Inasmuchas many people decry lawyers and the courts on the basis of whether or not fairness is reliable and credible, lawsuits bespeak notions of checks and balances. If a vaccine harms people or has no effect at all is a matter of public safety. It remains that quantification of relative prior restraint upon corporate liability is absent. Inter alia when a case is dismissed by adjudications in advance written into law as if in stone there must always be the possibility of reversal, especially through the power of the jury.

Many an attorney worth his salt would tell you for instance that those signs you see in garages saying "The management assumes no liability or responsibility for damage or theft to a vehicle parked in or on its properties," does not indeed mean anything. In other words you can sue the "management," regardless of their expressed wish that you do not. By extension the demand for qualitative insight into matters of public health and well being is far more important.

On the same basis, legal inroads in topical analysis would suggest the same conundrum surrounds the justice system in general. If you cannot sue them one way, then you sue them in another way until it sticks, preferably like velcro. When your cause is objectively just, your advantage is altogether sacrosant.

thanks for your post about the anthrax vaccine.  my younger sister joined the military when she was in her 30's.  ofcourse she had to get the anthrax vaccine as it was manditory.  she had a female friend who was about the same age who also got the shot.  they both became sterile right after that.  no more periods.  sterilization?  who knows.  the company that had this vaccine, bioport, was a company in which george bush sr. was a director, and in which the bin laden family were heavy investors.  "in the 1970's, salem bin laden, the eldest of Osama Bin Laden's 55 brothers and sisters, invested heavily in george h. w. bush's first business venture, arbusto energy. salem became bush's business partner through james bath, a close friend of the future american president. salem appointed bath as his representative in houston, texas. it was bath who invested $50,000 in bush's company arbusto and also bought houston gulf airport on behalf of osama's elder brother."  after that, the two families were as tight as thieves.
