Tavistock Institute developed the mass brain-washing techniques which were first used experimentally on American prisoners of war in Korea. Its experiments in crowd control methods have been widely used on the American public, a surreptitious but nevertheless outrageous assault on human freedom by modifying individual behavior through topical psychology. A German refugee, Kurt Lewin, became director of Tavistock in 1932. He came to the U.S. in 1933 as a "refugee", the first of many infiltrators, and set up the Harvard Psychology Clinic, which originated the propaganda campaign to turn the American public against Germany and involve us in World War II.

Tavistock Institute originated the mass civilian bombing raids carried out by Roosevelt and Churchill purely as a clinical experiment in mass terror, keeping records of the results as they watched the "guinea pigs" reacting under "controlled laboratory conditions".

All Tavistock and American foundation techniques have a single goal---to break down the psychological strength of the individual and render him helpless to oppose the dictators of the World Order.

Any technique which helps to break down the family unit, and family inculcated principles of religion, honor, patriotism and sexual behavior, is used by the Tavistock scientists as weapons of crowd control.

Today the Tavistock Institute operates a $6 Billion a year network of Foundations in the U.S., all of it funded by U.S. taxpayers' money. Ten major institutions are under its direct control, with 400 subsidiaries, and 3000 other study groups and think tanks which originate many types of programs to increase the control of the World Order over the American people. The Stanford Research Institute, adjoining the Hoover Institution, is a $150 million a year operation with 3300 employees. It carries on program surveillance for Bechtel, Kaiser, and 400 other companies, and extensive intelligence operations for the CIA. It is the largest institution on the West Coast promoting mind control and the behavioral sciences.

System PsychoDynamics - The Formative Years of an Interdisciplinary Field at the Tavistock Institute - Fraher

Systems psychodynamics is an interdisciplinary field that integrates three disciplines—the practice of psychoanalysis, the theories and methods of group relations, and open systems perspectives. Systems psychodynamics is “a term used to refer to the collective psychological behavior” (Neumann, 1999, p. 57) within and between groups and organizations. “Systems psychodynamics, therefore, provides a way of thinking about energizing or motivating forces resulting from the interconnection between various groups and sub-units of a social system”
(Neumann, 1999, p. 57).

In his articles, Bion outlined his theories of group behavior that were based largely on observations he made while working with small groups over the years.

He hypothesized that groups have two modes of operation.

One mode he called the productive sophisticated group, more commonly called a work group. The work group focused intently on the group’s task and maintains close contact with reality.

The other mode of group operation Bion called basic assumption. Its primary task was to ease the group’s anxieties and avoid the pain or emotions that further work might bring.

As an example, Bion identified three types of basic assumption modes: basic assumption of dependence (baD), basic assumption of pairing (baP), and basic assumption of fight-flight (baF) (W. R. Bion, 1961).

When a group operates in the basic assumption mode of dependency, Bion noted:

One person is always felt to be in a position to supply the needs of the group, and the rest in a position to which their needs are supplied. . .having thrown all their cares on the leader, they sit back and wait for him to solve all their problems. . .the dependent group soon shows that an integral part of its structure is a belief in the omniscience and omnipotence of some one member of the group. (pp. 74, 82, 99)

The group assumes this leader, whether selected formally or informally, has clairvoyance of thought and supernatural powers and that the rest of the group is powerless and dependent.

When the leader fails to meet the group’s unrealistic expectations, as he or she inevitably does, the group becomes quickly frustrated and disappointedly selects another member for the daunting task. This leader will also fail eventually, of course (W. R. Bion, 1961; Gabriel, 1999).

The basic assumption mode of pairing is evident in a group when the group invests irrational hopefulness for the future in two of the group members.

Regardless of gender, the group assumes that these two individuals have paired either for a “sexual” experience, which would provide the birth of a new group,a religious experience, which would provide a messiah, or a reparative experience, which would produce world peace.

When a group operates in the basic assumption mode of fight-flight, Bion (W. R. Bion, 1961) wrote:

The group seems to know only two techniques of self-preservation, fight or flight. . .the kind of leadership that is recognized as appropriate is the leadership of the man who mobilizes the group to attack somebody, or alternatively to lead it in flight. . .leaders who neither fight nor run away are not easily understood. (pp. 63, 65)

When people come together in groups, individuals’ primitive feelings and defenses can get mobilized on behalf of, and in service to, the group and the bad feelings are often the split off and projected onto authority figures, whose task it is to regulate the boundary region

Major organizational change efforts pose great psychic challenges to their members and require, in response, distinctive conditions in order to adequately contain the profound anxieties evoked by such upheaval

Pines (1985) observed:
Experiences in Groups is probably the shortest and most influential text in psychoanalytic group psychotherapy. Whether you agree or disagree with Bion, ignore him you cannot for he looms up at you from the darkness of the deepest areas of human experience ,illuminating it with his “beams of darkness.”

Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole ; He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. - Job 5

I agree with you Concorde.

This info is 'behind' and 'under' so much of what is really going on.

As a psychologist I am heart broken to see one of my heroes...  W.R. Bion quoted here.

He is a GENIUS.

I guess truth can be used to

build up or

to destroy.

His profound discoveries will be used by the NWO and Tavistock movement to break down.

In my daily work I use Bion's discoveries to support people.
Thank God we woke up.

Thank you for your answer, Mr psychologist.
Tell us more about Bion's discoveries, please. I want to know.
This mass manipulation topic is most important of all.

Any important books on the subject you can recommend?

Here's my pic... hard bein' called 'mister'... :-*

Wikipedia's article on Bion is excellent.  Much easier to understand than his books.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wilfred_Bion

His work is so hard to understand at first because he uses

Greek letters

to identify phenomenon...  like a mathematician would.

The OP cited all that great stuff about three different types of groups.... that is Bion's amazing clarity in action.

He was IMO a gifted observer of human behavior.  Basic building blocks of how people think and deal with emotions.

Thank God we woke up.

TAVISTOCK
By Dennis L. Cuddy, Ph.D.
February 11, 2008
NewsWithViews.com

http://www.newswithviews.com/Cuddy/dennis122.htm

In 1940, Cantril would author THE INVASION FROM MARS: A STUDY IN THE PSYCHOLOGY OF PANIC regarding the radio broadcast of H.G. Wells' THE WAR OF THE WORLDS. Tavistock senior staffer, Fred Emery, would later (HUMAN RELATIONS, Vol. 12, No. 3, August 1959) begin his article on "Working Hypotheses on the Psychology of Television" with the words: "The psychological after-effects of television are of considerable interest to the would-be social engineer."

During the Second World War, Tavistock was part of Great Britain's Psychological Warfare Department. On May 7, 1944, Dr. Rees of Tavistock and the British War Ministry injected Nazi prisoner Rudolf Hess with the narcotic Evipan. According to Lt. Col. Eugene Bird in PRISONER NO. 7: RUDOLF HESS (in the chapter titled "A Secret Drug"), Rees examined Hess 35 times. Rees and his associates via chemicals caused Hess's memory to fail and then "explained that they could bring back the memory with an injection of Evipan." Hess was told that "while under its influence he would remember the past he had forgotten."

... R.D. Laing was appointed senior registrar at the Tavistock Clinic in 1956, three years after he left the British Army Psychiatric Unit. He began experimenting with LSD in 1960, and then in 1962 when he became a family therapist at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, he also met Gregory Bateson while visiting the U.S. Bateson had been with the Office of Strategic Services (forerunner of the CIA), and then led the MK-Ultra hallucinogen (LSD) project. Bateson's and Margaret Mead's daughter, Mary Catherine Bateson, along with New Ager Jean Houston, would later help Hilary Clinton write IT TAKES A VILLAGE. IN 1964 Laing met LSD proponent Timothy Leary in New York and also authored "Transcendental Experience in Relation and Psychosis" (THE PSYCHEDELIC REVIEW, Vol. 1, No. 3, 1964). Three years later Laing participated in the July 15-30 1967 Dialectics of Liberation Congress.

Over the next two decades, the NTL would spread its operations to various countries around the world. And in its ISSUES IN (HUMAN RELATIONS) TRAINING (1962), its sensitivity training is referred to as "brainwashing." Recently, NTL has conducted programs relevant to Tavistock such as "NTL and Tavistock: Two Traditions of Group Work," "Tavistock Program: Re-Thinking and Planning for Organizational Change," and "The Tavistock--Task Working Conference which is a program structured around various group configurations.... Periodically each group will review its actions and results to learn from processes, roles, values, and methods as they evolve." Other recent NTL programs have featured people such as New Ager Jean Houston and the witch Starhawk

In the 1990s, the Tavistock Institute not only began a new journal titled EVALUATION in 1995, but the Institute and the European Commission also worked on a feasibility study to research the effect of using "Smart Cards" in competence accreditation. The study was carried out in the U.S. and parts of Europe. The project involved assessing and validating students' skills, with information placed on personal skills Smart Cards which "become real passports to employment." The implication, of course, is that without this "real passport," one will not be employed.

2001
9/11 is described by many 9/11 Researchers and -analysts as an absurde reality switching experiment, manipulating people worldwide into an asymmetrical logic thinking or a Logic-Reality Paradox.
Ironically supporters of the official story seem to support a similar view about the 9/11 Truth Movement, which started on the Internet only, often also describe them as "dangerous".

July 2005
As described by a majority of 9/11- and 7/7 researchers, the Tavistock Institute seemed to have played a logistical role in the authorship of the London False Flag Bombings on the Subway.
One of the explosives detonated officially on a bus nearly in Tavistock Square, which was parked in front of Tavistock Institute.
The bus was operated by Stagecoach London. One of their contractors is also D|Sign, which provides the US Navy.
The CCTV system officially didn't work on this bus.
The UK Metro system is run by George Schultz' Bechtel.
The Commission of Transport is led by ex-CIA Bob Kiley, who was also CEO of the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).

There is a fix for what is happening in the area of mind control by the elite.  We CAN conquer this by setting a distinct pathway for ourselves, by opening our own minds to all possibilities.  Setting religion aside for a moment, and sticking with just our inner feelings and analysis of what is occurring around us, we can see that it would appear to be a near impossible situation to rectify.  However, if we believe that there is a creator, of any sort...whether it be from religious teaching or the science of quantum physics as 'intelligent design' we do have options.  FIRST, I'm not an advertiser of any sort, however, I do receive assistance from the Super Mind Evolution web site.  This is a great beginning for everyone because they will learn that we CAN beat this, without getting angry or upset.  These negative vibrations are exactly what the NWO needs to keep all of us congested in their spun web of fear.  They feed on people's fear, because that vibratory level is as low as it gets.  Their idea is to weaken, demoralize, starve and conquer.  The following is just a bit from their site, which is filled with valuable information.

In the system of three-dimensional reality you are learning about mental energy (also called thought energy or psychic energy) and how to use it. Knowledge about mental energy and its use is learned by constantly transforming your thoughts and emotions into physical form (your physical reality) and by then perceiving and dealing with the matter and events that are formed.

You create your reality according to your beliefs and expectations; therefore you should examine these carefully. If you do not like some aspect of your world, then examine your own expectations.

As for fixing it, here is a link to their site, with a YouTube video "The Matrix of Reality."  When listening to it, keep your mind completely open.  http://www.supermindevolutionsystem.com/Videos.html  They actually speak of Illuminati, belief systems, and thought regarding how we build reality.

Believe it or not, it's truly the correct time to have the ability to do two things, and these are most important of all.  We need to have the ability to keep TWO parts of our consciousness available at all times.  One, where we observe and know what is going on 'IN THE MOMENT' yet NOT get involved in the depleting and exhausting chore of holding onto those thoughts.  Just know the situation is there, then back off from it.  The second thing is to 'ESCAPE' those thoughts, and reverse that to a meditative state literally SEEING things the way we want them to be.  The end result being freedom, potentiality usage for all living beings on this earth, peace, harmony and well being.  By this act alone it will assist others, whether human, plant or animal to rise well above the negative vibratory state we are in.  This video is probably the most important to assist us to see things as they are...and be able to 'affect' a change in the vibratory level of the entire planet.  Since the NWO existence is based on the low vibrations for it to overcome us with things like HAARP and other low level electronics, we need to spread the word before our internet time and especially access to this information is gone.

Just a note, keep in mind I was born and raised as a Catholic; however, I had a difficult time believing that there was nothing more to life then to constantly OBEY, without reward.  That never seemed right to me.  I've always left my mind open to other possibilities.  For every negative, there is a positive and this is most definitely positive and enlightening.  I've been studying these things for a few years now.  This video is the best opening I've seen in a long time to find how exactly 'how' we are designed, and how we work.

The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations - Shaping the Moral, Spiritual, Cultural, Political and Economic Decline of The United States of America  (Colman 2005)

http://www.docstoc.com/docs/1082990/The-Tavistock-Institute-of-Human-Relations---Shaping-the-Moral-Spiritual-Cultural-Political-and-Economic-Decline-of-The-United-States-of-America

http://www.scribd.com/doc/7596091/Coleman-Tavistock-Institute-Of-Human-Relations-Shaping-the-Moral-Spiritual-Cultural-Political-and-Economic-decline-of-the-united-States-of-America

The United States, harried, hounded, pushed and shoved is headed of a fast track to the New World Order, propelled along by the Radical Republicans of the War Party who have
been taken over by the scientists at the Tavistock Institute for Human Relations.

Just recently I was asked by a subscriber "where do we find the Tavistock Institute?" My response was: "Look around the U.S. Senate, the House of Representatives, the White House, the State Department, the Defense Department, Wall Street, Fox T.V. (Faux T.V.) and you will see their change agents in every one of these places."

Without going into the technicalities of the Club of Rome, (hereinafter referred to as "the Club,") its purpose was to act as a counterweight against post-industrial agricultural and military expansion, a so-called "post-industrial agricultural zero growth society," which was meant to halt America's burgeoning manufacturing industries and growing mechanized farming food production capability. Memberships of the Club and NATO were interchangeable.

Stanford Research, the Tavistock Institute and other centers of applied social psychiatry joined it. In 1994 Tavistock signed a major contract with NASA to evaluate the effects of its space program. The Club itself was only founded in 1968 as part of the call for a New World Order inside a One World  Government. What the Club became was an instrument to enforce limits of growth on industrial nations, and the United States was the first country to be targeted.

This was in fact one of the earliest steps taken to implement the "300" goal of returning the U.S. to a state of feudalism, a feudal society. One of the industries the Club railed against was nuclear energy, and they were successful in halting construction of all nuclear electricity generating plants that has put demand a thousand years ahead of the supply of electrical power. NATO was its military alliance meant to keep Russia in line.

On the agenda of the 1980 meeting referred to above were the following:
* Women's liberation movement.
* Black consciousness, racial mixing, breaking down taboos against mixed marriages as propounded by anthropologist Margaret Meade and Gregory Bateson of Tavistock.
* It was decided at this meeting that an aggressive program would be launched to portray "colored races" as superior to Western Civilization white persons. From this forum came
Oprah Winfrey and a host of black persons who were picked up and trained for their roles to portray "mixed races" as superior to whites.
*It could also be seen in movies where black movie stars suddenly proliferated until they became household names. It was seen also where a black person was placed in the role a
high position of authority over whites, such a judge, or a district head of the FBI and the military, CEOs of large corporations etc.
* Youth rebellion against imagined societal wrongs.
* Emerging interest in social responsibility of business.
* The generation gap implying a changing paradigm.
* The anti-technological bias of many young people.
* Experimentation with new family structures interpersonal relationships in which homosexuality and lesbianism became "normalized" and "no different from other people acceptable at all levels of society, two
lesbian "moms."
* The emergence of the fake conservation/ecology movements such as "Greenpeace"
* A surge in interest in Eastern religious and philosophical perspectives.
* A renewed interest in "fundamentalist" Christianity.
* Labor unions shifting emphasis to quality of the work environment.
* An increasing interest in meditation and other spiritual disciplines The "Kabala" was to supplant Christian culture and special people were chosen to teach and spread Kabala.
Early chosen disciples were Shirley McLean, Roseanne Barr and later, Madonna and Demi Moore.
* The increasing importance of "self-realization" processes.
*Reinvention of music, "hip-hop" and "rap," by such groups as "Ice Cube."
* A new language form in which English is so mutilated as to be unintelligible. This is being carried over into news readers on prime time television.

These disparate trends signified the emergence of a created climate of social upheaval and far-reaching changes as a new image of human beings began to take hold bringing with them radical changes in Western civilization.

http://www.heart7.net/religious-mindcontrolcults.html

During the Jesus Movement of the 1960's, Finney's mind-control system was used very successfully by the Children of God religious cult. In his book Battle for the Mind, author and Tavistock mind-control psychiatrist William Sargent, stated that a favorite recruiting ploy of Children of God proselytizers was to approach a group of teenagers and focus on the one who expressed the most opposition to religion. The hostile victim would be provoked into an uncontrollable rage. In order to prevent a neural overload, the mind of the hapless victim rejected the previous religious belief structure, replacing it with the ideology implanted by the victim's Children of God tormentors. According to Sargent, this evangelical mind-control technique enabled Children of God missionaries to make fanatical converts out of atheists in only fifteen minutes.

Founded by David Berg, the Children of God had established communities in 60 countries by the end of the 1970's. Former cult members claim that church members practised pedophilia. One British newspaper reported that children of cult members exhibited signs of rectal excoriations and that pre-pubescent girls had torn hymens and flayed vulvae.{2}

Berg's pamphlets promoted pedophilia and sex between children, while another pamphlet displayed a photograph of a Children of God nurse engaged in oral sex with a young boy.{3} A prosecution witness and former cult member alleged that Children of God girls were expected to lure men into having affairs with them, in order to recruit new members; this was known within the Children of God movement as "flirty fishing".

Berg promoted not only pedophilia, but also racism, proclaiming that "I'm a racist because God is!"

Joyanne Treadwell Berg, the granddaughter of the cult's founder, alleges that she was made to have sex with important government officials and had "met presidents from around the world". If this claim is valid, it would imply that possibly she could have been used as a "Black Widow". This is an Illuminati term for mind-controlled sex slaves who are used for the entrapment of high-level dignitaries. One of Berg's own daughters claimed that her father had an incestuous relationship with herself and her sisters.{4}

Remarkably, the Children of God organization has withstood several prosecutorial attempts, including one in 1974 by the New York Attorney General's office, which accused the cult of incest, rape and kidnapping. Incredibly, the case was dropped by order of the Attorney General, who made the amazing claim that the cult was protected from prosecution by the First Amendment! Could it be that the cult is protected by very powerful figures? Former Chilean dictator Pinochet and Libya's Muammar al-Qaddafi, allegedly have connections with this organization, whose choir even performed at the George Bush White House.

In 1991, movie actor River Phoenix revealed that as a child he had been forced to have sex. This was during the period when his father served as an archbishop of the Children of God church. Because the actor had not acquired celebrity status at that time, his comments were largely unreported by the media.

Some 170 children were taken into protective custody in 1993, after a police raid on an Argentinean compound of the Children of God church. The police claimed that the children had been sexually-abused by church members; cocaine and pornographic video tapes had been seized in a previous raid. Not surprisingly, perhaps, no charges were brought against church members.{5}

State Chief Inspector Rebolio, leader of the 1993 raid, claimed to have found evidence that the Children of God church was being funded by a global cabal of influential people.

Well this is "out there". But I had heard that Hitler was given NLP type training in the 1920's...

But there is this book out there "Hitler was a British Agent" claiming Hitler was programmed by Tavistock in 1912...

It is interesting since Tavistock was being set up by the Rhodes round table in the early 1900's...

http://www.scribd.com/doc/3828921/Hitler-was-a-British-Agent

http://www.knowledgedrivenrevolution.com/Articles/200602/20060208_Hitler_British_Spy.htm

Greg Hallett's book "Hitler Was A British Agent" depicts war as a ghoulish illusion conjured by occult magicians in order to degrade and eventually enslave humanity in world government.

Hallett's claim that Hitler was a "British" agent is based on the testimony of a shadowy network of retired intelligence agents. While he fails to provide documentary proof, Hallett does offer persuasive circumstantial evidence.

For example, Adolph Hitler was in England in 1912-1913, a fact supported by his sister-in-law's book: "The Memoirs of Bridget Hitler"(1979). Many historians including Hitler biographer John Toland have ignored this startling information. (If Hallett is right, historians like Toland are guilty of sanitizing Hitler and actually making him more credible than he was.)

Hallett says Hitler spent February to November 1912 being brainwashed and trained at the British Military Psych-Ops War School at Tavistock in Devon and in Ireland. "War machines need war and [that means they need] funded, trained and supported double agents to be their patsies, their puppets and their puppet enemies," Hallett writes (38).

His sister-in-law describes Hitler as completely wasted when he arrived at her Liverpool home baggageless. "I had an idea he was ill, his colour was so bad and his eyes looked so peculiar," she wrote. "He was always reading, not books, little pamphlets printed in German. I don't know what was in them nor exactly where they came from." (pp. 29,35) Hallett says these were Tavistock training manuals.

"Hitler was a British Agent" is useful as an alternative paradigm. (Usually we cannot recognize truth because we have the wrong paradigm, i.e. our "education.") When Hallett says "British", he means Illuminati, the Masonic cult of super rich bankers who control an interlocking network of megacartels. This cult is based in the City of London but uses England and most nations and ideologies, as sock puppets in a the Punch and Judy show called modern history.

Hallett's claim would clarify many improbable events in the Second World War. For example, why did Hitler let 335,000 Allied soldiers escape at Dunkirk? This quixotic gesture was explained as a peace overture, but surely England would have been more attentive if its army were in Nazi POW camps.

The Nazi triumph in Feb. 1940 was like a knock-out in the first round. The Illuminati did not intend for the match to end so soon, nor for the Nazis to win.

In the summer of 1940, when the Nazis were triumphant and Britain prostrate, Nazi Military Intelligence Chief (Abwehr) Admiral Wilhelm Canaris told Romanian Foreign Minister Prince Michael Sturdza to stay neutral because England would win the war. He also gave this message to Spanish dictator Franco.

Hallett's theory also explains why Hitler, supposedly the arch enemy of Jewish bankers, acted like he didn't know the Rothschilds controlled England (and America) when this was practically common knowledge. If Hitler were for real, he wouldn't have tried to accommodate these countries. England would have been invaded and conquered before Russia was attacked.

Hallett's hypothesis explains 1)Why Hitler was able to expand into the Rhineland etc. without fear of retaliation. 2) Why the Nazi war machine was financed and built by the Bank of England and a Who's Who of Anglo American corporations controlled by the Illuminati. 3) Why Hitler never sealed the Mediterranean at Gibraltar; and why the Spanish dictator Franco remained neutral, despite the huge debt he owed the Nazis from the Civil War. 4) Why I.G. Farben headquarters in Frankfurt was never bombed. This became CIA headquarters.

It would explain why Hitler gave his ridiculous racial policies priority over actually winning the war. He could have enlisted millions of Slavs (and even many Jews) in overcoming Communist Russia. Instead, he made them implacable enemies willing to fight to the death.

We could question why Japan attacked the U.S. instead of Russia; why the Nazis never figured out that their communications were compromised; why Hitler didn't conquer the oil fields of Russia and the Middle East when he had the chance etc. but you get the picture. The fix was in.

WHO WAS HITLER?

The biggest improbability of all is that an Austrian tramp, street cleaner and gay prostitute could become the Chancellor of Germany. Hitler joins a long list of obscure blackmailable figures who have been catapulted to world prominence with the aid of an unseen hand.

Hallett writes that Hitler's grandfather was Nathan Meyer Rothschild. Maria Schickelgruber, Hitler's grandmother, was a maid in the Rothschild's Vienna mansion when his father, Alois was conceived "in fear" in a satanic ritual rape. The Rothschilds could only marry within their extended family so they had illegitimate children who functioned as anonymous agents.

(Apparently this is a pattern with the Illuminati. Bill Clinton is rumored to be a Rockefeller.)

His grandmother received child support from a Jewish businessman who was probably an intermediary for his grandfather. Bridget Hitler quotes Hitler's sister Paula: "Since [Adolf] started the race laws we have no grandfather, Adolf and I. Certainly anyone who wished could make a good deal out of that." (Memoirs, p. 175)

Rothschild's son, Alois Hitler's third marriage was to his niece, Klara, who became Hitler's mother. His father was abusive and his mother over- compensated. Hitler became destitute at age 18 when his mother died, and he lived in a Vienna men's hostel that was a haunt for homosexuals.

In 1912, Hitler traveled to England for training as an Illuminati agent which took place in German. This "training" ranged from imbibing a sense of his role in Germany's destiny to learning how to mesmerize audiences.

It also included trauma brainwashing. The "alter's" consciousness is shattered by witnessing savage atrocities and suffering sexual abuse, all of which is filmed. Then the various fragments of consciousness are programmed and can be accessed with special code words. (Read Fritz Springmeier and Cisco Wheeler for a detailed description of Illuminati mind control techniques. )

Hitler returned to Germany in May 1913 and enlisted in the German army. During World War One, he served as a runner and was captured twice by the English. On both occasions, he was spared execution by an "angel" in British intelligence.

According to Hallett, Hitler was a bisexual who enjoyed having women defecate on him. He also had undersized genitals and only one testicle. (Many women whom he courted committed suicide. The love of his life was his 17-year-old half-niece Geli whom he murdered in 1931 when she tried to escape.)

(For more on Nazi Homosexuality, see "The Pink Swastika" online.

IMPLICATIONS

History is unfolding according to the Illuminati's long-term plan. Wars are plotted decades in advance and orchestrated to achieve the destruction of nations and natural elites, depopulation, demoralization, and of course power and profit.

The super rich have organized themselves into a satanic cult to prey on mankind and to establish their permanent hegemony. Put yourself in the central bankers' shoes. The nations of the world owe you trillions based on money you printed for the cost of paper and ink. The only way to protect this "investment" is to establish a thinly disguised dictatorship, using sophisticated methods of social and mind control. This is the true meaning of the "War on Terror." It's not directed at "Muslim terrorists." It's directed at you and me.

According to Hallett, Joseph Stalin was another Illuminati "agent of war" who attended the Tavistock Psyche Ops training school in 1907. Clifford Shack has suggested that Stalin was also an illegitimate offspring of a Rothschild.

Hallett says Hitler's death was faked (a double was killed) and Hitler escaped to Barcelona where he lived until 1950, when he died of stomach cancer.

Greg Hallett is a maverick and his rambling book is full of repetition and digressions. I wouldn't swear by any of Hallett's claims as yet. But he deserves our thanks for advancing an alternative view of history that while far- fetched is more plausible than what supposedly transpired. We should be able to entertain speculative views without feeling compelled to accept or reject them.

World War Two achieved all of the Illuminati's goals. Germany and Japan were turned into a wasteland. Sixty million people were slaughtered. The Jewish holocaust motivated Jews to establish the Rothschild's world government headquarters in Israel. Idealists and natural leaders on both sides were slaughtered. Nations were laden with debt. The United Nations rose like a phoenix from the ashes. Hiroshima cast a pall of terror over the world. The USSR was a superpower and controlled Eastern Europe. The stage was set for the next act...the Cold War.

Given the bleak outlook for humanity, there is a tendency to actually idealize Hitler as an opponent of central banker hegemony. I fell into this trap myself. Hallett's book is an important reminder that like Stalin and Mao, Hitler was a monster; and the Illuminati sponsor "enemies" in order to foment conflict, and keep humanity in its thrall.

Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole ; He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. - Job 5

... I had heard that Hitler was given NLP type training in the 1920's...

Here is an article that ties up the last post a bit.... some of the Thule Society connections

http://www.mystae.com/restricted/streams/masons/nazi.html

1) The Stein Affair - Fact or Fiction?
"During his young adulthood before rising to power, Hitler lived in Vienna. One of Hitler's friends, during that period was Walter Johannes Stein. During World War II, Dr. Stein became an advisor to England's Prime Minister, Sir Winston Churchill."
     - William Bramley, The Gods of Eden

"A number of people who intimately knew Walter Johannes Stein in the last years of his life state that Stein never met Hitler."
     - Christoph Lindenberg in the German journal Die Drie

"...It was through buying a copy of Eschenbach's Parsival that had once belonged to Hitler that Dr Stein met him. Dr Stein was impressed by the meticulousness of the marginal notes, though simultaneously appalled by the pathological race hatred that they showed.
     - Frank Smyth in The Occult Connection

...

According to Ravenscroft, "Hitler took Dr. Stein up the Danube to visit his mystic teacher, a rustic woodcutter and herbalist named Hans Lodz 'who retained in his peasant's blood the last traces of the atavistic clairvoyance of the ancient Germanic tribes' and who 'resembled a mischievous yet malevolent dwarf from the pages of Grimm's Fairy Tales or an illustration from a book on ancient Germanic folklore'. The men took a swim in the river at which Dr. Stein noticed that Hitler had only one testicle."
     - Jeffrey Steinberg, "The Unknown Hitler: Nazi Roots in the Occult"

...

"One of his [Hitler's] most influential mentors was a Viennese bookstore owner named Ernst Pretzsche. Pretzsche was described by Dr. Stein as a malevolent-looking man with a somewhat toad-like appearance. Pretzsche was a devotee of the Germanic mysticism that was preaching the coming of an Aryan super race. Hitler frequented Pretzsches store and pawned books there when he needed money. During those visits, Pretzsche indoctrinated Hitler in Germanic mysticism and successfully encouraged Hitler to use the hallucinogenic drug peyote as a tool for achieving mystical enlightenment.
     - William Bramley, The Gods of Eden

"It was Lodz, Dr.Stein learned, who had prepared for Hitler a peyote concoction that afforded him psychedelic insight into his past lives. The peyote itself had come from Pretzche, who had lived for a time in the German colony in Mexico. Hitler had hoped that his former existences, viewed in his drug trance, would include an early incarnation as a powerful Teutonic ruler, but it was not to be.
"Instead his psychedelic perception revealed von Eschenbach's Parzival to have been prophetic of events that would take place a thousand years after it was written, i.e. in the present. And it showed Hitler to have been the historical personage behind the evil sorcerer Klingsor, the very spirit of the anti-Christ and the villain of Parzival."

...

According to [August] Kubizek [one of Hitler's few friends from the early years], Hitler spent a great deal of time studying oriental mysticism, astrology, hypnotism, Germanic mythology and other aspects of occultism. By 1909 he had made contact with Dr. Jorg Lanz von Liebenfels, a former Cistercian monk who, two years previously, had opened a temple of the 'Order of the New Templars' at the tumble-down Werfenstein Castle on the banks of the Danube.
"Von Leibenfels had assumed his aristocratic sounding name: he was born plain Adolf Lanz and came of solid bourgeois stock. His following was small but wealthy. A disciple of Guido von List [who adopted the swastika as the emblem of the neo-pagan movement in Germany in the late 19th century] he flew a swastika flag from his battlements, performed ritual magic and ran a magazine entitled Ostara, a propaganda journal of occultism and race mysticism, to which the young Hitler became an avid subscriber."
     - Frank Smyth in The Occult Connection

...

During World War I "about two months after winning the Iron Cross, Hitler was blinded by mustard gas during a battle. He was taken to the Pasewalk military hospital in northern Germany where he was mistakenly diagnosed as suffering from 'psychopathic hysteria'. (The symptoms were probably caused by the mustard gas.) Hitler was consequently placed under the care of a psychiatrist, Dr. Edmund Forster. What exactly was done to Hitler while under Dr. Forster's care is uncertain because years later, in 1933...the Gestapo rounded up all psychiatric records related to Hitler's treatment and destroyed them. Dr. Forster 'committed suicide' in that same year. "The mystery of what was done to Hitler at Pasewalk is deepened by Hitler's own statements. According to Hitler, he had experience a 'vision' from 'another world' while at the hospital. In that vision, Hitler was told that he would need to restore his sight so that he could lead Germany back to glory. Hitler's latent anti-Semitism, which had already been planted by his mystical readings in Vienna, emerged at Pasewalk."
"In a shrewd piece of detective work published in the journal, History of Childhood Quarterly, psychohistorian Dr. Rudolph Binion suggests that Hitler's visions may have been deliberately induced by the psychiatrist, Edmund Forster, as a means of helping Hitler recover from his blindness....Dr. Binion cites a book completed in 1939 entitled, Der Augenzeuge ('The Eyewitness'), written by a Jewish doctor named Ernst Weiss who had fled Germany in 1933. "It is a thinly fictionalized account of Hitler's "miracle cure".
     - William Bramley, The Gods of Eden

...
There is considerable controversy regarding precisely when Hitler became driven to destroy the Jews and dominate the world. There is strong evidence, however, that the 'hate and pain' which characterized Hitler's speeches in 1919 and afterward, as well as his fanatical purpose, were not in evidence prior to his psychiatric treatment."
     - David Bonnell (dbonnell@be1145)
...

Hitler's stellar performance in Munich [identifying pro-Communist soldiers to be shot in 1919] earned him a promotion. He was assigned to the highly secret Political Department of the Army District Command. Hitler's new unit was an intelligence operation that engaged in acts of domestic terrorism. The unit refused to accept Germany's defeat in World War I and so it assassinated some of the German leaders who had negotiated Germany's surrender.
"A prominent leader of the District Command was captain Ernst Rohm. Rohm was a professional soldier who served as liaison between the District Command and the German industrialists who were directly funding the District Command to help it fight communism. Captain Rohm and many other members of the District Command were members of a mystical organization known as the 'Thule Society' [Thulegesellschaft]. The Thule believed in the Aryan super race' and it preached the coming of a German 'Messiah' who would lead Germany to glory and a new Aryan civilization. In Spear of Destiny [by Trevor Ravenscroft] we learn from Dr. Stein that the Thule group was financed by some of the very same industrialists who supported the District Command. The Thule was also directly supported by the German High Command."
     - William Bramley, The Gods of Eden

"Briefly, the creed of the Thule society inner circle is as follows: Thule was a legendary island in the far north, similar to Atlantis, supposedly the center of a lost, high-level civilization. But not all secrets of that civilization had been completely wiped out. Those that remained were being guarded by ancient, highly intelligent beings (similar to the 'Masters' of Theosophy or the White Brotherhood). The truly initiated could establish contact with these beings by means of magic-mystical rituals. The 'Masters' or 'Ancients' allegedly would be able to endow the initiated with supernatural strength and energy. With the help of these energies the goal of the initiated was to create a race of Supermen of 'Aryan' stock who would exterminate all 'inferior' races."
     - Wulf Schwartzwaller, The Unknown Hitler

Many assassinations perpetrated by the District Command may have been inspired by the Thule. According to Dr. Stein, the Thule was a 'Society of Assassins'. It held secret courts and condemned people to death. It is likely that many victims murdered by the District Command had been condemned earlier in the secret courts of the Thule. Many prominent Germans supported this violence and were documented members of the Thule. For example, the Police President of Munich, Franz Gurtner, was a reported member of the innermost circle of the Thule. He later became Minister of Justice of the Third Reich."
     - William Bramley, The Gods of Eden

"...At the end of the 1919...Hitler met Dietrich Eckart. Most biographers have underestimated the influence that Eckart exerted on Hitler. He was the wealthy publisher and editor-in-chief of an anti-Semitic journal which he called In Plain German. Eckart was also a committed occultist and a master of magic. As an initiate, Eckart belonged to the inner circle of the Thule society as well as other esoteric orders."
     - Wulf Schwartzwaller, The Unknown Hitler
...

"There can be no doubt that Eckart - who had been alerted to Hitler by other Thulists - trained Hitler in techniques of self confidence, self projection, persuasive oratory, body language and discursive sophistry. With these tools, in a short period of time he was able to move the obscure workers party from the club and beer hall atmosphere to a mass movement. The emotion charged lay speaker became an expert orator, capable of mesmerizing a vast audience."
     - Wulf Schwartzwaller, The Unknown Hitler

Hitler dedicated his book Mein Kampf to his teacher Dietrich Eckart.

Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole ; He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. - Job 5

I have posted updates to Hitler-was-a-British-Agent - Greg Hallett - Tavistock Connection

In particular with regards to Aleister Crowley as a British agent is associated with the early formation of the Tavistock group in pre WWI era....  an interesting look into the past where secret intelligence networks hide behind satanic cults ....

But it all makes sense, Pychopath's using Hypnosis, drugs and humiliation to "turn", blackmail and "program" people into there control.

http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=76411.msg516207#msg516207

Basically what I have here are various links and info that show the connections of Aleister Crowley - Rudolph Hess - Hitler and the Tavistock group.

This would tend to reinforce information from the book "Hiltler was a British Agent". However no where in Hallett's book does Crowley's name ever come up.

It does bring up points such actively collecting  Photo's and birth dates of (young?) men with the purpose of matching them up for future use as Doppelgangers ...

Crowley wanted to find a doppelganger of Himself and of others in his network (Hess? , Hitler?)

Crowley was an  agent for the British.  The MI5 intelligence agency had a department known as the Occult Bureau

Golden Dawn : members Crowley and Duke of Bedford who was involved with setting up The Tavistock Group in WWI.

It was the Marquees of Tavistock, 12th Duke of Bedford, whom Rudolf Hess flew to England to contact

I thought this article about contemporary music, assassination, NWO, Bush 41, Reagan, Lennon and Tavistock all in one easy explanation "interesting" : http://www.whale.to/b/lennon.html

Or go here for a Google on 'tavistock beatles':  http://www.google.com/search?q=tavistock+beatles&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a

Where I found that the Tavistock Institute manufactured the Beatles phenomenon:  http://www.illuminati-news.com/art-and-mc/bankers-behind-counter-culture.htm

Now, I really know?!? :o

I've tried to keep from posting about this on this thread and keep the scope to early and current history and it's ideology to keep the NOISE level low. But here's one from  "The Beatles Masonic album title" thread I posted that applies...

Also, I highly recommend reading "Laurel Canyon and the Birth of the Hippie Generation" BY DAVID MCGOWAN : http://www.illuminati-news.com/articles2/00201.html or http://www.davesweb.cnchost.com questioning/explaining the Tavistock/RAND/SRI connection to the 60's L.A. music scene...

Also see: Why Does the World Feel Wrong? Because Psychopaths Are In Control

“Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we're being run by maniacs for maniacal ends and I think I'm liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That's what's insane about it.” – John Lennon, before his murder by CIA mind-control subject Mark David Chapman

http://deadnews.blogspot.com/2006/04/grateful-dead-conspiracy-theory.html

Yes, it is interesting to note that the Tavistock Institute of Human Relation, as well as, it’s child organization: The Stanford Research Institute, developed The Grateful Dead, among other things.

You can see that Alan Trist, a social engineer for the Tavistock Institute, became the shadow manager of the Dead. His father, Eric Trist, was one of the principle founding members of Tavistock.

It was part of the development of a dynamic psychological warfare model to be used on foreign and domestic populations, modeled, ultimately, on the Lord Gordon Riots in London and the Jacobin Terror of the French Revolution. The purpose was to mobilize mobs in ideological opposition to the state, as a mass destabilization operation.

A large part of the project was MKULTRA. The intention of this project, essentially, was to spread mass schizophrenia. Dr. Humphrey Osmond thought that LSD-25 produced artificial schizophrenia. This project and many others fell under the umbrella of the Congress for Cultural Freedom of the Central Intelligence Agency. It was perhaps the most over funded project that the world had ever seen up to that point.

Other operations included Ken Kesey and his Merry Pranksters. Kesey came out of the Palo Alto Veterans Hospital, where he was given LSD-25, under the supervision of Gregory Bateson.

Allen Ginsberg also ran in these circles. Ginsberg was brought into the fold by Lionel Trilling, his mentor at Columbia University. Trilling was among those on the payroll of the CIA and the Congress for Cultural Freedom. He was also brought in as an LSD-25 guru by his cousin Dr. Oscar Janiger, who ran the original LSD-25 salon in his Los Angeles office, along with Aldous Huxley.

Michael Hollingshead and R. D. Laing were doing the same thing in London with the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, etc.

All of this, at one state of it’s development, from the top down, came out of the Wagner Cult of Bayreuth and the Nietzsche Cult at Weimar; as well as, from the bottom up, out of the Lebensreform “nature cure” movement at Monte Verita in Ascona of Theodor Reuss, Rudolf von Laban, Otto Gross, etc.

It was a model that has come down to us under different guises over the last several generations. Monte Verita, developed, in one direction, into the Bolligen Foundation of Carl Jung, then, the Esalen Institute of Michael Murphy and Richard Price. In another direction, into the Dada Art Movement at Zurich and Berlin (Laban and Gross, respectively, were there), then the Surrealist International of Andre Breton, then the Situationist International of Guy Debord. Still, in another direction by the Ordo Templi Orientis of Ascona and Zurich, which eventually came into Los Angeles.

To get and slice of the Tavistock method of brainwashing, please see William Sargent’s Battle for the Mind.

I have noticed that I have not referenced Colman's book in this thread, so let's rectify that right now... He has alot of the history but also some theories which may or may not be true.

You can download the book from here:
The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations - Colman 2005

Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole ; He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. - Job 5

Well let's add the information I have that connects EMI with Tavistock and with it the '60's music push.

When Lennon went forward with the "PEACE" movement he broke away from the point of his original "BEAT"les program.

The Satanic Roots of Rock

Under the the strict guidance of EMI's recording director George Martin, and Brian Epstein, the Beatles were scrubbed, washed, and their hair styled into the Beatles cut. EMI's Martin created the Beatles in his recording studio.

Lockwood and EMI

EMI, led by aristocrat Sir Joseph Lockwood, stands for Electrical and Mechanical Instruments, and is one of Britain's largest producers of military electronics. Martin was director of EMI's subsidiary, Parlophone. By the mid-sixties EMI, now called Thorn EMI, created a music divison which had grown to 74,321 employees and had annual sales of $3.19 billion.

" EMI was also a key member of Britain's military intelligence establishment."  (i.e connected to Tavistock)

The Beatles and the Aquarian Conspiracy

The 12-atonal system consisted of heavy, repetitive sounds, taken from the music of the cult of Dionysus and the Baal priesthood by Theo Adorno and given a "modern" flavor by this special friend of the Queen of England and hence the Committee of 300.

Tavistock and its Stanford Research Center created trigger words which then came into general usage around "rock music" and its fans. Trigger words created a distinct new break-away largely young population group which was persuaded by social engineering and conditioning to believe that the Beatles really were their favorite group. All trigger words devised in the context of "rock music" were designed for mass control of the new targeted group, the youth of America.

The Beatles did a perfect job, or perhaps it would be more correct to say that Tavistock and Stanford did a perfect job, the Beatles merely reacting like trained robots "with a little help from their friends"--code words for using drugs and making it "cool."

The Beatles became a highly visible "new type"-- more Tavistock jargon--and as such it was not long before the group made new styles (fads in clothing, hairstyles and language usage) which upset the older generation, as was intended. This was part of the"fragmentation-maladaptation" process worked out by Willis Harmon and his team of social scientists and genetic engineering tinkerers and put into action.

Lysergic acid, "LSD," so conveniently provided for them by the Swiss pharmaceutical company, SANDOZ, following the discovery by one of its chemists, Albert Hoffman, how to make synthetic ergotamine, a powerful mind-altering drug. The project was financed through one of their banks, S. C. Warburg, and the drug was carried to America by the philosopher, Aldous Huxley.

The new "wonder drug" was promptly distributed in "sample" size packages, handed out free of charge on college campuses across the United States and at "rock" concerts, which became the leading vehicle for proliferating the use of drugs.

Without massive media hype, and without almost around the clock coverage, the hippie-beatnik rock, drug cult would never have gotten off the ground; it would have remained a localized oddity. The Beatles, with their twanging guitars, silly expressions, drug language and weird clothes, would not have amounted to a hill of beans. Instead, because the Beatles were given saturation coverage by the media, the United States has suffered one cultural shock after another.

The men buried in the think tanks and research institutions, whose names and faces are still not known to but a few people, made sure that the press played its part. Conversely, the media's important role in not exposing the power behind the future cultural shocks made certain that the source of the crisis was never identified. Thus was our society driven mad through psychological shocks and stress. "Driven mad" is taken from Tavistock's training manual. From its modest beginnings in 1921, Tavistock was ready in 1966 to launch a major irreversible cultural revolution in America, which has not yet ended. The Aquarian Conspiracy is part of it.

Beatles, Rock'n'Roll & Mind Control
by Wes Penre, February 28, 1999

The Beatles were made "Members of the British Empire" by Queen Elizabeth II of England in the 60's. The Queen is one of the highest Illuminati members on this planet. If the Beatles were so "rebellious" and against the system as John Lennon always said they were, how come the Queen accepted them? Quite recently Paul McCartney was knighted as well. Elton John is another example of a number of artists and actors who have been knighted. The ONLY ones being knighted by the Queen of England are those who have served the Illuminati Agenda well. Things are not what they seem to be. We have been severely tampered with and extremely deceived.

Of course Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones has been knighted too.

Global Mind Change

"Whether its psychic phenomena, mystical experiences, communications with the dead...whatever it is, you're implying that reality is different from the way they taught you in school. Sooner or later we're going to say "Well if all of that's so, then our emphases in business and economics have to be different, as well as our emphases in politics, education and healthcare."
Willis Harman

Willis Harman was Professor Emeritus of Engineering Economic Systems at Stanford University, USA, and President of the Institute of Noetic Sciences. He died on 30th January 1997.

Back Story

How did your own interest in the subject of consciousness start? Was it an early passion?

Willis Harman No, I was trained as a scientist, thought I was going to be a chemist for a while, ended up as an electrical engineer and then systems engineer. And then in 1954 at age 36 I had an up-ending experience that I hadn't asked for and the net result was my path through life took a sudden swerve. It was a two-week seminar which, there was nothing like it at the time although later on there were things like Est and Silva Mind Control and all kinds of things, but at that time, it was a fairly intensive seminar and I only came into it because I didn't realise that. I was tricked into coming into it, thinking it was going to be a nice, safe intellectual discussion.

What was the seminar, specifically?

Willis Harman It was called The Secora Seminar. The same group became Beyond War, they still exist, I think. It became apparent to me through that experience that I had feelings that I was not even aware of, you know my unconscious mind. Its rather hard to explain how an experience suddenly opens you up. It's not exactly a rational, linear process. At any rate I just started to search around for whoever knew something about any part of this.

I made one trip to Europe and got aquainted with the Society for Psychical Research, that was back in the days of Sir George Joy and Rosalyn Heywood. Celia Green was just a youngster coming in at that time. So in the next half dozen years or so I got somewhat involved in psychical research and somewhat involved in the psychedelic research. That sort of blew up in a way in the 1960's! So I shifted over to doing research on the future.

New Reality

Willis Harman I think that this is, indeed a remarkable point in history. I think the world-view is shifting in a way that few people recognise and, I think, few scientists understand.

What are the new ideas coming in?

Willis Harman If there really is something new coming in and it's bubbling up out of the collective unconscious, then nobody's going to be able to tell you exactly what it is. But I think we can see some signs of it. In a different picture of reality that involves consciousness or mind or spirit in a very different way, not something that ended up as the final product of billions of years of evolution, but rather as something that was here before evolution. For example one Nobel scientist, George Wall, started to write that six or eight years ago that the fundamental picture of evolution, he was convinced, was not one where consciousness comes along at the tail end of the evolution of mammals, resulting in human beings. Instead of that, consciousness was there all the time, or something like consciousness or mind or spirit. That's a very different story and it has profound implications for the economic system, for business, for any aspect of society.

Willis Harman There are some other things you can say about the new world-view. One is that it's much more holistic than the old one. In the conventional scientific world-view ultimate reality is fundamental particles and everything ultimately gets explained in terms of that. The emerging world-view seems clearly to deal with wholes. Whole organisms, whole human beings, a much more holistic view of everything, ecological systems, every part relating to everything else and so on.

Another indication of a change underway is the increased appreciation for the world-view of the indigenous people, the Native North Americans, the Australian aborigines, because there's a respect, that simply wasn't there a couple of generations ago. Respect for that other way of relating to nature and viewing the world. And there's much more attention paid to some kind of inner authority, inner knowing. Less faith in external authorities, more faith in the inner authority.

A third aspect of it which is much more subtle, has to do with causality. In science you expect that cause will ultimately come from physics and chemistry and so on. In the emerging world-view, the mind is much more causal and it has to be taken into account. With those characteristics emerging, if you start to think that the assumptions underlying the modern world are pretty much rooted in a world-view that doesn't contain those characteristics, what does that really mean? It means that those basic assumptions are all in question in a way that they haven't been for generations.

Metaphysics 1,2,3

Willis Harman I think that we really do have several different world-views competing at the same time. We have the scientific world-view which is basically a materialist one. We try to understand consciousness through neuro-biology, we try to understand it in terms of what's going on in the brain and so on. Then there's a dualistic kind of world-view in which you say, yes, there's the materialistic world but then there's also the spiritual, so you have two basic natures of reality that somehow interact. I think you could put a lot of the traditional religions more or less in that world view.

But then you have this new one emerging, that's been around before, thousands of years ago, but it's always been esoteric, it's always only been held by a very small fraction of society, at least most societies that I know about. And this is a world-view in which consciousness, or spirit or whatever label you give to it, is the fundamental reality and within that you have evolution, the material world, everything else. That has never, certainly in Western history, been a world-view that dominated, but it looks as though it may.

Celestine Prophesy (and Other Indicators)
Is this shift in world-view that you're talking about anything to do with the massive appeal of a book like The Celestine Prophesy?

Willis Harman Essentially it leads the reader to believe in the creative power of mind and to believe in synchronicity, the inter-relatedness of everything and so on. Not only is that book selling, but it's selling because of word of mouth, it's being recommended by people who've read it, to others, and I think it's quite an indicator of how radical the shift of beliefs actually is.

Is this connected with the idea that we're somehow each co-creating our reality. That's quite a widespread belief, now.

Willis Harman Part of the emerging belief is that we do create our own reality, but that means more than one thing. It means different things at different levels. Many people would accept that we create our perceptions, that what goes on in the mind affects the way we perceive, but it's quite another thing if the nature of reality as such, that what goes on in my mind, is actually causal - somehow really does affect reality. So for example there's a theologian in the United States, a man called Philip Heffner, who published a book recently putting forth the definition of a human being as a 'God-created co-creator'. Now that's going farther than most people, theologians or not, would care to go, but I think that probably is part of the new picture. That somehow we are co-creators of all the reality that we see around us. That's more radical than simply the observation that what goes on in my own conscious mind affects my perceptions. But maybe that latter belief smoothes the pathway so the more radical one can come in!

Psychedelics

You mentioned being involved with the early research into psychedelics, what is your own attitude to them?

Willis Harman Well this is a controversial area, obviously, and having had the direct experience of bringing up three daughters in Southern California in the 60's, we had a close up view of a lot of this. I would have to say that it seemed to me that people's experiences with psychedelic drugs were on the whole very positive, very profound, very much in the new spirituality direction, very much in the changing world view direction, very compatible with mystical traditions and that this was very threatening to the scientific and medical communities. They did all sorts of things to twist that story around so that it came out negative. There's no question that after they started to do that, some people had negative trips! But the role of the psychedelic sacraments, which is what they have been in every other society but ours, seemed to me to be a very significant factor in the 60's, in bringing about this changing belief system.

It has been suggested that the military's early experimentation with psychedelics ironically ended up contributing to it's wider use in the population. Do you think that's true?

Willis Harman It may be part of the surface history, that the military were leaders in this, but that's not accurate at all. The groups that I found doing research on this in Canada, England, and to a lesser extent in the United States, was busy during the mid-50's and the term 'psychedelic' (mind-manifesting) was coined by Sir Humphrey Osmond in 1957. There was a network of people, long before 1960 that was recommending this kind of experience to leaders in all fields, particularly in government, and this was all being done very quietly.

Then when the Harvard researchers, in around 1961, made this public and recommended that this other pathway was too slow and that we should give it to teenagers around the world, and really change things more rapidly, that just caused everything to blow up. Then the military did indeed get involved, with their particular kind of enquiry about it and I'd say the whole thing went pretty negative by the mid-60's. But there was a decade there of very positive work, with results that would still be worth paying attention to, some published in scientific journals.

Apocalypse Soon?

When you were studying the future, back in the 1960's, was it generally cheering or depressing to you?

Willis Harman I never got depressed about it, although we began to unearth all these global problems like pollution and so on which, (this was around 1969 or so) nobody was talking about those things, nobody wanted to and we could begin to see them coming, along with the cultural change that looked very positive. But I did have one staff member, probably the most experienced staff member I had, this was in the Stanford Research Institute and this man said "I have to resign" and he did, he said "I just can't stand to come in day after day and look at the future."

But you didn't, yourself, feel that much alarmed?

Willis Harman Oh, quite the contrary because you could see the global dilemmas that were coming, really had no solution within the paradigm out of which they came. You could see that the attempt was going to be made to patch them up and that this really wouldn't work. But at the same time, you'd see all these indications of wonderful changes coming along that started more or less in the 60's. To be sure it had its very bizarre side, too and in Southern California we definitely saw that side! It was a whole population waking up, not just in the United States but in Europe and Australia.

One of the questions we haven't really asked until recently is whether modern society is really sustainable in the long-term. Not just because of what it's doing to the environment and man-made climate change but in all sorts of other ways. The rich-poor gap expanding, the increasing hunger and poverty and so on. To whatever extent modern culture grows out of its world-view, just as other cultures have come out of their world views, the question becomes "Is the modern, scientific, Western world view really sustainable on the planet? Or does something have to shift within that?"

I think the conclusion that we're coming to, and a lot of people on the mind network around the globe are coming to, is that in the long-term that must change. There's probably, in that group at any rate, quite a lot of optimism, about long-term change actually happening. It also observes, though, that there's a certain amount of short-term prejudice about the catastrophic sort of transition period that we might have to go through if we are not capable of dealing with these questions in a fear-reducing kind of dialogue.

Fear of the Future
Willis Harman People typically, in modern society, assume that fear is just naturally with us, something out there in our environment around us causes the fear. One of the characteristics of the emerging world-view, I think, is that fear is a choice - at least at an unconscious level. But you decide how you're going to perceive reality and the factors in it and which ones are really fearful.

People who sense some of the change that's taking place and have not become part of the shifted world-view tend to fear what they see in the near-term future. Global problems seem to be getting worse and worse and nobody seems to be able to do anything with them. And they don't even get talked about in Presidential campaigns because there are a lot of politically safer issues that you can talk about!

But the deep discovery, which is sometimes being taught nowadays, to business executives and others, is that fear is something you can learn to do without. You can learn to deeply trust the essential nature of yourself, the essential nature of the Universe and as that grows, the fear goes away. And as that trust deepens, you find that you're perfectly capable of living through a transition period, even if it does involve the destruction of a lot of powerful institutions and the creation of a lot of new things.

Well the whole Harman history is very interesting ...
Which connects Balfour (and Tavistock) to Stanford University and the SRI

If anyone can find information regarding "The Secora Seminar in 1954" please post it.

AQUARIAN MIND CONTROL
...

Everything looked very good to the Golden-Dawn schemers as the war came to a close. But then, in the end, the League of Nations was not joined by the United States; Woodrow Wilson could not get the US Senate to comply. This was a major set back for the globalists. But there was yet plenty of time. After another global scare in the second World War, the Illuminati succeeded in getting America on board the United Nations. After that, the Aquarian Conspiracy was unleashed upon the Western world, quite possibly planned as early as the first years of the Society of Psychical Research, and for which reason, in part, Stanford University (California) was founded in the first place.

The British secret societies, like Rosicrucian and Illuminati cells before them, possessed propaganda machines to bring about their desired political ends. As examples, there were schools for teaching political-science and for promoting big business and technology. Anyone (e.g. Bill Clinton) receiving a Rhodes Scholarship has been indoctrinated with political science as it has evolved from the British secret societies. Those students of political science not privy to the Plan are fed disinformation, and in turn feed it to the public. One can easily imagine this disinformation to shun/oppose the realities amid the worldwide conspiracy, but also to affirm that all is, or will be, well under UN leadership.

It is not a coincidence that the central preoccupation of Stanford Research Institute (SRI) is, to this day, big business and technology. SRI International is registered as a Silicon Valley non-profit organization; its website states its purpose of forming off-shoot companies...meaning that there's a thrust to form an international octopus of corporate powers...exactly what the British secret societies had been planning. The SRI homepage states: "We are committed to discovery and to the application of science and technology for knowledge, commerce, prosperity, and peace."

Science and technology to usher in a commercial world dressed with peace and prosperity is Globalist Utopia and Osiris in your face, a counterfeit Heavenly kingdom based now on tech-miracles in the form of such things as genetic modifications, computer-driven controls, and microchip-facilitated brain enhancements!

Consider the mash of lofty words used by David Rockefeller in 1991 when he, too, used "peace" and "prosperity" together:

"We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine, and other great publications who directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years but the world is now more sophisticated & prepared to march towards a world government which will never again know war but only peace and prosperity for the whole of authority."

David Rockefeller was the founder of an organization that sought to bring Europe together with America, called the "Trilateral Commission." This Commission was founded in 1973, just as America's Universal Product Code and it's European counterpart were brought to birth.

In 1950, Bank of America asked SRI to create a better, more-efficient banking system. SRI went to work and produced magnetic ink, which was then a high-tech miracle. In this effort, SRI paved the way for the ATM machines that are now common everywhere. Then, "Dr. Douglas C. Engelbart and his team at SRI International created many of the concepts and tools that set the global computer revolution in motion." (http://www.sri.com/technology/mouse.html)

The computer mouse and the acoustic modem were SRI inventions of the 1960s. "For Doug, the mouse was one part of a much larger technological system whose purpose was to facilitate organizational learning and global online collaboration." That's the internet, which together with computerized banking is the foundation of the cashless society. One can only wonder if SRI will play a part in the coming skincode system.

The internet, you may have heard, was designed initially for the US military. True, but SRI is the biggest think tank of the US military. One website tells that "Stanford plays a key role [in DARPA] in that it is the 'library', cataloging all [D]ARPA documentation."

DARPA, remember, is an Illuminati organization, under the Department of Defense, now operating the Information Awareness Office which spies on American computers (and telephones) in the name of catching terrorists. This is Zeus in your face, today your friend but tomorrow your nightmare.

In the Freemasonic hierarchy, Stanford Research Institute sits just below Tavistock Institute (of London); Tavistock is a controversial organization expert at changing the way the world thinks, and translates therefore into a invaluable tool for introducing the cashless society and skincode. It can only be expected that the Illuminati will use the internet to control our thinking, but it is far worse, for there can be no doubt that Illuminatists are watching our internet writings and habits as easily as their choosing.

SRI International is an offshoot of Stanford University. At the University website, I found nothing hard to connect the founder, Leland Stanford, to the Society for Psychical Research (SPR) in England. But I found two things, perhaps three, that maintained my suspicious enough to continue investigations until I hit pay-dirt. I found the following conversation held by two scientifo-occultists. One of them, Willis Harman, was employed as a professor at Stanford University and there became involved with global mind control. Below is a segment of the interview that begins to tie Balfour to Stanford University and the SRI:

HARMAN: ...That's true. In the early half and the middle of the nineteenth century there was a lot of interest in spiritualism and mediumship and what we now call channeling.
MISHLOVE: One might say it was the nineteenth-century equivalent of rock and roll.

HARMAN: But I wouldn't say that a very large fraction of the scientific community got involved with this. But there were certainly some eminent people, like the physicist Sir Oliver Lodge in England, and Frederick Myers in England, and William James in this country, and many others. And it wasn't just scientists. The inventor Thomas Edison, it was one of his big projects.

MISHLOVE: Arthur Balfour, one of the Prime Ministers of England, was a member of the Society for Psychical Research.

HARMAN: Conan Doyle, writer of the Sherlock Holmes stories. Anyway, it was good company to be in at that time....

You can see that the topic is communications with the spirit world, but with a scientific twist. You can also see that Arthur Balfour has been cited as a member of SPR (in fact, Balfour served as SPR president). Oliver Lodge and Conan Doyle were both involved in SPR. Frederick Myers was invited into the Fabian "Synthetic Society," started by Balfour and having the purpose of creating a global religion.

Recalling that Westcott and Hort got the wheels rolling for the "scientific" Ghost Society (forerunner to SPR) in about 1850, and before that were the founders of the Hermes Club, you now fully understand that Harmon was subtly inferring these occult organizations when he mentioned the channeling of the "early half and middle of nineteenth century." And look at what Harman had to say earlier in the interview:

HARMAN: But there's really been a century and a half or so of research relating to this. The early hypnosis research was some of it. But there was a peak of activity around the end of the nineteenth century -- partly in England, partly here [Italics mine], to some extent in India -- where an attempt was made to really tackle this question. As a matter of fact, Stanford University was in the eyes of its founders -- it was their wish that Stanford University should be the foremost university in the world in the study of the survival of consciousness after death.

Like I said, pay dirt. Harmon, a world leader in metaphysics, tells us straight-forwardly that the scientific occult activities in England were extended to Stanford University, and that the British scientific-occult SET STANFORD UNIVERSITY UP AS A WORLD LEADER IN SCIENTIFIC-OCCULTISM, albeit it was officially the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) that went on to be the source.

The Tavistock Institute in England had been officially formed just three or four years prior to SRI. Both "non-profit" organizations would work together in coming years on a lunatic Aquarian scheme with Harmon himself!

This Dr. Willis Harmon is author of many books including, "Global Mind Change, An Incomplete Guide to the Future." I can't wait for the complete guide! Will it give step-by-step instructions on how our leaders will use computerized memory banks in our skulls, or the reverse, humanoid machines? If time permits, yes, SRI and its kin-companies will look after it. In fact, NASA, working closely with SRI, demands humanized machines for space travel, and so why not mechanized humans?

The German Harman family crest is similar to the crests of other Illuminati families, using two golden roses as primary symbols, a black central cross, and four identical symbols surrounding the cross. The name derives from "Hermin," which was a god of the Germans whom I think refers back to Hermes.

Global Mind Change is the method of implementing a Fabian (slow and patient) social structure under the New-Age Masters. Such "educational" tools as Gail Holland's book, "A Call for Connection, Solutions for Creating a Whole New Culture," are the diabolical weapons seeking to cause global departure from traditional ideologies.

Tavistock worked with Stanford Research Institute when the latter was under the headship of Professor Willis Harmon. This is the work that was known as the "Aquarian Conspiracy." Perhaps the greatest experiment of these mind governors was undertaken beginning in the 1960s. The Committee 300 is reported to have worked through Tavistock Institute in finding a method of controlling the youth of the land through illegal street drugs and anti-Christian ways of looking at life. One could suspect that this was the sudden abandonment and betrayal of Christianity as a lead-up to Striking-Day 2000.

The following quote is from an author found dead in a body of water, fully clothed (a reminder not to publish your name or location if you write on these matters):

"Tavistock Institute of Human Relations was founded in London in 1948 and is the established world center for 'foundation ideology' and the pioneers in behavioral science based upon Freudian guidelines of human control...

The major financial supervision overseeing the "Changing Images of Man" project was the Committee 300, which was founded in 1729 specifically to deal with, manage and control international banking and trade problems, and is run by the British Crown. It links all world banking systems to Rothschild family interests..."

The "Changing Images of Man" is a serious 314-page report overseen by the Stanford Research Institute, and was written by the president of Stanford's Institute of Noetic Sciences, Willis Harmon!!!

This explains why Harmon and Lambert Dolphin conducted LSD experiments, among other means of tampering with the mind. But more than re-education, this scheme was an obvious attempt to disarm the next generation of their wits so that Osiris in our face could be hastened in time for the Age of Aquarius. Armageddon upon these fiends is justified already, but common society must yet be indoctrinated into greater degeneration...witchcraft, homosexuality, child sex, and the love of murder.

America was, and still is, the number one target. The Fabian aim, aside from making Americans stupid and child-like, is obvious: to degenerate America's powers by turning American against American, student against teacher, child against parent, people against government, black against white. Remember Alice Cooper's, "we don't want no teacher's dirty looks"? The "Generation Gap"? The riots?

Harmon began ingesting LSD in the 1950s when Captain Al Hubbard turned many elitists onto it, and the latter deviant been netted a job at SRI by Harmon. At first the director of the Educational Policy Research Center at SRI, Harmon was then leader of SRI's Future's Department.

"Educational Policy" is a nice term for controlling the type of education that students will have access to. But alongside secular education in our schools there were the "extra-curricular" teachings of the rock-music groups, weighing heavily upon those students who ventured deeper than the mere tunes, into the lyrics and the intended culture. And there was also the powerful television screen to exploit.

We recall the "British Invasion," worded suitably enough, the Satanic musicians turning the children onto hard drugs. After a rebel Rolling Stones, the Beatles introduced psychedelic-acies in LSD "trips." There followed a nauseating Black Sabbath, a spaced out Deep Purple, a demonized Led Zeppelin, a lunatic Pink Floyd, a queer Queen, a twisted David Bowie, a freaky KISS...until much of the youth were made to mindlessly rebel against everything -- not just their parents -- and to turn to non-Biblical lifestyles disguised in "love" and "peace."

According to Harmon's website, "Noetic" refers to "intuitive knowing." That sounds like the sort of thing used by seers and general witchcraft. His longer definition is erroneous: "A new science is arising, a science of the human mind much broader than psychology has been to date" (http://twm.co.nz/Noetic_Sci.html).

But he admits the old-ness when he writes: "The new science is not really new. It is the esoteric core of all the world's religions." I beg to differ on the "all" part: I wouldn't lump Jesus Christ into that cesspool!!

Harmon adds:

"For the first time in history we are beginning to create a growing, progressively funded body...about the perennial wisdom of the great religious traditions and Gnostic groups...The central claim of the perennial philosophy is that men and women can grow and develop (or evolve) all the way up the hierarchy to Spirit itself, therein to realize a "supreme identity" with Godhead--the ens perfectissimum toward which all growth and evolution yearns."

When we read, "wisdom of the great religious traditions and gnostic groups," we're reading Freemasonry of the Rosicrucian kind. "Perfecti" was a term used by Weishaupt and the Bavarian Illuminati, and by other occult groups, to invigorate their membership onward into the deepest radicals of the secret wisdom...most of which the leaders knew to be fresh-steaming cow patties.

LSD, Spirituality, and the Creative Process
An exploration of how LSD influences imagination and the creative process based on the results of one of the longest clinical studies of LSD that took place between 1954 and 1962, before LSD was illegal.

In 1954 a Los Angeles psychiatrist began experimenting with a then new chemical discovery known as LSD-25. Over an eight-year period Dr. Oscar Janiger gave LSD-25 to more than 950 men and women, ranging in age from 18 to 81 and coming from all walks of life.

Alfred Matthew Hubbard (1901-August 31, 1982) became a 'freelance' for the drug LSD in the early 1950s. The controversial "Captain" Al Hubbard is considered to be as important to the history of LSD as Aldous Huxley or Dr. Timothy Leary.

Although he had no medical training, during the 1950s Hubbard worked at the Hollywood Hospital with Ross McLean, psychiatrists Abram Hoffer, Dr. Humphry Osmond, Myron Stolaroff at the International Federation for Advanced Study in Menlo Park, and with Willis Harman at Stanford Research Institute, running psychedelic sessions with LSD.

At various times over the next twenty years, Hubbard also reportedly worked for the Canadian Special Services, the United States Justice Department, and the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. It is also rumoured that he was involved with the CIA's MK-ULTRA project. How his government positions interacted with his work with LSD is unknown.

Hubbard is reputed to have introduced more than 6,000 people to LSD, including scientists, politicians, intelligence officials, diplomats, and church figures. He became known as the original "Captain Trips", travelling about with a leather case containing pharmaceutically pure LSD, mescaline, and psilocybin.

The International Foundation for Advanced study is established. Founded by Myron Stolaroff and Paul Kurtz, and located in Menlo Park, California. Studied the effects of LSD and mescaline from 1961 to 1965.
(Anderson, Walter Truett, The Upstart Spring, Addison-Wesley Publishing, 1983)

Also involved with the IFAS were Alfred Hubbard, Vice President Willis Harman, Charles Savage, Robert Mogar, James Fadiman, and Ethel Savage; with Hubbard reportedly supplying the drugs (then legal for research).

update:  see: The Sequoia Seminars - 1954 - LSD Therapy - History
I have now determined that the "1954 Secora" seminars were "The Sequoia Seminars"

A Separate thread to follow.

We have a nexus of SRI - RAND - Tavistock - Music via AMPEX - Myron Stolaroff - Merry Pranksters Kesey - and more ....

Also goes back to 1947 - mescaline experiments University Vancouver - Jolly West Project Chatter
which is also project paperclip via Mescaline experiments that were performed at Dachua

Some preliminary links:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=mescaline+experiments+University+Vancouver+1947+chatter&btnG=Search&aq=f&oq=&aqi=

It still exists (no mention of the historical LSD "therapy" sessions in 1954):

The Sequoia Retreat Center of Northern California
....
Other special weekends have featured Dr. Willis Harman, co-founder of the World Business Academy and President of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, Dr. Elisabet Sahtouris, scientist and author, Helen Palmer, psychologist and author, and Brian Swimme, physicist, teacher and author.

Beyond War's successor organization, the Foundation for Global Community is active and can be found at www.globalcommunity.org.  Sequoia Seminar was purchased by the Hendricks family in 2005.  After much renovation and capital improvements, they have passed stewardship to us.

The Sequoia Retreat Center stands on the shoulders of peace makers, reconciliation makers, stewards of the land and Sequoias.  Our roots are in the people who have created extraordinary lives.  We honor and extend that work by holding this space open.

To give another illustration of how things were developing: in 1954 Gerald Heard gave a
lecture in Palo Alto to an organization called the Sequoia Seminar
. Sitting in the audience
was an engineer named Myron Stolaroff. Stolaroff was in charge of long-range planning at
Ampex, which was one of the first of the high-technology companies to emerge in the
valleys south of San Francisco. Stolaroff had heard Gerald speak several times before and
considered him one of the world's outstanding mystics. So when Heard began rhapsodizing
about the effects of certain mind-altering drugs, Stolaroff was predictably upset. "I thought
you went to all these places anyway," he asked. "Why do you take this?" And Heard had
replied, "Oh, but it just opens the doors in so many ways to so many vast dimensions."19

Whether he admitted it to himself or not, Myron Stolaroff was hooked, and a few months
later, in Los Angeles on business, he visited Heard and had another long discussion about
these new mind drugs. At one point Hubbard's name had come up, and Heard had implied
that if Stolaroff wished to try any of these substances, Al was the man to guide him through
the experience. So Stolaroff had written Hubbard and one day Al had turned up on the
doorstep, bounding into Myron's office with a tank of carbogen, a "fun-loving guy" who
"radiated an enormous energy field."20 After the formal introductions were over, Hubbard
had suggested that Stolaroff take a few lungfuls of the carbogen, and twenty or thirty
breaths later the director of long-range planning was abreacting all over his office.

Stolaroff, who had been skeptical of a lot of Gerald's claims, was convinced. He arranged to
visit Vancouver at the earliest opportunity for one of Hubbard's patented LSD sessions—by
1959 Hubbard was claiming he had conducted seventeen hundred LSD sessions.

It was a terrible experience. During those hours in Hubbard's apartment, Stolaroff relived
his birth, the actual physical birth, gasping and writhing for what felt like days, until he
broke through to the world, which actually smelled of ether. Although it was a torturous few
hours, Myron emerged from the LSD womb convinced that many of his personal
eccentricities and neuroses could be traced back to the trauma of his birth. This was not a
radical possibility as far as psychoanalysis was concerned; Otto Rank, one of Freud's last
disciples, had explored the effects of birth on the emerging psyche in numerous articles. But
it would have taken psychoanalysis years to attain the level that LSD had reached in one
climactic rush. Stolaroff returned to Ampex convinced that LSD "was the greatest discovery
that man had ever made."21
...

Myron Stolaroff was a good example. Stolaroff had been in charge of long-range planning at
Ampex, one of the first of the big electronics firms to settle south of the Bay Area, when he
had been bitten by the psychedelic bug.
Together with Hubbard he had tried to interest
Ampex's management in a program that would use LSD to solve all kinds of corporate
problems, interpersonal problems, design problems, long-range planning problems
. But the
plan had foundered on Al's penchant for Christian mysticism. Stolaroff didn't let go, though:
he started holding weekly LSD sessions for some of Ampex's more adventurous engineers;

Hubbard came down from Canada one weekend and took them all to a remote cabin in the
Sierras where he guided them through the kind of ontological earthquake only Al could
manufacture. The senior management of Ampex had been horrified. Having gotten to know
Hubbard through rather extraordinary circumstances, it didn't seem at all irrational for them
to be worrying, "What if this nutball drives our best men crazy?" So there had been sighs of
relief when Stolaroff decided to leave Ampex and set up his own nonprofit psychedelic
research center in Menlo Park, California—the International Foundation for Advanced Study.
The Foundation, which opened in March 1961
, wasn't the only organization working with
LSD in the San Francisco area.

The Palo Alto Mental Research Institute had been studying the drug since 1958, and had been instrumental in introducing dozens of local psychiatrists and psychologists, as well as interested laymen like Allen Ginsberg, to the perplexities of the Other World. But the Institute's composure had been shaken by several terrifying incidents—colossal bad trips in which the subject returned from the Other World in questionable shape—and interest in LSD's therapeutic potential had diminished. LSD
programs were also under way at the Palo Alto Veterans Hospital, the San Mateo County Hospital, and Napa State Hospital, but no one was offering psychedelic therapy, and what little research was being done was unexciting: Leo Hollister (who will soon reappear in association with a hopeful young writer named Ken Kesey), at the Veterans Hospital, was still doing model psychoses work.

The point was that most LSD researchers were fairly conservative. So when a couple of engineers set up shop (Stolaroff's vice president, Willis Harman, had been an engineering professor at Stanford) and began poaching bread and butter patients—unlike Osmond and Hotter, Stolaroff wasn't just concentrating on chronic alcoholics, he was soliciting the man off the street, who in this case was the neurotic professional in the high tech-high education hub that surrounded Stanford—there were more than raised eyebrows. Charging five hundred dollars for one session with a highly questionable drug? The whole thing smacked of chicanery, despite the fact that Stolaroff had a licensed psychiatrist running the actual therapy sessions. But what was worse, it was chicanery with good word of mouth. The San Mateo Call Bulletin, scenting a medical scandal, had interviewed a number of Stolaroff's patients and found them laudatory to the point of hyperbole. At the Foundation's first and last open house, Stolaroff had been cornered by a disgruntled therapist who growled, "One of my ex-patients thinks you're a saint” making it clear that he thought Stolaroff was a
charlatan.14 What was one to make, after all, of the Call Bulletin's statement that the Foundation's aims were "partly medical, partly scientific, partly philosophical, partly mystical"?15 The first two, okay, but philosophy was for philosophers, and mysticism? mysticism was for cranks!

Thanks, TahoeBlue! I guess you and I are on the same page, 'cause I just started making a timeline of NWO-eugenics-mind control-related events dating back to about 1600 AD, it's grown to almost 300 pages already. I'll post it on the forum when I have it completed. It's pretty messed up stuff.

http://www.thebear.org/

The small, barefoot man in black T-shirt and blue jeans barely rates a  second glance from the other Starbucks patrons in downtown San Rafael, although  he is one of the men who virtually made the '60s. Because Augustus Owsley  Stanley III has spent his life avoiding photographs, few people would know what  he looks like.

The name Owsley became a noun that appears in the Oxford dictionary as  English street slang for good acid. It is the most famous brand name in LSD  history. Probably the first private individual to manufacture the psychedelic,  "Owsley" is a folk hero of the counterculture, celebrated in songs by the
Grateful Dead and Steely Dan.

For more than 20 years, Stanley  --  at 72, still known as the Bear  --   has been living with his wife, Sheila, off the grid, in the outback of  Queensland, Australia, where he makes small gold and enamel sculptures and  keeps in touch with the world through the Internet.

As a planned two-week visit to the Bay Area stretched to three, four and  then five weeks, Bear agreed to give The Chronicle an interview because a  friend asked him. He has rarely consented to speak to the press about his life,  his work or his unconventional thinking on matters such as the coming ice age
or his all-meat diet.

Sporting a buccaneer's earring he got when he was in jail and a hearing  aid on the same ear, he keeps a salty goatee, and the sides of his face look  boiled clean from seven weeks of maximum radiation treatment for throat cancer.  Having lost one of his vocal cords, he speaks only in a whispered croak these  days. At one point, he was reduced to injecting his puree of steak and espresso  directly into his stomach.

"I never set out to change the world," he rasps in recalling his early  manufacture of LSD. "I only set out to make sure I was taking something (that)  I knew what it was. And it's hard to make a little. And my friends all wanted  to know what they were taking, too. Of course, my friends expanded very
rapidly."

By conservative estimates, Bear Research Group made more than 1.25 million  doses of LSD between 1965 and 1967, essentially seeding the entire modern  psychedelic movement.

Less well known are Bear's contributions to rock concert sound. As the  original sound mixer for the Grateful Dead, he was responsible for fundamental advances in audio technology [AMPEX] , things as basic now as monitor speakers that  allow vocalists to hear themselves onstage.

Says the Dead's Bob Weir: "He's good for a different point of view at  about any given time. He's brilliant. He knows everything."

Bear, whose grandfather was a Kentucky governor and U.S. senator, grew up  in Los Angeles and Arlington, Va. He was thrown out of military school in the  eighth grade for being drunk and dropped out of school altogether at 18. He  managed to get accepted to the University of Virginia, where he spent a year  studying engineering. By 1956, he was in the Air Force, specializing in  electronics and radar.

Later, Bear studied ballet, acting and Russian, worked in jet propulsion  labs as well as radio and television, and then entered UC Berkeley in 1963, but  lasted less than a year.

    Then he discovered acid.

He found the recipe for making LSD in the Journal of Organic Chemistry at  the UC Berkeley library. Soon after, Bear began to cook acid.  [His girlfriend was a chemist at UCB]

The Berkeley police raided his first lab in 1966 and confiscated a  substance that they claimed was methedrine. When it turned out to be something  else  --  probably a component of LSD  --  Bear not only walked free but  successfully sued the cops for the return of his lab equipment.

By the time he made a special batch called Monterey Purple for the 1967  Monterey Pop Festival  --  Owsley Purple was the secret smile on Jimi Hendrix's face that night  --  "Owsley" was an underground legend.

In December 1967, agents arrested him at his secret lab in Orinda. The  "LSD Millionaire" headline in The Chronicle prompted the Dead to write the song  "Alice D. Millionaire." In 1970, after a pot bust in Oakland, a judge revoked  Bear's bail, and he served two years at Terminal Island near the Los Angeles
Harbor.

"If you make some, you've got to move some to get some money to make it,"  he says now. "But then you had to give a lot away to keep the street price  down. So anyway, I'm sort of embedded in this thing that I'm tangled up in. ...  Just as soon as it became illegal, I wanted out. Then, of course, I felt an
obligation."

Bear, chemist to Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters, was involved with the  Dead almost from the band's beginnings at Kesey's notorious Acid Tests. Bear  was the Dead's first patron and, briefly, their manager. He bought the band  sound equipment and began to use the Dead as a laboratory for audio research[AMPEX] .

"We'd never thought about high-quality PAs," says the Dead's Weir. "There was no such thing until Bear started making one."

Bear made the first public address system specifically dedicated to music  in 1966. If he was the first concert sound engineer in rock music to take his  job seriously, his habit of making tape recordings of the shows he mixed also  gave the Dead an unprecedented archive of live recordings dating back to the
band's first days. Many of Bear's tapes have been turned into albums.

Bear has always lived in a quite particular world. "He can be very anal retentive, on a certain level, on a genius level," says Paul Kantner of   Jefferson Airplane. "I've seen him send his eggs back three times at Howard  Johnson's."

His all-meat diet is a well-known example. When he was younger, Bear read  about the Eskimos eating only fish and meat and became convinced that humans  are meant to be exclusively carnivorous. The members of the Grateful Dead  remember living with Bear for several months in 1966 in Los Angeles, where the  refrigerator contained only bottles of milk and a slab of steak, meat they  fried and ate straight out of the pan. His heart attack several years ago had  nothing to do with his strict regimen, according to Bear, but more likely the  result of some poisonous broccoli his mother made him eat as a youth.

As a sound mixer, Bear holds equally strict viewpoints, insisting that the  most effective rock concert systems should have only a single source of sound,  his argument quickly veering into the realm of psycho-acoustics.

"The PA can only be in one spot," he says. "All the sounds have to come  from a single place because the human brain is carrying around the most  sophisticated sound processing of any computer or living creature. It equals  the bats that fly by echo. It equals the dolphins. It equals the owls that hunt
at night without any daylight at all. It is a superb system for locating and  separating one sound from everything else."

Bear left Northern California in the early '80s, convinced that a natural  disaster was imminent. He predicted at the time that global warming would lead  to a six-week-long ultra-cyclone that could cover the Northern Hemisphere with  a new ice age. Determining that the tropical northern side of Australia would  be the most likely region to survive, Bear made a beeline for Queensland and  says he felt at home the moment he set foot on the new continent.

"I might be right about the ice age thing," he allows. "I might be wrong."

Old friends express shock that Bear would ever even admit to that  possibility, but, if not exactly mellowed in his old age, he has found room to  accommodate other points of view.     "He's come a long way," says Wavy Gravy, who visited Bear in Australia  this year. "He used to be real snappy and grumpy. Now he can be actually  sweet."      His four children are grown. He has five grandchildren, and his oldest
son, Pete, in Florida, just became a grandfather, making Bear a  great-grandfather for the first time. His other son, Starfinder, a  veterinarian, hosted a party for him last month at his Oakland home attended by  the old Dead crowd [I've been there] , a tortoise and a caged iguana. He has two daughters, Nina
and Redbird, and maintains his own Web site (www.thebear.org) where he sells his sculpture and posts various diatribes and essays.

He keeps up with the music scene  --  he singles out Wolfmother and the  Arctic Monkeys as new bands he likes. "Any time the music on the radio starts  to sound like rubbish, it's time to take some LSD," he says.   Owsley Stanley (he legally dropped the "Augustus" 40 years ago) has also not joined the ranks of the penitent psychedelicists who look on their  experiences as youthful indiscretions.

"I wound up doing time for something I should have been rewarded for," he  says. "What I did was a community service, the way I look at it. I was punished  for political reasons. Absolutely meaningless. Was I a criminal? No. I was a  good member of society. Only my society and the one making the laws are
different."

At the hilltop San Anselmo home where Bear had been house-sitting, pretty  much all available space was taken over with his belongings. He squatted over  the piles, trying to figure out what to ship and what to take with him. Two  days before his flight, it looks like he'll need every minute.

This time, he was extending his stay to catch his old friends Jorma  Kaukonen and Jack Casady of Hot Tuna play at the Fillmore. But when he left for  the airport the next day, he got as far as Sausalito before he discovered that  he had left the briefcase with the tickets back in San Anselmo, and the trip
home was postponed for another week.

"I even said, 'I wonder what I'm leaving behind this time?' before I  left," he says, somewhat sadly.

This:
This: +10,000 >:(. I wish that I had seen this earlier.  All kinds of malware got onto my pc and broke it this week.  The site has a lot of misleading info/disinformation and just trivial, whimsical crap on there. Please be warned that your computers will be tracked and given the malware eventually.

I run Windows, and guess what, no malware--know why?  Because I always run my web browser virtualized, so that nothing can ever touch the hard disk (program is called Sandboxie, & works with any browser).  It is far more effective than Noscript, because it stops all zero day injections--you can't inject something that can cause harm into a virtualized application.

There is no need to run Linux if you virtualize your browser.  Also, everyone should be using a good router as a basic security measure as well.  Best ones as those that can support tomato or dd-wrt firmware (tomato is better imo).

Apparently even the military industrial complex is too stupid to do this, because they claim they keep getting attacked--but we know that's only because they are attacking themselves, because no one on the outside that doesn't serve the elite has such capability.
