Yes, Karkare and his 2nd and 3rd in command were all killed (very, VERY convenient for those would might profit from this). They had a lengthy investigation about a lot of these terror cells and their foreign links, INCLUDING (and this shows his group was ahead of the curve) Hindu Terrorists who would start bombing mosques and other Islamic sites. This is the equivalent of a General Shinseki or an Admiral Fallon suiciding themselves with 2 bullets in the head 2 days before a 9/11 or an Operation Shock and Awe.
BLIND
BLIND F*CKIN SHEEPLE!!!!!!!!!!!
The guy who created the film "Who Killed John O'Neil" should make another film... "Who Killed Hemant Karkare"

Karkare was led into a turkey shoot, just like JFK!!! INSIDE JOB!!! ‘They threw Salaskar, Kamte and Karkare’s bodies from the vehicle’ http://www.indianexpress.com/news/they-threw-salaskar-kamte-and-karkare.../392336/ Swatee Kher Posted: Nov 30, 2008 at 0218 hrs ISTMumbai: On the third floor of Bombay Hospital, PSI Arun Jadhav is the sole survivor from the gunbattle in which ATS chief Hemant Karkare, encounter specialist Vijay Salaskar and Additional Commissioner of Police Ashok Kamte lost their lives. Attached with the anti-robbery squad headed by Salaskar, Jadhav was called to Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST), as information of shooting at the heritage station was received. Jadhav was at Marine Lines around 10 p.m. when he was called in to take one of the injured to the hospital. “I went to our office and picked up two stens and 70 rounds along with my pistol,” recalled Jadhav, adding that he and another officer with him could not find bullet-proof jackets. As they reached CST, they were asked to go to Cama Hospital instead, where terrorists held siege. Salaskar was waiting near SB-1 with a team, ready to move into Cama. Soon, Karkare and Kamte joined in,” said Jadhav. A team led by Sadanand Date had already entered the hospital premises but it had to retreat after Date was seriously injured. Date was then taken to KEM Hospital by the team. However, Karkare and team received an input that terrorists were travelling in a red vehicle on that road. According to Jadhav, Karkare got into a DCP vehicle and sat in the front seat next to the driver, while Kamte sat near the window. Salaskar was sitting behind the driver but as the vehicle moved forward, he asked the driver to slow down and got behind the wheel himself. Jadhav was seated at the back with three other constables. “We were driving slowly ahead when we spotted the red car. Even as we were about 100 metres from the car, there was sudden firing from the left side through trees. We were caught unawares and Karkare, Salaskar and Kamte died on the spot. Kamte was firing with his AK-47 even as he succumbed,” recalled Jadhav. The terrorists continued firing, injuring Jadhav and killing others. As their dead bodies slumped on him, he heard the terrorist opening the vehicle door and removing the bodies of the ATS chief and other cops from the front seat. While entering the vehicle, the terrorists took Karkare’s AK-47 rifle and ammunition. “I remained slouched as I was alone on the back seat. All the others were dead. The only thing they said when they removed Karkare’s body was ‘jacket hai’ in a Punjabi-Hindi accent,” said Jadhav.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WAKE UP!!!! THIS WILL BE THE END OF ANY HOPE OF A DEMOCRATIC PROCESS IN INDIA, JUST LIKE THE US IN 1963!

Karkare had a plan to prevent the seaboard attack! Karkare’s plan for sea patrols lost in red tape http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/articleshow/msid-3777171,prtpage-1.cms 1 Dec 2008, 0001 hrs IST, Ashish Agashe, ET BureauMUMBAI: The attacks on the financial capital could have been possibly foiled had the top echelons in the administration acted swiftly on some proposals for addressing the challenge of coastal security for Mumbai. Foreseeing an attack on the financial capital using the seafront such as the one last Wednesday, a proposal was sent to acquire two high-speed boats for patrolling in 2005. Ironically, the key person who was taking a personal interest in moving things was the slain ATS chief, Hemant Karkare. During his earlier posting as the Joint Commissioner of Police (Administration), Mr Karkare had swiftly recruited additional staff for coastal police stations to avoid any delay, hoping that land acquisition problems would be over. As part of the plan, the proposal to acquire two boats — a 12-tonne craft having a capacity to carry 15 people and a six-tonner that could carry eight men — was sent to the government. Orders have been placed and deliveries are expected by May 2009. “Had the boats come earlier, we could have possibly averted a situation like Wednesday’s with an early detection of terrorists’ movements,” an official said, adding that the twin speed boats could easily stop a small dingy. “If anyone knows that trained manpower with quality infrastructure is manning the seas, he will think twice before launching an attack from the sea,” the official said, referring to the usage of a dingy by 10 terrorists to reach the Cuffe Parade coast and then launching the attacks at multiple locations. The boats are currently under construction at Goa’s Western India Shipyard and made of “pure iron” and not a lighter material like fibre generally associated with faster boats. “The carrying capacity of the boat is good. And moreover, it will come with sophisticated weaponry on board, which could be of great use to counter terrorist attacks,” the official said. Initially, there was a delay in implementing the proposal due to funds constraint, as the Central government had not released necessary money to acquire the boats costing over Rs 1 crore each. The boats are being bought as part of the Centre’s coastal policing plan mooted in 2005. As part of the plan, Maharashtra was supposed to have 12 dedicated coastal police stations which would be entrusted with collecting intelligence and surveillance over the exclusive economic zone extending till 12 nautical miles from the appropriate border throughout the over 750-km coastline. Some of these police stations have already been functional in the state, but the Mumbai region with a coastline of 114 km, seems to be the last on the priority, as the coastal police stations are yet to come into existence. The Mumbai coastline is broadly divided into two parts — the western coastline extends from Raj Bhavan to Borivali/Gorai and the Eastern one, with vital installations like BARC and oil refineries, starts at Cuffe Parade and extends till Trombay. The coastal police station was supposed to come up at Versova. But due to land acquisition problems faced initially due to slow work by Revenue department officials and CRZ norms, it is yet to see the light of the day. Some sources said that the authorities are scouting for a newer place which could house the police station.

Is Purohit the Man Who Knows Too Much? http://www.istockanalyst.com/article/viewiStockNews+articleid_2839856.html Friday, November 28, 2008 9:58 PM (Source: The Times of India)Pranati Mehra & S Balakrishnan MUMBAI: Maharashtra's ATS chief Hemant Karkare met the national security advisor (NSA) M K Narayanan and the chief of Army intelligence in Delhi on Tuesday along with two of his officers, sources told TOI on Wednesday. Parambir Singh and Sukvinder Singh, both additonal commissioners working with Karkare, accompanied him to Delhi. The meeting came a day after the ATS lost face in the MCOCA court of Mumbai when the special judge Y D Shinde refused to give ATS the custody of the Sadhvi and Lt-Col P S Purohit though it was the first court hearing after the police had invoked MCOCA. The MCOCA hearing had been marked by allegations of torture in ATS custody by most of the accused. But the meeting in Delhi could have been on weightier issues. The ATS's faux pas in the Nashik court last Saturday when it alleged Purohit's role in the Samjhauta train blast of February 2007, has put the Indian government in a bind. The meeting of home secretaries of India and Pakistan is taking place in Islamabad this week and the ATS's allegation against Purohit may come handy to that country to debunk India's claims that the Samjhauta blast was the handiwork of the ISI. Sources also say the role of Purohit was discussed in further detail. The officer's lawyer had argued in court that he had done some of the best operations in the country and the Indians should be proud of him. Purohit has worked in intelligence in J&K and would have been privy to some very sensistive information. The Centre fears that if Purohit discloses to the court or to the media, after his release on bail, details of covert operations carried out by him for military intelligence then it would internationally face a major embarrassment. Purohit had taken part in several sensitive operations in J& K and Northeast. What is also worrying the Centre is the disclosure made under narco-analysis by both Purohit and another accused Chaturvedi that non-Wahabi Muslims had taken part in the conspirary to plant bombs in Malegaon. If this is true then it reveals a nexus between fanatic Hindu elements and certain Muslim groups. The Centre is also concerned that so far the exact source of RDX believed to have been smuggled by Purohit has not been identified so far.

Terrorists stayed in room 630, had many visitors http://www.ndtv.com/convergence/ndtv/mumbaiterrorstrike/Election_Story.aspx?ID=NEWEN20080074625&type=News Rashmi Rajput, Priyanka Kakodkar Sunday, November 30, 2008 1:09 AM (Mumbai) Immediate tragedy and crisis has only just given way to the investigation process, and already it is clear that the terrorists who held Mumbai hostage for almost three days had planned far greater mayhem. As the body count in the Mumbai terror attacks went up to almost 200, exclusive details were fast emerging by Saturday evening that the terrorists had plans to blow up the landmark Taj hotel at the Gateway of India, in an explosion similar to the one at the Marriott Hotel in Islamabad recently. Much of the information has come from the lone terrorist arrested and now in police custody -- A A Qasab, who reportedly belongs to Faridkot in Pakistan. Mumbai Police said Qasab had made clear that he believed he had done right and had no regrets. He reportedly said the plan was to blow up the entire heritage hotel, which is a landmark that represents the city. "We wanted to blow up the Taj," he is said to have told the police. Police said the operation had been planned for months, and a detailed recce was done four months ago by another group. They took satellite pictures of the hotels and various locations and prepared detailed maps. Qasab. and an associate, had booked rooms in the Taj where they kept the ammunition. They stayed in room 630, had booked the room for four days and had many visitors. Police are now trying to locate these visitors. The room was booked using fake identity cards from Mauritius and the terrorists posed as students, the police said. In other information that Qasab has reportedly given is that he had plans to enter the Times of India building, but had to change his plans as he was fired on by the police. He has also said that he and his associate Ismail Khan were the ones who shot Anti-Terrorism Squad chief Hemant Karkare, and top cops Vijay Salaskar and Ashok Kamthe. Hemant Karkare's funeral was held on Saturday. The first to be shot was Vijay Salaskar; Ashok Kamthe was next, and finally Hemant Karkare. Qasab was in touch on phone with his team's chief, who gave him instructions. Meanwhile, the Internet Protocol address of the Deccan Mujahideen, the group that sent an e-mail claiming responsibility, has been traced to outside India. And in an ominous lead that echoes the 1993 terror attacks in Mumbai, the police have said that the involvement of the underworld led by Dawood Ibrahim is being investigated and cannot be ruled out.

Mumbai cop, left for dead, rides with gunmen http://www.wztv.com/template/inews_wire/wires.international/36180b50-www.fox17.com.shtml By RAJANISH KAKADE – 10 hours ago MUMBAI, India (AP) — The militants waited in the shadows for the police van to pass, and when it slowed down in the narrow road, they sprayed it with gunfire. The gunmen opened the doors and dumped five slumped officers' bodies into the streets, then piled into the van to continue their siege. What they did not know was that two officers, including constable Arun Jadhav, were in the backseat, alive. Jadhav was taken on a chilling 10-minute ride through the dark streets of Mumbai with some of the gunmen who had launched a siege that would last for 60 more hours and leave at least 174 people dead. While one of the men drove the van, another pointed his rifle out the window and fired on a crowd milling outside a cinema. Later, he threw a grenade outside a state government building. The young gunmen said little during the harrowing drive, but spoke Hindi with a strong Punjabi, north-Indian accent.
They scoffed when they saw that the police officers they had killed had been wearing bulletproof vests.
"One of them laughed and said, 'Look, they're wearing jackets,'" Jadhav said.He was in the backseat, with an officer who was unconscious, both left for dead. Jadhav had been hit by three bullets, two of which left his hands nearly paralyzed. At one point, a cell phone trilled from the pocket of Jadhav's colleague. The gunman in the front seat turned around and fired. "He didn't even look back properly, he just fired," Jadhav said. "I think my colleague had been still alive. He died with those bullets." Before the carjacking, Jadhav and his colleagues — including Hemant Karkare, head of the Anti-Terror Squad — were racing to respond to emergency calls of a shooting inside Mumbai's main railway station, the attack that began the siege. Then a report came in that a car was seen speeding away from the terminal, and Jadhav's van rushed to follow it. While they were searching for the gunmen, the gunmen found them. From the backseat, Jadhav could not reach his weapon. "I kept trying to lift my gun, but I couldn't reach it," he said. Finally, one of the van's tires went flat, and the gunmen abandoned the vehicle. They stopped another car, pulled out the driver and drove away, he said. Jadhav climbed forward and used the police radio to call for backup and tell the authorities what direction the gunmen had gone. Minutes later, a team of officers blockaded a road lining the coast, and opened fire at the hijacked car. One gunman was killed and another arrested — the only militant to be captured during the entire two-and-a-half day ordeal. Jadhav is now recuperating from his injuries at a city hospital, and replaying the episode again and again in his mind. "I wish I could have lifted my gun," he said.

Mumbai constable survives terror attacks to recount horror http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Cities/Mumbai_cop_survives_to_recount_horror/articleshow/3772676.cms 29 Nov 2008, 1216 hrs IST, PTIMUMBAI: A constable, who was in the hijacked Mumbai police vehicle, survived the Wednesday night mayhem to recount the horror of how ATS chief Hemant Karkare and two other top officers of Mumbai police were gunned down inside the Toyota Qualis by a terrorist duo fleeing from CST. Injured Constable Arun Jadhav was in the vehicle whose tyre burst when the desperadoes had commandeered it in their attempt to flee from police chase. Karkare, encounter specialist Vijay Salaskar and Additional Commissioner of Police Ashok Kamte, who were all travelling in the same vehicle, were shot dead along with three constables by the terrorists. The top officers were on way to Cama Hospital, just a 10-minute drive from CST station, to check on another injured officer Sadanand Date. "When we were informed that Sadanand Date has been injured at the firing in Cama Hospital Karkare, Kamte, Salaskar and four constables left from CST to the spot. "Five minutes later, two persons carrying AK-47 rifles emerged from behind a tree and started firing at our vehicle," said Jadhav, who was hit by two bullets in his right arm and is recuperating in the Bombay Hospital. Sitting on his bed on the 14th floor of the hospital, Jadhav, who has been in the police service for the past 12 years, said the exact number of shots fired at the police car was not known, but the three top officers and as many constables were killed on the spot. Jadhav was the only person in the vehicle who survived. "I have been working with Salaskar my entire police career but I could not do anything to save his life," he said with tears rolling down his eyes. While Salaskar was at the wheel, Kamte was in the front seat and Karkare in the second row with the four Constables, including Jadhav, at the back seat. "The two terrorists then came up to our vehicle and pulled out Karkare, Kamte and Salaskar's bodies out and threw them on the road. Thinking that we (Constables) are also dead, the terrorists then got into the car and started driving towards Metro junction," Jadhav said.
They fired three rounds at journalists and police vans standing at Metro junction and then sped away towards Vidhan Bhawan in south Mumbai, where again they fired some rounds. "The terrorists then started driving from Vidhan Bhawan when the car's tyre burst. They then got off the car and ran towards another vehicle," he said. Jadhav then got in touch with the police control and informed them about the death of Karkare, Kamte, Salaskar and the three Constables. "Additional Commissioner of Police (ATS) Parambir Singh and other police officers then rushed to the spot and took the bodies to St George hospital," Jadhav said.

At least 3 precise warnings given before attack! Pointed intelligence warnings preceded attacks http://www.hindu.com/2008/11/30/stories/2008113055981500.htm Praveen Swami MUMBAI: India’s intelligence services had delivered at least three precise warnings that a major terrorist attack on Mumbai was imminent, highly-placed government sources have told The Hindu. However, weaknesses in police manpower and training allowed the attacks to proceed, the sources said. On November 18, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) intercepted a satellite phone conversation, in which a so-far unidentified caller notified his handlers that he was heading for Mumbai along with a certain cargo. RAW analysts, however, rapidly determined that the apparently innocuous call was made to a Lahore phone number known to be used by the Lashkar-e-Taiba’s main military commander for operations targeting India, who is known only by the code-names ‘Muzammil’ and ‘Abu Hurrera.’ Mumbai Police investigators have determined that the call was made from a satellite phone that was eventually found abandoned on the Porbandar-based fishing boat Kuber, hijacked by the terrorists mid-ocean, most likely on November 19. The satellite phone also contains records of several other calls to Lashkar handlers in Pakistan. Government sources said the RAW warning sparked a full-scale hunt for the merchant ship on which the terrorists had sailed from Karachi. The hunt was led by the Indian Navy and the Coast Guard. India’s coastal defence forces used global positioning system coordinates from the intercepted call to locate the general area in which the ship was located. Based on the testimony of arrested Lashkar terrorist Ajmal Amir Kamal, investigators believe the terrorists hijacked the Kuber in order to avoid detection after they saw Indian patrols closing in on the area. Kamal, the sources said, has told investigators that some of the terrorists tied red ceremonial threads on their wrists to appear like Indian fishermen. Earlier, in late September, Intelligence Bureau informants had issued alerts warning that a Lashkar unit was preparing to target the Taj Mahal Hotel. According to the sources, the warning, that was built on the testimony of arrested Mumbai-based terrorist Fahim Ansari, who told investigators in March that he had carried out reconnaissance operations at the Bombay Stock Exchange, the Gateway of India area and the Oberoi Hotels in preparation for an attack. RAW, too, issued warnings that the Lashkar was contemplating hitting one or more hotels in Mumbai’s northern suburbs, including the Leela Kempinski. Police sources said these intelligence warnings had led them to deploy personnel near major hotels in Mumbai, and hold meetings with hotel security heads. Parking instructions were introduced at the Oberoi Hotel, and circulars were issued to local businesses asking them to observe special security precautions. However, the restrictions were lifted a week before the attacks, after businesses and residents complained of inconvenience. [Because of complaints of inconvenience? WTF? You cannot make this shit up! Do you think the residents are more inconvenienced now or before the attack with the added security? TOTAL INSIDE JOB, LIKE STAND DOWN ORDERS!]“We also removed the additional security,” [Remember the bomb sniffing dogs called off from WTC weeks before 9/11? And Marvin Bush director of the security firm.] a police source said, “because our manpower was stretched to the limit and the personnel we had did not, in any case, have the specially-trained personnel needed to avert a suicide-squad attack.” New disclosures Meanwhile, Mumbai Police sources said, the continuing interrogation of arrested Lashkar terrorist Ajmal Amir Kamal had allowed them to put together a coherent account of the mechanics of the assault. Kamal has claimed that the Lashkar assault team, which trained in boat-handling tactics at the Mangla Dam reservoir on the border between Pakistan’s Punjab province and Pakistan-administered Kashmir, was trained to locate their targets on a high-resolution satellite map. If Kamal’s account proves to be correct, it would suggest there was no local support team in place to guide the attack — a decision that may have been made in order to ensure secrecy. A Lashkar team that landed near Mumbai last year was betrayed to Indian intelligence by its supporters in India. The police sources said media claims that elements of the Lashkar team had checked into the Taj Mahal Hotel prior to the attack appeared unfounded, as did assertions that two of the terrorists were British nationals.[BULLSHIT!]According to Kamal, the men travelled to a launching position on the Sindh coast, near Karachi, in groups of two. Each of the operatives had strict instructions to avoid personal discussions, and knew each other only by Arabic code-names.[MORE BULLSHIT!]Two suspects initially held on suspicion of guiding the fidayeen were found to be not involved and were released, the police sources said.[MORE BULLSHIT!]

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=viewArticle&code=CHO20081129&articleId=11217India's 9/11. Who was Behind the Mumbai Attacks? Washington is Fostering Political Divisions between India and Pakistan by Michel Chossudovsky Global Research, November 30, 2008 - 2008-11-29 The Mumbai terror attacks were part of a carefully planned and coordinated operation involving several teams of experienced and trained gunmen. The operation has the fingerprints of a paramilitary-intelligence operation. According to a Russian counter terrorist expert, the Mumbai terrorists "used the same tactics that Chechen field militants employed in the Northern Caucasus attacks where entire towns were terrorized, with homes and hospitals seized". (Russia Today, November 27, 2008). The Mumbai attacks are described as " India's 9/11". The attacks were carried out simultaneously in several locations, within minutes of each other. The first target was in the main hall of Mumbai's Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus railway station (CST), where the gunmen fired indiscriminately into the crowd of passengers. The gunmen " then ran out of the station and into neighboring buildings, including Cama Hospital" Attacks by separate groups of gunmen took place at two of Mumbai's luxury hotels - the Oberoi-Trident and the Taj Mahal Palace, located at the heart of the tourist area, within proximity of the Gateway of India. Taj Mahal Hotel The gunmen also opened fire at Café Leopold, a stylish restaurant in the tourist area. The third target was Nariman House, a business center which houses Chabad Lubavitch, Mumbai's Jewish Center. Six hostages including the Rabbi and his wife were killed. The domestic airport at Santa Cruz; the Metro Adlabs multiplex and the Mazgaon Dockyard were also targeted. "The attacks occurred at the busiest places. Besides hotels and hospitals, terrorists struck at railway stations, Crawford Market, Wadi Bunder and on the Western Express Highway near the airport. Seven places have been attacked with automatic weapons and grenades.(Times of India, 26 November 2008), Indian troops surrounded the hotels. Indian Special Forces commandos were sent into the two hotels to confront the terrorists. Witnesses at the hotels said that the gunmen were singling out people with US and British passports. Members of the Indian security forces taking up firing positions between fire trucks and ambulances on the grounds of the Taj Hotel on Friday. (Ruth Fremson/ The New York Times ) Casualties, according to reports, are in excess of 150 killed. Most of those killed were Indian nationals, many of whom died in the attack on the Chhatrapati Shivaji railway Terminus. At least 22 foreigners were killed in the attacks. Fourteen police officers, including the chief of the anti-terror squad, were killed in the attacks. Who was Behind the Attacks? A virtually unknown group called "the Deccan Mujahideen", has according to reports, claimed responsibility for attacks. The Deccan Plateau refers to a region of central-Southern India largely centered in the State of Andhra Pradesh. This unknown group has already been categorized, without supporting evidence, as belonging to the Al Qaeda network of terrorist organizations. Police reports confirm that nine "suspected attackers" have been arrested and three of the attackers have, according to unconfirmed police sources, confessed to belonging to Lashkar-e-Taiba [Lashkar-e-Tayyiba], a Pakistani Kasmiri separatist organization, covertly supported by Pakistani military intelligence (ISI). At least one of the arrested, according to the reports, is a British citizen of Pakistani descent. In chorus, both the Western and Indian media are pointing fingers at Pakistan and its alleged support of Islamic terrorist organizations: "Strategic gurus and security analysts in the US and from across the world are examining Pakistan's role in terrorism following yet another terror episode in India ending with fingers pointed at its widely-reviled neighbor. While initial reports from India suggested the Mumbai carnage was a localized attack by militant malcontents in India because of the "Deccan Mujahideen" decoy that was used to claim responsibility, evidence cited by Indian army and security experts based on phone intercepts, nature of weaponry, mode of entry by sea etc., has quickly focused the attention on Pakistan." (Times of India, November 27, 2008) The US media has centered its attention on the links between the Mumbai attacks and the "resurgent terrorist groups [which] enjoy havens in Pakistan's tribal areas as well as alleged protection or support from elements of Pakistani intelligence." (Washington Post, November 28, 2008). "Clash of Civilizations" In Europe and North America, the Mumbai attacks by Islamic fundamentalists are perceived as part of the "Clash of Civilizations". "Militant Islam is involved in a war against civilization". The dramatic loss of lives resulting from the attacks has indelibly contributed to reinforcing anti-Muslim sentiment throughout the Western World. The outlines of the terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India, are becoming clear. The terrorists targeted India, the U.S. and Britain, and the Jewish people. (Market Watch, November 28, 2008) According to the media, the enemy is Al Qaeda, the illusory "outside enemy " which has its operational bases in the tribal areas and North West Frontier Province of Pakistan. Washington's self-proclaimed holy mandate under the "Global War on Terrorism" is to take out bin Laden and extirpate Islamic fundamentalism. America's right to intervene militarily inside Pakistan in violation of Pakistan's sovereignty is therefore upheld. Bombing villages in the tribal areas of North West Pakistan is part of a "humanitarian endeavor", in response to the loss of life resulting from the Mumbai attacks: "Before these awful raids, news from South Asia had been encouraging. The central problem remains pacifying Afghanistan, where U.S. and other NATO forces struggle to stamp out Taliban and al-Qaeda elements." (Washington Post, November 28, 2008) "Washington, however, wants the Pakistani army's cooperation in fighting terrorism. In recent weeks, U.S. officers in Afghanistan reported better results, crediting the Pakistanis with taking the offensive against the Taliban on Pakistani territory." Media Disinformation US network TV has extensively covered the dramatic events in Mumbai. The attacks have served to trigger an atmosphere of fear and intimidation across America. The Mumbai attacks are said to be intimately related to 9/11. Official US statements and media reports have described the Mumbai attacks as part of a broader process, including the possibility of an Al Qaeda sponsored terrorist attack on US soil. Vice President Elect Joe Biden during the election campaign had warned America with foresight that "the people who... attacked us on 9/11, -- they've regrouped in the mountains between Afghanistan and Pakistan and are plotting new attacks". (emphasis added) These are the same people who were behind the terror attacks in Mumbai. These are also the same people who are planning to attack America. Immediately following the Mumbai attacks, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg put New York City's subway system "on high alert" based on "an unsubstantiated report of potential terrorism here in New York. This report led the New York Police Department to take precautionary steps to protect our transit system, and we will always do whatever is necessary to keep our city safe," Bloomberg said in a statement" (McClatchy-Tribune Business News, November 28, 2008, emphasis added). It just so happens that one day before the Mumbai attacks, "the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had warned that there is a 'possible but uncorroborated' Al -Qaeda threat against the New York transportation system." (Ibid) "As the attacks in Mumbai were carried out, U.S. authorities issued a warning that Al-Qaeda might have recently discussed making attacks on the New York subway system. A vague warning, to be sure. 'We have no specific details to confirm that this plot has developed beyond aspirational planning, but we are issuing this warning out of concern that such an attack could possibly be conducted during the forthcoming holiday season,' the FBI and Department of Homeland Security said." (Chicago Tribune, November 29, 2008) Pakistan's Military Intelligence is America's Trojan Horse The media reports point, in chorus, to the involvement of Pakistan's Military Intelligence, the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), without mentioning that the ISI invariably operates in close liaison with the CIA. The US media indelibly serves the interests of the US intelligence apparatus. The implications of these distorted reports are that: 1. The terrorists are linked to Al Qaeda. The Mumbai attacks are a "State sponsored" operation involving Pakistan's ISI 2. The Mumbai gunmen have ties to terrorist groups in Pakistan's tribal areas and North West Frontier Province. 3. The continued bombing of the tribal areas by the US Air Force in violation of Pakistan's' sovereignty is consequently justified as part of the "Global War on Terrorism". The ISI is America's Trojan Horse, a de facto proxy of the CIA. Pakistani Intelligence has, since the early 1980s, worked in close liaison with its US and British intelligence counterparts. Were the ISI to have been involved in a major covert operation directed against India, the CIA would have prior knowledge regarding the precise nature and timing of the operation. The ISI does not act without the consent of its US intelligence counterpart. Moreover, US intelligence is known to have supported Al Qaeda from the outset of the Soviet Afghan war and throughout the post-Cold War era. (For further details see Michel Chossudovsky, Al Qaeda and the War on Terrorism, Global Research, January 20, 2008) CIA sponsored guerilla training camps were established in Pakistan to train the Mujahideen. Historically, US intelligence has supported Al Qaeda, using Pakistan's ISI as a go-between. "With CIA backing and the funneling of massive amounts of U.S. military aid, the Pakistani ISI had developed into a "parallel structure wielding enormous power over all aspects of government". (Dipankar Banerjee, "Possible Connection of ISI With Drug Industry", India Abroad, 2 December 1994). In the wake of 9/11, Pakistan's ISI played a key role in the October 2001 invasion of Afghanistan, in close liaison with the US and NATO military high command. Ironically, in October 2001, both US and Indian press reports quoting FBI and intelligence sources, suggested that the ISI was providing support to the alleged 9/11 terrorists.(See Michel Chossudovsky, Cover-up or Complicity of the Bush Administration, The Role of Pakistan's Military Intelligence (ISI) in the September 11 Attacks, Global Research, November 2, 2001) Pakistan's Chief Spy Appointed by the CIA Historically, the CIA has played an unofficial role in the appointment of the director of Pakistan's Inter Services Intelligence (ISI). In September, Washington pressured Islamabad, using the "war on terrorism" as a pretext to fire the ISI chief Lieutenant General Nadeem Taj. "Washington is understood to be exerting intense pressure on Pakistan to remove ISI boss Nadeem Taj and two of his deputies because of the key agency's alleged "double-dealing" with the militants.( Daily Times, September 30, 2008 President Asif Ali Zardari had meetings in New York in late September with CIA Director Michael Hayden. (The Australian, September 29, 2008), Barely a few days later, a new US approved ISI chief Lieutenant General Ahmed Shuja Pasha was appointed by the Chief of the Army, General Kayani, on behalf of Washington. Lt. General Ahmed Shuja Pasha In this regard, the pressures exerted by the Bush administration contributed to blocking a parliamentary initiative led by the PPP government to put the country's intelligence services (ISI) under civilian authority, namely under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Interior. Lt. Gen. Ahmed Shuja Pasha (right) next to Gen. Ashfaq Kayani on the USS Abraham Lincoln talking with Michael Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The U.S. Violates Pakistan's Territorial Sovereignty The US is currently violating Pakistan territorial sovereignty through the routine bombing of villages in the tribal areas and the North West Frontier Province. These operations are carried out using the "war on terrorism" as a pretext. While the Pakistani government has "officially" accused the US of waging aerial bombardments on its territory, Pakistan's military (including the ISI) has "unofficially" endorsed the air strikes. In this regard, the timely appointment of Lt. General Ahmed Shuja Pasha to the helm of the ISI was intended to ensure continuity in US "counter-terrorism" operations in Pakistan. Prior to his appointment as ISI chief, Lt. General Ahmed Shuja Pasha was responsible, in close consultation with the US and NATO, for carrying out targeted attacks allegedly against the Taliban and Al Qaeda by the Pakistani military in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and the North-West Frontier Province (NWFP). Upon his appointment, Lt Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha implemented a major reshuffle within the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), replacing several of the ISI regional commanders. ( Daily Times, September 30, 2008). In late October, he was in Washington, at CIA headquarters at Langley and at the Pentagon, to meet his US military and intelligence counterparts: "Pakistan is publicly complaining about U.S. air strikes. But the country's new chief of intelligence, Lt. Gen. Ahmed Shuja Pasha, visited Washington last week for talks with America's top military and spy chiefs, and everyone seemed to come away smiling." (David Ignatieff, A Quiet Deal With Pakistan, Washington Post, November 4, 2008, emphasis added). The Timing of the Mumbai Attacks The US air strikes on the Tribal Areas resulting in countless civilians deaths have created a wave of anti-US sentiment throughout Pakistan. At the same token, this anti-American sentiment has also served, in the months preceding the Mumbai attacks, to promote a renewed atmosphere of cooperation between India and Pakistan. While US-Pakistan relations are at an all time low, there were significant efforts, in recent months, by the Islamabad and Delhi governments to foster bilateral relations. Barely a week prior to the attacks, Pakistan president Asif Ali Zardari "urged opening the Kashmir issue to public debate in India and Pakistan and letting the people decide the future of IHK." He also called for "taking bilateral relations to a new level" as well as forging an economic union between the two countries. Divide and Rule What interests are served by these attacks? Washington is intent on using the Mumbai attacks to: 1) Foster divisions between Pakistan and India and shunt the process of bilateral cooperation and trade between the two countries; 2) Promote internal social, ethnic and sectarian divisions in both India and Pakistan; 3) Justify US military actions inside Pakistan including the killing of civilians in violation of the country's territorial sovereignty; 4) Provide a justification for extending the US led "war on terrorism" into the Indian sub-continent and South East Asia. In 2006, the Pentagon had warned that "another [major 9/11 type terrorist] attack could create both a justification and an opportunity that is lacking today to retaliate against some known targets" (Statement by Pentagon official, leaked to the Washington Post, 23 April 2006). In the current context, the Mumbai attacks are considered "a justification" to go after "known targets" in the tribal areas of North Western Pakistan. India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has stated that "external forces" forces carried the attacks, hinting to the possible role of Pakistan. The media reports also point in that direction, hinting that the Pakistani government is behind the attacks: US officials and lawmakers refrained from naming Pakistan, but their condemnation of "Islamist terrorism" left little doubt where their anxieties lay. .... What has added potency to the latest charges against Islamabad is the Bush administration's own assessment - leaked to the US media - that Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI was linked to the bombing of the Indian Embassy in Kabul some weeks back that killed nearly 60 people including a much-admired Indian diplomat and a respected senior defense official. (Times of India, November 27, 2008) The Attacks have Triggered Anti-Pakistani Sentiment in India The attacks have served to foster anti-Pakistani sentiment within India as well as sectarian divisions between Hindus and Muslims. Time Magazine has pointed in no uncertain terms to the insidious role of "the powerful Inter Services Intelligence organization — often accused of orchestrating terror attacks on India", without acknowledging that the new head of the ISI was appointed at Washington's behest. (Time online). The Time report suggests, without evidence, that the most likely architects of the attacks are several Pakistani sponsored Islamic groups including Lashkar-e-Taiba (Army of the Pure), "which is part of the 'al-Qaeda compact'", Jaish-e-Mohammed, a Kashmiri separatist organization belonging to Al Qaeda which claimed responsibility in the December 2001 terrorist attacks on the Union parliament in Delhi and The Students Islamic Movement of India, (SIMI). (Ibid) Both Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed are known to be supported by the ISI. Islamabad-Delhi Shuttle Diplomacy Pakistani president Asif Ali Zardari indicated that his government would fully collaborate with the Indian authorities. Pakistan's newly elected civilian government has been sidetracked by its own intelligence services, which remain under the jurisdiction of the military high command. The Pakistan's People's Party government under the helm of Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has no control over the military and intelligence apparatus, which continues to maintain a close rapport with its US counterparts. The Pakistani civilian government, in many regards, is not in control of its foreign policy. The Pakistani Military and its powerful intelligence arm (ISI) call the shots. In this context, president Asif Ali Zardari seems to be playing on both sides: collusion with the Military-Intelligence apparatus, dialogue with Washington and lip service to prime minister Gilani and the National Assembly. On November 28, two days following the Mumbai attacks, Islamabad announced that the recently appointed ISI chief Lieutenant General Ahmed Shuja Pasha would be dispatched to Delhi for consultations with his Indian counterparts including National Security Advisor M K Narayanan and the heads of India's external intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and the Intelligence Bureau, responsible for internal intelligence. RAW and Pakistan's ISI are known to have been waging a covert war against one another for more than thirty years.1 On the following day (November 29), Islamabad cancelled the visit of ISI chief Lt Gen Shuja Pasha to India, following Indian foreign minister Pranab Mukherjee's "very aggressive tone with Pakistani officials [in a] telephone [conversation] after the Mumbai attacks". (Press Trust of India, November 29, 2008 quoting Geo News Pakistan). Tense Situation. Deterioration of India-Pakistan Relations The Mumbai attacks have already created an extremely tense situation, which largely serves US geopolitical interests in the region. Islamabad is contemplating the relocation of some 100,000 military personnel from the Pakistani-Afghan border to the Indian border, "if there is an escalation in tension with India, which has hinted at the involvement of Pakistani elements in the Mumbai carnage." (Pakistan news source quoted by PTI, op cit). "These sources have said NATO and the US command have been told that Pakistan would not be able to concentrate on the war on terror and against militants around the Afghanistan border as defending its borders with India was far more important," (Ibid, Geo News quoting senior Pakistani journalist Hamid Mir). US Interference in the Conduct of the Indian Police Investigation Also of significance is Washington's outright interference in the conduct of the Indian police investigation. The Times of India points to an "unprecedented intelligence cooperation involving investigating agencies and spy outfits of India, United States, United Kingdom and Israel." Both the FBI and Britain's Secret Service MI6 have liaison offices in Delhi. The FBI has dispatched police, counter-terrorism officials and forensic scientists to Mumbai "to investigate attacks that now include American victims..." Experts from the London's Metropolitan Police have also been dispatched to Mumbai: "The U.S. government's "working assumption" that the Pakistani militant groups Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed are suspects in the attacks "has held up" as Indian authorities have begun their investigation, the official said. The two Kashmiri militant groups have ties to al Qaeda." (Wall Street Journal, November 28, 2008) The role of the US-UK-Israeli counter terrorism and police officials, is essentially to manipulate the results of the Indian police investigation. It is worth noting, however, that the Delhi government turned down Israel's request to send a special forces military unit to assist the Indian commandos in freeing Jewish hostages held inside Mumbai's Chabad Jewish Center (PTI, November 28, 2008). Bali 2002 versus Mumbai 2008 The Mumbai terrorist attacks bear certain similarities to the 2002 Bali attacks. In both cases, Western tourists were targets. The tourist resort of Kuta on the island of Bali, Indonesia, was the object of two separate attacks, which targeted mainly Australian tourists. (Ibid) The alleged terrorists in the Bali 2002 bombings were executed, following a lengthy trial period, barely a few weeks ago, on November 9, 2008. (Michel Chossudovsky, Miscarriage of Justice: Who was behind the October 2002 Bali bombings? Global Research, November 13, 2009). The political architects of the 2002 Bali attacks were never brought to trial. A November 2002 report emanating from Indonesia’s top brass, pointed to the involvement of both the head of Indonesian intelligence General A. M. Hendropriyono as well as the CIA. The links of Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) to the Indonesian intelligence agency (BIN) were never raised in the official Indonesian government investigation --which was guided behind the scenes by Australian intelligence and the CIA. Moreover, shortly after the bombing, Australian Prime Minister John Howard "admitted that Australian authorities were warned about possible attacks in Bali but chose not to issue a warning." (Christchurch Press, November 22, 2002). With regard to the Bali 2002 bombings, the statements of two former presidents of Indonesia were casually dismissed in the trial procedures, both of which pointed to complicity of the Indonesian military and police. In 2002, president Megawati Sukarnoputri, accused the US of involvement in the attacks. In 2005, in an October 2005 interview with Australia's SBS TV, former president Wahid Abdurrahman stated that the Indonesian military and police played a complicit role in the 2002 Bali bombing. (quoted in Miscarriage of Justice: Who was behind the October 2002 Bali bombings?, op cit) Note 1. In recent months, the head of India's external intelligence (RAW), Ashok Chaturvedi has become a political target. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is intent upon firing him and replacing him with a more acceptable individual. It is unclear whether Chaturvedi will be involved in the intelligence and police investigatio

To put this is perspective you need to look around the world and see what is happening. Look what happened DAYS before the attack: http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5hryujm-8-mx7Qox7c-f_w4KTWmqwD94MRML00Brazil, Russia want summit with India, China By SILVIA IZQUIERDO – 4 days ago RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (AP) — Russia and Brazil agreed Wednesday to meet with India and China next year to create a new global financial architecture — a reflection of how economic power is shifting from the United States and Europe.
Brazil, Russia, India and China — emerging markets collectively known as the BRIC nations — "represent a powerful force," President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said as he stood with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, who agreed to host the 2009 summit. (This attack was to PREVENT a new Bretton Woods Agreement, Which would allow these economies to dump the dollar and keep their soveirgnty) Fascist movements are Grassroots movements to destroy Labour movements. Firstly you have a Fascist movement rioting in Thailand and the King is keeping his mouth shut, and he is associated with the British Royal Family as they have had influence in the area since the 1600's. The Tai Military has been ordered to stand down (sound familar) http://asiasentinel.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1569&Itemid=185Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok has now been closed by fascist thugs from the anti-government People’s Alliance for Democracy, which is demanding that the elected government resign. This is despite the fact that the government has the backing of the majority of the Thai population and even the majority of Bangkok citizens.
This backing has been proven by repeated elections. The PAD wants a dictatorship to replace democracy because they deem that the majority of the Thai electorate are too ignorant to deserve the right to vote. Secondly you have massive shift to Fascism in Austria, the fascist party now controls 2/3 of the Austrian house. These are Neo Nazi's by the way. http://www.thetrumpet.com/index.php?q=5698.0.110.0Third so we have no, a mandated shift to the far right in India due to these intelligence ops, and there were obviously Indian Intelligence involved in these attacks to some extent because of the massive coverup after the initial news of roughly 100 MERCS coming in on inflatable boats with MP5's and STENS, British Nationals caught, then all of this dissapears. (Prisonplanet.tv WHERE are the articles? write a story please) So you have a mandate here to swing to the far right, a situation where moles can impliment fascist policies such as they did here in the U.S. with the Patriot Act, Military Commissions etc al. The new Terrorist attacks and Unity with U.S. is NOT welcomed by China, a Pakistani ALLY, and India an Ally of TIBET, Not GOOD. http://www.heritage.org/Research/AsiaandthePacific/bg2209.cfm http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Ahmedabad/NGOs_to_fight_against__fascist_state/articleshow/3757109.cmsAhmedabad : Leading activists and NGOs came together on Sunday for a seminar on The fascist state: setting the agenda to counter'. They expressed concern over the "increasingly fascist nature of the Indian state". In a resolution adopted at the seminar, the participants said, "We express deep anguish at the increasing fascist mobilisation in society, rising state terror and a circumvention of the rule of law by law enforcing agencies, and the large scale violation of civil and political liberties. We condemn these acts of repression in no uncertain terms." Fourth we have a Neo Liberal Fascist movement HERE in the U.S. though it is very small at the moment, known as Environmentalism, ahhh we must kill the Humans that are not contributing because they are BAD for the planet! At the same time we have the actual Mousilini Corperatism (corperate fascism economic policy) going on already under Henry Paulson, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi Group, Bank of NY Mellon, Bank of America... They are saying this is "socialism" no it is NOT socialism. They will most likely do what Mousilini did after coming to power during the failures of socialism, declare this socialism for 4 years while collapsing the economy then tell the country they have a new idea, this is how Fascist movements START. Along these lines you also have Homo Sexuals ( I dont have anything against them) getting very violent and starting grassroots movements, look at what PROP 8 did in California. I would think Arnold did this on purpose to stir up another movement! http://www.timesargus.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20081128/OPINION02/811280291/We’ve got fascism, not socialismHow Fascism started and is now ressurecting : http://www.capmag.com/article.asp?ID=5311Fifth OPEC Is collapsing as they begin to realize they do NOT control the oil prices, a collapsed country in this area will create a power vacume http://www.iht.com/articles/2008/11/30/business/1opec.phpSixth MEXICO, the Cartels have eliminated about all Drug Cartel resistance, and trust me this was not done by Mexico. George Soros has been running around Mexico trying to legalize drugs for the last year. The Mexicano GOV is controlled by Drug Cartels which, are basically a huge clandestine corperation (Fascism) Seventh, ITALY - having a Fascist movent (remember fascist MOVEMENTS are GrassRoots) http://www.nytimes.com/2008/11/26/world/americas/26web-briefs-007.htmlA small, hard-right party in Southern Italy is offering couples a $1900 incentive if they name their children after Benito Mussolini or his wife, Rachele, Italian media reported. The Fiamma Tricolore movement, an outgrowth of Mussolini’s Fascist Party, said the incentive applied to five towns near Potenza in the economically ailing Basilicata region, in the instep of Italy’s boot.http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5i-v5MRW_xq-c1IOACG1iN8NCJzCwD94K3ABO0 Rome's chaos and crime meets its would-be Giuliani By VICTOR L. SIMPSON – Nov 22, 2008
ROME (AP) — Gianni Alemanno is keeping his law-and-order promises, sweeping prostitutes off streets, arming traffic cops and pushing for immigrants who commit crimes to be deported.
But Rome's mayor is as hard to get a handle on as the city he governs.
He's a tough guy who is into meditation; a Rudy Giuliani fan who drones in bureaucratese; a former neo-Fascist street protester who champions organic food; an Italian who, in a nation of soccer fanatics, is indifferent to the game.More ITALY FASCISM : http://newstatesman.com/europe/2008/11/italy-party-roma-immigrationThe publication of the British National Party's 10,000-strong membership list has once again shone the spotlight on the far right in the UK......... In April, the country gave the far-right party Lega Nord (the Northern League) an electoral shot in the arm. Romans chose a mayor who had once led a Neo-Fascist youth movement.

Immigrants are routinely scapegoated for rising crime - incorrectly blamed on a recent influx of people from the former Yugoslavia and northern Africa. This fear is increased as “the media amplifies crime when there are immigrants involved,” says Anna Bull, professor of Italian history at the University of Bath. And now reports directly out of Pakistan are saying that many of their terrorists are coming from Fascist movements. The Elite are doing the same damned thing they did in 1930's but this time they have ALOT more power. They are setting each area up as a Fascist powder keg and when it erupts you will have clashes.

That was the plan and why it definitely points to the G7 targeting a BRIC nation. China may get some short term benefits, but by India turning over all security to MI6/CIA/FBI, China cannot be happy. And there is of course the obvious Rothschild/Rockefeller loans for this new terrorist aparatus that India will be setting up over the next few years. What your map also shows is that the people of Tibet will be used for cannon fodder like never before.

Indeed. Here's what I wrote in March of 2008: I'm wondering whether this whole Tibetan rebellion is another of Zbigniew Brzezinski's divide and conquer strategies. According to Webster Tarpley Brzezinski is gaining control over the United States foreign policy again, among other ways through his puppet Obama. Here's what Tarpley wrote: http://www.rense.com/general80/bz.htm5. BUSH IN AFRICA - President Bush may not know what he is doing on his current visit to five African countries, but Zbigniew Brzezinski knows exactly what the mission is. The Brzezinski policy is to foment destabilization and chaos in Africa under the auspices of the new United States African command (US-AFRICOM), all for the purpose of driving the Chinese out of Africa. As Zbigniew announced on November 30, 2007 in the Washington Post, he intends to cut off Chinese access to oil, other energy sources, and strategic raw materials on the African continent. Since the Anglo-Americans control the Persian Gulf by direct military occupation, this is tantamount to a policy of driving the Chinese in on Eastern Siberia. Brzezinski believes that if the Chinese cannot get their oil from Africa, they will be forced to attempt the military seizure of Russia's oil wells in the Far East, where there is much oil and very few Russians. Both Moscow and Beijing know exactly what Brzezinski is doing in this regard. This is the kind of harebrained scheming by Lord Astor, Lady Astor and Sir Neville Chamberlain which helped to bring about World War II. The idea then was to play Hitler against Stalin and get rid of both of them that way. When that blew up in the faces of the British, the result was World War II. This time, it may well be thermonuclear World War III.Tibet is a resource rich area: In January of 2007, the Chinese government issued a report outlining the discovery of a large mineral deposit under the Tibetan Plateau.[126] The deposit has an estimated value of $128 billion and may double Chinese reserves of zinc, copper, and lead. China sees this as a way to alleviate the country's dependence on foreign mineral imports necessary for its growing economy. However, critics worry that mining these vast resources will harm Tibet's fragile ecosystem as well take valuable resources away from the Tibetan people. If the Chinese lose their grip it means they'll lose a lot of strategic resources. But that's not all. Back in 1979 Brzezinski started funding mujahideen in Afghanistan, which was a satellite state of the Russians back then. The Russians intervened but couldn't win a war in this remote mountainous terrain. This costly war caused the downfall of the Soviet Union. Could the same thing be going on now with China? Of course there's no way to be certain that this is directly caused by the US or Brzezinski but remember what Roosevelt said: In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.

More British PROPAGANDA suggests U.S. Intentions, and we ALL know ISI had nothing to do with this, U.S. to dump Pakistan as ally , surround it and destroy it. What better way is there to chop up Pakistan then to have the Pakistan army leave the "tribal" area and go to the Indian Boarder, as the U.S / British Special Ops de-stabalize the Afghan boarder region. They are also linking other Militant groups WITH Al Queda, so they can just point at any Muslim and attack http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/asia/article5263919.eceDecember 1, 2008 Mumbai attacks ‘were a ploy to wreck Obama plan to isolate al-Qaeda’The carnage may have been an attempt to put Pakistan and India at each other’s throats and kill US hopes for the regionJeremy Page in Mumbai, Tom Coghlan and Zahid Hussain Relations between India and Pakistan were on a knife edge last night amid fears that Delhi’s response to the Mumbai attacks could undermine the Pakistani army’s campaign against Islamic militants on the frontier with Afghanistan. Officials and analysts in the region believe that last week’s atrocities were designed to provoke a crisis, or even a war, between the nuclear-armed neighbours, diverting Islamabad’s attention from extremism in tribal areas bordering Afghanistan and thus relieving pressure on al-Qaeda, Taleban and other militants based there. One analyst even described the attacks as a “pre-emptive strike” against Barack Obama’s strategy to put Pakistan and Afghanistan at the centre of US foreign policy. The United States and its allies now face a balancing act in supporting India’s efforts to investigate the Mumbai attacks, without jeopardizing Pakistan’s crucial support for the Nato campaign in Afghanistan. India’s government, facing an election by May, is under enormous pressure to respond to the attacks, which it believes was carried out by the Pakistani militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba, possibly with the help of al Qaeda. Lashkar-e-Taiba was also blamed for an attack on the Indian parliament in December 2001, which prompted India and Pakistan to mass troops on each other’s border, almost triggering their fourth war since independence in 1947. The Indian government is now considering a range of responses, including suspending its five-year peace process with Pakistan, closing their border, stopping direct flights and sending troops to the frontier, according to Indian officials and analysts. Pakistan’s government, meanwhile, has been rallying support in telephone calls to opposition politicians, as well as to officials in China, the United Arab Emirates and the EU. It has also made it clear that if India again masses troops on the border, Pakistani forces would be diverted away from the tribal areas, allowing militants there to focus on Afghanistan. “The next 48 hours are critical in determining how things unfold,” a top Pakistani security official told reporters. “We will not leave a single troop on the western border if we are threatened by India.” His warning, highlighting the international implications of the Mumbai attacks, was clearly designed to encourage the United States and its allies to temper India’s response. The United States has forged a new strategic partnership with India since 2004, but has closer and older ties to Pakistan, a key Muslim partner in the War on Terror. Pakistan has deployed more than 100,000 troops along its porous border with Afghanistan, where US and Nato forces are fighting against the Taleban, al Qaeda and other militants. Some 35,000 of those Pakistani troops are involved in the fight against al Qaeda and Taleban militants who have been sheltering in Pakistan’s northern tribal areas since late 2001. Withdrawing those soldiers would undermine their progress, especially since Pakistan launched its biggest offensive to date against the militants in the tribal region of Bajaur in September. “We are highly encouraged by the Pakistani military progress,” said Colonel Gregg Julian, a U.S. military spokesman. “It is creating pressure on al Qaeda from two sides and it is getting very difficult for them right now. We would hope that they are able to keep up that pressure.” Pakistani officials and analysts said that withdrawing troops would also benefit local militant groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed. “The withdrawal of troops will give a huge space to the militants,” said Hasan Askari Rizvi, a Pakistani defence analyst and former professor at Punjab University. “The main objective of the militants involved in the Mumbai attack was to destablise the region… They will thrive in the event of war between the two countries [India and Pakistan].” The two groups were originally founded by Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence agency as deniable proxies to be sent to fight Indian forces in the disputed region of Kashmir. They have been blamed for numerous attacks on Indian targets. However, Western intelligence agencies have recently perceived a growing nexus between these and other, militant groups such as the Pakistani Taleban and al Qaeda. In June, it was reported that some 300 militant leaders from a number groups including Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad met in the Pakistani garrison city of Rawalpindi. There they reportedly agreed that while the Kashmir struggle remained important, their primary focus should be the fight against international forces in Afghanistan. Just a few weeks later, nine US soldiers were killed in an attack on a combat outpost at Wanat in the Afghan border province of Nuristan that displayed unusual military competence. Intelligence reports subsequently assessed that the assault included a significant Lashkar-e-Taiba element, as well as al Qaeda fighters. The growing relationship between al Qaeda and Lashkar-e-Taiba may explain the scale and sophistication of the Bombay attacks, said Dr Kanchan Lakshman of the South Asia Terrorism Portal. “It would also suggest why they targeted Americans, British and Israelis,” he said. He added that he had heard from an Indian intelligence official that the Mumbai attack had been funded by Saudi money, again suggesting an al Qaeda link. Other Indian analysts said the attack appeared to be an attempt to undermine US policy towards India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. “There’s a lot of clamour for action against Pakistan from India,” Pratap Bhanu Mehta, the head of the Centre for Policy Research. “ This attack was not just an attempt to scuttle India’s peace process with Pakistan. It was in many ways a pre-emptive strike against [Barack] Obama’s strategy for the region.” The U.S. President elect has proposed increasing troop levels in Afghanistan and stepping up the pressure on Pakistan to attack militants on its territory. In exchange, he has suggested appointing an special envoy to help resolve Pakistan’s territorial dispute with India over Kashmir. A crisis in India-Pakistan relations would scupper both plans. Doctor Antonio Giustozzi, an expert on Afghanistan at the London School of Economics, said Washington could weather such a crisis, but concurred on the militants’ aims. “I think that the terrorists have made a calculation that aims to worsen relations between India and Pakistan and embarrass the Pakistan government, in the hope that the Indians make an uncontrolled response,” he said. That, he said, would “strengthen the militants’ hand and compromise the campaign by Islamabad against extremists by diverting troops back to the Indian border.”

Despite major British papers brushing off the inquiries of possible British Nationals amongst the Terrorists, other british papers are still maintaining there were indeed British Terrorists in India. The article even outlines how they are brainwashed in British Mosques, i wonder who funds them? http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/sun_says/article1989060.eceIT is shocking that Indian authorities believe British-born Pakistani terrorists took part in the Mumbai massacre. If true, it proves we have still not learned the lessons of London’s 7/7. Those attacks by British Muslims showed what we should have woken up to years ago: some mosques here are recruiting-offices for fanatics. Young Britons are brainwashed then sent to training camps before being unleashed on the world. Nobody knows how many Muslims here today are plotting mayhem.
That is why we must give our security services the surveillance powers they require. And we must let police detain suspects for as long as they need.
Muslim preachers have had too much freedom to spout hatred here. Just think how long Abu Hamza was allowed to get away with it. The horror in India proves once and for all that it is time to get tough. Raid scandal THE arrest of Tory immigration spokesman Damian Green is a terrible blow to our democracy.Mr Green was pounced on in raids involving 20 anti-terrorist cops. His homes and offices were searched and his private files and computers seized. His Commons room was turned over apparently with the consent of Labour Speaker Michael Martin. Why was MP Mr Green treated like an al-Qaeda bomber? Shouldn’t our anti-terror cops be concentrating on events in India? Mr Green has embarrassed Home Secretary Jacqui Smith over immigration scandals, allegedly based on leaked documents. Police held him after a complaint from the Home Office. London Mayor Boris Johnson, Speaker Martin and David Cameron were warned about the arrest. Yet Ms Smith and Gordon Brown insist they knew nothing. Is it likely a Shadow Minister would be seized without the Home Secretary or PM knowing? His Commons room was turned over apparently with the consent of Labour Speaker Michael Martin.

G7 tactics... Step one: Destroy the economy with the IMF/World Bank: IMF conditions may result in 3m job cuts: economists http://www.dawn.com/2008/11/29/top7.htm By Sher Baz Khan
ISLAMABAD, Nov 28: Conditions attached to the $7.6 billion International Monetary Fund loan are expected to cause up to three million job cuts in different sectors and push another 5.6 million to 7.5 million Pakistanis into poverty over the next two years. This was stated by the chief economist of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Mr Sakib Shirani, at a discussion on the IMF loan organised here on Friday by the Centre for Research and Security Studies (CRSS). A number of economists and industrialists attended the discussion. However, Mr Shirani, who was part of the talks held in Dubai between Pakistani and IMF officials, said the government was left with no option but to seek the IMF ‘standby arrangements’. The topic of the discussion was “IMF: pain or panacea”. When asked about the immediate fallout of the conditions which was aimed at slowing down the import-led economic growth, Mr Shirani said that two to three million people would lose their jobs in various sectors, including fertiliser, manufacturing and services.
He said the GDP growth was expected to slow down to 3.4 per cent this year. “Some 5.6 to 7.5 million people will be added to the existing number of poor”. He blamed the previous government for introducing the import-led and less diversified economic growth in order to show that Pakistan was growing fast. If the present government succeeds in achieving quarter-wise targets given by the IMF, some improvement could be seen after 2010. “There can be no two ways about stabilisation when one’s external and fiscal deficits are completely out of sync.” However, Mr Sherani said the standby arrangements would help to stabilise the economy and revive the confidence of investors.
Abid Hassan, a former adviser to the World Bank in Washington, said that Pakistan’s imports last year shot up to $35 billion and exports were only $20 billion, leaving a gap of $15 billion in the current account. The fiscal deficit was not at all sustainable, he added. He said that economies could not be built on “wishful thinking” and the IMF was the last resort for Pakistan. He warned that if sincere efforts were not made, the lack of strong institutions in the country could again fail the IMF programme. He said he would not trust the bureaucracy and its commitments if one had to peep into the experiences the country had had with the Breton Wood institution. Mr Hassan said Pakistan had entered into several IMF programmes in the past, but only one had been completed during the Pervez Musharraf regime. “The country has a reputation for falling short on commitments to the IMF.”
CRSS executive director Dr Farrukh Saleem said Pakistan was facing three problems — trust deficit, budgetary deficit — the government raises Rs1.5 trillion as revenue and spends Rs2 trillion — and trade deficit — the country imports goods worth $35 billion and exports goods worth $20 billion. “Pakistan is now like a patient who is suffering from a severe heart attack and the only doctor around is the IMF.” He said that over the past 64 years the IMF had been following a standard prescription: increase taxation, reduce government expenditure and devalue currency. But, he said, a large majority of the IMF recipients, including Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Haiti, Indonesia, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Pakistan, Paraguay, Philippines, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Thailand and Congo, had failed to implement these measures. The panellists were of the view that an increase in taxation would mean a further slowdown in the economy which would mean an increase in unemployment. “Same thing is with the rate of interest. The high cost of capital leads to closure of a number of industrial units, meaning more unemployment.”Step Two: False flag an enemy country. Step Three: Create sanctions and build up forces around its borders until tensions are hightened beyond control. Way to go G7, another successful annexation of a sovereign land into the hands of a few powerful men.

no idea if this is a repost, but this is what one Pakistani journalist thinks happened in Mumbai, no doubt for every such article in English there are 100 in Urdu, Punjabi or Pashto, and likely many many millions of individuals who agree with the viewpoint expressed belowThe International Backers of the Mumbai Attacks Written by www.daily.pk
http://www.daily.pk/world/asia/8385-the-international-backers-of-the-mumbai-attacks.html
Saturday, 29 November 2008 19:09 Reuters states that at least 80 people have been killed and that, "An organisation calling itself the Deccan Mujahideen claimed it was behind attacks". CNN television is already stating as fact that the Mumbai attacks were funded and supported by foreign sources, implicating Pakistan where President-elect Obama promised to take the so-called "war on terrorism" when he assumes office in January. The attacks which are on-going at this moment set the stage for redeployment of U.S. troops from Iraq to Pakistan as Obama promised. George W. Bush has been quick to condemn the attacks and CNN is giving round-the-clock coverage, reminiscent of corporate media coverage of the 9/11 attacks in the United States. Linking Pakistan, Al-Queda, Muslims and Terrorism CNN, Reuters and other corporate media immediately called these attacks with bombs, automatic weapons and hand grenades "terrorist attacks" emanating from Pakistan with roots in "Al Queda" and "Islamist Terrorists". CNN TV also states that these attacks target "western business people and well-heeled western tourists", staying at Mumbai's luxury hotels. The Deccan Herald states that the Deccan Mujahideen claimed responsibility via a convenient e-mail message received by the Deccan Herald (DC). DC states, "The term itself (Deccan Mujahideen) is not very specific, and according to CNN may just be a generic term for radicals in the region. 'Deccan' is an area of India and 'Mujahideen' is the plural form of a term referring to a Muslim participating in a jihad." Associated Press described the attackers, "Teams of heavily armed gunmen stormed luxury hotels, a popular restaurant and a crowded train station in coordinated attacks across India's financial capital Wednesday night, killing at least 78 people and taking Westerners hostage, police said. A group of suspected Muslim militants claimed responsibility." Reuters describes them, "The previously unknown or little known group sent an email to news organisations claiming responsibility." This is a familiar attribution to "terrorist attacks" which, because the organisation is "unknown", noone can prove otherwise. CNN TV states emphatically, "This is definitely an international attack using domestic terrorists". We have no doubt that the latter statement is true but the question is, "Who are those international backers of these attacks?" International backing and support Modern criminal investigation still rests on the Aristotile's 3 equally important causal factors: Means, Method and Motivation. Factor analysis - Means, Method and Motivation: Powerful western media organisations reinforce their opinions with repetition, linking assaults like these with former "Islamist attacks" and another "terrorist attack". Their logic and factor analysis use (1) the weapons used, (2) the similarity of past attacks by "Al Queda" and (3) motivation. But of course they never consider the possibility, based on this same factor analysis, that the architects may be the CIA and/or Mossad. Means: That the most powerful military machine in the world has the means to arm groups like the one who is carrying out the Mumbai attacks requires no apology or defense. Method: History is replete with examples of U.S./Israeli use of a surrogate to attack their enemies. William John Fox pointed this out in his exemplary analysis, Deliver Us From Chaos: Ten Political Commandments. In 1953 they used domestic terrorism to overthrow Mohammad Mosaddeq, former Prime Minister of Iran. They used the Afghan Mujahideen to attack Russia in the same year of their resistance. The CIA and the U.S. ambassador secretly engineered the “Rose Revolution” in Georgia in 2003 and "the U.S. encouraged the Israeli-trained Georgian army to invade the disputed enclave of South Ossetia five years later". Motivation: The only difference between the factors used by the capitalist media and ours is motivation. Regarding motivation, CNN states "they (Deccan Mujahideen) want to create as much damage and attention to themselves as possible". CIA/Mossad are masters at destruction, but the last thing they want is bringing attention to themselves. Motivation for the U.S. to take it's war to Pakistan fits perfectly with these attacks. As a matter of fact, Barack Obama and Joe Biden already declared their intention to take the war to Pakistan and stated with certainty that Obama's "mettle would be tested" by a major international "incident" in the near future. If the perpetrators want to draw attention to themselves, their method (i.e. killing civilians), simply does not make sense unless one buys the Bush regime's religion-based simplism that they are simply "evil". Militant's fighting for causes such as independence or national sovereignty want least of all, international negative attention or popular hatred. The only thing missing from the corporate media explanation is George W. Bush's idiotic claim that "the terrorists are jealous of our freedoms". Using this the corporate media's methodology, it is entirely reasonable and just as easy to implicate the CIA and Mossad. Terrorism We must also remember where the very term, "terrorism" was born in 1947 and who carried it out? - Israel. The term has been internationalised and popularised since then by the corporate media, rarely if ever pointing to its origins. Today, "terrorism" has become a household term, associated solely with Muslims throughout the world and it was developed into a basis for a war without end. The military assault on Mumbai is another a mini-9/11 in the sense that it provides a platform for juicing and expanding the "anti-terror" war under a new Obama administration which will no doubt be backed by other western governments. Criminal Investigation CNN tells us that the FBI has offered to help investigate the crime. The question is whether their interest is real investigation or damage control. If the FBI uses this time worn formula it could very easily end up evidence pointing to their own government. Were the FBI to "discover" CIA or Mossad involvement can any sane person expect they would reveal their findings to the public? Using "means, method and motivation" analysis, our "criminal investigation" leads to the CIA and Mossad as perpetrators of this event. L Blough

Fascists are ANTI-LABOUR movements, they believe the labourists should be slaves and they are superior, remember that. IMF is inducing fascist policies in all countries the loan money to. The post i made earlier with the Italian Fascists blaming immigrants for everything is a direct example of this, they want to use the working class as slaves, then kill them when they are of no use.
As for that article, why are the Pakistani's completely ignoring the dozens of reports that British Nationals were caught in India and blaming Mossad (they have enough problems, why the hell would they de-stabalize pakistan) and the CIA. Project Mocking bird is bascially the western media taking Reuters and AP (Rothschild News) and regurgitating it, The articles all start with a Reuters report, then an AP report, then the U.S. and British Corperate news repeat these things. The only reports of CIA / Mossad involvment are directly out of Pakistan and no one dares mention MI6 because they are atop the Intelligence Agency Pyramid. MI6 knows about every OP , regardless of who carries it out and they usually put out BS Counter Intellegence and trick other Intel Agencies into making mistakes. Not to say that the CIA and Mossad are innocent, i just do not think they had the ability nor will to do this in a historically British controlled area of the world. British newspapers are already pegging their own Muslim populations as the culprits so they can go even further to the right, though they leave out WHO is funded these brainwashing Mosques in Britain, The biggest Big Brother state in the world. It is absurd to think that MI6 would "never think" terrorists were being brainwashed and radicalized in their own Mosques. The funding of these brainwashing facilities is probably directly from the Banking Cartels being laundered through various agencies to ensure their usual plausable deniabilty.
People often point there fingures directly at the CIA and Mossad for everything, given Mohammed Mossedeque as an example. Britiain was trying to get rid of him for YEARS before the CIA overthrew him. What does Mossad have to gain by initiating a war between India and Pakistan, Mossad has plenty on their plate to deal with already with their neighbors, in particular Iran. ISI obviously would NOT do this.... I am using the methods we used to crack 9-11, you look at the reports that were reported immedietely after the attacks then they disspear and are never heard from again such as the Truck Bomb on the Washington Bridge with possible Mossad on 9-11 that was reported once then GONE.
So we see these reports initially of 1) 100 Militants , with STEN's, MP5s, GPS Gear, Blackberrys 2) Britons caught in attacks with blond hair, blue eyes 3) India immediately refutes the UK assertion of Al Queda and says homegrown Miitants with foreign influences. 4) The Chef at the Taj was in on this for 10 months 5) Massive confusion as to when this terrorist act ended (They reported ongoing fighting after declaring it was over like 5 times)
Then, Scotland Yard , MI6, CIA, Scotland Yard fly in and the WHOLE story changes dramatically, it is now ISI sponsered Pakistani AlQueda linked militants. Now, with the 8? Simoultanious attacks the amount of terrorists has gone down from 100 to 12 and 1 Survivor, disregarding reports of captured British Nationals. How is this possible? how can 12 people accomplish such a sophisticated mission, why are all the initial reports GONE.

I addressed the pretext to CIA overthrowing Mossedeque, but as for the Rose Revolution, the CIA? NO..... George Soros is the one who funded that and put Saakashvili into power. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rose_RevolutionFunding from Soros-related organizations A significant source of funding for the Rose Revolution was the network of foundations and NGOs associated with American billionaire financier George Soros. The Foundation for the Defense of Democracies reports the case of a former Georgian parliamentarian who alleges that in the three months prior to the Rose Revolution, "Soros spent $42 million ramping-up for the overthrow of Shevardnadze."[1] Speaking in Tblisi in June of 2005, Soros said, "I'm very pleased and proud of the work of the foundation in preparing Georgian society for what became a Rose Revolution, but the role of the foundation and my personal has been greatly exaggerated."[2] Among the personalities who worked for Soros' organizations who later assumed positions in the Georgian government are: Alexander Lomaia, Secretary of the Georgian Security Council and former Minister of Education and Science, is a former Executive Director of the Open Society Georgia Foundation (Soros Foundation,) overseeing a staff of 50 and a budget of $2,500,000.[3] David Darchiashvili, presently the chairman of the Committee for Eurointegration in the Georgian parliament, is also a former Executive Director of the Open Society Georgia Foundation.[4] Former Georgian Foreign Minister Salomé Zourabichvili wrote: These institutions were the cradle of democratization, notably the Soros Foundation … all the NGO’s which gravitate around the Soros Foundation undeniably carried the revolution. However, one cannot end one’s analysis with the revolution and one clearly sees that, afterwards, the Soros Foundation and the NGOs were integrated into power. – Salomé Zourabichvili, Herodote (magazine of the French Institute for Geopolitics, April, 2008

Note, it says George Soros is an American Billionaire, but he is very much an Austrian born Jewish Nazi that helped kill thousands of jews, and do this date has no remorse whatsoever. He is more in line with British Oligarchs then American Oligarchs. George Soros puts puppets into various governments and banks then "Speculates" with his insider information to trade currency and make BILLIONS. George Soros is Polish Zbiginiew Brzezinski's master as shown : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_SorosSoros is chairman of Soros Fund Management and the Open Society Institute and is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the Council on Foreign Relations. He is also one of three initial funders of Center for American Progress, and is represented on the board. Soros's support for the Solidarity labor movement in Poland, as well as the Czechoslovak human rights organization Charter 77, contributed to ending Soviet Union political dominance in those countries.[4] His funding and organization of Georgia's Rose Revolution was considered by Russian and Western observers to have been crucial to its success, although Soros said his role has been greatly exaggerated. In the United States, he is known for having donated large sums of money in a failed effort to defeat President George W. Bush's bid for re-election in 2004. The bulk of his enormous winnings is now devoted to encouraging transitional and emerging nations to become 'open societies,' open not only in the sense of freedom of commerce but—more important—tolerant of new ideas and different modes of thinking and behavior. (He is Pro Free-Trade), Genocidal. Soros emigrated to England in 1947 and graduated from the London School of Economics in 1952. He eventually secured an entry-level position with London merchant bank Singer & Friedlander.Move to the United StatesIn 1956 he moved to New York City, where he worked as an arbitrage trader with F. M. Mayer from 1956 to 1959 and as an analyst with Wertheim and Company from 1959 to 1963. Throughout this time, Soros developed a philosophy of "reflexivity" based on the ideas of Karl Popper. (Popper was a Social Darwinest) Soros' philanthropic funding includes efforts to promote non-violent democratization in the post-Soviet states. *He funds the former soviet satellite puppet democracies* These efforts, mostly in Central and Eastern Europe, occur primarily through the Open Society Institute (OSI) and national Soros Foundations, which sometimes go under other names (such as the Stefan Batory Foundation in Poland). As of 2003, PBS estimated that he had given away a total of $4 billion.[16] The OSI says it has spent about $400 million annually in recent years.Soros gave $3 million to the Center for American Progress, committed $5 million to MoveOn, while he and his friend Peter Lewis each gave America Coming Together $10 million. (All were groups that worked to support Democrats in the 2004 election.) *Soros OWNS moveon.org* Since the fall of the Soviet Union, Soros' funding has continued to play an important role in the former Soviet sphere. His funding and organization of Georgia's Rose Revolution was considered crucial to its success by Russian and Western observers, although Soros has said that his role has been "greatly exaggerated."[27] Alexander Lomaia, Secretary of the Georgian Security Council and former Minister of Education and Science, is a former Executive Director of the Open Society Georgia Foundation (Soros Foundation,) overseeing a staff of 50 and a budget of $2,500,000.[28]
Former Georgian Foreign Minister Salomé Zourabichvili wrote:
These institutions were the cradle of democratisation, notably the Soros Foundation … all the NGOs which gravitate around the Soros Foundation undeniably carried the revolution. However, one cannot end one’s analysis with the revolution and one clearly sees that, afterwards, the Soros Foundation and the NGOs were integrated into power. – Salomé Zourabichvili, Herodote (magazine of the French Institute for Geopolitics, April, 2008
Some Soros-backed initiatives have been banned in Turkmenistan and Russia. Ercis Kurtulus, head of the Social Transparency Movement Association (TSHD) in Turkey, said in an interview that "Soros carried out his will in Ukraine and Georgia by using these NGOs...Last year Russia passed a special law prohibiting NGOs from taking money from foreigners. I think this should be banned in Turkey as well."[29] In 1997, Soros closed his foundation in Belarus after it was fined $3 million by the government for tax and currency violations. Soros called the fines part of a campaign to "destroy independent society." [30] Death and dying The Project on Death in America, active from 2001-2003, was one of the Open Society Institute's projects, which sought to "understand and transform the culture and experience of dying and bereavement."[33] In 1994, Soros delivered a speech in which he reported that he offered to help his mother, a member of the Hemlock Society, commit suicide.[34] In the same speech, he also endorsed the Oregon Death with Dignity Act,[35] the campaign for which he helped fund.[36]Despite working as an investor and currency speculator, he argues that the current system of financial speculation undermines healthy economic development in many underdeveloped countries. *He is a speculator and says that other speculators are BAD* In the past years, Soros has been exposed as a ROTHSCHILD AGENT, just google Soros Rothschild to see how many articles pop up. EX: http://www.batr.org/gulag/112503.htmlJustify the performance of GEORGE SOROS’ Quantum Fund, Mr Conason? William Engdahl explains : "Soros' connection to the ultra-secret international finance circles of the Rothschilds is not just an ordinary or accidental banking connection. The extraordinary success Soros has on the high-risk financial markets cannot simply be explained with "gambler's luck". Soros has access to the "insider track" of the world's most important information channels, both government and private.” You remember his shorting Sterling in 1993 and the damage done to Britain! How about refuting the Rothschilds group linkage with George Soros and their involvement in the vast illegal network of the BCCI? And don’t forget his involvement with “shock therapy”, that helped Poland with interest rates in Polish zloty reaching 80% a year.

Deccan Mujahideen email threatens DelhiEW DELHI: Three-wheeler autos in the capital have come under the security scanner after the terror siege of Mumbai. According to highly placed government sources, there are intelligence inputs on the possible use of autos for triggering a blast in a crowded area of Delhi. The Intelligence Bureau has also sounded a fresh alert to Delhi Police asking them to step up security at vital installations in the capital after an email, which police sources said was signed by the "Deccan Mujahideen", warned of a repeat of the Mumbai terror attack at Indira Gandhi International Airport and the three major railway stations. Acting on the three-wheeler threat, police are conducting random checks on autos, particularly around the airport. During the last serial blasts in Delhi, a bomb had gone off in an auto at Ghaffar Market in Karol Bagh. At that time too there had been intelligence alerts on the possibility of key installations in Delhi coming under threat from autos. Experts say, since three-wheelers run on CNG, an 'auto bomb' is likely to cause more damage than an explosion in a petrol or diesel vehicle. "The information said that explosives in an auto were likely to be planted and set off in a crowded area. After that, the airport has been checking on idle autos and those which enter the premises without passengers. The threat still holds and checking has been intensified," said a government source. Police sources do not rule out the possibility of the September 13 Ghaffar Market blast having been a "test case" for a bigger strike. Meanwhile, DCP (IGI Airport) Sanjay Kumar said they had received a communique from IB about stepping up vigil at the airport. "We are already on high alert and security has been beefed up in the area. We are coordinating with NSG. While CISF is also checking vehicles, specially on the approach roads to the airport and has increased surveillance at various points, the Delhi Police has increased its deployment in the area as well. Airlines have also been asked to beef up security wherever required." The Indian Railways too has decided to increase security at all stations in Mumbai and Delhi. "Keeping the CST shootout in mind, we plan to increase security at all stations on our network. This will include 17 Metro stations. Some of the new equipment, to be installed soon, include electronic access control systems which will be set up under the build, own, operate and transfer model (BOOT). In addition, the dog squad will be strengthened and CCTVs with at least 30 days of storage capacity will be installed," said a senior police officer. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Deccan_Mujahideen_email_threatens_Delhi/articleshow/3777787.cms

LaRouche, although always Anti British supplies evidence http://www.larouchepac.com/news/2008/11/29/india-nails-british-dope-inc-hand-behind-mumbai-attack.htmlIndia Nails British Dope, Inc. Hand Behind Mumbai AttackAlthough currently based in Karachi, Pakistan and Dubai, Dawood Ibrahim for years was the central mafia figure in Mumbai, and in the Indian Bihar region, bordering with Nepal, smuggling gold in and out of India, and establishing links with South Asia's major opium smuggling networks. In 1999, and again in 2001, Dawood Ibrahim was linked to major terrorist incidents, including the hijacking of an Air India commercial flight, rerouted to Taliban-controlled Kandahar, Afghanistan (1999), and the assault on the Indian parliament in New Delhi (2001). Since 2003, Dawood Ibrahim has been on the U.S. State Department's list of international terrorists, for his links to Al Qaeda and to the Indian and Pakistan-based Lashkar e-Taiba (LeT). He has been identified as an asset of MI6-linked elements of Pakistan's ISI.Dawood Ibrahim's gold smuggling operations in Dubai are part of Britain's offshore money laundering apparatus, which has existed since the time of the British East India Company's original opium war against India and China, during the 19th century. U.S. intelligence sources have recently emphasized that the British offshore operations in the Caribbean and in the British Isle of Man, have been extended to Dubai, to facilitate the destabilization of Southwest and South Asia.EIR Identified the British HandThe role of Dawood Ibrahim's Dope, Inc. apparatus, and his links to another British-sponsored key terrorist figure, Ahmed Omar Sheikh, have been highlighted by Executive Intelligence Review for nearly a decade. On Jan. 11, 2001, the editors of EIR submitted a memorandum to then-Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, requesting that the State Department begin a formal investigation to determine whether Great Britain should be placed on the list of State Sponsors of Terrorism. (clips) Although international pressure prevented Great Britain from following through on its offer to safehouse Ahmed Omar Sheikh, the Forest School and London School of Economics student was, according to Indian and U.S. intelligence sources, recruited by MI6, and deployed to Bosnia before his surfacing in South Asia. After returning to Britain from the Balkans, Sheikh dropped out of LSE and flew to training camps in Afghanistan, from where he deployed into India, and carried out the 1995 kidnapping attack. He remained behind in Afghanistan, after being freed in the Air India hijacking deal, and is now in Pakistani custody for the kidnapping and murder of the American journalist Daniel Pearl. Sheikh is also still a prime suspect in the organizing of the 911 attacks. As always, VIRTUALLY ALL crime is a sibling of it's motives, and the key question which always identifies the criminals and top suspects is ALWAYS "Who Benefits" (qui bono?) Are we to believe for instance that Qadaffi never saw an episode of Mission Impossible so picked Lockerbie bombers linked directly back to him? or that the PLO wanted to make a pariah out of itself at the Munich games? or that the Taliban anti-Semitic religious-socialist tyranny were eager to bite the American-MI6/CIA/Mossad/ISI Mafia hand that created, armed trained and nourished it? The world is waking up, let's hope the Israeli people do! Lyndon is always on to MI6 because it is and always has been the Lenin, Mussolini and Hitler supporting root of all evil on this planet

http://www.larouchepac.com/news/2008/11/30/attempted-coverup-british-role-mumbai-attack-begins.htmlAttempted Coverup of British Role in Mumbai Attack Begins Increase DecreaseNovember 30, 2008 (LPAC)--Within 48 hours of prominent international news coverage, including in the British press, of the fact that as many as 7 of the terrorists who participated in the attack in Mumbai, India, including 2 who were captured alive, were British citizens, a complete coverup of the British role in the attack is now in progress. The Hindu now reports the following: "Police sources said media claims that elements of the Lashkar team had checked into the Taj Mahal Hotel prior to the attack appeared unfounded, as did assertions that two the terrorists were British nationals. Two suspects initially held on suspicion of guiding the fidayeen were found to be not involved and released, police sources said." Whereas earlier reports indicated that as many as 25 terrorists were involved in the attack, now the number has been reduced to only 10, or was it 11? Much of the intelligence being leaked to the press now is coming from the one terrorist (Azam Amir Kasab or is it Ajmal Amir Kamal?), who according to the British Mail on line is the only one of the 10 who survived. One wonders what happened to the two British nationals who were reportedly captured alive on Friday. The Mail online now reports that "claims that up to seven of the terrorists could have been British men of Pakistani origin, who had connections to West Yorkshire, were being widely discounted. A top Indian official Maharashtra state chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, said there was `no authentic information' to suggest that any British citizens were involved." The Mail on Line also reported that one report suggested that one of the terrorists had been working at the Taj hotel as a kitchen porter for up to eight months before the attacks and had produced a British passport during his job interview. "But this was strongly denied by the hotel management." On Friday, the British press had virtually unanimously reported the involvement of British nationals in the attack. The Daily Telegraph reported that British security forces are investigating whether any of the terrorists involved in the massacre had links to the UK. The Sun quoted Indian government sources saying two of the gunmen involved were British. The Daily Express said as many as seven of the attackers may have had "strong British links." The Daily Mirror said that seven of the Mumbai terrorists were British, including two British-born Pakistanis who are being held by authorities. Daily Star was more specific, reporting on a possible link between the Mumbai death squad killers and Yorkshire. Clearly Gordon Brown, who on Friday had said that such reports were "premature," has swung into motion in an effort to effect the coverup. Nonetheless, the Mail online also reported on Sunday that "A banned Islamic terrorist group [Lashkar-e-Taiba] funded with cash raised in British mosques is believed to be behind the Mumbai attacks."

this clearly fits the 'target pakistan' outcome that was desired, this will force pakistan to attack a variety of militant groups in NWFP and perhaps even elsewhere (kashmir, Punjab etc). The thing is that the Pakistani army can barely cope targeting neo Taliban groups and foreign groups, if they add Lashkar e Toiba to the list there is a real danger they will actually LOSE the fight. They have not targeted Lashkar and similar groups before, and Lashkar have MORE military power than the neo Taliban groups and the foreigners.
The outcomes from such a move by the Pakistani army could be very very serious and lead to the worst case scenario of a full scale civil war and colapse of the state in Pakistan.
============= India Tells Pakistan to Match Its Words With ‘Action’ on Terror
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=ai.4EDrceX4A&refer=home
By Bibhudatta Pradhan and Pratik Parija
Dec. 2 (Bloomberg) -- India blamed “elements” from Pakistan for last week’s deadly Mumbai terror attacks and told its neighbor to match its words of cooperation with “strong action” to build a “qualitative new relationship.” The comments by India’s foreign ministry stopped short of accusing the Pakistani government of complicity, which may help ease tensions between the two long-time rivals. “Indian and Pakistan political leaders are wiser after the experience of 2002,” when they went to the brink of war over the disputed region of Kashmir, said New Delhi-based C. Uday Bhaskar, a defense analyst and former director of the Institute for Defense Studies & Analyses. Yesterday’s statement and others by Indian officials are “carefully nuanced where attention is drawn to elements in Pakistan” without “casting aspersions on the Pakistani state.” The Nov. 26-29 attacks had threatened to derail peace talks between the two nuclear-armed neighbors. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Nov. 27 said India will “go after” individuals and organizations behind the assault, while Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari said his government will act, provided there’s evidence. “It was conveyed to the Pakistan High Commissioner that Pakistan’s actions needed to match the sentiments conveyed by its leadership,” Vishnu Prakash, India’s foreign ministry spokesman, told reporters yesterday in New Delhi. India and Pakistan have fought two of their three wars since 1947 over Kashmir, which is divided between them and claimed in full by both countries. Pakistan Training Alleged The assault on two luxury hotels, a cafe, a rail station and a Jewish center killed 195 people, including 22 foreigners, and was the deadliest in 15 years in Hindu-majority India. The outlawed Lashkar-i-Taiba, a Kashmiri guerilla group alleged to have carried out the attacks, still operates training camps for militants inside Pakistan and has expanded its membership, the Washington Post reported, citing Michael Scheuer, a former Central Intelligence Agency analyst. Ajmal Amir Kasab, the only suspected terrorist caught by the police, told interrogators that 24 people were trained in Pakistan over the course of a year, 10 of whom were picked for the Mumbai operation, the Times of India reported yesterday, citing unidentified people. Kasab said the terrorists were trained by a former soldier in seven phases, including the use of weapons and ammunition and such physical activities as diving, running and swimming, the newspaper reported, citing the unidentified people. Peace Talks The two nations ended their fifth round of talks between home secretaries in New Delhi on Nov. 26, just before the attacks began that evening. They resolved to cooperate with each other to combat terrorism and take “severe action” against any elements. India says the success of the peace talks that started in 2003 depends on Pakistan ending alleged support for cross-border terrorism in the part of Kashmir under Indian control and taking steps to combat militants. Pakistan and India should work together in the wake of the terrorist attacks and not allow the incident to spur new antagonism between them, Pakistan’s ambassador to the U.S., Husain Haqqani, told CNN this weekend. “Non-state actors” were forcing their agenda and Pakistan’s government “will cooperate with India in exposing and apprehending the culprits” behind the attacks, Zardari said on Nov. 28. The U.S. doesn’t believe Pakistan’s government was involved in the attacks, and the Bush administration trusts Pakistan to investigate the issue, White House spokeswoman Dana Perino told reporters yesterday. “We have no reason not to” trust Pakistan “right now,” she said. Rice Urges Cooperation Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who will visit India this week, urged the Indian and Pakistani governments to work together to find the perpetrators. “I do think that it is extremely important that there be the highest levels of cooperation between Pakistan and India at this point,” Rice told reporters while en route to London on Nov. 30. “I’d just note that the lines of communication are open between them.” Pakistan’s political leaders will meet today to discuss security policy. Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani will head the meeting to assess the regional situation, according to Zahid Bashir, the Pakistani premier’s press secretary. The biggest opposition group, the Pakistan Muslim League faction headed by former premier Nawaz Sharif, which split from the Pakistan Peoples Party-led coalition government in August, will attend the meeting, party spokesman Siddiq-ul-Farooq said. ‘Overworked, Understaffed’ Gilani canceled a trip to Hong Kong, where he was to attend the Clinton Global Initiative summit, to focus on addressing growing tensions with India, Bashir has said. The 60-hour killing spree by less than a dozen terrorists underscores the failure of India’s police force to keep pace with better armed, equipped and trained militants, a former intelligence agent said. “That system has collapsed,” said Vikram Sood, former director of India’s foreign intelligence agency, known as the Research and Analysis Wing. “Police are overworked, understaffed and undertrained.” At least 20 officers, including the head of the Maharashtra state Anti-Terrorism Squad, were among those killed in the attacks.

a taste of things to come as Punjabis and Pashtuns fight to the death on the streets of karachi 32 dead in Karachi riots Mon, Dec 01, 2008 AFP
http://news.asiaone.com/News/Latest%2BNews/Asia/Story/A1Story20081201-104786.html
KARACHI, PAKISTAN - THIRTY-TWO people have been killed and dozens injured in two days of clashes blamed on activists from rival political parties in Pakistan's largest city Karachi, police said on Monday. 'We have confirmed reports of 32 people killed since Saturday in Karachi,' the city's police chief Waseem Ahmed told AFP, adding some of the 55 people injured in the violence had been shot. Troops were authorised to use guns to quell the violence, which came as members of the ruling coalition party Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) clashed with the Pashtun nationalist Awami National Party (ANP). <A HREF=" [link to ads.asia1.com.sg] Officials from the MQM and ANP denied their members were involved in the rioting. 'We have deployed the maximum number of paramilitary troops in violence-ridden Orangi town, where the situation is now under control,' Major Mohammad Ali, spokesman of the paramilitary Rangers, told AFP. 'Our troops are patrolling and checking the affected localities and helping the police control the situation,' he said. Despite the patrols by 800 paramilitary troops, sporadic gunfire continued in different parts of Karachi on Monday afternoon. Over the weekend, rioters set shops and houses on fire, witnesses said, while residents in Orangi Town said they stayed at home for their safety. Schools and most petrol stations were shut down across the port city, fearing further damage after mobs set fire to cars.

The goal appears to be to chop Pakistan into perhaps 3 spheres of influence, one for India, One under British / U.S. Control and one de-stabalized tribal terrorist training sphere with no efficient Government so they may continue their madness.

My point of view is that they should let India and Pakistan deal with their own problems. The U.S. has no right to intervene in any possible way. If one country has a right of regard on India and Pakistan, then let the U.K. deal with it as they have History there.
The U.S. should learn to mind their own business. They have created enough disasters and massacred enough people already.

Read the WHOLE thread here and you will see that British were caught in India and the British media was in dissarey with their reporting, half reporting British nationals were captured or killed, half saying it was false. No mention of ANY American operatives except by Kurt Nimmo, well sorry i dont believe you kurt the evidence points to British operatives.

This is what i hate about recent articles by Alex's staff. Alot of them have sources of unknown and un verified, un cross referenced info. Those sources he posted on that article are pathetic, one is a script written by some clown on an Anglo American Project and one is an OP-ED.
As soon as the attacks occured Watson had an article up like Al Queda blamed for India attacks and this still till this date has not happened. They go with the first article they see and use it as a source and that is the wrong way to go. You have to look at more than one friggin article to get the whole perspective.

but then an absolute reliance on Larouche is not necessarily wise, and the US neocon and Bzrezinski factions have been trying to destabilise Pakistan for some time, who carried out the nitty gritty of the attack is one thing, who ordered it and whose agenda is being served is another.
MI6 involvement is clearly a very strong possibility, however, who ordered and sponsored the attacks is of even greater importance, and Ayman Al Zawahiri stated in his last pronouncement that a strong message would be sent, an event of some kind, that clearly is Mumbai, and even more clearly he is a CIA stooge or patsy, and even more clearly it was nothing to do with Al CIA-duh operatives, being Lashkar, which means ISI involvement. The ISI have closer links to the CIA than to MI6
So whoever control Zawahiri (i.e. the CIA, even if indirectly so) knew there was going to be an upcoming event, enabling him to announce an upcoming event in his recently released tape.
Larouche is a one trick pony, at times very good but fails to see outside of his anti-British thing, which of course has much basis in reality, but again does not quite capture the real transnational nature of the scum who organise these types of events and who are driving the NWO agenda.
IMHO anyway.

Double Cover [3]: What Is A False Flag Attack? Winter Patriot
http://www.uruknet.info/?p=m49208&hd=&size=1&l=e
November 30, 2008
We continue our look at mainstream coverage of the Mumbai attacks:Michael Evans of the Times: The group that claimed to be behind last night’s attacks on Bombay -- the Deccan Mujahideen — has not hitherto been heard of in India, let alone in the outside world. Boston Globe: An e-mail message to Indian media outlets taking responsibility for the attacks said the militants were from a group called Deccan Mujahedeen. The word "Deccan" refers to a plateau in southern India, and "Mujahedeen" refers to holy warriors. Almost universally, analysts and intelligence officials said that name was unknown. Deccan is a neighborhood of the Indian city of Hyderabad. The word also describes the middle and south of India, which is dominated by the Deccan Plateau. But the combination of the two words, said Gohel, is a "front name. This group is nonexistent." "It's even unclear whether it's a real group or not," said Bruce Hoffman, a professor at the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and the author of the book "Inside Terrorism." Somini Sengupta for the New York Times: A group calling itself the Deccan Mujahedeen said it had carried out the attacks. It was not known who the group is or whether the claim was real. Al Jazeera: the Indian media, citing unidentified police investigators, reported on Friday that three alleged attackers had confessed to being members of Lashkar-e-Taiba, a Pakistan-based group which aims to end Indian rule in Kashmir. Lashkar-e-Taiba, which means army of God, had earlier denied any role in the attacks. The Hindu newspaper said interrogation of the suspects revealed that Lashkar operatives had left Karachi in Pakistan in a merchant ship early on Wednesday and went ashore at Mumbai on a small boat before splitting up into teams to attack multiple locations. CNN: The Indian navy, stepping up patrols on the country's western coast after the attack, was questioning the crew of the MV Alpha, a ship they detained with the help of the Indian coast guard, British authorities said. The authorities said they believe the attacks originated from this ship, which they believe is from Karachi, Pakistan. The British authorities also said three speedboats -- carrying weapons and militants -- traveled along the Indian coast from the ship to Mumbai and launched the attack. However, Karachi police said have no evidence the attackers departed from their city, Waseem Ahmad, the police chief, said. All Signs Point To Al Qaeda Michael Evans of the Times: The multiple attacks on Westerners in Bombay last night showed all the signs of an al-Qaeda strategy — picking on vulnerable Western "soft targets" but not in a country where there would be maximum security. Michael Evans of the UK Times: Bombay has been targeted before when 180 people died during a bomb attack on the railway station in 2006, but that incident was put down to militants, not al-Qaeda, and the Indian government suspected that the attackers had links to Pakistan’s intelligence service, the ISI. This attack, however, involving the taking of Western hostages made it more likely that the operation’s masterminds were from the core leadership of al-Qaeda, which is based in the lawless tribal regions close to the Pakistan/Afghanistan border. MSNBC: [A] British security official told the AP on condition of anonymity that the attack doesn't look to have been directed by al-Qaida's core leadership, which has been weakened by the deaths of several leaders and key operatives in recent months. Al-Qaida's core leadership is believed to be fewer than 100 people now, said Rohan Gunaratna, author of "Inside Al-Qaida" and a terrorism expert at the International Center for Political Violence and Terrorism Research in Singapore. Boston Globe: Christine Fair, senior political scientist and a South Asia expert at the RAND Corporation, was careful to say that the identity of the terrorists could not yet be known. But she insisted the style of the attacks and the targets in Mumbai suggested the militants were likely to be Indian Muslims and not linked to Al Qaeda or Lashkar-e-Taiba, another violent South Asian terrorist group. "There's absolutely nothing Al Qaeda-like about it," she said of the attack. "Did you see any suicide bombers? And there are no fingerprints of Lashkar. They don't do hostage-taking and they don't do grenades." Timing And Motive Keith Bradsher and Somini Sengupta for the International Herald Tribune: The suspicions raised by the attack seemed a blow to relations between India and Pakistan, which had been recovering from a low earlier this year after India blamed the Pakistani intelligence agency for abetting the bombing of the Indian Embassy in Afghanistan. UPI: A CNN report said the attacks came just after Asif Ali Zardari, the new Pakistani president, went farther than any of his predecessors in expressing a desire for better ties with India. Zardari was quoted as saying he would even like to see the two nuclear powers jointly fight terrorism. Washington MSNBC: "We condemn these attacks and the loss of innocent life," White House spokesman Tony Fratto said. Israel Ha'aretz: The Israeli defense establishment Thursday avoided stating explicitly if the attack on Chabad House in Mumbai was planned or coincidental. One scenario raised was that the terrorists arrived there randomly while fleeing after an exchange of gunfire with Mumbai police. It is also possible that Chabad was targeted as part of an attack in which hotels were "marked" as points for the abduction and murder of Western tourists, centrally American and British citizens. AFP: Israeli forces were believed to be involved in the rescue attempt at the Jewish centre. "The Israelis are the ones who are running the show," one diplomatic source told AFP. Ha'aretz: Israel sent a number of intelligence officers to India Thursday to assist in analyzing the major terrorist attack on Mumbai. Defense Minister Ehud Barak Thursday offered India security, intelligence and humanitarian aid in dealing with the situation. It appears the Indian government is not interested in high profile security assistance from Israel. Throughout the day, the Homefront Command prepared to send an aid delegation to India, but efforts were halted when it became clear that Mumbai was not enthusiastic about the prospect. Aha! Daily Express [UK]: A police source [...] suggested that the attack could have been revenge for the killing of Rashid Rauf, a British Al Qaeda chief blown up by the US last week. That's a good one. I'd take that bet! This carefully planned and coordinated assault could have been revenge for an alleged killing that happened (if it did happen) just four days earlier. Yes! Exactly! Now I understand!! ~~~ to be continued ...

LaRouche? I am not relying on LaRouche i am posting every source i find and they all point to British MI6 + I am actually following Webster Tarpley's views. Tarpley knows This all started in Britain and speaks of the fact that The British Empire (Meaning the lords, oligarchs, royalty) has been trying to destroy the U.S. since its inception. LaRouche comments on the British and this attack was obviously british considering the amount of articles i found in which British nationals were found, captured, and then dissapeared in UK news. AKA 9-11 and OUR news. During 9-11 our news stations were in complete disarray and they released things that later disspeared such as the Truck Bomb on the Washington Bridge with Mossad and the Israeli's filming and dancing after the attacks. That was obviously done by numerous intel fronts including the CIA ,MOSSAD and ISI. This time its BRITISH territory, they are former colonial powers and still have massive political influence in Southeast Asia. A large part of the East India company focused on Neo Mercantalism in these area's.

By the way all intelligence goes through MI6, if you look at every insider chart that was ever written MI6 is above the CIA, ISI , MOSSAD. By the way, if it were ISI why the HELL would they invite destruction upon their own agency? this clearly means they will be wiped out eventually, i mean it's an attack on their ARCH NEMESIS' territory, while they already could not handle the Afghan bullshit. ISI would have no interest in attacking India because India can wipe out Pakistan, then judging by the Paki response they wanted nothing to do with it.
