Yes, that's right! We are using non-internet technology to fight the new world order!

We now have Alex on the radio in Sioux Falls. 1640 AM.
I am quite tired and will explain more later but I have just completed phase one of a live audio broadcast of most GCN and replays of old shows, etc using Low Power AM. This is a HUGE project!

I'm a RF Engineer /Ham Radio guy and understand a bit more needed to get the full effects one has to posses to cover a city. I have spent a lot of time and money to make this project happen and so far so good! We now have a fully operational studio. It's still a major project.

More on that later but I have one transmitter (Hamilton Rangemaster AM1000) on air now and two more getting ready to go up on the highest points in town. Thus I can stay within the rules and compete with MSM. There will only be a few areas when I get done which the signal will not cover. We will use GCN and Alex's show to build a group of patriots and wake up this sleepy city of 150,000.
I am working on having the station partially automated so I can #1 resell these units at a discount and #2 travel to you and install for other people to get your city on the air.

My next goal is to have the station internet proof. That means we will get our ALEX, GCN feeds from the satellite and have battery backup. Then the internet connections will also be back-up.
Alex, if you see this we want to help you with your solution in case the Internet were to be banned. My plan could cover the states so that if the internet goes down you will be on in more rural and urban areas live on the air. One antenna on several dozen patriot's homes is a good start. Let's get this done! You can get a feed from Rick's Satellite who is a GCN advertiser.

The FCC has a special part 15 rule for AM which if you use a certified transmitter there is no regulation as to how many microvolts per distance. In otherwords with proper modulation, transmitter selection, height and grounding you can cover up to 3 miles radius. Yes, on 100 milliwatts you can get out 1 to 3 miles if you know what you are doing.
The rules are strict on antenna length and power but a certified unit has you covered. On FM you are limited to 200 feet but if you want to cover a campground or small facility then we can help direct you to a FM transmitter kit to serve that need.

The trick is the modulation equipment and ground.

These transmitters can be fed via microwave, telco, DSL using a MP3 device, etc. They can also be synchronized so you wont have flutter or echo.

For fringe areas there is a lower cost certified unit (Procaster) anyone with little knowledge can set up. This unit has a built in audio processor so all you need is a sound source. Let's say you are in a town that's less than 3 miles across. In that case we can get you the audio feed and you too can start transmitting. You may be the only AM signal in town. You just need a low impedance audio source, ground rod, cable and wire as well as a place to bolt the transmitter to.

With the Rangemaster you can use a audio device developed in the 1970's which puts a positive bias on your audio signal allowing a artificial boost to the modulation allowing the signal to reach further and sound crisper making it easy for radio scans to PU your signal.

This is a leagel broadcast per part 15 FCC rules.
Unlike FM micro broadcast transmitters, the AM1000 AM transmitter was certified under Part 15.219 which is not a radiation limitation but is a power and antenna length limitation. The power limit is .1 watt and the antenna length limit is 3 meters. There is no range or height limit for a Part 15.219 transmitter. With this allowed combination much greater ranges are possible, though it requires tune up and setting the power by a competent technician. Generally you can't buy a Part 15.219 certified transmitter bubble packed at the department store. Because the AM1000 has a removable antenna and adjustable power, instruction to be installed by competent personal was a condition of certification. Rule 15.215 (a) clarifies this: “(a) The regulations in Sections 15.217-15.255 provide alternatives to the general radiated emission limits for intentional radiators operating in specified frequency bands. Unless otherwise stated, there are no restrictions as to the types of operation permitted under these sections.”

I can help you with this. Alex talks about getting DVD's out but what's better if he on the air, easy to hear and you announce where people can go to get copies of DVD's free? You could simply re-broadcsast or set up a studio and have your own show or comments during a GCN broadcast.

I have been to Ted Anderson's GCN HQ and talked with the techs, sales, etc.. Those guys were very helpful in getting me started with all things needed to represent with quality audio. Alex should start seeing feedback from people around here at any time.
I feel real bad for our congresswoman although she voted down the bailout scam twice, these shows should wake up this town line nothing before. She'll be getting some calls! And so will our lazy senator.

If you want to get Alex on the air in your area please contact me. We also have a few forums to help you get started. Let's bring several thousand more into the fight!

Alex said today if we are to win we MUST accelerate this information of his show and GCN..
Please consider getting Alex on the air locally. These certified transmitters really work.

here are some helpful links.

Help Links:

the transmitters:
http://www.sstran.com/ (low dollar one you can build)
http://www.chezradio.com/index.html (superior audio and easy set-up for the novice)
http://www.am1000rangemaster.com/ (the one I use - professional results - requires RF knowledge but best to wake up larger communities.)
I can get you a discount on some of these..

My best and straight forward offer to anyone is if you buy (or build) one of the transmitters, and are in an impressive area with good height or coverage area, I will provide the BARIX Exstreamer to feed the unit with audio if you don't have a feed of your own, then you would not have to do anything to keep the programs on the air. This requires a good internet port though.

That will save you $200. This would be a limited offer but whatever it takes to fight the infowar. I will also do my best to help you install it..

I'd also like to start advertising my products on GCN (Organic Fertilizers) to pay for this and also so you know who I am so you can trust me to help you but the main thing is most people can do all this on your own if you get started now. Low Power AM works and is also a lot of fun.

This all works best if you have a group like a Ron Paul group around then they too can have units coupled off of the master unit to more effectively cover a neighborhood and area.

The better the soil quality, the better the conductivity and signal!

Here is another basic unit I forgot to list -you can buy these all day on ebay.
The Talking House Transmitter http://part15.us/node/1153
http://part15.us/node/1153

These will not get out very far but are good for the smallest neighborhood or business area.

People often ask me - What is the first step?
Well decide which transmitter to use - avoid FM!!
Then do the most laborous part - build a ground plane inyour yard. Two to three or more ground rods (8') driven into the ground - leave them with 2 inches above the soil then connect bare solid core copper wire. Connect using ground rod clamps then soldier using the best silver based soldier you can get. The one closest to the house wait to soldier for when you get the ground line to the transmitter connected. I will have some photos on my new site soon. It's not on just yet.

After this is done, work on your station or re-feed from my server.. More on that later but look at the transmitters above then contact me before you buy.

Get ALEX and GCN on the air.. Outside of Alex I love Webster Tarpleys Saturday show.. It's all on my IP I can send for you to link to when you have your equipment and BARIX Mp3 decoder.

Well you can use internet, phone, CD's Satelite or whatever you like or have access to.. But mine is a internet IP but a good satelite (less than $250) from Ricks Satelite will get the network to you w/o having to depend on the internet. That's available 24/7 - using this info:

I mostly use www.gcnlive.com
