FEMA camp now in Sioux Falls, SD

That's right - several people have investigated the strange building built by CITIGroup which is a fortress of concrete and incinerators. This 400,000 + SQfoot building has it's own power grid, pop-up barriers, cameras, no windown on 95% of the building and reports from one concrete contractor who ran away when questioned said it goes underground several stories.

This building can be seen on the far NW corner of town at 60th and Marion. I was tipped off by a mailman who has a co-worker who works at the county. Records show this empty building cost $55 million to build. The purpose of this post is for others who search Sioux Falls will see how the NWO has infiltrated into our rather untouched state as for tyranny.

A side note I have taken 100's of chemtrail photos which will be up on our new radio station website for 1640AM.. We must have the most obvious chemtrails but no one seems to notice as the neighbors are all asleep. Well no longer as we are now broadcasting Alex Jones live on 1640 from our low power station at several locations.
There has also been news of a halt for our new water supply pipeline. Worth investigating. That and the $700 million donation from Sanford for a Cancer center - to further study us lab rats from the midwest poisoning which goes on to the fools who's center of attention are MN Vikings games and other needless activities.

I forgot to add I told teh story to one chap who went out there to take photos. he was quickly pulled over by the state police and told to stand by the car for 1-hour then they let him go. He said the cop was nerviously shaking.

Another remarked an infared camera will show that the three smoke stacks on the roof glow at 2000 degrees at night. Oddly there is not much activity there so why would there be some type of furnace unit?

This looks like a county or state highway lot to me. Those are salt bins.

looks like a good start. grant money... notice how many places get funds like this and are for privatized crap. most city water stations in NJ have their fencing like the county jail, pointed inward.

Wow!! It's not there.
 No the empty lot south of that facility (you are picturing the dept of Hiways). The FEMA camp takes almost that whole grid. I have a photo but where can I upload it to?

I believe so.. It looks wider in person though.. Perhaps we will knwo what it looks like inside someday.
