But it is also an excellent opportunity for them to come up with some global gameplan that will be forced down our throats to "help" us out of the current financial mess.

They have to look like they are doing something to keep people from formenting a peaceful revolution while they lay in place all they need to forment what they really want, violent revolution, and begin the END GAME.

Yes very true. 

I have also noticed that people (or sheeple) are becoming ho-hum about the volatilty in the markets.  The constant ups and downs are becoming rote and they are beginning to turn away from the daily story as they believe that the government will take care of things with the bail out while they go shopping and watch fictional television.

This way when the powers that be introduce the new decisions at the November 15th summit, the sheeple will cheer and nod their heads saying "well they have a solution."  And then we will have the NWO plan signed sealed and delivered without any protest. Brilliant
