver of the Mercedes veered into the left-hand lane, and then entered the tunnel.'' The witness said that what drew his attention to the scene, was the loud sound of the Mercedes' gears being suddenly lowered. The other witness, who was walking along the riverside, said he was surprised by the "sound of a motor humming very loudly.'' He said he saw a Mercedes:"travelling behind another automobile. I believe that the reason the Mercedes accelerated so suddenly, was to try to veer into the left lane, and pass that car.'' This raises the possibility, or perhaps probability, that Mercedes driver Henri Paul thought, or was convinced, that that automobile was driven by people who had the intent of killing his passengers, and therefore, decided to pass that car at any cost, by suddenly massively accelerating, from the 100 kilometers per hour he was driving just before the tunnel, to the 150 kph in the tunnel. Also noteworthy, is the Journal du Dimanche report, that there are 16 meters of skid marks left by the Mercedes' tires. They were crying 'It's Diana' Brenda's evidence calls into question initial claims that pursuing paparazzi were to blame. She makes the first mention of photographers after the accident when 'five or six' paparazzi arrived and took pictures. But last night, despite extensive inquiries in the Paris suburb of Champignay sur Marne where she told police she lived, Brenda could not be located.". Another important fact is� Prominent in position overlooking the crash site, was a traffic camera, which on the day he was there, was facing the entrance to tunnel where the Diana's car crashed. Of course, it is possible that the camera, at the moment of the crash, it was facing a different direction. However, according to the Lobster magazine ,http://www.lobster-magazine.co.uk/ (winter 1999), there are rumours that electricity supplies in the road tunnel were cut off 25 minutes before Diana's Mercedes entered it. It could be for this reason, as Lobster notes, that the CCTV cameras covering the crash site both before and after the crash were NOT WORKING. When Mohammed Al Fayed's (father Dodi Al Fayed) lawyers requested copies of the tapes from 17 cameras that covered the journey of Diana's Mercedes from the Ritz Hotel to the Point d'Alma, they were told by French police that no such tapes existed for those cameras. In fact, French authorities claimed that the cameras were "not recording any images at the time (of the crash). It was noted by NBC that Paris has the "most sophisticated video surveillance system of any city in the world", with all cameras recording to video tape and saved for two days - except on this occasion . . . Al Fayed's also claims that Princess Diana told him the intelligence services "might one day take her life". More controversially, he says the CIA and National Security Agency (NSA) in the United States pocess a document that implicates Prince Philip in the plot to kill Diana. The document, of 38 whose authenticity has yet to be proven, alleges that Prince Philip saw the relationship between Diana and his son as:"A serious threat to the dynasty should (the) relationship endure". Robert Fisk, the Independent's correspondent in The Lebanon was told: Had l heard what the Lebanese were saying about Diana's death? They had convinced themselves . . . that it was a plot. The British establishment could not stomach the idea that Diana - in love with an Egyptian Muslim - might herself convert to Islam, So they got rid of her . . . (Independent on Sunday, 12th October 1997). the Independent on Sunday suggested in an article Was Diana Murdered ? in 1997:"Her refusal to be cowed, to go quietly . . . had taken her into new avenues, to campaigning for the abolition of land mines to the fury of the United States government and the shadowy arms community. She was becoming ever more closely involved with a Muslim, and not just any old Muslim but the son of a man who was, and is, a thorn in the side of the Conservative British establishment. So, she was cut down" (Independent on Sunday, 19th October 1997).
