Those interested in Chemtrails often cite the extensive series of UK Cold War Public Area Biological Warfare experiments, conducted by military scientists from the UK Government's Chemical and Biological Warfare research facility at Porton Down, as evidence of a past clandestine Governmental spraying programme. [See Anthony Barnett's Observer article  Millions were in germ tests ]

As there appears to be some confusion as to the size and number of these experiments, I've complied a list of known Porton Down public area BW experiments which will hopefully clarify matters.

The following is the result of 11 years exhaustive research, and was achieved by the use of:-political lobbying; the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information; the UK Freedom of Information Act (which came into force during January 2005); Written Parliamentary Questions; plundering The National Archive (formerly the PRO), etc.

The list contains details of Porton Down Biological Warfare experiments, which were conducted in populated areas during the years 1949-1976. Details of further Porton Down public area BW experiments (if any) have not yet been made available to the public.

It is very important to recognise that the experiments used BW 'simulants'* and not real BW agents.

[*A Biological Warfare 'simulant' is a supposedly harmless substance which mimics the physical properties of a real BW agent. Some BW simulants, such as E.coli MRE162 (EC), Bacillis subtilis (BG), Serratia marcescens (SM), are capable of causing adverse health effects. Others (such as FP - aka Zinc Cadmium sulphide) are known hazardous chemical compounds)

It is extremely important to understand that the column entitled -'Source Location' - only shows the location of the source of the often massive aerosol clouds. The aerosols themselves (often described in Porton Down reports as 'massive') were often carried up to 100 miles downwind of the source location (sometimes 200+ miles). Sampling of bacterial aerosols at distances of 50+ miles proved that the clouds still contained a high concentration of what Porton refer to as'an appreciable dose of viable bacteria'.

Freedom, rising up against Tyranny

Thanks for your research icewhale and the time its took to compile it - a real labour of love I guess.

Be assured its appreciated!

Looked into the dusk sky today when locking the vehicle access to my allotment and there was a massively long chemtrail in the sky right above.  Problem is that it's so hard to convince conditioned minds that truly believe the MSM is the ultimate source of truth, rejecting the validity of their own sensory perceptions.  Such an attitude only convinces the elite that the instinct for survival amongst the majority has been truly eradicated.  So, I've concluded that we must let the dead bury the dead and focus on those still willing to trust their own senses.

This evidence will support that aim!

In 1381, Wat Tyler and his countrymen marched from Kent to London to demand from the King, "that you make us free forever, ourselves, our heirs and our lands and that we be called no more bond or so reputed".  We must become the generation to guarantee that Tyler's demands are at last fulfilled!

Wow, impressive!

My mother-in-law was born in Great Britain (1944) by the time she was 8 years old they had to leave and move to America because she had so many respiratory problems--I wonder if this testing hand anything to do with it?

Thanks for that MindBombDisposal, its very much appreciated.

Next time someone in the UK starts telling you that "they" ("they" is normally a vague reference to some Governmentmental authority) wouldn't permit spraying operations to take place in populated areas, point them in the direction of this list and watch their jaws drop. Cool

Should you ever need it, I can provide provenance for each of these trials - which is normally a Porton Down scientific report.

And just to make it clear how large scale many of these public area Biological Warfare experiments were, take a peek at the following CDEE Porton Down map. This recently declassified map shows the operational area for Porton's Large Area Coverage field trials.

The LAC field trials procedure was for a single aircraft to fly at a maximum altitude of 2,000 ft asl, along an offshore track as indicated on the map (e.g. depending on the prevailing wind conditions, it might fly from point A to point C,via point point B). As it flew along the selected track it would continuously spray the Biological Warfare simulant FP (Flourescent Particles - aka Zinc Cadmium sulphide). The resulting huge aerosol cloud of FP would be carried onshore by the wind and sampled by numerous air sampling stations across England and Wales.

Trials results proved that a single aircraft flying a single sortie could contaminate an area greater than 10,000 square miles!  Shocked

Thanks donnay...if you can tell me what part of the UK your mum-in-law lived in I'll see if I can dig out some relevant info.
