Freedom, rising up against Tyranny

« on: October 03, 2008, 04:33:30 AM »

Hi Folks

Can anyone out there please advise if there is anyway one can download videos from Google Video, or similar sites, when there's no link for the download option available - only the embed option.  I'm on a mission to acquire all this material before the inevitable censorship of the internet occurs as there's a lot of useful educational material out there that will help others to 'wake up' to whats happening all around us and get them educated instead of dumbed down even further by the damn right lies, distortions, disinformation and trivia of the mainstream media.

Consciousness raising material needs to be acquired and circulated widely to ensure an awakening can develop into critical mass.  Contributors to this forum will know we are currently engaged in an infowar and the military powers that serve the elites, as there own documents show, are hellbent on securing "full spectrum dominance".  Surely, there must be some method whereby this type of material can be saved when the option to do so is not apparent.  Why would something upload useful material to a video hosting site and not provide the option to download?  Is it a matter of copyright infringement?

Any practical help or comments on the issues inherent in this problem would be gratefully received.

Thanks in advance!

In 1381, Wat Tyler and his countrymen marched from Kent to London to demand from the King, "that you make us free forever, ourselves, our heirs and our lands and that we be called no more bond or so reputed".  We must become the generation to guarantee that Tyler's demands are at last fulfilled!

A really good one is TubeTilla.

http://www.tubetilla.com

It is free to download vids from YouTube and convert them to mp4, wmv, but to get other formats and download from other video sites you have to pay for the full version but I think it's worth it.

I just downloaded Tubetilla and I can say this is the most useful tool.  Every infowarrior should have this so we can all grab videos before they are taken down.
